Two weeks later
What Naruto had feared would happen did happen, word began to spread about Naruto having a strange ability that allowed him to shoot bones from his body. If Naruto was isolated at the academy before, he definitely was now. Some in the academy had known people who had been hurt by the Kaguya clan or had been told stories about the clan that continued to make it hard for him to make friends. Naruto though hoped it would end as he entered the academy. When he entered the classroom Kiba confronted him saying "what did you do." Naruto then looked up and asked him "what do you mean." Kiba then said, "my mom told me to stay away from you because you did something, what did you do." Naruto then said in a saddened tone "I didn't mean to hurt anyone, but when they kept hitting me I asked them to stop and they wouldn't and then something came out of me and hit them." Kiba then asked him "what do you mean "something" came out of you, what came out of you." Naruto then said, "I don't know what it is, it just came out." Shino then spoke up "whatever it is we should treat Naruto like the rest of us, it can't be that dangerous, if it was he would be loud in the academy." This made Naruto smile a bit, he 'thought at least someone is on my side.' Sasuke then looked up to see what all of the fuss was about and said "what is going on?" Shino then said, "Kiba is freaking out because Naruto appears to have some strange ability, I believe it is a kekkei Genkai." Naruto then inside was excited by this idea because usually when someone had a kekkei Genkai that meant others and a clan. Naruto then asked Shino "do you think there is a way to find out which one." Shino then said, "probably I think there is a book in the library I was reading about it." Before they could continue class started.
Later that day
Naruto was leaving the academy when he saw Shino, he ran towards him quickly. Shino was with his dad when Naruto caught up with him. Naruto then asked him "hey Shino you said you knew where a book on Kekkei Genkai." Shibi then looked at Naruto and said "oh hello Naruto, I heard what happened to you, the Kekkei Genkai you are asking about is called Shikotsumyaku it allows you to turn your bones into weapons now have a good day Naruto." Naruto then went wide-eyed about this information, he thought about how cool it would be to shoot bones out of his body and ran off. Naruto was running so fast he didn't notice when he ran into someone. Naruto looked up to see someone with silver hair, a chunin vest, and glasses. Naruto looked up and said "sorry I didn't see you there." The man then said, "that's alright hi my name is Kabuto, you must be Naruto." Naruto then said, "you know my name, well you have a chunin vest so you must be pretty strong." Kabuto then said, "well I guess you could say that, I heard about your Kekkei Genkai, I believe I can help you with that, come and walk with me." They then began walking together. Naruto tried to ignore the people whispering about him. Kabuto asked him "is something wrong Naruto." Naruto then said, "why are people always whispering about me, is it because of these dots on my face or my kekkei Genkai?" Kabuto then responded, "you could say that however they also fear you because they are scared you may become stronger than them, people like them fear people stronger than them." They then made it to one of the training areas. Kabuto told Naruto "see if you want to enact this ability you must think of what you were thinking when you first enacted the ability and try to channel that again." Naruto then said, "okay well what I was thinking, I was scared and I was thinking about getting him away from me." Naruto began to concentrate and he saw a bone coming out of his body. Naruto then said, "whoa Kabuto I did it, I did it." Then Naruto couldn't see Kabuto, as he disappeared. Nauto then thought 'whoa it's getting late, I better go home.'

Two years later
Academy Genin team assignments
Naruto was excited, through all of his troubles he finally was going to become a ninja. When he entered the classroom some were surprised to see him there. Kiba said, "hey weirdo this is for people who graduated." Naruto then said, "yeah I did, don't you see the forehead protector." Naruto then pointed to the forehead protector around his neck. Kiba then said, "hey idiot don't you know that you're supposed to have your forehead protector around your forehead don't you." Naruto then glared at him and said "If I had it on my forehead then I wouldn't be able to see my two birthmarks., I want people to know exactly who they are fighting." He then pointed at the two red dots on his forehead. Naruto then said I am naruto Kaguya and I will be the greatest Hokage. Before they could continue Iruka began talking. Iruka then said, "okay now I will be announcing the teams." Iruka then continued "Team 7 Sasuke Uchiha, Sakura Haruna, and Kiba Inuzuka." Sasuke was uncaring, Sakura was excited and so was Kiba. Then Iruka mentioned the next team, he said "team 8 will be Hinata Hyuga, Fue Yamanaka, and Shino Aburame." Fu was indifferent and Shino was a little miffed that he wasn't with Naruto, he had enjoyed his company but Hinata was sad she wasn't with him too. Iruka then continued "team 9 will be Naruto Kaguya, Torune Aburame and Aina Hyuga." Naruto then interrupted "Hey who are they, I haven't seen anyone named that." Iruka then answered annoyed, "those two are people who have had unique graduation cases like you." Naruto then sat down feeling a bit annoyed. Iruka then continued "team 10 will be Shikamaru Nara, Choji Akimichi and Ino Yamanaka." Shikamaru was indifferent and Choji was happy to be with his friend but Ino was unhappy, she thought 'why couldn't I be with Sasuke, even if I was with Naruto things would still be interesting.' Iruka then said, "your Senseis will be coming soon." He then left the room.
Later
It had been some time since Iruka had left, the Jounin sensei of teams ten and eight had come, Naruto was getting annoyed with this he thought 'when is my sensei going to get here' as he thought that the door opened. Three people entered the room, one was a silver-haired man with glasses, he was followed by a young Hyuga girl and a kid with a complete black bodysuit and a mask with goggles. Naruto then said, "finally, hey I have been waiting for a while." The silver-haired man then smiled and said "sorry, I am Kabuto I am your sensei and these are your two other squadmates." The two kids then introduced themselves, first Torune introduced himself, "I am Torune Aburame, and if you are wondering I wear this because I can't control my bugs, unlike most Aburame." Then the girl introduced herself "I am Aina Hyuga, it is a pleasure to meet you Naruto." Naruto then said, "uhh yeah nice to see you too." Kabuto then said, "you three we are going to our training area."
Later
Training yard 9
All three of them were waiting for their sensei's instruction. Kabuto started the conversation, saying "okay most genin squads have to take a final test, however, I have deemed this unnecessary, I will begin your training immediately, Torune you will need to do training to gain more control over your bugs, Aina you are going to practice your Taijutsu and gentle first and Naruto you're going to work on your chakra control and your Kekkei Genkai" Naruto then nodded. Kabuto then said "Naruto, you will start doing the tree walking exercise, and can you create shadow clones to work with the other two. Naruto then nodded and created 30 clones to train with each and began to try to do the tree walking exercises. Kabuto thought 'this is going well, though it appears the Hyuga clan are trying to get Naruto into that marriage, they seem to see him as a good tool.' Kabuto then looked at Torune, 'Torune, he has a very rare type of bug and he appeared to be trained by Danzo, Danzo must also be wanting Naruto as well."
Meanwhile land of Sound
Orochimaru was meeting with Kimimaro who appeared to show signs of recovery from his disease, however Orochimaru knew this would be temporary, however, he knew this time of breathing would be good. Kimimaro had been talking as of recent about this supposed clansman he had, Kimimaro seemed dead set on training him, Orochimaru was intrigued by this development. Orochimaru was also becoming annoyed because it seemed the Hyuga and Danzo were attempting to gain control of this kid too. Orochimaru's thoughts were interrupted when Kimimaro began talking. Kimimaro said, "My clansmen, what has happened to him, is he doing well." Orochimaru answered, "of course Kimimaro, Kabuto is training and leading him so there is nothing to worry about." Kimimaro then smiled asking Orochimaru "when can I see my clansman." Orochimaru then answered, "in due time, I want to first make an evaluation at the chunin exams."
Two weeks later
Naruto was getting tired of all this training, he asked Kabuto "hey Kabuto-Sensei when will we do missions, I think we are strong enough to start doing them." Kabuto then looked up and answered him "well, have you completed your tree climbing and your water walking." Naruto then nodded in response. Kabuto then said "you two get over here, we are going to the Hokage office to get our first mission." then Aina and Torune came to follow him as they walked over to the tower. When they got to the lobby Kabuto went over to the desk and asked the receptionist for a C-rank mission. Kabuto then told the thereof them "okay tomorrow the three of us will be leaving to do a joint mission with Kusagakure." Naruto then asked, "kusagakure, what is kusagakure." Torune then said, "Kusagakure is in a neighboring country with Konoha, they probably want to use this to get closer relations with Konoha." Aina then said "we all should pack for at least a few days, Naruto don't you live on your own if you need anything you can ask, so you know we are teammates." naruto then said "uhh okay." the three of them then left for home, all excited for the journey ahead.
