Diary of a commoner living in Camelot

Tommy is a stableboy in the castle. He started keeping a diary a few months ago, it is his most precious possession. Gently poking fun at Merlin plotholes and a fun imagining of what life must have been like for a commoner in Camelot, dealing with the occasional dragon attack and escaped prisoner. Very roughly corresponds to the episode order

Got woken up by the alarm in the wee hours of the morning again. I bet another prisoner has escaped from the dungeons. What are those guards doing in there? I'm sure even I can do better, at least none of my horses have ever escaped. Maybe I should apply for a job as a Camelot guard, I imagine the pay's better being a stable boy…
