A/N Sooooo, I kinda got to a point that I lost the plot a lot but it is a good concept idea to be adopted by anyone interested. I'll still post all i wrote but give me time to clean it up before posting the rest. till then here is the next chapter. And yes I did 'deal' with Albus by the end of all I wrote.

On with the Mayhem...

Chapter 6

By Friday morning the castle had been fully cleaned and the students were mingling among the other tables. Anna asked that the banners change to the Hogwarts crest when not a special event when a house crest was needed.

Albus did not come to any meals and the elves were told to scan any that took food to the old goat. The staff had private meetings and soon it was clear they had better rules to follow. If Dumbledore threatened their jobs then they had to simply inform the founders. Snape however was not in for a pleasant day as his Double potions class would involve both founders, even though he already had the Hufflepuffs. He still had not figured out if he could get out from the oaths to Albus even if he lost his position as a teacher.

888888

That evening at dinner the professors were all discussing their observations and none had noticed till the rumors of the fake arm had gotten to them that they never saw Harry use his left arm. The headmaster still stayed away at meal time but they knew there was a staff meeting tonight and he had to be there.

Harry was sitting at the Slytherin table and discussing the very facts that Salazar Slytherin was being portrayed as a pureblood yet his great grandparents were magicless. His father was an 'uneducated' wizard and his mother was a barely educated witch.

The facts he used plus repeating Binn's words about 'pureblood' propaganda had them in shock. The final nail was when he clearly stated that Helga Hufflepuff created the 'killing curse' as a way to get potions ingredients without having to fight and damage the creatures. The modern bastardized version was based on her work."

His words were heard by the others and Anna simply saying it was part of the memories from the rings sealed it as facts. Harry then explained about mundane advancements that were far more beneficial than magic to witches and wizards. His explanation of biology and life sciences was a very odd topic but showed just how far the magicless had advanced.

When the topic of his arm was brought up he simply pointed to the empty headmaster chair and said it was his actions therefore his story to tell first. That stopped most but he also noticed a glare from certain twins sitting at the same table. He smiled as he moved to sit in front of them. "The hat meant what it said. The Elves have seen your work areas and your original pranks. I say tone it down and focus on products that everyone can laugh at. I also see a bright future of business if you actually get to know some of these fellow students. They can aid in supply and transport for better coverage. I had a business of my own for a year but handed it over to someone deserving. I know how to get the most from those around me. Time to see if you can learn this as well. Also, I have been approached by three very irritated girls in red and gold as well as an over zealous captain, I had to threaten his captainship if he kept focusing on a game and not on the players. His argument was lost as he focused on winning over keeping friends on the same team. I will look into the teams and see what needs to be done but the school comes first and as hated as I may become, I can end Quidditch for this year and restart it next year."

With those words he left the Great hall followed by Anna. The whole room looked at Oliver Wood like he was covered in dung.

888888

Albus was livid as he was not allowed into the room before the others, his usual plan to be seated before everyone else was lost. He also was getting the stink eye from all the other staff, even Hagrid. Flitwick warned him to keep his wand tucked away during the meeting.

Once they all arrived the door opened and the staff walked in. Seeing the founders already there with papers and name cards at the table also upset the old man. Harry looked impassive, "Professor Flitwick please scan the chairs to prove we have done nothing to them. I trust the honor of any goblin blood over a politician any day."

After the scans were done and the whole room was clean they sat at the designated seats. Albus was still confused at the papers till Anna stood. "I thank you all for coming, I will start with an announcement that Professor Binns refuses to come to these meetings and again for the unknown number of times requested to be replaced so he can move on. He has stated this to the headmaster at least three times a year every year since his death."

She took a drink and started again. "Each of you have a major fault in your teaching that will be addressed. You are holding back to allow those who refuse to adapt to modern methods to meet goals. This will change, in fact the founders refused to teach any who did not wish to learn at the same pace as others. Yes we are aware that not everyone learns the same, that is why there are other programs that were involved in finding out how a student learned and let the Head of house make arrangements to get them up to par."

Harry stood. "In front of you is a comparison of the standards in the time of the founders to the standards now. As you will see you are lacking in many areas that are still active. This school was built and maintained with the funds available for nearly a century but now there are less classes and not enough teachers. How is it that the funds are so depleted? The formula for tuition versus cost was perfect even for today's prices. That will be addressed later, for now let's look at the students. It took me one week of asking the right questions and stating proven facts to break the majority of 'pureblood' dogma. Why was this not done sooner. The Slytherin House is now getting more networks of allies and friends by removing the biased crap plaguing the wizarding world."

He looked at Dumbledor, "I know very well what one person in power can do to ruin lives without care. And don't deny it. Now for the rest. We have looked into tutors for myself and my charges, so far we are already through the first year halfway mark you have in only 2 months. And that is with my disadvantage. You will all need to look into how to get these students up to snuff next year as it is too late to hammer it down while actively teaching this year. I do want to see improvements. Professor Snape, I will be ordering enough books to aid the first year student in ingredient preparations and effects. From now on that will be required on all first year book lists and you will spend your first day going over potions safety as well as that book. The introduction was well stated till the arrogant ending and then your pop quiz. Mundane studies will get a couple mundane born or even a couple magicless parents to aid in the updating of the class. I have not been able to review divination but as I see it, there is no need to have it as an elective unless the student has the gift. Professor Treylawny, I will ask you to aid other professors in the school between classes and I am putting you on notice that should you continue your drinking between classes then you will be removed. Clean up and focus on your gift and helping this school." He sighed as he sat down, "Now I believe we start on the student impressions?"

At the end of the meeting the staff were all looking at Dumbledore with unhidden rage as they had been scolded with logical facts and proven counterfacts, the documents showing too much of the funds being used away from the school were glaring red flags. The rest of the papers were budgets and equipment prices. Some had mundane equipment that was better made like telescopes. The library was on notice that all books were to be tagged with locator spells and returned by one week from checkout regardless of who checks them out. (again Dumbledore was called out for the five bookcases worth hidden in one of his rooms off the headmaster's office.)

All but Albus headed out as he waited for the pair to speak with him. He was not going to let them just show up and under mind all he had built in just one week. He watched as Anna took up her notes then held Harry's good arm. They vanished without any pop and he looked at the spot they had been but a moment ago. His mind reeling from the fact a first year just apperated from within Hogwarts. He stood to leave but found the pair standing at the door grinning.

Anna shook her head. "You have a marked deatheater as a professor, a drunk barely gifted seer as an electives educator for a class very few will ever be able to use in their lifetimes. The fact we removed the man you forced to be a caretaker who is now working as a Knezle breeder and loving his new job, is also a sign of your failures but best of all is that your great mistakes will be out for all to see…. That lets me know that you truly do not belong in the castle anymore. Get your affairs in order because changes are coming and you will not be here to influence anything." They disappeared again and he looked around to be sure they were gone.

For the old man, sleep did not come as the words of that girl rang within his mind. All his plans, all his positions of power, all his pawns present and future were now being removed from him and he did not like it. It was time to do something drastic. He would see what they planned for tomorrow then he would make his move.

88888888

The morning meal was going normally till Dumbledore arrived to see his throne-like chair was replaced with a normal one matching the others. When he pulled out his wand to change it an elf popped and stopped him. " Per Lady Hufflepuff, yous be sitting equal to the rest of the staff. No more throne, also no more passwords on office gargoyle. Headmasters are to be available at all times." It popped out and soon the hall was staring at him as he was still holding his wand. This was a deciding moment to show if he would accept the new rules.

He frowned and cast at the chair for it to completely disappear instead. As he turned to look for the Heir of the founders McGonnagal stood up and turned on him. "Headmaster, If you cannot eat with us as equals then go eat by yourself. We are given these new rules to get this school back into the high standards it once held."

He turned to the woman with a deep breath to calm himself.. "And where are the heirs now? I do not see them here eating with their peers 'as equals'." He smirked beneath his beard as he knew they were not following their own rules.

"That is because they were here an hour ago when the meal started and have already left for the Bank to see where all the funding for the school is really going. We already know that our wages barely cover a quarter of the fund created by the tuition and that there should have been an account to cover the population drop and still run things within reason but to have more than half the classes this school started with dropped and still run a skeleton staff is not reasonable."

He kept the panicked look off his face as she grinned at him and continued. "Also they wanted me to remind you that you are not welcome at the bank today as the Goblins are still auditing your actions as under the 'chief warlock/guardian to orphans' law. Even if you gave up the law and position, you were still the one to sign the withdrawals." Her smirk was clearly evident to the watching room as he turned and headed out of the Hall. He did not get to try and cut off these events as he wished as he saw a note on his door. It Read: Dear Headmaster, on your desk is parchment work that needs to be completed by the Headmaster, not deputy, and sent in to the ministry no later than Monday morning. Your floo rights have been revoked until this is completed. As we are aware you have NO duties for the ministry, other than this, or for the ICW. Please let us know if this is not in your power to handle and we shall see to alternative measures to ensure it is completed. Thank you, Heirs of the Founders, Lord Gryffendor and Lady Hufflepuff.

He waited till the door closed behind him as he screamed out in rage. On his desk was at least two feet tall stack of forms to review, complete, and send in. When he picked up the first form he nearly screamed again as it was for the confirmation of tuition costs per demographic. It literally asked him to write out how much the muggleborn and 'purebloods' were paying to attend the school. The next one was a request for itemized funding of each teacher's salary and the past four years salary. He knew all this but to have to write it all down was going to be trying as it would expose at least five well planned schemes to take funds from the school.

The next one was the biggest kicker as it was requesting every date and time the man had left the school for 'other ministal or ICW duties' in the past decade. If they compared that with a log tied to the wards then his few… er many personal outings would be exposed. His eyes lit up as he realized that included every time he went to deal with Harry running away. "Damnit, that little shit was trying to get him to expose some of the lies I have been using. Well we can just see how he likes it when I work this to my advantage. A little cover up that I was meeting an ambassador from the ICW or other magical nation when I was really getting the brat back into his relatives home. See what he can do to prove me wrong now."

With a vile grin the man sat down and started to work on the forms. Never realizing that he did forget an important lesson from earlier this week. In a sealed room down the hall, a dicta-quill was writing down what Albus was plotting out loud.

888888

Gringotts…

"So you see Lord Gryffindor, the funds have been slowly pulled under the direction of the Headmaster in the last four decades and no extra investments have been made. I would suggest taking the funds back from his other accounts he is using under aliases and then doing some modern investments with them as well."

Harry looked at the statements in his hand as he taught it over. "Ok but we are going to do non-magical investments as well. This will aid in expanding the returns since local investments are not really advancing much. The Non-magicals however are constantly advancing and new opportunities are popping up monthly. Does this sound reasonable to Gringotts?"

The goblin smiled with its lips closed as it narrowed its eyes at the boy. "Are you sure your just a wizard child? Because that was very wise and not something any of these wizards would even think of let alone suggest. We can do it and will be happy to work with any companies you are interested in."

Anna was happy to be helping and Sam was also sitting nearby looking over some of the statements. Sam cussed out as he turned to the Goblin. "Master Goblin, why do the statements have a teacher's salary going to a Prof, Binns account and not a family member's account?"

The Goblin glared. "That ghost of a dishonorable pack of murdering, vile, (switched to goblinese)...Err. He is the, technically, last existing member of his house for the last 40 years. Also if you look closely at the statements from his accounts, you will see they are nearly depleted a week later into one of Dumbledore's accounts. But you did not get that information from anyone at Gringotts."

Harry nodded, "So be it, stop all payments to any accounts not officially opened by the 'active and living' staff. Also reduce the Headmasters payments to only a quarter of the standard amount. If he argues then he can explain why he has access to a staff member's account that should not be receiving any funds to begin with."

Anna just giggled. "Now to fix that issue entirely. Rotjaw, we need to get someone willing to teach real and current Magical history without biased or bigotted views. Well at least no 'blood bigoted' views. We will replace and remove Binns and get the students to see just what the real Magical world has done in the last half century. Also we need unbiased books that tell the real and unedited history of the World and even the British Ministry of Magic. I think I can talk to the tutor that has been working with us, into covering this year and seeing if he has any ideas as to who to hire full time." Anna looked up with a grin. "Master Goblin, we will also need an estimated cost for a curse breaker to review and fix the DADA position.

888888

Once they arrived at Bones Manor to regroup with the others they asked the Tutor about helping to fix the History issue. The younger ones were enjoying learning from the man as he knew to be cautious around them and even went as far as remaining seated when teaching. He had been told that these girls were not treated well by adults in the past and agreed to their requests. The fact that they were very intelligent and focused students despite their young age was a boon to him as well. He also knew that the House elves were keeping a close eye on him around the children. They would stun him and call Madam Bones if he did anything wrong.

Harry was filling out some more paperwork using a fountain pen when he suddenly had a great idea. He pulled over some spare Parchment and wrote a couple lines before going to the room the others were learning in. "Excuse me Mr, Stockwell, could you aid me in an experiment regarding the advancements of writing utensils?"

The older man turned to the boy with a slight frown. "I would be glad to but why is it you speak like that? I barely hear most grown ups speak so formally unless they are in politics or other high up positions."

"I said it before, I never really had a childhood I could remember, I only know how to Survive and protect this family, so I had to enhance my vocabulary to get most adults to pay attention. A child that can talk to you like you're a child is unnerving to many. Now could you write this sentence with your quill? And Anna could copy it with the ball-point pen as well."

The man looked over the parchment and grinned. "I was surprised when you all chose to use pens but this is a great example… Here you go, Also I might add that an older friend of mine once used a non-magical copy machine to reproduce an uncopyable book."

Harry was smiling at the Idea when he heard the floo chime. The others took a defensive position around the room and the tutor remained seated acting as if he was still teaching. Soon a voice called out. "You can put the wand away, Lord Potter. Unless you're expecting trouble?"

"That depends on if you're expecting a rematch? Also depends on the password."

At the same time all the kids and the visitor yelled, "CONSTANT VIGILANCE!"

"Good Day Mad-eye, say would you be willing to come with me into non-magical London for a small task?" Harry was getting his evil grin as Moody walked into the room.

"And what is it we are doing before I agree to this little trip? I don't like going in blind when I know you are capable of telling me in detail what you are planning." The man had a slight scowl. The others returned to their studies as Harry and he went to the back of the room.

"I need to see a man about a copy machine and get some information. This man will also be helping me protect my family, tell me oh great Auror… ever heard of a taser?"

And that was how Moody agreed to this little venture and followed Harry from the Leaky Cauldron to a small office building on the outside of London. The Name of the office was something odd but Harry explained it was an information and acquisitions broker. Once inside Harry had Moody drop the glamors and they headed to the back office. The two secretaries saw Harry and smiled but flinched as they saw Moody following him. The magic Eye was charmed to look like a regular eye-patch but his scars were still evident.

"Now Harry, you know I don't like you just bringing new people here unannounced and right now you aint in a good spot. Mr. Thorn's place was hit last month and word is you did it…"

"Matt I was not even in London the past two months and this vet here can vouch for me. But let's talk about some bad intell on the Jericks job. That I did do but he was not alone and he was not packing light. Also, What reason would I want to hit Thorn? Everyone knows I don't go for anyone even close to that high up. That's too much heat for my family."

The plain looking man with simple glasses rubbed his nose as he looked at the stranger standing in the most defensible and observant spot in the room. The scars and the fake leg he heard led to more proof of the 'veteran' claim. "Fine, so what can I do to get you out of here till Thorn cools down?"

"Matt… Ok no games, I have too much to do anyway. I need six rechargeable tasers, police issues or higher. Six pocket tasers as well, oh and use of your copier. That and I got some intel for you but it's not gonna be useful yet. I found out more about my real parents and the kicker is they were well off. They were murdered by the same people that was doing all those killings over 10 years ago. SO long story short I have a safe location and don't need to hit anymore wanna be drug lords."

Matt looked up and saw the other man nodding, "Ok Bandit, that's big, real big. Give me a week or two on the tasers. Copier is in the front office, you can sweet talk Clare into running it. Also that little tip gives more credit to getting Thorn off your case. His cousin is in town and that psycho gives everyone the creeps. Damn tattoo on his arm makes some feel sick when around it…"

Moody looked at the man, "This tattoo looks like a skull with a snake? What's the name?"

Matt looked at Harry nodding and sighed, "Yeah just like that and his name is Rosier, can't find anything on him but he pops in to deal with issues and things get real messy when he does. The bloke's a spook almost as bad as you, Bandit. Oh and my connections say he has some stick up his sleeve at all times."

Harry looked at Moody before waving him down. He then flicked out his wand. "You mean like this. Please tell me you're just beating around the bush Matt, I know you are better connected than most when you recognize my full name."

The man sighed again feeling he was going to need a good stiff drink. "Ok, yeah, So you really are 'The' Harry Potter. Boy-who-lived, and orphen do to a mad man. I got a daughter who's a witch. She's 30 now and that world did not do her any good. She has friends and connections in there so that's how I heard the name. I also heard about that maniac Leader and his Deatheaters. I take it Rosier is one of them. So who is this really?"

"Mad-eye Moody, Senior Auror of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement. Oh and it's Lord Potter-Griffendor now. But please just stick to Bandit."

The laughter broke the tension and when the man finally calmed he looked right at Harry. "Ok I will spread the word that you were out of town for the past two months and the family was with you. I will also need you to meet my Daughter one of these days just so she believes me when I tell her this. Go get your copies and tell the girls hello from old Matt, would ya."

"I will Matt, I have my magical mail being sorted by a third party so if your daughter wants to send me the when and where to meet for the goods…"

"Yeah, I can do that. Still shocked me that they use Owls when we have perfectly good telephones. And is it true about traveling through the floo? Nevermind, don't answer that. Auror Moody, as a friend of Bandit's, and there are not many of those, I welcome you back if you need any more information that I can acquire. Good day Gentlemen."

When they got back to the Manor the classes had ended. Harry relayed the message and showed the copy to Mr. Stockwell. He was pleased with the idea and would use it in his lessons at Hogwarts. He also asked to remain the tutor for the girls on the weekends. He enjoyed working with students like them. They accepted him as a person and not just another adult.
