This chapter is gonna be a backstory of sorts for Naruto and isn't completely necessary to read. I just felt like telling everyone what events I've changed in the story.
After the end of the Second Shinobi World War Tsunade was sitting in a bar getting drunk and drowning in her sorrow of losing firstly her little brother, Nawaki, and then her boyfriend, Dan in the war. Jiraiya came looking for her and after he found her he sat with her to give her company since he couldn't see the love of his life drowning in sorrow. He started, "You know Tsunade if you were coming here to drink you should have called me too. You know how much I love it."
Tsunade got irritated and sat in a drunk state, "Leave me alone Jiraiya. I don't want to talk to anyone."
Hearing this Jiraiya became sad, not that Tsunade noticed due to her drunk state, but instantly put a smile on his face and said, "But I wanted a drink, nothing else. I promise."
Soon his one drink turned to a couple of bottles and when the place closed down they somehow stumbled to Tsunade's house and ended up having a night full of drunk but hot and passionate lovemaking.
In the morning when Jiraiya woke up he had a pounding headache due to drinking so much last night, the last he remembered was drinking Sake with Tsunade and then everything's blank for him. When he tried to move he couldn't due to having something on his chest when he saw what it was he was surprised, shocked, happy (She's the love of his life but she doesn't love him back so he just keeps it to himself and keeps his distance) and sad because he knew that it was a mistake on both of their parts. So he just closed his eyes and didn't move at all so as not to disturb sleeping Tsunade and just inscribed the happy face of Tsunade in his mind forever.
After some time Tsunade started to wake up with the same pounding headache as Jiraiya and the first thing she noticed was she was naked and not alone. She slowly and fearfully looked up to see who it was and upon seeing the sleeping form of her teammate she was kinda relieved as it wasn't some stranger and shocked that she ended up sleeping with Jiraiya of all people, she doesn't even remember meeting him last night. The last thing she remembered was getting to a bar and telling the barkeeper to keep it coming.
She quickly got up rushed to the bathroom to have a quick bath. As soon as she left the bed Jiraiya sat up looked for his clothes and quickly got dressed and waited for her arrival. After a few minutes Tsunade stepped out of the bathroom in her towel and upon seeing her like this Jiraiya instantly looked away, he may be a self-proclaimed super pervert but he still respects and love Tsunade enough to not try anything like staring at her almost nude for right after she made a mistake which she's gonna regret the rest of her according to him because she doesn't see him as more than her teammate and to some extend a friend.
After she got dressed she sat near Jiraiya but couldn't look at him. There was an awkward silence between them for a few minutes but Tsunade decided to speak, "Look Jiraiya everything that happened last night was a mistake and I'm sorry for it."
Jiraiya instantly looked at her and said, "No it wasn't your fault. I shouldn't have drank that much but I don't regret what happened between us but I do regret the state we were in."
Tsunade looked at him sadly, she knew that he was in love with her but she can't bring herself to love him back. So she just shook her head and said, "But Jiraiya I do regret playing with your feelings like this. Can you please not tell anyone about this and leave me so that I can think?" Jiraiya nodded sadly and left.
After a few days, he decided to look for her and ask how she was doing, so when he reached her house and knock a couple of times without reply he thought of asking his sensei and went to him.
Upon questioned Hiruzen simply told him that she left the village a couple of nights ago but she did leave him a letter. Jiraiya took the letter and read it, it stated that she was sorry and couldn't tell him that she was leaving the village for good. If he wanted to contact her for something urgent he could contact her using the summons and she would do the same. Jiraiya was devastated but kept a smiling face and left to continue his duty as a shinobi.
Tsunade after leaving spent her days gambling and drinking, but this time drinking as much as she can handle.
After some time she started to feel sick in the morning with headaches, vomiting, etc. So went to a clinic for a checkup and what she heard had her nearly slip from her seat. She was pregnant. And that too with Jiraiya's kid since she has only slept with him in her life.
After a month of fidgeting, she contacted Jiraiya to meet her in secret and not tell anyone about it. Jiraiya arrived the next day to meet her and they were sitting in an awkward silence which Jiraiya decided to break and said, "I'm sorry Tsunade. Because of me, you left the village but if you like you can return to the village and if you'll tell me to I'll leave the village forever."
Tsunade brought her hand up to stop his rambling and said, "No Jiraiya it wasn't because of you but I can't live in a village which took away my grandfather, granduncle, and my little brother from me. I was always gonna leave it Jiraiya, it just so happens to be around that time."
Jiraiya looked down sadly but instantly put on a smile on his face and asked, "Okay so what was it that you wanted to discuss."
Tsunade took a moment for herself and said in a slow voice, "I'm pregnant." Which Jiraiya wouldn't have heard had he not been completely focusing on her.
Jiraiya became wide-eyed and after a minute spoke, "Congratulations Tsunade. Dan would have been so happy to hear that he was gonna be a father."
Hearing this a tear escaped her eyes and she mumbled something, to which Jiraiya spoke, "What did you say, Tsunade?"
Tsunade looked at him with teary eyes and said, "It isn't his, I've only slept with only one person my entire life."
Hearing this Jiraiya was shocked (because he was Tsunade's first), surprised, happy (because he was gonna be a father), and said sadly but seriously, "I'm sorry Tsunade but I'm 100% in support with whatever you decide to do and will not tell about this to anyone until you tell me to."
Looked at him with a pained expression and said, "I'm going to keep it but when he or she will be born you will take him or her to Konoha and put him or her in an orphanage with a name which can't be traced back to us." hearing this Jiraiya became sad so she continued, "You'll have to understand Jiraiya that I'm not in a mental state to take care of a kid and the old man wouldn't let one of his best shinobi to leave or retire so it's our best option for now."
Hearing this Jiraiya nodded and agreed with her. And so Jiraiya became a somewhat traveling companion to Tsunade where he took care of her and helped her in any way he could.
Tsunade gave birth to a boy who had blue eyes. They decided to name him Minato Namikaze and put him in an orphanage.
After Minato became the Fourth Hokage he started going through old documents so as not to feel out of place if any old topic was discussed. While going through these documents he came across Tsunade's file and found it strange so decided to investigate it himself.
He set a blood clone to take his place in his office and left in secret to look for her. After travel and searching for a month, he found her in a casino gambling and she had a teenage girl with her that looked like she was at an approx age of Kakashi.
He took some hair off of her without anyone noticing and got back to Konoha. He gave the hair sample with his own to the Forensic Department and told them to check them out for some case he was investigating. After he found the results he was shocked at finding what he thought.
So decided to talk to Jiraiya about Tsunade and asked him why she left the village, when did he met her again, his brief period out of the village, and so on but didn't tell him that he knew that Tsunade was his mother.
He got to know that she was in a very bad state of mind at that time so she left the village. It only started to get better a couple of years back and then she stumbled upon Shizune, who was recently orphaned and was the niece of Dan, her late boyfriend who died during the Second Shinobi World War.
Minato had the same test did with his and Jiraiya's sample and his doubts were correct about Jiraiya being his father. Now all the puzzle pieces were settling in his mind about why Jiraiya took extra care of him in the genin team, why he received extra training from Jiraiya, and the reason behind Jiraiya's strange behavior once when Minato told him that he was happy to have Jiraiya in his life as he was the closest thing he had to a father.
Minato came to the conclusion that Tsunade was not in the right state of mind when she had him so she sent him to Konoha's Orphanage to be taken care of. Jiraiya kept helping her as he was in love with her but she didn't reciprocate his love but still, he was happy. Till the time her state of mind became better, he was grown up and so she took Shizune in her care.
Minato didn't tell anyone that he knew about his parents and kept living.
Tsunade stopped altogether her contact with Jiraiya after hearing that the Fourth Hokage, Minato Namikaze died during the Nine-Tailed Fox's rampage in the village.
Jiraiya and Naruto found Tsunade in a restaurant when they were searching for her to bring her back to the village.
Tsunade seeing Naruto was shocked and looked at Jiraiya and he simply gave a look telling her we'll talk later.
Later on, Jiraiya told Tsunade about Naruto in fact being Minato's child, his status as Jinchuriki of the nine tails and treatment from the village, and his ability to look past the hatred of the village.
Asuma and Kurenai had a bad fight and had a break-up.
After Asuma died Kurenai regretted ever loving him.
Kurenai found out she was pregnant with Asuma's child and regretted loving him even more. And decided to raise her child as Yuhi.
Hinata died during the Fourth Great Ninja War protecting Naruto and Neji.
Everyone took one year break after the war and did whatever they wanted to do. Naruto trained extra hard. Mastered all 5 elements which he got due to the presence of the chakra of all tailed beasts and Six Path Sage Mode. Learned many of the clan Jutsus by trial and error after hearing the theory behind them since he also got an eidetic memory, Yin Release, Yang Release, and Yin Yang Release due to the presence of the tailed beasts' chakra.
Naruto became Hokage. Sent his blood clones to all the ninja villages and requested knowledge from them let it be history (Since the history told to people were different due to the point of view.), Jutsu, Theory, or anything else.
The Jutsus he was taught were mastered by him till it was Jounin level at least and required the bare minimum of hand signs. He also mastered each and every weapon he could get his hands on.
He was on a first-name basis with most of the people in the villages and was good friends with them. He heard stories about their adventures told them about his adventures.
Raised the level of the academy for better shinobis. Sometimes taught in the academy himself.
He became kind of a playboy to pay his respects to his late teacher Jiraiya and also to use sex as a coping mechanism to deal with the losses of war and so he used to sleep around with women of every age but of course over the legal age. Including and not limited to Anko, Kurenai, Mabui, Samui, Mei, Kurotsuchi.
Even slept with Ino and Temari after they divorced Sai and Shikamaru respectively. Sai because of his lack of emotions and Shikamaru because of his laziness to do anything. Both regretted their decision of marrying but kept going because of their respective sons but after one point couldn't take it and ended their marriages.
Shikadai and Inojin had a rough time but still managed. Garaa almost killed him after hearing he slept with Temari. Temari stopped her brother and explained to him why she slept with him.
His relationship with Konohamaru became better after he declined Hanabi's advances on him by claiming that Konohamaru liked her. After which Konohamaru and Hanabi began dating and Konohamaru started respecting Naruto more.
Tsunade on her deathbed told him everything about how he was indeed hers and Jiraiya's grandson.
Naruto sometimes thought about what would have happened if he could have protected Hinata. Maybe he could have settled down and only be called The Orange Hokage and not The Leaf's Playboy.
Many girls told him that they were in love with him but he declined to say he can't marry them because he isn't in the right mindset for marriage but he surely can date them.
One day while working suddenly fainted and upon inspection, it was found that his heart was giving up, during the war when Kurama was extracted from him his heart gave out but due to Sakura it restarted but was not as strong as before and it's still weakening with each passing day. So he instantly made up a will that all his property will go to Konoha and money will go to the orphanage's funds. He also stated when ready Konohamaru will take on the title of the Eighth Hokage.
I think this much backstory is enough but if you still have any questions ask away. Now Naruto does remember all this but due to the change in body size, he'll have to through the chakra control exercises. So Naruto will be OP in the story that's for sure. But we'll have to wait and see if he continues as a playboy or settles down. And if he settles down it'll be with whom and how many.

I don't like gender blend. If I ever decide to do a gender blend it'll be most likely only limited to Haku as he looked feminine.
