and now back to the story
Las Vegas McCain international airport September 1st 1991
The start of the 1991-92 school year has came upon the world and in one terminal a whole lot of wizards are waiting to board a magically expanded interior Boeing 737 painted white with a red stripe on it this is the transportation to maple leaf school of magic due to the fact that the school takes international students and for some reason the heads of the school thought that it would be good for all students to have to go to Las Vegas and then ti the school that is somewhere near thunder bay.
Harry was among the many wizards there on his way to maple leaf and was seated on a bench reading a book about destroys and cruises between 1890-1988 when a boy of similar age to him sat next to him
"is the seat next to you taken?" the boy asked
"No it's not you can sit here" Harry replied
"I'm Lars, Lars Gleaves of the minor house of Gleaves"
"Gleaves as in the destroyer class nevermind I'm Harry Potter-Fraser"
"nice to meet you Harry so when did you find out you were a wizard?"
"1985 when my familiar showed up and took me and my cousin over" there pointing to Dudley if you want to know my familiar is already at the school as we couldn't bring a hypogriff here"away from my abusive uncle and aunt and to our current home"
"me I knew from when I accidentally killed my babysitter had my magic bound until I could control it enough had it undone just last week"
just then a young looking professor (you're going to have to think yourselfs on what he looks like as I'm not telling you what the look I would put with the character named after me) came up to them and said
"Boys you might want to start boarding I'd you want first class on this flight"
"thanks sir my I ask what do you teach?" Lars responded while Harry put his book away
"No I'm not a professor I'm only going as one of the professors is my creature inheritance mate and we would both lose our lives if I don't"
"May I ask which one?" Lars again asked that's when harry looked up
"My god Conrad it has been sometime Especially with the fact that I have not been on Sevenfold much the past 2 years unlike you and Hayden as me and John had started work on restoring AMC 21 'Blackbeard' and AMC 44 'Red cloud'
well have you and Hayden you know did it yet"
"first of hi Harry and second No we have not if we had I would not be having to come to the school for every year hayden's there and get in the damn plane" the recently identified Conrad said his face turning red in the process
when harry and Lars sat down in first class which for this plane was at the back as it was safer Lars asked
"so you know on of the professors?"
"Yes professor Fraser potions professor he's my older brother though blood adoption"
well at this point I need to add in some sort of a bully this role is perfectly filled by a first year who as soon as he gets to the area where the boys are sitting says like a more to the point version of one of Harry's future mates "move out of this seat this is only for high ranking purebloods like me" he also got the part of being a budget Malfoy for the fact he also has bodyguards but only 4 instead of 2
"well by that logic I outrank you being head of by blood the houses of potter the 3 of the 4 founder houses of hogworts head by conquest the other founders house heir by blood and by will of the current head of house to the black family and a member of the noble house of Fraser what say you"
"that explains you but what about that unwanted little git there you can't even use his magic until a week ago"
"he here because I want him to now please just leave us alone"
"this is not over you will think back on this soon and say 'I should have never of picked a fight with the son of the American Minster of magic" and he left at the same time an older students came up to them
"Don't listen to my younger brother he's not the heir so dad won't do Much so you will be fine if thing get so bad just find professor's Fraser, Read, or headmaster Darkwood. I'm Tom by the way 3rd year my younger brother Dennis is the one that caused all the trouble"
"thanks for you consern but even though I only have one hand I will be fine" Harry said
"you only have one hand?"Lars asked
"yeah the glove on my left hand has a magical prostatic hand but I can't use it well I only got it 2 days ago." Harry replied
"well I'll be off and I that a book on warships you have there is there any mention of the USS Sevenfold or the USS Samuel B Robertson as both my grandfathers worked on one of those during the war?" Tom asked
"Sevenfold no it has it's own separate book" (A/N I should really update that) "and yes there is an entire chapter on the battle of Samar due to this being a magical book and brings up any info on anything to do with destroyers or cruisers also ask professor Fraser his grandfather was te captain for years and was until 4 days ago the owner of the sub but that went to professor Fraser and myself joint as a birthday present for me and a late on for him."
"I ask him later" and Tom was off to find his friends of his age
"oh no am I going to have to put up with warship loves for my whole time here"
"not everyone here like them but though there is enough for a whole club to be made just about talking about warships and also at time making up own designs" another student said sitting in the seat across to their left "if you want to join ask professor Fraser or professor Jennifer side note professor Jennifer hates her surname so when you see her call her by the first name"
after a few hours the students were deplaning and when harry got out a voice called out "First years First years this way"
Harry, Lars and the others went over to the the voice seeing someone who looks like she is related to madam pomfrey (A/N I'm for this series putting it that all school healers as cousins and have the same surname as I gives me one less name to come up with)
"everyone here good hello I madam pomfrey head healer for the school I'm taking you all for a health check up and then you join the other students for the opening feast so please follow me"
and she lead the students off to the medical wing at this time I would point out the the plane lands at 2pm so there is more then enough time for the health checks
time skip to when the checks are done
just as the checks finished Hayden come though the door
"Hello first years I'm professor Fraser here to pick you up as the headmaster who normally takes over this point has an unexpected note arrive on his desk something about an ex one night.."
Pomfrey coughed to let Hayden know he was around kids and can't mention anything out side of PG
"sorry now you will be entered for sorting but the sorting is only for the events in the school not for anything else so there is no house point system and no separate tables although the common rooms are separated by year group so the event teams are 'Sevenfold' this is the team mostly know for musical talent 'end of the world as we know it' normally best at magical based events 'The seekers' mostly good all around but always makes horrible mistakes at every final event and lastly 'Deadlight' good at mostly muggle based events and before anyone is like 'oh I'm in a better team' they all one the whole events for the year once in the last 4 years and explanation out of the way let's head to the main hall" right after that speech Harry had to unwantedly reveal his cruse catching ability due to Dennis make the choice to fire a spell at Harry (how he know the spell is due to his parents teaching him it before school)
"Mr Fletcher you will surve a week's suspension and then a month worth of detention with me and your, may I say much nicer, older brother might have told you already your father's placement will not affect my punishment unless he can make the real world me a famous musician" Hayden then said the last part only him hearing (A/N I did some breaking the 4th wall and is this a good time to say cheak out my song 'Deadlight' by my band Another Failed Project on spotify, SoundCloud or youtube)
and lead the students down to the hall where the other 550 students are.
A/N
I'm skipping the sorting and will start on first class next chapter all you need to know is Harry ended up in 'Sevenfold' and Lars in 'end of the world as we know it'
reason for skip it's late for my time zone (GMT0 or UTC) and I want to note on a separate story all note I need to remember as the author and for readers to not be confused when I mention a character name from an OC that has not been seen for sometime or was briefly mentioned
