Chapter 4: It's time to train again.
AN: Well first what I want to say is English is not my native language and this is my first fanfiction and I made it out of boredom.

I'm really happy to see my work entertain you a little because I just write this when got I free time from my work or when I really bore. If there are any plot hole or thing doesn't make sense then I am sorry but this is my first fic so I will remember it and improve more.
Next day after the attack. Outside near the village.
*GRUP* *GRUP* *GRUP* Qrow drinks booze in his hand to destroy his liver.
"AH! That really hit the spot."
"Ok! Jaune. Now, from what I see. You have a body ready to be a huntsman. Your martial arts are very good for a civilian but above average for a huntsman in training. Your experience with fighting Grimm is very good you just need to learn more to be better while your experience fighting with a human still needs to improve."
*GRUP* Qrow drinks the booze to destroy his liver again.
"And the very important your aura skill. Jaune your aura reserve is very big for someone who just unlocks his aura yesterday. You use aura even you don't know-how. By instinct while fighting with me. You! Jaune arc has a very high potential even though right now it is five feet deep down under the ground."
*PANT* "I'm really glad." *PANT* "That you got something." *GRUP* Jaune drinks water that Qrow throws at him. "From our training. Because if you got not a thing. I will kill you myself." Jaune says while his back leans against a tree. Very tired. Jaune really wants to kick his master right now if he still got any energy left in him.
Got wake up at five AM. Isn't a joke. Qrow drags him down from his very comfortable bed to gear up and follow him out of the village. Deep into the forest then Qrow orders him to warm up a little and go find a Grimm to hunt.
Jaune keeps fighting Grimm. Jaune has to fight two pacts of beowolf, a couple of Ursa, some Boarbatusk, and more Grimm that he can't count. For THREE hours straight. After the fight with all the Grimm, Qrow then told Jaune to ready to fight with him. And that got another three hours. From that lead to this present.
"So? what now Qrow. Are we rest yet?"
"Yeah, we are going to eat food first. Need to refill our energy to help it regen our power."
After Qrow and Jaune eat their lunch they come back to the spot to continue Jaune training.
"I will teach you how to use aura first. This is the weapon that humans use from old age to survive from Grimm and any danger that harm us and-."
"Yeah yeah, I know Qrow. Aura is from our soul we use it as a tool brah brah brah. But isn't it just to protect your body from harm? Other more than that it has nothing? Can you please teach the thing I need not the thing I may need please!"
"Hum, cheeky brat I just want to tell you history a little but ok."
"Now I will teach you how to call your aura. Close your eyes." Jaune proceeds to close his eyes.
"Now focus on something."
"What do you mean something?"
"Something, anything that got your attention the most and focuses on it."
Jaune thinks about his family. The image of his family show in his mind.'
"Yeah, I think I got it now." Jaune began to feel something.
His body glows a little with white light.
"How do you feel."
"I feel normal."
"No! not that! I mean right now the thing you focus on is what it made you feel."
"I feel… warm, safe, and love?" Jaune answer.
"That good. That is very good. Now can you locate the point you feel it from?"
That makes Jaune's eyebrow twitch a little. "What do you mean by locating the feeling Qrow? How the hell I am supposed to do that! It doesn't make any sense!"
"Quiet! Focus Jaune! Focus your feeling you don't need to ask or think anything just focus."
Jaune then quiet even though he doesn't like want to do what his master told him. Now Jaune continues to try to locate his feeling but it turned out futile. 'Why? I already very focus right now! What isn't enough?'
"Focus Jaune focus. Focus more and you will know where your feel lay." Qrow said with a gentle voice.
Jaune focus on his family more the more he focused the more his feeling growing stronger.
'Got you now!'
Jaune opens his eyes.
"I can locate it now! It's in the middle of my chest!" Jaune says with excitement.
"Good that is where your aura is now at," Qrow said with a proud voice.
Qrow continues.
"There are many ways to locate the aura in you and many more ways to call upon it or control it. You can learn another way from other teachers. But I teach you to use your feeling because I use them once when I just got start to use my aura. And I am really proud of this method because I discover it by myself!"
"Wow! You smarter than you look Qrow." Jaune said and giggle.
"Hey! I resent that! I always look smart and women like me!"
"Keep telling yourself that." Jaune mumble.
"What did you just say!?" Qrow eyes now fix at Jaune with tension promise to see blood if he heard something he doesn't like.
"Nothing! I just said it very interesting way to locate aura and use it!" Jaune hurry said.
"Of course! it is. It is not some trick that teachers around remnant teach you. You will only get that from me! And it has its use too. With this method, your aura will be stronger with how your feeling is strong too. With positive feelings, it will affect your aura control, power, and potent of aura. But I must warn you if you have any negative feelings. It will be only a burden to you." 'That why I stop using it…' Qrow has a thoughtful look.
Jaune listens to this and is amazing with how his master is the one who thinks of this method and its way of use. 'With this method, I can use my feeling to empower my aura! Now I am really excited!'
"Next, focus on your right hand with what you feeling right now."
Jaune then focuses his warm safe and love feeling on his right hand. He can feel those feeling travel to his right hand. Jaune then opens his eyes to meet with his glowing right hand.
"What next?" Jaune said.
Qrow then turns around and walks to a tree and picks a leaf that has fallen from it.
"Now this is the part where it got tricky. I want you to imagine a ball of light on your palm. Normally people can control the aura in their body with a little obstacle like water flow from the root of a tree to branch. But when use it outside your body and want to maintain it is like water that makes the leaf grow from a branch and maintain itself. If you cut your aura from it. It will begone by itself like a leaf that falls from a tree. You must focus very much for it to happen. Only time and training will help you do it. So, don't worry if you can't do it yet."
"Hey! I did it!" Jaune said with an excited voice.
*Qrow: visible confusion*
When Qrow turns back. He saw a ball of light in Jaune's palm. It has the size of baseball like what he wanted it to be.
"H… how." Qrow stunned
"Well just like you said. I just imagine a ball of light in my palm and boom! there it is right now I just need to pay attention to it." Jaune said with a playful tone. And play with the ball. He threw it up and fall to his palm. And then toss it between his palm.
Qrow blink.
'Huh, this kid got thing more than he looks like.'
"I have a feeling like you think something bad about me somehow." Jaune looks at Qrow with squint eyes.
"I just think you are very good at controlling aura, Jaune you really good at this no one I ever know can do that at their first try. Well except your father of course. He is the most competent huntsman I ever know. Always finish the work nothing will stop him from anything he set his goal on." 'Really like father like son.' Qrow thought.
Jaune smile and proud that he has a father that other respect but his smile died quickly as it came when he thought about why his father not training him even though he is a good huntsman himself.
"By the way the ball of light you have there is the skill call Light. It is the skill every competent huntsman must have because when humanity falls into darkness. It is a duty of huntsman to show the light to humanity and help people to come-."
"BOOOO, history again I told you to teach me the only thing I need!"
'Cheeky brat. Let see how you handle this.'
"Okay then, Use your aura on the light more" Qrow order and smirk.
Jaune then focuses his aura by feeling and push his aura onto the light more. The ball of light then growing larger and larger until it has the size of a melon and stops.
Qrow whistle. "Wow, I must give it to you kid you can maintain light more than I thought you can."
"I… I need to focus now Qrow." Jaune said with a shaken voice. The light started to shake and lose its shape. The ball of light wobbles.
Qrow then closes his eye and turn around. Count in his mind 'One…two…three.'
The light growing more a little. "Wha-." Jaune doesn't have a chance to finish his word when the light explodes in front of him. His eyes were directly met with white light.
*BOOM*
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
"MY EYES! MY EYES!" Jaune shouts in pain. While his hand covers his eyes and body roll to left and right on the ground.
"QROW! HELP! ME! AHHHH!" Jaune shouts with agony.
"And that is the first lesson I will teach you kid the most important lesson. Always listen to your teacher!" Qrow said while laughing at his apprentice.
"NOT HELPING!" Jaune shouts again while still roll on the ground.
"Oh! And remember to always control your aura to do something. Aura is a tool to do many things normal humans can't do and it is a dangerous tool too. You already see what happens when it is out of control right think of it as your lesson to remember and never fail again ok?" Qrow said and laugh again.
When Jaune's eyes recover from his mistake. Qrow continues his teaching.
"Now the real lesson why we start with skill light first is because it can help your training to control aura outside your body." Qrow then made a red ball of light on his palm.
"At first you can only make one light but when you train more and are familiar with the skill you can now make it two." Qrow makes another light. "Or three." Qrow makes another light. "You don't even need to use too much focus on it. You will do it as you do breathing." Qrow then let three red lights go and they float around his body create a rotating circle of light.
"Then you learn next skill and repeat just like that and you will master any aura skill out there in no time. Out there on the remnant, many aura techniques have been knowing and not. There are even have a technique lose through time from old age and many new techniques that discover today and in the future. Aura is really a mysterious thing indeed."
"Like what technique?" Jaune asks with want to know tone.
"like this!" Qrow spun around and kick at a tree with aura enhance kick.
*BOOM*
When Jaune open his eyes again to see a broken tree with its upper part disappear that made Jaune's eyes go wide!
"Now do you interest yet?" Qrow ask.
"Interest? I am all in! I will learn as many aura techniques as much as I can do and go to help other people and become a hero! HA HA HA!" Jaune said and laugh.
'Just wait for me dad! With this aura power, I will become the thing you said I will never be!'
Jaune smile with determination in his eyes.

'I'm really glad that I finally make the kid hooked with aura training. Because if he really wanted to survive. He needed to have many weapons as much as he can.'

'WAIT, that means learn every aura technique does he include aura stamina enhance technique that only skilled huntsman can use too! Then he will be a monster in bed! Huh, he will make a girl he ended up with be a lucky girl for sure.
'WAIT, Jaune is still Juniper's only son! She must have given him the mission that he has been born for doing it for sure! I must protect Ruby and Yang from him at all cost!'

"Qrow, why do you look at me like that? You make me scare. Qrow stops it. It's not funny." Jaune said.

'I WILL PROTECT THEM!' Qrow shouted in his head with a new look in his eyes. Just an uncle paranoid for the well-being of his two nieces.

Ps: About who Jaune will end up with still not decided yet. Because now Jaune will adventure with his life. And like I said this is my first fic so romance will be very hard for me to write. If I force it right now you will only get something very cringes.
