Rhoam's heart had skipped a beat when he got word that they had found Link in grave condition, as so grave that Mipha herself couldn't heal all his wounds. He had requested he immediately be transported to the desert to search for answers himself and that they not interrogate him until he had arrived. Over the few days Zelda raced his mind.

He felt as if he wasn't doing enough, as if he was helpless. All the orders he's given over the past couple of days he felt came nothing short of useless. Xeri was much better than him at this, just look at him. He was able to track Link down in a matter of days, but the much harder challenge is finding Zelda. The long travel to the town of Gerudo was nothing short of agonizing and brutal on his mental state. Making sure he hid his anger tears and unmanly emotions. Stating that he needed to be strong for Zelda.

But what made him mental broken was thinking of his wife. He had failed her, letting harm come to Zelda. His task was to raise and guide her to be a Queen. And here he was, searching for her. Multiple tragic scenarios had done nothing but riddled his mind.

What if she was dead in a ditch? Or stuck helplessly in a breeding ground? He shook his head after that last thought, he'd behead himself if he saw Zelda in a breeding ground. He felt his blood boil when he thought of Link once again. How he didn't do enough to protect Zelda

But he wasn't to blame, whoever was behind this was to blame. And Rhoam himself was gonna get his hands on them. He had arrived in the canyons where supposedly everything had happened. Numerous Shiekah members were still gathering evidence and looking around. He saw the numerous blood patches in the sandy ground, shaking his head in disgust. He continued to move forward. He had requested that someone meet him at the stable right before the desert.

When he did finally arrive, Daruk and Impa had been waiting for him.

"Your majesty, I'm glad you could make it." Impa bowed.

"Yes, thank you for what you and the Sheikah have been doing. I feel we are one step closer to finding my daughter." Rhoam said.

Daruk stepped up. "Don't worry your majesty, we will find her and crush whoever did this."

"I feel the same way, Daruk. But please, let's focus on the task ahead." Turning on they're heels, Impa and Daruk had began to escort Rhoam. Two royal guards who he had hoped drank a exilr before going into the desert watched behind him. "What state is the boy in?"

Impa had slowed down to respond. "Well he's conscious. He's aware of the situation and he feels deep remorse."

"What did he say?"

"Xeri had requested that he be the one to tell you. But I'm sure you'll have questions of your own I assume?" Impa asked.

"Enough to fill the history of Hyrule book." He had heard Daruk chuckle slightly.

"I'm not too sure Gerudo Town is happy about males being let in the town." Daruk had looked back.

"Well frankly, I don't give a damn what they're unhappy about. This isn't about them." Rhoam coldly stated. Daruk had swallowed heavily before facing Kara Kara Bazaar in the distance. "I'm sorry I raised my voice at you Daruk. The last couple of days have been rough."

"No doubt sir, I understand."

"Well we're almost at the Bazaar. What would you like to do your majesty?" Impa asked.

"We keep going. I'm not stopping or resting until Zelda is found."

The chamber was dark and cold. The floor was almost icy cold, and she had been lying there for what seemed like days but she couldn't tell. She had blacked in and out, almost as if she had been drugged. She finally grasped the strength to hold herself up by her hands, the dirty concrete floor the only thing under her.

Her clothes had been stripped down to her under garments. and she felt a eerie chill. She tried to stand, by her balance wouldn't let her so she fell over. A nice bruise had showed itself on her left thigh. Almost looking the color of purple. It had hurt so bad, that she felt half of her leg become increasingly numb over the time.

There was a sudden thud and she snapped her back into the opposite direction. But nothing had showed itself to her. She finally was able to stand but not before almost crashing into the hard wall. She began to try and find a way out but it was almost as if she was trapped in a secret chamber.

"Lonely isn't it?" A voice called out in the corner of darkness. She snapped her head back towards the direction.

"Who's there?" Silence was what answered her. She moved closer towards the dark corner. Until she flew back abruptly. She hit the ground hard, and she felt like she almost lost consciousness.

"You may not know me, but I know who you are." The thud of slow footsteps rounded her pointed ears. She couldn't muster the strength. "I'm who they call Ganondorf."

Her heart almost swallowed itself. She used whatever strength she could muster and propped herself up to face the gigantic man. He must've been a foot taller than Father and Xeri. Twice the muscle of Xeri and he had the complexion of a Gerudo. His footsteps sounded like canons to her. His red hair fell beyond his shoulders and those evil eyes stuck out more.

"Where am I?"

"I was hoping you'd ask Princess. Under Hyrule Castle. Such a beautiful castle from what I remembered. The new throne seat looked lovely." Her eyes widened. He had made it into the castle?

"What did you do with Link?"

"Well, hopefully he's lying dead in a cave. But knowing him, I wouldn't be surprised if he made it out alive."

"Why am I undressed? What did you do to me while I was unconscious?" She could almost feel like throwing up, having a man take advantage of her without her consent.

Ganondorf eyed her from the corner of his eye. "As much of a monster I truly am, I do have morals. I've done a lot of evil and inhumane things. Any form of sexual assault is not one of them."

"Then why am I in my underwear?" Zelda asked.

"To see how it feels to be casted away. This is where I've spent an eternity. Sitting down here casted away from society."

"What have I done to you?"

Ganondorf finally faced to look at her. "Since the beginning of time we've had crossed paths. Ultimately always ending in my defeat. You are the reincarnation of the Goddess Hylia and I'm sure you know that. Link is a reincarnation of the first hero and I'm the reincarnation of Demise. I feel as if I shouldn't be explaining this to you because I'd bet my life you know. But it doesn't seem like it, and it makes things interesting."

"Your not at all what I imagined." Zelda said coldy.

"What's that mean?"

"You're describe as the great king of Evil. This monster, this creature of evil. Nothing but pure evil. But here you are, you look like the average Hylian only slightly taller, bigger and your Gerudo."

He chuckled. "Is that what they say about me? Hurtful. But it doesn't change the fact that I will destroy you and take Hyrule for myself. I've lost over and over again. But I will promise you this. This won't be the same time."

"We'll find a way to stop you." She weakly said. She heard the dark evil laugh that echoed throughout the chamber.

"Go ahead Princess. Just know," He knelt down and put his rough hand on her shoulder. "After all this is finished, I'll make sure to feed you to the monsters." Those last words stung, and he stood they're for a couple more seconds before finally taking his hand off her shoulder. "Well, our time is cut short I'm afraid. I have a land to take over and rule. I'll see you after it's all done."

He disappeared into the dark and all that was left was a plate of two pieces of bread and a small glass of water. She sat down and curled up. Praying. Praying to Xeri.

Xeri had paced around in front of the gateway to Gerudo Town. Cigar lit in one hand and a clenched fist in another. He felt the stares of the two Gerudo guards. It didn't affect him much until they made it completely obvious that they had a problem. He stopped in between the two guards. "Do y'all have a staring problem? Or is there something you'd wish to speak on?"

"Enjoy your stay while you can Warrior. We don't like your kind in our town." Xeri cringed his face, and then had to hold his face from smiling. He fake coughed to let it out.

"Don't worry, I don't want to be in this shithole of a fucking wasteland you call a desert anyway." He flicked the cigar at they're feet. The one guard almost stepped forward before the other one prevented her. His stare drilled a hole in her face. "I wouldn't try that if I were you. Woman or man, no one is safe from getting they're teeth knocked out they're gums." He brushed by them.

He heard one of them complain about what he said to another but honestly he couldn't care less. Link had been lying in the infirmary, now conscious to answer Rhoam's questions. Rhoam had just arrived, and was greeted by Urbosa so he took them time to light a cigar.

He opened the door to the infirmary. Revali, Mipha, Daruk and Urbosa had surrounded Link who was currently laid out on the bed with his eyes closed. Rhoam had been behind them waiting for the boy to wake. Impa and Purah had been waiting somewhere in the town, so that had just left him, the champions and Rhoam. Rhoam had noticed him and slowly walked towards him. He faced the other direction and the two were quiet for awhile.

"What did he say to you?" Rhoam had questioned.

Xeri looked at the resting boy before answering. "Yiga had surrounded them from every angle. He able to take down most of them, but not before being blindsided and hit with a heavy weapon knocked out cold. He vividly remembered one of the Yiga's that got away had a deep cut in his thigh. But the next thing he remembered was waking up in that cave. Mentioned something about a man, but blacked out before he could explain."

Rhoam sighed. Still nothing on his little girl. "We need to find her Xeri, we need to."

"I know," Xeri looked him directly in the eyes. "We will, even if it kills me." Rhoam looked at him before looking to the ground sighing.

"He's awake." Mipha stated. Rhoam hurried over alongside with Xeri. Link's eyes had sputtered open before frantically searching around the room in almost a panic.

"Relax kid, your fine. Just breathe." Xeri said. Link looked at him and began to control his breathing. "Before you blacked out, you mentioned a man. What did he look like?"

Link closed his eyes before reopening them again. "He was at least seven foot. His skin was dark like Gerudo, and he had red wavy hair. He mentioned something about taking over Hyrule."

Rhoam's stomach almost twisted at that last sentence. Take over Hyrule? Are we dealing with who he thinks they are?

"Wait a minute, I can't remember the last time a Gerudo birthed a man." Urbosa said in a suspicious manner. Xeri had nailed it down, and he thinks.

"Ganondorf..." Urbosa breathed out. Exactly he thought, his blood boiled. Rhoam's face exploded into a gasp. The castle!

"Remember those dark chambers where they use to keep that fucker? Do they still exist?" Xeri asked looking towards Rhoam. Who had seemed to not know. "He could be taking over the castle as we speak. Damn! How did we not think to search the fucking castle!?"

"It was a clever move indeed. Get us out the castle."

"That piece of Moblin shit is roaming the land now!?" Xeri exclaimed. He looked at the wall before throwing his fist through it. "Well, I think now we know where to search. But we gotta get back to Hyrule fast. Who knows what this man is plotting?"

"But Link isn't fully recovered. We don't have the master sword, Zelda is still out there and we have no plan whatsoever." Urbosa spoke up. Xeri turned to face her.

"To hell with whatever plan we need, we storm in and kill Ganondorf." He stated.

"With. What?" Urbosa asked. She glared into his eyes. "For all we know that monster could be wielding the master sword." Xeri took a minute to think. Urbosa was right, going blind into a plan would potentially get him killed. After all, this wasn't no easy fight.

Ganondorf? He was almost in disbelief when the name was said. His blood ran cold and his blood never ran cold. But with Link in this condition and Zelda possibly being held hostage, that means Hyrule has a disadvantage against whatever Ganondorf's planning.

He furred his eyebrows. "We can't just sit here and waste time when he's planning to take over Hyrule." He gritted through teeth.

"And we can't just run blind either!" Urbosa raised her voice. "This recklessness is what's going to get you killed."

He bit his tongue from retorting instead he took a deep breath. "Well what does the great Urbosa have cooked up?"

He seen the death glare she gave him before she went to open her mouth.

It had seem like days would pass since Zelda had been hostage. She received what she wouldn't even call meals for the past week now. She began to stink and smell herself, even so much as puking. What had pondered her mind was why Ganondorf hasn't taken action.

She didn't even know what had been going on being trapped in this hellhole. She began to become a lot thinner without eating more nutrition or food. Bread, and a piece of stale with a little cup of water. The bastard even gave her an old torn up short to cover herself.

She had stopped praying about a day ago realizing that she was probably going to die down here.

She shedded a tear and began to weep silently.

What if no one was coming for her?
