"Hayden what are you doing here you supposed to be at school"

"hang on the professor that is coming with me just needs to bring the headmaster and the assassin acting as another professor just like you said please get dad to set up the chart room for the meeting and the brig for the assassin remember the 44 pistol has got stun rounds in so don't hesitate to shoot him"

"Don't worry Hayden I will just make sure not to die I still need you to help with Buckbeak due to me being down a hand"

Harry then leaves closing the water tight bulkhead behind him at the same time an somewhat old looking man (think of him like what Slayer's lead singer and bass guitarist is like today) a middle aged man (think of him as being black album James Hetfield but with a clean shave) and a young adult (think if him as looking like a younger version of Rasputin) appear in the room.

"Hello headmaster Darkwood" Hayden said to the middle aged man "My dad should have set up the chart room for our meeting professor Dio" he said turning to the oldest in the room "are you 100% sure you want me to be your last attempt at getting an apprentice who passes your test before your retirement due to you know what"

"yes I'm sure as your the on one of the damned kids in the school who can see the importance of safety first"

"Ok then follow me and watch your heads and steps"

The younger man then said

"why can't you just being your family up here Mr Fraser it would be much easier"

The group made their way down into the hull of the sub and when they made it to the chat room the younger professor (the assassin) then fired a stuner this was aimed for Harry but this is the part to mention that the Fraser family has the curse catcher gene in their blood and Harry was blood adopted and both he and Hayden just happened to be in the generation were the curse catcher gene works and so Harry and Hayden can catch spells and this is what Harry did and threw it back to the assassin. during this time everyone else got their wands out.

"Harry well done you have just taken out the assassin who thought he killed a closest friend in the British ministry little did he know that she lived and told us all about him" Hayden said no careing that 2 outsiders know of the cruse catching "Dudley could you please come and drag the assassin to the brig" John said over the intercom in the chart room "now what was the original point of this meeting?"

"that would be due to me Mr Fraser, first of I am Devon Dio potions professor at maple leaf school of magic and I would Like you son to become my last attempt at a successful apprentice due to the fact I, I have a terminal case of magical cancer brought on by the death of my creature inheritance mate I would bearly last until his graduation, and that with it being a year early but more on that later with the headmaster, on which he would take over my role as potions professor he already working on one the own potion he has to make and will be spending time starting to teach lower years next term" professor Dio said

"now my part now that the old man is done" Duo hit him lightly in the arm "young Mr Fraser is has proved to be a high performing student so much so he will be taking OWL's with your permission Mr Fraser and before the end of this term and your son will have his NEWT year in 1989 so by the 1989 - 1990 school year he would be a professor in our school for the aforementioned reasons if he passes his apprenticeship that he will be doing at the same time" headmaster Darkwood added

"so let me get thus straight you want my son an fully trained wizard by the time he's 16 well if he going to help Harry with Voldemort and Dumbledore then I might as well agree and speeking of him where has he and Harry gone" John said

after 30 minutes of looking they found the 2 in the brig.

"now Alexei Petropavlosk we got what we want from you now their are 2 ways this could now end 1. we have Buckbeak kill you and then to make sure you dead put your body though the propellers of this Battlesub or 2. you under magical oath join our side and work with us for the rest of your life this would mean you have to help us in battle and not kill anyone working with us the 'pink toad' who happens to be our eyes in the British ministry of magic or ourselves oh and also the oath stops suicide so you can't make the oath and then off you self this includes getting someone to do it for you what do you say" both Hayden and Harry say in twin speech.

"I will take it I will take it just please don't kill my little Pytor he's all I have left."
