Awn, that's so cute! It's also pretty funny to imagine that many people will be terrified that Azula is going to take that opportunity to steal the crown or at least start the preparations for it - only to see her do as much work as possible in light speed so she'll be able to take care of her brother herself (bonus points if she does most of the import work, and then leaves the less urgent matters to be dealt with by either Iroh or Ursa, since everyone knows she doesn't like them).
I bet that being sick makes Zuzu's needy side even more obvious, to the point that someone who didn't know them could end up assuming that Azula is the older sibling since she's making sure to do everything for him, and he takes the chance to get back at her for all the times she was a little too bratty at him. He definitively keeps pestering her whenever he wants anything.
She'll make sure he gets enough rest, eats enough, and drinks plenty of water. She'll close the curtains if the light is hurting his eyes and make sure no one is making too much noise in case he has a headache. She will bring him some cold towels to help lower his temperature a bit and also a bunch of blankets and tuck him in if he's cold. She'll make sure he takes all of his medicine, pay close attention to his reaction to it - if he's in pain and it helps him feel better, she'll ask the doctors if he can take a little more; if it makes him nauseous, upsets his stomach, or just plain makes him lose his appetite, she'll ask if he can either take less of it or if there's another medicine he could take.
Also, the second he is well enough to have sex again, she's dressing up as a sexy, slutty nurse.
