Drow blocked a punch from the hippo demon then she punched it twice before being hit in the stomach by the demon. Drow stumbled back then she summoned her hammer and used it to parry a punch from the demon. Drow hit the demon with her hammer twice then she put her crystal into the hammer's head causing violet and black energy to gather on the head.
"PENANCE BREAK!"
Drow hit the hippo demon in the chin with her hammer, causing it to go into the sky and explode. Drow let out an exasperated sigh then she had her hammer change back into her scarf as she walked over to Holly. Drow stopped in front of Holly and asked,"Did you call Devon?"
"Yeah, he said he was on his way. What the hell is going on?! Why do you have this armor on and how did you fight that hippo thing?!",Holly asked in a panic.
"It's a bit hard to explain with me sounding like a crazy person so I'll just wait till Dev gets here.",Drow said. She then sensed someone else behind her and she turned around to see Voria standing there. Drow readied herself while saying,"Voria."
"Rose.",Voria said as her appearance began to change into that of her demon form. Voria now was a dark pink skeleton with four lime green eyes, lime green teeth and a lime green light coming from inside her skull while her hair had changed to being brown. Voria also now had four arms and her clothes appeared tattered and covered in blood stains. Voria also had lime green claws at the ends of each of her fingers.
Holly fainted from the sight of Voria while Drow walked forward towards Voria. Drow rolled her shoulders then said,"I'm gonna make a guess and say that you're Gluttony."
"You'd be right with that guess.",Voria said while moving away from Drow. Drow stepped onto the sidewalk while scoffing,"Figures that you'd be the sin of Gluttony. I can assume you're still gorging yourself on any kind of food someone puts in front of you or just eating whatever those boney hands can grab."
"Heh, seems your mouth hasn't changed much. Still using words to hide how truly weak you are."
"You can ask Jacoby how weak I am."
"It's not much of an achievement to beat Jacoby, Rose. You should know that."
Drow faced Voria then she summoned her hammer and readied it. Voria readied herself then she and Drow charged at one another.
Not too far from Drow was, Crusiad was fighting Rufus while also moving to where Drow was. He dodged several attacks from Rufus then he flipped backwards to dodge Rufus' mace. Crusiad then landed four powerful punches to Rufus' face then he was hit with Rufus' mace and was sent back many feet.
Crusiad grunted in pain but kept himself upright while readying himself. Rufus huffed, then said,"This is so tiring, can we take a break?"
"Take a break? You realize this is a fight correct?",Crusiad said, not dropping his guard.
"Yes but fighting is just so much work. As is standing. Wish I had my scooter with me right now."
Crusiad sighed then he heard the angel say in his head,"The sin of Sloth is not to be underestimated Devon. Just because he complains and tires out easily does not mean his power isn't great in its own right."
"I know that, I just got hit by that mace of his and it felt like a sledgehammer hit me.",Crusiad said.
"Then you should try not getting hit again."
"I am not trying to be hit."
Crusiad then dodged Rufus' mace before blocking a punch that sent him back. He then was launched into the air as Rufus slammed his mace into the ground. Crusiad crashed into a bench and groaned in pain before he was hauled to his feet by Rufus. Rufus lifted his mace but Crusiad delivered four swift yet powerful punches to Rufus' face then he kicked the sin of Sloth in the stomach causing him to stumble back into a car. Crusiad stumbled a bit then he said,"Hey angel, do I have any weapons like Rose?"
"Well you do but they're only really dependent on your own mind. When I took over your body, I was able to summon a combat knife.",the angel said inside Crusiad's mind. Crusiad then had his combat knife appear in his hand and he nodded before charging at Rufus. He dodged Rufus' mace twice then he slashed Rufus four times before being thrown behind Rufus. Crusiad managed to land on top of a car that he then jumped off of, dodging a mailbox that Rufus chucked at him.
Crusiad landed then he charged at Rufus, who also charged at him.
Back with Drow, Drow and Voria fought each other with ferocity. Drow blocked two punches from Voria with her hammer then she swung her hammer at the deadly sin. Voria dodged the hammer then she managed to punch Drow in the face twice then she was hit in the chest with Drow's hammer.
Drow spun her hammer in his hand before she smashed it against the side of Voria's head, causing her to stumble into a car. Voria grunted, then she took three bites out of the car's roof.
"What the hell?",Drow said with genuine confusion. Voria continued chewing the car then she fired a ball of sickly green sludge at Drow, who dodged it. Drow looked at where the sludge ball landed to see it had melted the road.
"Acid vomit? That's disgusting.",Drow said with disgust. She then jumped out of the way of another ball of sludge. Drow then had to run and dodged several sludge balls that Voria spat at her. She then charged at Voria and swung her hammer, with Voria blocking the hammer but stumbling backwards.
Voria swiped her claws at Drow but Drow used her hammer to block them. Drow then managed to hit Voria with her hammer, sending the skeletal demon back many feet. Drow briefly chuckled then she was startled by Crusiad, who crashed down beside her.
Drow looked at Crusiad, as he stood up saying,"Hey Rose."
"Devon? Are you in control right now or is it that angel?",Drow asked.
"It's me, although the angel is talking to me in my head.",Crusiad explained. Drow nodded then she turned around to see Rufus trudging down the street towards herself and Crusiad.
"Who is that?",Drow questioned while pointing towards Rufus.
"That's Rufus, he's the deadly sin of Sloth and has been trying to kill me ever since he attacked me while I've been trying to get to you.",Crusiad explained. He and Drow then turned around to see Voria standing up and shaking her head.
"Who is that?",Crusaid asked.
"That's Voria and she's the deadly sin of Gluttony.",Drow explained.
"Always thought Gluttony would be a bit less skeletal."
"Me too but Voria's never been able to get any meat on her bones so this fits."
Crusiad and Drow then faced their opponents and readied themselves. Drow readied her hammer while Crusiad summoned his knife. Voria sharpened her claws while Rufus readied his mace.
A crow landed on a lamp post and had its eyes glow yellow as it watched Drow and Crusiad fight Voria and Rufus.
In the conference room, Cleo and Hezekiah watched a projection of Drow and Crusiad's fight while Balrog and Adonis sat in the background taking glances every now and again.
