Wednesday

But you'd better promise me I'll be back in time. Gotta get back in time.

You groaned and rolled over, not quite ready to start the day. Peaking an eye open, you spotted Dean brushing his teeth and Sam sitting up in bed. "What, are you gonna sleep all day?"

"That was the plan." You mumbled. "No Asia?" Sam interrupted. "Yeah, I know. This station sucks." Replied Dean. Sam looked to the clock and gasped. His irregular reaction had you awake and alert. "It's Wednesday!" You raised your eyebrows, "Yeah, which tends to come after Tuesday…You good Sam?"

"I'm good. Great even! Isn't this the most beautiful song you've ever heard?"

"No. And I'm gonna put a bullet in your knee if you don't stop freaking me out." Dean stepped into the room, concerned. "Geez, how many Tuesdays did you have?"

"I don't know. I lost count. Hey, wait. What do you remember?"

"I remember you were pretty whacked out of it yesterday, then I remember running into the Trickster. But, no, that's about it." Sam turned to you. "And you?" You simply pointed to Dean. "That." He grinned ear to ear. "All right. Pack you stuff. Let's get the hell out of town – now."

"No breakfast?" Dean asked. I could go for some bacon. "No breakfast." Sam confirmed. Damn.

You were brushing the night out of your hair and Dean went to pack the car. Sam was putting his laptop into his backpack when a loud BANG! interrupted both of your routines. "Dean!" Sam shouted. He wasted no time running outside, panic painted on his face. You caught up to him shortly after, seeing Dean laying on the sidewalk, blood spurting from his coronary artery. "No. No. No. No. No." Sam rolled Dean over and you shoved him out of the way. You plugged the hole in Dean's chest with your hands and began to pulse with pressure. Two breaths every thirty compressions. C'mon Dean, don't do this to me now. Your effort was for not, as you could feel that your hands were the only thing keeping his heart beating at a normal pace. You stopped the pulsing and just stared, feeling his pulse melt away. Looking up to meet Sam's eyes, you shook your head subtly. He seemed to be in shock, shaking his head. It was Sam's turn to shove you out of the way. "Hey. Hey. Come on. Not today. Not today. This isn't supposed to happen today. Come on." You saw the pain in Sam's eyes as he clutched is brother's corpse. I can't be here…You started to back away slowly, not wanting to witness the poor man's desperation.
