Chapter 2: Meeting the Straw Hat Pirates Part 2
A couple of minutes earlier...
Luffy , Nami , Sanji and the rest of the Straw Hat gang welcomed there newest nakama straw hat member Nico Robin .When everything looked preety normal the gang was surprised by a mysterious white circle appearing on Going Merry , and on there ship two kids a boy and a girl have been found on board , none other then Asta and Noelle.
Present time ...
Asta and Noelle are already for two hours on Going Merry meetimg so far the Straw Hat crew . Monkey D . Luffy , Nami , Rorona Zorro , Sanji , Nico Robin , Usopp and Chopper the last two Asta and Noelle meet , nobody said nothing for the last two hours , they didn't know what to talk about until...
"Okay. Now that we all know each other's names , why not you two Asta and Noelle tell us something about yourselves then we will tell about ourselves" said Robin breaking the ice after two long hours of silence between them.
"Well... what exactly do you like to know?"asked Noelle.
"Well... the obvious things of course. The place you guys come from , youre dreams and so on" said Sanji.
"Ohh that ?We are from the Clover Kingdom" said Asta pretty loud that surprised everyone .
"Pipe down kid you dont have to be so loud"said Zorro.
"Sorry" said Asta still to loud . Zorro alongside Nami , Sanji , Usopp and Chopper wondering if this kid can speak normal without starting to be so damm loud. Nico found it quite cute and laughed a little how energetic Asta is .
Luffy just like Nico liked Asta the same and laughed also .
"Quiet down Stupidsta, youre embarrasing me" said Noelle this time pretty loud and even used her magic wand to throw some water on Asta to chill him down. Everyone noticed and started to wonder how did Noelle did that .
"Is there something the matter?"asked Noelle.
"Well... kinda how did you do that?"asked Nami .
"Well i'm a mage and this is my wand and grimoire" said Noelle to Nami .
"A mage?"asked everyone from the Straw Hats .
"Yes, why?Aren't any mages around these parts?"asked Noelle.
"Well we do have some but none use a ...what was that book's name again?" asked Nami.
"A grimoire" said Noelle.
"So what exactly is a grimoire?" asked Nami again .
"A grimoire is a book that allows us to use our magic , you get a grimoire only when you turn fifthteen"said Noelle.
"Youre country sounds a interesting place to visit" said Nico.
"I want to also. I bet there are even lovely ladies there" said Sanji with hearts replacing his eyes.
"A perv till the end" said Zorro .
"Huh?Did you said something?"asked Sanji looking really mad at Zorro.
"No i didn't said anything"said Zorro not feeling to argue with Sanji at the moment.
"I thought so also"said Sanji.
"Wait you people dont use a grimoire?"asked Asta.
"No but we do have something similar our devil fruits" said Nico.
"Devil Fruits?" asked Asta and Noelle this time around .
"Yes .Well how should i put it?. A devil fruit is a mysterious fruit that givess you special abilities once you eat it . Like giving us our very own magic to use the same way you use youre grimoire" said Nico.
"Woooooah thats soooo amazing" said Asta again pretty loud .
"Is he always like that?" asked Usopp.
"Yep all the time" said Noelle.
"Must be hard for you my sweet little princess" said Sanji grabbing Noelle's hands .
"Are you turning into a lover for little girls?You damm perverted cook you need serious help" said Zorro starting another silly fight with Sanji after he thought he didn't feelt like arguing with Sanji.
"Shut up you wannabe samurai" said Sanji.
But both of them got silent when Nami punched them hard in the head .
"I told you two to stop it didn't i?" asked Nami pretty loud and angry at both of them
"Sorry" said both Zorro and Sanji at the same time.
"Anyway other then youre grimoires , what else can you tell us?"asked Chopper.
"Well i have a dream , a big one. I'm gonna become the Wizard King" said Asta.
"The Wizard King?" asked everyone curious about what Asta just said.
"Yes the Wizard King is the one that is called the most strongest mage and his job is to fight against injustice and protect the entire Clover Kingdom i'm gonna be the Wizard King and protect all the people important in my life" said Asta with a determined look , impresssing the Straw Hats . This kid reminded them of Luffy on how he always says he will become the Pirate King .
"Well i'm sorry to ruin this moment Asa but i want to know much more about these devil fruits" said Noelle.
"Well there many types of devil fruits that grants you incredible power. I have eaten the devil fruit flower and gaved me the ability to do this" said Nico using her devil fruit powers surprising Asta and Noelle seeing so many arms.
"Wooooooooaaaahh thats so amazing" said Asta loud with his eyes changing being impressed by Nico's devil fruit power.
"I also have devil fruit abilities" said Chopper turning from the tiny reindeer to a tall half human - half beast man.
Again Asta was looking amazed at this , even Noelle was amazed . She never heard in her life about something like this called devil fruits giving a commoner special abilities.
"Even our captain has devil fruit powers" said Nico
"Really?" asked both Asta and Noelle at the same time.
"Hehehe. I eat the Gomu Gomu Devil Fruit and now i'm a rubber man" said Luffy surprised to see Asta and Noelle with therw jaws large opwn when he said he is a rubber man . Everyone else understood why Asta and Noelle are acting like that and Sanji was first to speak about Luffy's abilities .
"He may not look much kids , but Luffy is very , very strong in fact he is gonna be one day the Pirate King" said Sanji .
When Asta and Noelle heard about the word pirate they both put all the pieces together and asked :
"P...pirates"?! said Asta with Noelle with her grimoire appearing ready to fight back .
"Yes we are pirates . Wait dont tell me you didnt even noticed our flag ship" said Zorro.
Thats when Asta and Noelle looked at the flag ship and saw a skull with a straw hat on it?. Asta and Noelle didn't understood why abskull with a straw hat but thenGoing Merry was starting to be shoot .
"Whats going on now?" asked Asta.
"Its the Marines" said Nami .
"The Marines?" asked Noelle.
"Yes they are the people that fight us pirates for a better world" said Usopp.
"But we are not bad , all we want is to find the legendary treasure that rumorshas it that its at somewhere on the Grand Line" said Chopper.
"Legendary Treasure?The Grand Line?Whats all that?"asked Noelle.
"No time we need to get out of here before the Marines get on our ship. You kids should run" said Luffy surprising Asta and Noelle that a bunch of pirates are not gonna use them as hostages for negations to flee away.
Going Merry was hit with lots of cannoballs by the Marines ships and then some got closure and the marine soldiers inavded Going Merry.
"Surrender now you low life pirate criminals" said one Marine Soldier holding his gun at them .
"No way" said Zorro taking out all his three swords rwady to fight. Nico and Sanji were also ready to fight back , and even Nami was ready to lead a helping hand .
Noelle then thought that this is the perfect chance to take Asta and escape this battle between the Marines and the Straw Hat Pirates .
"Come on Asta this is our chance" said Noelle.
"Say what and abandon them when they need us the most?"asked Asta.
"Asta this is no time to play the hero . And besides there pirates. And pirates are bad people" said Noelle trying to reason with him.
"No, you go i will stay and help them" said Asta.
"What?Why?" asked Noelle.
"If they really were bad people they could have taken care of us anytimenthey wanted but no they didn't they are good people they are not dofferent from the Black Bulls" said Asta with a serious look .
Noelle was thinking back at what Asta said was true so far these pirates didnt hurt them at all they threated them pretty nice and if Asta consider them as the Black Bulls then so will Noelle consider them the same.
Sanji , Chopper , Ussop were fighting agaisnt some marine soldiers .
Nami was using her electrical stick , Nico her devil fruit power and Zorro was showing off some cool samurai movements agaisnt the Marines .
Luffy finished off some Marine Soldiers also but didn't paid attention behind him was a Marine admiral coming at him from behind it was none other then Smoker.
"Say youre prayers Straw Hat" said Smoker ready to hit Luffy when his attack was blocked by Asta's sword surprising everyone around .
"No you say youre prayers you damm ugly bastard. Attacking from behind is a coward's method and i cant stand that kinda type of people at all" said Asta really mad.
"Are you a new pirate member?" asked Smoker .
"And if i am?" asked Asta .
"Then by the Marine law you shall share the same fate as these criminals" said Smoker .Behind Smoker a dark figure jumps up and tries to finish off Asta but Noelle saw that coming and stopped the attacker with her water magic .
"Dont forget he isnt the only one here" said Noelle.
"Tashigi how could you let yourself caught like that?" asked Smoker .
The black figure turned out to be a woman with a sword in her hand that was just like Smoker said none other then Tashigi .
"I apologize sir, i didnt expected that kinda attack" said Tashigi.
Noelle looking around the water noticed a total of ten marine ships and with her water magic Noelle created many whirpools that started to suck except Going Merry all the other ships around .
The Straw Hats were impressed to see how skillfull Noelle is after they finished the small fries of the marine soldiers.
"That girl could be a very dangerous and powerfull enemy in the future" said all the Straw Hat members to themselves .
Asta manages to push Smoker back and noticed that Smoker and Tashigi are gonna fo a combo attack on him.
"Ready?" asked Smoker.
"Ready" said Tashigi as both of them started to charge at Asta but they didnt knew Asta was a dual sword fighter , they only found out when both of there attacks got blocked by Asta's second sword .
"Another sword?" asked Tashigi to herself.
"This kid proves to be very annoying just like the captain of the Straw Hats" said Smoker to himself also .
"To bad youre on the wrong side kid youre talents could have been very usefull to us Marines" said Smoker.
"Like i give a crap about what you say" said Asta charging at Smoker and Tashigi all by himself .
"I'm gonna help you Asta " said Noelle using her water magic against Tashigi for Asta to have a fair fight .
"Lets help them also" said Luffy .
"Aye , aye captain" said all the Straw Hat memebers.
The scene shows next Tashigi dealing with Noelle , whille the Straw Hats dealw ith more other marine soldiers whille asta is dealing with Smoker .
Smoker was using his smoke fog to attack Asta from the shadows . To bad for him was that Asta has fighted with someone using the same tactic on his first mission with Noelle and Magna and with no problem Asta cuts the fog surprising even Smoker .
"Say what? He cut my smoke fog like it was nothing?" said Smoker.
"Dont you dare think youre the first one i fight in the fog" said Asta with a surprise atack coming from behind Asta it was Luffy's Gomu Gomu Pistol hitting Smoker pretty hard in the stomach .
" This kid ...I dunno how his sword cut my smoke fog but the Marines must know about him. He could represent a serious problem for us later on . When hia sword cut my smoke fog i feelt something dangerous coming from him , really scary and dangerous" said Smoker to himself.
"Captain" said Tashigi worried seeing her higher superior was having a hard time .
Coughing , pretty bad Smoker hated what he was about to say next .
"R ..r ... retreat" said Smoker . The Marines heard and couldnt believe what Admiral Smoker was saying , but they had no other choise so Noelle left the marines were left with a few small life boats lefr after Noelle sunk the bigger ships of the marines.
"Captain how are you feeling?"asked Tashigi .
"I feelt even better. But once we get back at the Marine base , we must inform anyone else that the Straw Hats have aquirred two new strong members"said Smoker hopping that next time he will meet the Straw Hats and there two new members things will be very different.
"Well we escaped the Marines again" said Nami .
"Indeed we did and its all thanks to our newest friends" said Usopp.
Noelle was blushing , she was complimented before but this was the first time when pirates ever complimented her.
But the moment was cut short when ...
"Wooooaahhh that was sooo awesome Luffy i take back what i thought rubber devil fruit powers are cool" said Asta pretty loud.
"Youre pretty good yourself Asta , same goes for you to Noelle" said Luffy.
"Thank you Luffy" said Noelle to him .
"You know i been thinking after what you two did today how about you join the Straw Hat Pirates" said Luffy surprising all the other Straw Hats including even Asta and Noelle.
"Whaaaaat?" yelled Asta and Noelle at the same time .
