3. Chapter 3

''what do you mean inherit your quirk'' Teela asked

''does this have anything to do with why no one knows what your quirk because there are quite a number of theories'' Izuku asked

''yes that is correct'' Toshinori said then sighs before he continues ''as I am sure you have noticed that the journalist guess what my quirk is and when I'm asked I do a well timed joke that is because the people need to think that their hero was a natural born one but there is nothing natural about my power because I wasn't born with this power it was handed to me like a sacred torch that I received from my master''

''so, you mean to tell us that the person that trained you to be a hero gave you their quirk'' Teela said

''yes, they and I am sorry for not saying that I didn't know if a quirk can be passed from host to host but you must know is that these types of quirks are the most kept secret for one reason or another'' Toshinori said

''we understand Skeletor cause if a villain where to gain knowledge of it then they can go after someone you hold dear and force you to give them the quirk'' Izuku said

''that's right and depending on the effect it has it can be disastrous take my quirk if accumulates powers from the previous users and the true name of my quirk'' Toshinori says with a hand in front of him that begins to have a shine to it and there seems to be a light breeze that only he is heeling judging by the moving clothes and hair ''is one for all''

''one for all'' Izuku and Teela said together as if they were in a trance

''that's right one person improves the power then they hand to of to someone else who does the same thing as it continues to grow form one user to the next it is thanks to this cultivated power that allows me to save those that are in need of a hero and that is the truth behind my power'' Toshinori said

''but why would you give me such an amazing gift when there are so much better people out there'' Teela said

''for the past couple of years I have been looking for a successor that is worthy enough of my power and I will admit that there are some great hero trainees that are worthy of my power but you should know that I was once quirkless to so I can see a little of myself standing where you are Teela but the main reason is the fact that I saw this quirkless fourteen year old girl rush into danger just to help someone'' Toshinori said before taking a deep breath then says ''and to me its once actions is what makes a hero it's not one's quirk''

Teela looks at her brother and said ''what do you think I should do Izu''

''that is up to you to decide Teel as it will not only affect you but will connect you to something much greater just like my power connects me to Eternia and my birth right'' Izuku replied

Teela looks at Toshinori and asked ''can I have time to think it over and can I our mum about this offer''

Toshinori thinks weather or not to let the kids tell Inko about One For All then he remembers the promise he made fourteen years ago which made him decide on what course to take then he says ''no you can't'' making the kids face falls which caused him to laugh a little before saying ''as I will be the telling her as I might have to remind her of a promise I made fourteen years ago'' which got a confused look from the two kids then Toshinori said ''so won't you lead me yo your home''

''right this way'' Izuku said and the brother and sister lead Toshinori to where they lived and when the trio get to the Midoriya residence the boy said ''Mum we're home''

Before Izuku could finish Inko said ''and where have you two been you have made me worry when I saw the news that two green haired teens rush into danger'' then she saw that they had compony, and she said ''oh sorry about that and who are you anyway''

Toshinori chuckles to himself as he sees the boy that hold that power of the universe getting scolded then he turns to Inko and said ''no worries, Miss Midoriya you are a mother after all, and I am Toshinori Yagi, and it has been a while fourteen years I believe, and it is time that I kept to my deal and I have a proposition for your daughter''

Inko looks at Toshinori with suspicion and said ''how do I know that you really are All Might''

''I understand your suspicion and if you like I can bring someone here that can verify I am who I say I am and while he is on the way here, I can tell you how I came across Teela and Izuku'' Toshinori said then Inko thought about then after a minutes she nodded then Toshinori says ''okay now then to give him a quick phone call'' as he gets his phone out and when it starts to ring and the fourth ring Toshinori said ''hello sir I know it is late but can you please come to the Midoriya's'' after a little pause he said ''okay sir see you then'' and once he hung up he turned to Inko and said ''he should be here in about fifteen minutes'' then when Inko nods he begins to tell her the day's activities

When Toshinori finished telling Inko what happened that day and she turned to Izuku and was about to so congratulate him as he now had the power of Grayskull when the doorbell rang and as she was getting up, she said ''that must the person that can verify who you are Toshinori''

once Inko opened the door she froze as standing in the doorway was Nezu and he said ''hello Inko its great to see you again and as you properly have guessed I am here to tell you that Toshinori Yagi is All Might''

''so, he was telling the truth that he was All Might but what does this have to do with Teela'' Inko said as she begins to make some tea

Before anyone could say anything, the Sorceress appeared in a flash of light and said ''hello Inko and it has to do with the true power of his quirk''

Toshinori looks to the Sorceress and said ''you knew what the true nature of my quirk was''

''of cause I knew about your quirk did you think I would let people help my grandson if I don't know their background'' the Sorceress replied

Toshinori realised what the Sorceress meant as Izuku was a prince of a planet and he is to wield the power of the universe that his family is meant to wield she needed to take precautions so they didn't use him for their own purposes then he said ''I see your point'' then he turned to Inko and said ''the truth of my quirk isn't what the media tabloids or anyone thinks it is the truth is my quirk isn't originally mine it was passed on to me by my master and I am its eighth wielder should your daughter accepted then she will be the ninth user''

Inko places the tea down then she looks at Toshinori and said ''and what is the true nature of your quirk''

''well for starters it is call One for All or OFA for short and it accumulate all the powers from passed users on to one'' Toshinori explained

''I think get it now so let's say it's a diamond each user of OFA refines and polishes tit and when ready they pass it on to their apprentice/sidekick who does the same thing wash rinse repeat'' Inko said

''well, that's one way to put it but yeah that's how OFA works'' Toshinori said

Inko nods then goes to say with a look that said pian if I don't like the answer ''and if Teela does accept will you be there at every step of the way to help her get used to OFA''

Toshinori sees the look gulps and says ''you have my word and if its alright with Nezu I will take them to UA to use one of their training grounds''

''which you will have but you have to be there with them'' Nezu said as he takes a sip of tea then says to Inko ''this is a great cuppa Miss Midoriya''

''thank you Nezu'' Inko said

''yes, and thank you for letting us use the training grounds Sir though I will mostly have them clean the beach that's not too far from here with the authority to use their quirk as long as I am there which will begin in a few days and I will also make a plan for the young female Midoriya so get used to my quirk or prop her body for it''

''you might want to hold of on that plan Skeletor as I am sure me and Teela will be in trouble on Monday at school'' Izuku said shocking all the adults in the room but the Sorceress

''what do you mean Izuku'' Inko said

Before Izuku or Teela could reply Nezu said ''does this have anything to do with all the black marks that on both your folders''

''I am not surprized you asked about that sir but yes it does and judging by your look you knew something is up'' Izuku said

''yes, I noticed that the two of you have way more black marks then normal and maybe you can explain why there is one student at your school doesn't have a single black mark other than absence''

''well, if it is who I think it is then its because all the teachers always turn a blind eye to him and believe him even when evidence says otherwise just because he has a powerful quirk'' Izuku said then goes on to say as this might finally get sorted ''what makes it worse was that he always starts a fight with Teela then blames her for it and has the gull us his quirk on her he even told her to jump off the school building and pray she has a quirk in the next life just because she was applying to go to UA'' and all the adults once again gasps

''how did you know what Kacchan said to me Izuku I never told you'' Teela said

''did you forget where I was standing, I heard everything but the reason I didn't do anything to Katsuki was because we would have fought, and u had something mor important to take care of'' Izuku replied

Inko who has heard enough said ''wait Katsuki told Teela to jump of a building'' and looks towards her daughter who shakenly nods then Inko asks with a gentle tone ''Teela I want you to be honest with me how long has Katsuki been bullying you''

Teela looks away from her mother and said ''since the day we found out I was quirkless''

Inko was getting pissed at her friend's son more and more then goes to says ''you mean to tell me that he has been bullying you for ten years'' when Teela nods Inko goes on to ask ''why didn't you tell me''

Teela looks at her mother and says ''I didn't want to put a strain on your friendship with Mitsuki as you have been friends for years''

Inko give Teela a small smile and said ''if you had told me sooner then I would have told Mitsuki about Katsuki and she could have sorted his behaviour out and it if there was a strain on our friendship then it would have been Mitsuki's fault as she wasn't sorting out Katsuki's behaviour even though she could have been doing her best to sort it out'' then Inko turned to the Sorceress and asked ''so what are you doing here Sorceress as I am sure you didn't have to come here to tell us Toshinori was All Might and what his quirk is''

The Sorceress smiles and says ''your right I didn't come here for that I came here because I had to let you all know the differences that comes from the sword of power and the sword of protection''

''What are the differences between the two swords Sorceress'' Nezu said

''well, the only other thing the two sword is that the users don't have to be holding them but that is where it ends''

''I see then tell us about the sword of protection first'' Nezu said

''very well then only one can wield the sword of protection and become She-Ra even when the sword is broken the wielder of said sword can still transform whereas the sword of power can't''

''that's good to know and the sword of power''

''that one is more dangers as anyone can use the sword of power should they know the words that triggers the transformation'' the Sorceress said

''that is bad news good thing Izuku seems like the kid that uses that as a last resort'' Nezu said then when he sees the look that the Sorceress had he said ''there is more isn't there''

The Sorceress nods and says ''there is unlike the sword of protection the sword of power give the first user after the previous one willingly gives up the sword or is no more a spark and that spark can draw the power of Grayskull, but it will cause Izuku to be a savage that can't tell the differences between friend or foe''

''I see so the sword of power is like a conduit that can drew the power of Grayskull and give Izuku all the power he can handle, and should he say the phrase that activate the transformation then he will be a mindless brute that is virtually impossible to take down'' Nezu said

''right'' Sorceress said

''then how do we take him down'' Toshinori asked

''there is only two ways to beat him if he becomes like the first is to put him to sleep and the other is his twin'' the Sorceress replied

''then I hope his sister shows up before he has to use that transformation'' Toshinori said

''I agree'' Nezu said then he turns to Teela and said ''so Teela have you decided on what you are going to do with Toshinori's offer''

''I have'' Teela said then says with determination in her eyes ''I will become the ninth user of One for All''

''good now I better do this here otherwise Miss Midoriya might come after me and kill me'' Toshinori said

''do what Toshinori'' Teela asked

''I need to inspect your body to see if your body can handle the transfer of OFA cause if I give you OFA and your body isn't ready it could blow your limbs off so please go and change into something that I can inspect your body'' Toshinori said

''okay be right back'' Teela said then goes to her room

''well then I better get back to castle Grayskull I have left it unattended long enough'' the Sorceress said the disappeared in a flash of light

After five minutes Teela came back and Toshinori inspected her but didn't look to close as he had a feeling of dread the whole time he was looking then once he was done, he said ''I must say your body can handle the transfer, but you will need to train if you want to master OFA hence the training''

Izuku walks up to his sister and said ''well sis now you have a quirk like mine'' then he turned to Toshinori and said ''though please hold of on the plans until our next day at school''

''will do'' Toshinori said

''and if both you and Teela are punished for what you did today then I will get in touch with the board of education and let them know about what has been going on at Aldera Junior high and I can't make any promises, but I will try and get you two to do the graduation test'' Nezu said

''now then Teela I need you to do one thing for you to inherit OFA'' Toshinori said

''and what do I need to do'' Teela asked

Toshinori manages to get into his muscle form pluck a strand of hair and said ''eat this'' when he see the looks of confusion that the Midoriya family had he said ''you see for you to inherit One for All you need to receive some DNA from the current host so it is ether a strand of my hair for you drink some of my blood well there could be a blood transfusion but I don't think we are the same blood type''

''well, when you put it that way eating a strand of your hair is the least disgusting one there is'' Teela said as she took the strand and placed it in in her mouth and swallows it then looks towards her new mentor who was in his civilian form and asked ''so what now''

''now we wait for your body to digest the hair then you will have my quirk'' Toshinori replied

''That good because dinner is ready'' Inko said then looks towards the two pro heroes and asked ''world you two like to stay I made enough for everyone''

''if its not two much of a bother Miss Midoriya'' Nezu said

''sure, I don't mind'' Toshinori said

Then just as both Toshinori and Nezu sat at the table and for the dinner there the front door open and Orko came in with a big green tiger and said ''I am sorry Inko but I couldn't find Izuku or Teela even with Cringer'' then the tiger ran over to Izuku and tackled Izuku causing the boy to laugh then the Trollan said ''never mind Cringer fond them'' causing the family to laugh

Nezu looks at Orko and asked ''what are you''

Orko looks at Nezu and said '' My name is Oracle, but everyone calls me Orko and I am a Trollan from the planet call Trolla which is located in the timeless dimension'' and for the next two to three hours they had meaningless chatter about the different customs that is from Eternia Trolla and earth
