Big props to whoever can understand what this is,though obviously it's something JoJo related since Dio is there. Though to be fair it seems as of late that 99% my fics feature more JoJo references than the actual series I'm writing for. I dunno, maybe I'll write a JoJo fanfic at some point, been toying at writing something about Okuyasu and Keicho recruiting Stand users before the events of Part 4. Would you guys be interested in seeing me try something new? It's gonna be a while before I start something completely new,the current fanfics will be finished first. God knows there's enough on my plate already. Oh well, think we should move onto the real roast chicken and gravy of the reading show. Coyler, out!)

Topher - It's time for the fourth class trial!

End of Recap

CLASS TRIAL/IN SESSION!

"Let's begin with a quick rundown on the rules of class trial!" Monokuma cheered,as he spun his gavel in circles, "In the class trial, each of you will present and compare your evidence from the latest murder to take place, and find out who the lucky killer was among you! Vote correctly and only the blackened will be receiving an extremely harsh and unrepairable punishment. Get it wrong however and I'll execute everyone BESIDES the blackened, giving them the right to leave this island, this game and return to civilisation!".

Topher glanced at Scott's portrait, "Can't believe we gotta deal with this bullshit again". "I know,it really does suck" agreed Heather. "I guess we just got really bad luck" said Harold, "I mean c'mon. A bunch of us get sick,we have to social distance and then someone gets slaughtered? Talk about rough". "Speaking of illness,we should probably begin by discussing the motive" said Scarlett, "The motive in question - The Despair Disease". "To begin,I think we can already establish alibis and thus who was completely incapable of killing Scott" said Alejandro. "All right, seems things are about to kick off" Topher thought, "Let's see what we got!".

NON-STOP DEBATE: BEGIN

"Starting off, here's the people who absolutely CAN'T be the culprit!" Alejandro began, "Lindsay,Brick,Topher and Myself were all in the hospital for the last few days. With Topher serving as nurse and the rest of us being with him while sick it would be impossible for any of us to commit the crime". "Me too!" piped Ella, "During the time Brick was sick,I stayed by his side the entire time". Brick nodded, "I can vouch for that alibi and confirm it. I drifted in and out of consciousness but every time I awoke she was there next to my bed". "Wait a sha-second,how can you all not have sha-done it?" asked Lightning, "Obviously the guys on the 1st Island are all safe, right?". "Not at all" said Topher, "Didn't you hear Alejandro? Alejandro,Brick and Lindsay were all on the brink of death due to the Despair Disease. It would be physically impossible for them to murder someone, let alone the elaborate set up that the killer used. Ella and Myself were also stationed in the hospital the entire time, only leaving for around a minute or two per day so we certainly couldn't have killed or set up the murder" he explained. "So taking that into account,it just leaves those who were staying at the motel and those on the other islands" rasped Harold. "While it is possible Bridgette,Lightning or I might have been able to do the deed, the killer seems to be more likely to be someone staying at the motel" Scarlett responded, "Even so,the three of us stuck together for the entire time to avoid anything bad happening. In fact the only time someone left us was when Bridgette left to buy breakfast at the super market at 1:pm". "That's true" agreed Bridgette, "Didn't see a single soul, was sorta barren". "But what about the stuff used to kill Scott?" asked Lindsay, "Didn't the killer go to the super market to buy their supplies? If that's the case, then maybe it was someone who wasn't sick?". "No that's wrong!" Topher declared.

NON-STOP DEBATE: END

"Hate to come down hard, but I don't think the killer got their equipment from the supermarket on the 1st or 2nd Islands" said Topher. "What makes you so sure?" asked Amy, "Wouldn't the killer have needed to buy rope and the bag for Scott's head?". Topher shook his head, "In theory yes,but in practice no". He turned to Heather, "Hey Heather, didn't you say you found some stuff was missing from the storage room?". Heather nodded, "Yes I did. If I recall correctly some ropes for the stage and bags for cleaning up rubbish were missing from the storage room in the back of the bar". "Interesting. Was the killer trying to throw us off course by making us assume they went to the supermarket?" Alejandro questioned. "Maybe they knew it would look suspicious if someone saw them only buying bags and rope?" added Bridgette. "Was there anything else of note in the storage room Heather?" asked Scarlett, looking at the gossiper. Heather tapped her chin, "One thing that stuck out was a ladder lying down on the ground". "A ladder?" said Topher, "Could that have been used to hang the body?". "Probably not" replied Harold, "There was a step ladder on the stage that was covered in blood. I remember seeing it when the Monokuma Files were being given out". "Ah right,I suppose that would make more sense" agreed Topher. "Wait, that reminds me! I just remembered something!" Topher exclaimed. "Please do share" Ella smiled. Topher folded his arms, "Last night when I first finished my shift there was two things of importance. The first was that after leaving the hospital I went to the bar for a night time drink. When I arrived there were noises coming from inside". "Noises?" asked Lindsay, "It must've been the killer setting up the murder!". "Did you enter the bar Topher?" Scarlett asked, pushing up her glasses. Topher shook his head, "Nope. Right before I could grab the handle I realised I'd forgotten that I promised to hang out with Lindsay for the night to keep her company,so I turned and walked away" he explained. Brick's ears perked up, "You walked away, despite hearing what sounded like suspicious activity inside the bar?". "Well what did you expect me to do? I was tired and wasn't in the right state of mind and besides,I had to rush to get stuff for Lindsay" said Topher, "I even saw Scott right before I headed for the 1st Island".

OBJECTION!

Alejandro: My my,how convenient.

Topher: You got something to say,Alejandro?

Alejandro: Absolutely! Something that I recon will blow this case fully open!

REBUTTAL SHOWDOWN

Alejandro: According to your testimony...

Alejandro: You were completely alone and heard, quote "noises coming from inside".

Alejandro: You also stated that you just happened to see Scott,in the middle of the night when nobody else was around to see.

Alejandro: Please correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't that seem just like the perfect set up for the murder to be accomplished by you!

PROCEED

Topher: I see what you mean, believe me I do...

Topher: However it would have been completely impossible for me to be the culprit of this case.

Topher: If you recall,Scott was killed at exactly 11pm last night.

Topher: While it would seem correct at a first glance that I'm the culprit and set up the murder,I wasn't even at the bar at the time of death!

RETREAT

Alejandro: Is that so?

Alejandro: Need I remind you that there was apparantely no people around at the time to witness you elsewhere?

PROCEED

Topher: No,that's not true.

Topher: There was one person who can back me up as a concrete alibi, that proves my innocence of murder even if I had been the one to set up the murder.

Topher: That alibi comes from Lindsay!

Topher: Scott was killed at 11pm,however I last saw him at 10:30pm and was back at the hospital by 10:45pm in Lindsay's room to watch Adam Sandler movies.

Topher: Since the Monokuma Files have to give essential truths in order to give a fair trial, such as the concrete time of death, the timing can also prove that I am innocent!

REBUTTAL SHOWDOWN: SUCCESS

Alejandro rubbed his chin, "Hmm,I see. Well...those are some fair points" he admitted, "Sorry about that, thought I might have been onto something there". "It's fine man, don't worry about it" Topher chuckled nervously. "Just to ask before we move on" Alejandro said, "Lindsay, can you indeed confirm Topher's claims?". Lindsay smiled and nodded, "Yup yup! He brought me rocky road ice cream, just like I asked! We watched movies about that funny Adam Sandler all night long!" she explained happily. "Oh zamn! The Tophman spending the night with a girl? And a sick one at that?" Harold asked, grinning cheekily. "Uh huh,we were all alone" Lindsay replied, oblivious of what Harold was trying to say. Topher sighed, "It wasn't like that Harold. C'mon man,get serious". Harold put up his hands, "If you say so dude,GOSH! I was just tryna be funny". Amy blew her hair, "Now's not the time to be funny dingus,we might die from this!". "Speaking of dying, should we move onto the actual death itself?" Scarlett asked. "Ayup,we need to be wracking our brains here" Ella agreed, "I think we need to look at the weapon first". "See that's the thing" Topher began, "From investigating the front room of the bar,it doesn't seem like there was a specific weapon at all". "What do you mean 'no specific weapon'? Do you think he just dropped dead and got sha-hung up?" Lightning quipped, "Cause that don't make no sha-sense". Topher shook his head, "That's not what I mean. When saying no specific weapon,it's that there wasn't anything obvious like knives, guns or posion" he explained, "However myself and Heather did note that there was broken glass all over the floor, along with large gashes on Scott's head". "Hmm,my guess is that the killer could've ambushed Scott!" Bridgette pondered. "Eh? Ambushed him?" Topher asked. Bridgette nodded confidently, "Exactly! Hear me out on this,it's brilliant!".

NON-STOP DEBATE: BEGIN

"Okay,so first off..." started Bridgette, "Scott goes to the bar after he sees Topher. He walks in..." she continued, "And WABAMO! The killer breaks a bottle over his head! Then, the killer cuts Scott up with the glass, before using the rope to strangle him to death like what Duncan did to Trent...though without the added pain of steel wires slicing his throat, yeesh that was bad, gives me the heebie-jeebies" she chuckled. "Seems plausible, but what about the aftermath?" questioned Heather, "The body was hanging above the stage,so the killer had to be someone strong or at least someone with decent upper body strength". "Maybe the killer threw the body into the air and the rope caught onto something!" Lindsay added. "No,I don't think that happened" said Topher, "A step ladder was found on the stage beneath the corpse. Since it was on the stage as well as having blood on it,you can't deny that the killer used it to hang the body". "Who's to say they used a step ladder?" Amy asked, "Didn't Heather say she found a toppled over ladder in the storage room". Heather folded her arms, "I did indeed say that. It was very odd, especially the positioning". Brick furrowed his unibrow, "Positioning you say?". "Yeah,it was lying on the ground with the top part against the right side of the room. I should also note that the vents on the left side had their coverings removed both inside and out, with the actual plates lying inside the vent tunnels out of basic sight to the naked eye" Heather explained as she discussed her findings. "Removed the vents? Why would they do that,so they could escape the building?" Harold pondered. "Escape the building?" Topher thought to himself, "I agree with that!" he announced.

NON-STOP DEBATE: END

"I think you've got a good point Harold" Topher smiled, "And hearing it,I'm 100% certain you are correct!". Harold puffed out his chest in triumph, "What makes you appreciate my big brain idea?". "Easy. When I first heard noises from the bar this morning,it was as if the doors were locked so they couldn't be opened normally. It was only when I returned from getting changed at the motel had the noise completely stopped. I kicked down the door, which revealed the crime scene" Topher explained, "If the doors were completely sealed shut, then the killer wouldn't have had anyway of getting out. Because of this, they probably planned ahead by unscrewing the vent covers by using the ladder so they could escape". "Ah,like a locked room mystery!" added Scarlett, "Very clever". "Hold on a second" interrupted Amy, "If you left the bar to get changed, how do we know the killer didn't just walk out the front door?". Lightning agreed, "Girly here's got a fair sha-point,what was stopping them from walking out the front when you left?". "They were probably too scared to leave the front way, since right before leaving I lied by saying some others were with me standing guard" Topher explained, "My guess is that once I had left, the killer was terrified of being found out. They tried to be sneaky by using the secret back passage they had made, possibly during the previous night, for a scenario just like this. Once outside they most likely realised my bluff and ran to try and hide somewhere before I came back". "How long were you gone for?" asked Bridgette. "Maybe 4 to 5 minutes, when leaving the motel I did run into Amy who joined me at the bar when we discovered the body. Oh,and there was also a motel key that I found in the sand" Topher recounted. "A key?" asked Brick, who was intrigued, "Did it say which room it was for?". "No,the tag that normally has the number was torn off, however I did later find out it was for Room 209" said Topher. "You just went searching in some random person's room?" Amy asked, disgusted. Topher shrugged, "It was necessary for me to carry out a proper investigation". "Mind revealing if you found anything important?" questioned Alejandro. "I did find a screw driver, which perfectly matched the screws on the ventilation cover" Topher recalled. "Ah ha!" exclaimed Lightning, "So then that must mean the killer is whoever was staying in that room!". "Maybe you're right man,but it could still be hard to nail things down" spluttered Harold, "Logic would dictate that the killer probably took out all their clothes and stuff back to their cottage,in order to prevent anything linking back to them. Since Topher had the key,it meant the door would always be unlocked". Ella fiddled with her headband, "I wonder if anything could've been left behind,if the killer tried to move quickly in a panic". Topher laughed to himself. "What's so funny?" said Lindsay, "Did someone say a joke?". "Well..." started Topher, "I actually did find something. Might certainly help with finding the culprit but it's a tad embarrassing". Lightning's eyes lit up, "Ooh boi, what'd you find? C'mon! Spill the sha-beans!". "Guess I should probably tell them. Fingers crossed nobody gets pissed off" Topher thought to himself, "Okay. Here's what I found".

NON-STOP DEBATE: BEGIN

"After initially finding the screw driver that was used to take out the vents..." started Topher, "My investigation lead to finding a black bra, branded by the rocket punch market, underneath the bed". "Wha?!" gasped Amy, "A-a bra?!". "Yep,a black bra that was placed in a fashion that looked as if it was accidentally dropped!" Topher exclaimed. "I say, that's quite an important yet slightly amusing piece of evidence" Brick mused, "If you claim a bra was located inside of the killer's room then...it means the killer HAS to be female!" he exclaimed. "If that is the case" said Alejandro, "Then it would stand to question that we ask the ladies to disclose to us their bra sizes". The girls scoffed. "You dirty perverts!" yelled Amy. "We aren't trying to be perverted,GOSH! This is just the only real way to narrow down our suspects!" Harold pouted. "Hold on" said Heather, "Before we do,why don't you tell us what the size is?". Topher frowned, "Can't do that I'm afraid. Who's to say someone won't lie? By keeping it a secret it means you'll be forced to give us honest answers that will help narrow down our suspect" he explained. The girls grumbled, knowing he had a fair point. Ella frowned too, "Okay...well...currently I'm a pair of double B's. Please don't laugh at me" she wailed. "Hey now,we would never mock a lady for their body" Brick assured her. "I'm a 30DD" Heather muttered. "Same here" Scarlett and Amy said simultaneously. "Not sure it helps but my size is 32B" added Bridgette. Lindsay's face lit up, "Oh! Are we having girl talk? You won't believe this, but I'm a 30J!" she clapped. The entire court room went silent. All that could be heard was someone saying "sheesh" in a quiet, yet high pitched whisper. "So,now that you've learned some of our most private information, what size was the bra in question?" scolded Scarlett. Topher's face was red,but he knew he had to press onwards. "The size of the bra was 30DD!" he said, "Which means that we've potentially sanded down are list of culprits to 2 people". "Hang on,2 suspects? But 3 people share the same size" said Harold. "While it's true that Scarlett,Amy and Heather are all the same,Scarlett was distancing on the 1st Island with Bridgette and Lightning, thus she wouldn't have been able to murder Scott. Heather and Amy on the other hand were all on the 3rd Island at the same time!" Topher recounted.

NON-STOP DEBATE: END

"So it looks like we've got it down to you two" said Alejandro, pointing at the two girls, "Now. Which one of you is the culprit?". Heather and Amy began to sweat, before pointing an accusing finger at each other. "S-she did it!" they both yelled at the same time. "Aw crap, seems they both seem suspicious of each other" Topher thought, "Taking into account our current evidence,I'm certain that it's one of these two. Heather, someone I've grown close to as a friend over our fondness of drinks. Amy,not the nicest girl around but still just an every-girl in her sense. I'm sure we'll find the right answer,we have to!" he thought to himself. Bridgette massaged the back of her neck with her hands, "Yo Tophman,do me a favour would ya? What happened again after you left the motel and found Scott's body?". Topher pointed his thumb and pointer finger in a gun shape on his chin, "Let's see...if I can recall correctly: After leaving the motel and jogging across the parking area,I ran right into Amy. At the time and even now I didn't think it seemed odd. I mean,it was around 1:20pm and she had told me she was getting breakfast. Going by that you can easily add up that she was in the super market at 1pm buying herself breakfast. I took her to the bar where she watched me kick down the door. Once it was down we found the body. A few moments later we were joined by Harold and Heather, which caused the body discovery announcement to be played by Monokuma" he said, listing off the events. "Question, did you say the body discovery played while 4 people were present?" asked Scarlett. "Yeah, once Harold and Heather set foot in the bar and saw the body it played over the loudspeakers" said Topher. "Interesting" said Scarlett, pushing her hair bun. She turned to Monokuma, "Hey Monokuma,I have a question. Body Discoveries are played when 3 people find a body. Do these include the killer themselves as someone finding a corpse or not?". Monokuma became flustered, "Aw shucks,y'know that's...um...it's...". "It's a simple question sir,do they count or not?" Brick asked sternly. "Sure it's simple question,I'm just flabbergasted that you guys are getting so desperate that you wanna use the body discovery as a hint to find the killer!" Monokuma exclaimed, his red eye flashing, "Buuuuuuut...no,in this case the killer does not count towards activating the body discovery announcement. There, are ya happy now?!". "Very much so" Alejandro smirked.

"Now that we know the killer doesn't count for the body discovery we can easily determine who the killer is" said Scarlett, "In fact,I've already cracked it...I think". "Wh-what? You know who the killer is?!" Amy exclaimed, leaning forward. Scarlett gave a simple nod, though it made her glasses fall so she had to adjust them. "Topher claims he saw Harold and Heather enter the bar,by using this and the knowledge we've just acquired we can easily unearth the culprit!" she explained. Topher was in deep thought, "Gotta remember. Remember. Remember! What do I need to look for?" he pondered. He thought long and hard about what had happened. First he had walked in as Person Number 1. Amy followed as Person Number 2. Harold walked in being Person 3. 3 People yet no announcement. After Harold,Heather walked in as Person Number 4". Topher gasped as the pieces of his mind fell into place, "I got it!". "You do?" Lindsay asked, "Do you know who killed him?". Topher nodded, "I'm now 80% certain. Putting together all the pieces,I can near fully assure myself that the killer is...you!" he yelled, pointing a finger. The student's eyes followed his accusation all the way across the room to the podium...of a disgusted Amy. Amy scoffed, "Me? What are you talking about!". Topher folded his arms, "I'm talking about the fact that piecing together the evidence leads to you!". Amy coughed, "Oh yeah? Oh yeah?!".

OBJECTION!

Amy: You sound so stupid!

Amy: You can't just go and say shit like that at all!

Topher: Trust me,I'm certain I know where I'm going with this.

Amy: Pfft,please!

Amy: Time for to hear me prove your stupid mind wrong!

REBUTTAL SHOWDOWN

Amy: First off,I was helping you search the crime scene and rallied the others.

Amy: If I was the killer...

Amy: Then why the fuck would I do that?!

Amy: Secondly,I was there when the body discovery announcement played.

Amy: Since the killer isn't included, how do we know it wasn't Heather?

Amy: Her bra matches the killer too!

PROCEED

Topher: Sure you helped us put together the investigation, but how does that make you innocent?

Topher: Need I remind you Ezekiel did the same job during the first murder?

Topher: Duncan also helped during the second murder.

Topher: The culprits have helped before,it's just a way to blend in!

RETREAT

Amy: But I was there when the body was pronounced dead!

Amy: Didn't you just hear me?!

PROCEED

Topher: Yes,I did hear you...

Topher: I heard you being wrong,as my math and a statement near the beginning of the trial have helped to confirm my initial theories!

Topher: During the time you said you were buying breakfast,1pm,Bridgette was at the exact same super market at the exact same time yet didn't even see or hear another person.

Topher: And during the body discovery,if you were innocent and Heather was the culprit, then why didn't it set off when Harold walked into the bar as the 3rd person to enter the room?

Topher: If you had payed attention,it didn't play when Harold, you and I were in the room together,it only activated once Heather set foot inside!

REBUTTAL SHOWDOWN: SUCCESS

Everyone was in shock and awe at Topher and Amy's debate. Topher had seemingly cracked the case wide open. They all glared at Amy,who was pink in the face and sweating profusely. "Some excellent points, near impossible to argue with" said Ella. "Indeed,it all fits together like a Lego tower. Incredibly tight and sturdy" Harold agreed. "You stand accused Amy" began Brick, "Tell us,with these arguments and the evidence stacked up against you, would you like to object?" he asked calmly. Amy was frozen for a second, "D-d-do I...o-object?" she whispered. The jury were silent. Quick as flash,Amy slammed her palms onto her podium, "YOU'RE DAMN RIGHT I FUCKING OBJECT! OH OH OH NO! THINK I'M GONNA TAKE THE WRAP FOR ALL THIS WITH YOUR STUPID ARGUMENTS AND THEORIES!" she shrieked. The others were taken aback. "Try and object, but it'll do you know good" said Topher. "SHUT UP YOU LITTLE PRICK!" Amy yelled. Topher was stern, "I've got two more questions to ask real quick". "GOT MORE LIES TO TRY AND SPREAD?!" she shouted. Topher ignored her, "Everyone who was at the motel. We should still all have our keys since there wasn't anywhere else to put them, correct?". Harold,Ella and Heather all showed their keys. "Good, now for you" said Topher, his eyebrows in a V-shape. "WHAT ELSE DO YOU WANT FROM ME?" Amy howled. "One final piece of evidence that proves your crime!" Topher barked. "GONNA MAKE UP SOMETHING AGAIN?!" Amy shouted. "Not at all,and you can't make something up either!" said Topher. "SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP!" she shrieked. "Alright, here goes! To prove your innocence, give us the key to your motel room!" Topher ordered. "WHAT GOOD WILL THAT DO?! IT WON'T CHANGE THE FACT THAT YOUR A LYING LITTLE PRICK WHO'S TRYING TO GET US ALL KILLED!" hollered Amy. "A lying prick trying to get us all killed? More like a smart guy who's serving justice!" said Topher. "OPEN YOUR MOUTH ONE MORE TIME,AND I'LL SMASH IN YOUR BOLLOCKS UNTIL THEY'RE NOTHING BUT CHUNKS OF MEAT! THEN YOU'LL HAVE SOMETHING TO WHINE ABOUT FOR FUCK'S SAKE! NOW...BACK OFF!" she shrieked. "Huh,a nice insult that won't work!" Topher exclaimed, "I know now it in my heart that you're guilty Amy Smith!" he yelled, "I DEMAND TO SEE YOU PRESENT YOUR ROOM KEY IN YOUR HANDS!" he shouted. Amy's eyes filled with rage...but just then, slowly filled with tears. She opened her mouth, with nothing coming out. She had said everything she could, there was nothing else to do. Topher crossed his arms, "Thought as much". He pulled out a key with a tag taped on. "You can't present your room key because I found it this morning before I ran into you. It was missing the tag, however I found it buried in the sand, torn off from the chain" Topher explained, "I'm fairly certain this is the end,but before we finish I just want to look over the entire case one more time". Brick gave him a thumbs up, "The floor is yours soldier". Topher nodded, "Okay...here's everything that happened in this case!"

CLOSING ARGUMENT: BEGIN

The entire ordeal kicked off a few days ago. Myself and Heather were enjoying drinks in the bar when Scott rushed in to inform us that Brick,Lindsay and Alejandro had all been overcome by strange illnesses, which we later found out was Monokuma's newest motive "The Despair Disease". Hearing it was contagious and would spread until a murder or we all died,we agreed to distance ourselves. Scarlett,Bridgette and Lightning all returned to the 1st Island while Brick,Lindsay and Alejandro were placed in the hospital on the 3rd Island. Meanwhile Myself,Heather,Ella,Harold,Scott and the culprit all stayed at the motel on the 3rd Island. The culprit must've had a motive, presumably wanting to save their own skin, and so decided to set up a murder plot. My guess though is that they didn't have a specific target, they'd just kill whoever walked into their trap. On the first night,I had finished my rounds and was heading for a drink. Strange noises could be heard inside the bar, which we now know was the killer trying to set things up. Before I could enter however,I remembered I had promised to spend the night with Lindsay watching movies. Because of this I walked away, which is probably the reason I'm still here while Scott is gone. I had run into him while walking towards the bridge,in which he promised to talk to me tomorrow, which would never happen. My guess after I saw him is that he too wanted a nightly drink, going to the bar. Once he entered, his fate was sealed. The killer ambushed him from behind and sliced him up by breaking a bottle over his head. Next they used a rope to strangle him to death. He must've put up a fight, since there was upturned stools and broken glass everywhere, despite his death. With Scott dead, the killer covered his head with a bag and dragged him to the stage, where they used a stepladder and rope to hang up his corpse. They then locked the doors, and from my investigation used a glue to hold the doors in place. After that they quickly escaped. But how,you may ask? Unbeknownst to us,the killer had used a screw driver to open up the ventilation shafts in the storage room in order to get in and out of the building, essentially creating a locked-room mystery. The next morning I awoke and headed to the motel to change clothes when I heard noises inside the bar again. While I tried to open the doors, they wouldn't budge and I couldn't make out who was inside. Sensing danger,I lied by saying others were standing guard while I went to change, which the killer believed. I arrived at the motel, but before entering my room found a key for a room, that being the killer's room. When heading back,I unknowingly ran into the killer and dragged them along to help investigate the bar. Kicking down the doors,Scott was found dead. A few minutes later,Harold and Heather arrived. This was important too,as the body discovery announcement when plays when 3 people excluding the killer find a corpse. However, when the 3rd person entered it didn't activate, only starting once Heather, the 4th person set foot inside. During the investigation was when we discovered the culprit's escape trick,as they had botched an escape. Presumably in a rush to get out once I left to get changed, they still waited for a few moments, which is how I then ran into them later. They waited in the vents before finally emerging to see if other people were present and once realising my bluff, headed for the motel. Later that day we found two more important pieces of evidence. That being the screw driver used on the vents and a bra that the killer had accidentally left behind. Had they not left vital evidence behind and not lied about alibis, the killer might've managed to get away with this murder. However this blunders have lead to their downfall.

Who's downfall you may ask? None other than Amy Smith, the Ultimate Cheerleader! After this class trial it seems everything is pointing towards you as our culpirt! You can deny all you want, but I'm 110% certain that THIS is how this murderous act was acomplished!

CLOSING ARGUMENT: END

"Now that's what I call sha-convoluted!" laughed Lightning, "Like seriously, you couldn't have just given the guy cement sha-shoes and dumped him in the ocean?". "Very disappointing Amy,I expected better" sighed Brick. "I-I-I..." Amy stuttered, "I ju-...ju-...just wanted...t-to go...h-home". "Home? To your family?" Lindsay asked. Amy nodded, "I was j-just f-f-f-fed up h-here" she stammered, "I wanted t-to go h-home and f-f-forget about this m-mess". "I understand that" said Harold, "Family and home is important, and I'm sure we all wanna get out of this mess. But...there were better ways to do it...gosh" rasped Harold. "Better ways indeed, like what?" Monokuma chortled, "You know the rules, you kill and escape or don't and die! Them be breaks!". He raised his arm, "Now,I'm sure you all know what time it is! E! I assume we're all used to the routine by now,to vote for which classmate you think is the guitly party just use the voting device attatched to your jury podium! But REMEMBER! Failure to vote will lead to you being executed along with the blackened. Without further adue, let the voting commence!". The 11 students didn't talk as they placed their votes. They all made their choice and watched as the giant monitor revealed the results, showing 10 votes for Amy and 1 vote for Topher. "Gee wiz, seems like the guy accused always votes for Topher. Like THAT'S gonna do anything" Monokuma chuckled, "Let's see now if your vote was correct! Did you make the right choice or the dreadfully wrong one?". A giant roulette wheel appeared on the monitor as it's arrow spun round and round in circles, eventually landing on Amy's face. The screen flashed and showed only one word: GUILTY.

CLASS TRIAL/ALL RISE

"Wowzers, you hit the bottle on the head for the 4th time in a row!" Monokuma cackled, "I must say you've mightly impressed me,it's like you were all born to play Judge,Jurer and Executioner". "Oh no" gasped Ella, "So it's true? You really killed Scott?". "Obviously Ella,it doesn't say 'guilty' for a joke,it says 'guilty' because this bitch tried to get us all killed just so she could go home" snapped Heather. "Shut up! I did what I had to!" Amy retorted. "Yeah right,we could've all made it out alive if we used our brains, shame for you I guess" Heather sulked. "Ah shut up you alcoholic toilet-clogging bitch" Amy spat. "I'd rather be an alcoholic than a fucking moron who thinks they can get away with murder in a situation like this" Heather replied. "Alright, let's calm down" said Brick, who was ignored. "You better watch yourself on the drinks or soon you might not fit into those skimpy shorts" laughed Amy. "At least I'd have an ass that isn't flatter than a plank of wood!" Heather snapped, "What guys are gonna look at that miserable thing when walking behind you down the street or up stairs? They'd get a better experience looking at a table" she laughed triumphantly. Amy's face was red as she threw a punch at Heather's face, knocking one of her teeth out and causing her to fall to the floor. "Shut up! Just...shut up you white trash, saggy assed,no loving family having, alcoholic slut!" Amy shrieked. Having this unfold,Brick was now furious. "I say THAT'S ENOUGH!" he bellowed. He jabbed Amy in the chest with his muscular finger and got into her face, "You listen here Missy, these are you're last few moments alive on this Earth because you royally fucked up and murdered one of your own men! Now you wanna that time in a betty bitch fight when you should be praying that your death is swift and painless!" he yelled at her, making everyone nervous. Brick was usually a nice guy,but when he kicked into Drill Sergeant mode he could quickly become super intimidating with his deep voice and unintentionally muscle tensing. Surprisingly,Amy somewhat listened to what he was saying and didn't interrupt. When Brick finished his rant, she took a deep sigh as a single tear rolled down her cheek. "I'm sorry...everyone" she whispered. "Boohoohoo! How tragic and sad! It's almost enough to give me some sympathy and let you go home with a free pass!...almost. Okay okay,I think it's time we move onto my FAVOURITE part! It's time to make some noise and show some despair for that special time once again!" Monokuma cackled loudly as the students watched him. Amy opened her mouth to speak one last time. All that could escape her cold, dry lips was two words: "Good luck". Monokuma raised his gavel, "Alrighty! Let's give it EVVVVVVERYTHING WE'VE GOT! IIIIIIIIIIIIIT'S PUNISHMENT TIME!" he gleefully announced as he smashed his gavel onto the "punishment button".

(Gymnastics Practice) (Ultimate Cheerleader/Amy Smith's Execution - EXECUTED)

AMY HAS BEEN FOUND GUILTY! TIME FOR HER PUNISHMENT!

Amy on the top of a trapeze pole in a giant circus. Below her is a sea of whirring blades that can slice her to pieces. Holding the bar,Monokuma pushes her off and forces her to swing across the ropes made of razor wire, which cut into her hands. When she reaches the other side of the circus,Monokuma cuts one of the ropes and drops the platform she started on and forces her off. Once she reaches the other side again, the previous platform falls. Amy is forced to swing back and forth across the room grabbing the razor ropes as they dissapear one by one. Eventually she's left dangling helplessly from a final rope. Monokuma cuts the final rope and causes Amy to fall. She screams while falling until she eventually lands in the grinder and is sliced, diced and ground up into flesh. A small machine underneath the grinder spits out a sealed tin called 'Amy's Dog Food' and with a caption that reads 'Featuring 100% Smith'.

The execution comes to a close as the students stand grimly in the court room. Topher looks towards the podium circle and sees Amy's portrait rising out of the ground to stand where she once stood. "Can you believe how fun that was? Man do I love the circus" Monokuma giggled on his throne. Alejandro rolled his eyes, "I'm sure it's a wonderful time" he said sarcastically. Brick marched towards the elevator and pushed open the doors. Monokuma was puzzled, "Leaving so soon Commander?". Brick scowled, "The trial is over and culprit dealt with. We have no reason to stay here any longer" he said, very coldly. He waved his arm, "Come on,whole Company! Forward march!" he barked,as the students walked forward and clambered into the elevator. Monokuma could only sit, watch and laugh as the students returned to the surface. Topher was thinking as he stood in front of the elevator doors, "And so another class trial has come to an end. We escaped with our lives, but lost two of our own,Scott and Amy. Amy may have been a cold murderer, but I can understand her reasoning. She was fed up with this killing game and wanted it over and done with. Makes sense, someone was bound to crack under the pressure at some point, thank God it wasn't me or someone dangerous. I don't know what could happen if someone like Brick or Lightning decided to commit murder,it could easily be a disaster". As the elevator clanked to a stop at the surface of Monokuma Rock,Topher looked at his classmates. The were remaining quiet and confined to themseleves, very unhappy to say the least. As they all walked away from Monokuma Rock,an idea sprung into his head. "Hey everyone" he called out, "Follow me,I've got an idea!". "Something the matter?" Harold asked. "Probably isn't anything bad,but I might have something to lighten our spirits" Topher replied. With nothing better to do,they all followed Topher to the Titty Typhoon on the 3rd Island again. Entering,it was spotless. The entire place had been scrubbed to perfection from ceiling to floor. Had they not seen the crime scene before, nobody would've guessed that a vile murder had taken place there.

Jumping behind the bar,Topher began to make a full round of "Topher in the Bar" for everyone. "A drink? Now?" Scarlett asked. "What is this stuff?" Ella pondered. "It doesn't look very nice" agreed Lindsay. Heather took her glass and licked her lips, "Listen people, this drink is absolutely amazing, pure perfection!". "Thanks Heather" Topher smiled. He looked around, "I brought us here to make a pact, that from now on we'll work together to avoid any more murders where possible! But not just that, this group drink is also to be had in the memory...of Scott" Topher said,in a calm tone. "He was our friend, wanted to see us all escape and help anyway he could. If he were here right now,he'd want us to get along,be budsters and share a drink together" he explained. "Here here!" chanted Brick, "A toast of pride and honour it shall be!" he declared. The students all agreed and clanked their glasses together. It was one of the few times everyone was getting along, enjoying drinks in the memory of their departed Farmer Friend. Topher wished they could all stay like this until someone came to rescue them from this killing game, but knew it most likely wouldn't be possible. What he did know for certain is that he would remain strong, brave and courageous. He would be...their Hope.

-END OF CHAPTER 4-

(Coyler's Note: Man this was a good time to write. I think I'm getting better with each upload, and this proves it! The trials can be tricky to start, but once you get going it's all uphill! Amy is done and dusted, but she was fine enough and went as far as she should. A lot of people thought Harold was the killer which shocked me,so I bet that was a twist at least. Hope you all enjoyed Chapter 5,I'll start work on Chapter 5-1 at some point this week. But until then, that's all for me. Coyler, out!)
