Tony was shocked after seeing the examination report, Harry is severely malnourished,ha several bruises and lacerations on the back as well as front of his trunk, his bones we're broken and reattached but Tony has never found any medical history of harry while searching for him so that only means that they attached on their own, after seeing the reports he decided that the child has suffered enough and he is not going to leave the child in an orphanage he decided to adopt harry. Making the decision he dialled pepper's no and informed her about the situation and requested her to prepare adoption papers as soon as she can. After all this, he went to visit Harry in his room seeing the child is already awake he decided to tell him about his decision and ask him whether he wants to go to an orphanage or with him, after a few seconds of consideration the child said- 'SO IF I GO WITH YOU, YOU WILL BECOME MY DADDY AND I won't HAVE TO LIVE WITH AUNT PETUNIA?'

Tony was shocked by the daddy part, telling the truth he hasn't considered the being a responsible parent part but now thinking about it how hard can parenting be?

'YES HARRY I WILL BE YOUR DADDY AND NO YOU Don't HAVE TO LIVE WITH ANYONE YOU Don't WANT TO .'

Harry without even a single thought replied that he will go with his new daddy and live with him and then told Tony that he always wished his daddy to come and take him away from aunt petunia and now his wish has come true and he is very happy for that. The doc came at that moment and started examining harry, after examining he informed that harry is free to go home whenever he feels like going.

Tony immediately informed his pilot to prepare the jet and went to finish the paperwork at the hospital .after around 3 hours they were sitting inside the jet trying to know each other, Tony saving every single thing about his son in his permanent memory, found out that the child doesn't even know his parent's names and lived in the cupboard under the stairs at the Dursleys, hearing this tony decided that he is going to make the Dursleys pay for whatever they had done to Harry and decided that he will try to find out as much as he can about his son's birth parents, Tony told harry about him being iron man and was really excited to show harry the armours.

Tony woke up after sometime when the pilot informed him that they are about to land after a few minutes of confusion tony remembered why and where he is looking to the side he saw Harry looking out of the window silently observing the child Tony saw that Harry is really cute, he has unruly wild jet black hairs fair complexion, short stature(could be due to malnutrition,)and the most beautiful set of emerald green eyes Tony has ever seen. After some time the plane landed and Tony went to harry and said - SO HARRY, READY TO MEET PEPPER?

the child slowly nodded his head but seem scared,

what happened Harry ? are you ok ?

Harry again nodded his head but after sometime he said

WHAT IF SHE Doesn't LIKE ME ?i am a freak ,aunt Petunia said that no one likes freaks .

Hearing this Tony wanted to kill Petunia no child should be afraid whether someone is going to like them or not and this child, his son is so pure and innocent how can someone not like him.

THIS made Harry smile and he grabbed TONY 's finger ,together they came out of the jet ,Pepper as expected was waiting for them. when they reached Pepper Tony waved to her and introduced Harry.

HARRY's POV

Dad told me that miss pepper is really nice and will like me so i went out if the jet with dad and then i saw her my mom I left Tony and ran to her and hugged her , my mom is finally here she has come to take me with her i will do everything she says so that she will like me and keep me with her this time ,i don't want her to leave me ever again.

"Hello sweety, what happened why are you crying did Tony hurt you ? shhhh...its okk stop crying "

i stopped crying coz i don't want her to think that i am a sappy child and then i said-

Finally my mom is here i will live with her and she will love me just like Aunt petunia loves Dudley

Dad smiled at me and told me that he has many more cars and some are really cool, I wanted to ask him to go on a ride with him in the other cool cars but I didn't want him to think that I am being too demanding. Dad picked me up in his hands and carried me to the car someone opened the door and dad put me down on the seat no one ever carried me in their hands it really feels good. Dad talked to the man for some time and then introduced him as Mr Happy and then sat next to me inside the car. The car started and dad started telling me about the different buildings coming on our way, after some time he pointed toward a big building it was the tallest building in the area and told me that, that building is our home is called STARK TOWER.

when we finally reached the building dad picked me out of the car and took me to the lift pepper is walking closely behind us, once inside the dad told to no one to take them to the family floor I looked at him I thought he is playing a prank but suddenly the roof replied and the lift starts going upwards .seeing my shocked expression dad chuckled and told me that the voice belongs to Mr J.E.R.V.I.S dad's personal AI I don't know what an AI is but dad explained that it is like a personal helper who will help with everything we need in the house and that he is not a real human I got really excited cause it sounded so awesome and introduced myself to Mr JARVIS -

HELLO Mr JARVIS I AM HARRY AND YOU ARE REALLY COOL

To this dad replied that yes he is cool coz dad made him cool

but then Jarvis replied - hello Mr Harry I am happy that you think I am cool and you can ask me if ever you want to know any of Mr stark's secrets.

Dad fake pouted and threatened that he will change Jarvis' circuit if he did anything like that but I think he was not serious.

Finally, we reached the family floor and the lift doors opened coming out of the lift we walked toward the first room shocked i entered the living room, the room is veryyyy big it has a very large tv and is filled with beautiful red blue and black coloured sofas and the opposite wall of the room is entirely made of glass so we can see the city outside, entering the room I saw the kitchen area to my left side the kitchen is smaller compared to the living room but is way much larger than aunt petunia's kitchen the dining table was large I think 20 people can easily dine there and then there was the hallway to the right side of the kitchen it was lined with several doors.

I didn't know that I was gaping with my mouth open .when dad and miss pepper chuckled I finally turned around and saw them they were looking at me and smiling.

SO DO YOU LIKE THE HOUSE? I KNOW YOU HAVE JUST SEEN THE LOUNGE AREA AND THE KITCHEN BUT I JUST WANTED TO ASK YOU?

to this I looked at him in awe and finally replied- THIS PLACE IS HUGE AND BEAUTIFUL.

I don't know what else to say, the place is really huge and beautiful and clean and I have no idea why but I feel safe here.

Finally, Pepper took the lead taking us towards the hallway she stood in front of the 4th door on the right side she turned towards me and told me that this is my room and if I don't like it I can change it the way I want.

I pushed open the door and when I looked inside I was shocked, I have never seen a room this beautiful before even Dudley's room is nothing compared to this, there in the center of the room was a bed with red colored mattress having golden borders the walls are painted with a very light shade of blue and different cartoon characters are drawn on the walls and just like the living room the front wall is entirely made of glass and the city is visible the sun is now about to set turning toward dad I ran and hugged him as tight as I can, I don't know why but I started crying

after some time I looked up at my dad and saw that he looks worried like uncle Vernon when he thought that Dudley is not going to like the gift he bought him so I told him that I love the room.

dad told me that the next room is his and if ever I need him for anything I have to just tell Jarvis and he will inform dad.

after seeing a few other places on the floor we went back to the living room, dad asked me what I want to have for dinner no one has ever asked me before what I want to eat so I was a bit confused and told him I will eat whatever is there.

Dad finally decided to order pizza I have never had pizza before but I know they are tasty coz Dudley loves them and always requests(throws a tantrum and starts kicking and punching anything near him) aunt petunia to order pizza for him.

After ordering our dinner dad decided to watch a movie while we wait for our dinner to arrive when I told dad that I have never watched a movie before he was shocked and told me that he is going to let me watch a movie whenever I want to, Pepper told dad that it is not a good idea to let a child watch that much movies dad looked towards me and said that every once a week we are going to have a movie time and will watch movies together, finally, we decided to watch the little mermaid a Disney movie and I noticed that Pepper looks like Ariel she has red hairs just like mum and Ariel I told this to Pepper and both dad and Pepper laughed don't know why they were laughing but after some time I too started laughing with them, after that we had dinner together and then continued the movie. I started feeling drowsy but didn't want to disturb dad and pepper so I thought I will wait till they watch the movie then I will ask them if I can go to sleep, I don't know when I fall asleep but I woke up to someone carrying me suddenly I started panicking but dad comforted me and then carried me to my room and laid me down on the bed. then he wished me good night and went out of the room closing the door behind, I fall asleep again.

Again I woke up to the same dream I don't like seeing that green light it's so weird aunt petunia once said that it might be the headlights of the car which killed my parents in that accident but it looked so weird it doesn't look like any cars light. After some time I went to the bathroom and brushed my teeth. After that, I went to try to sleep again but I was not able to sleep finally I looked outside and saw that the sun is about to rise so I planned to make breakfast and surprise dad.

I was looking for the pan when suddenly there is a hand on my shoulder I got scared and the bowl fell down from my hand I got scared and started crying.

TONY's POV

Oh shit, I frightened him what should I do now?

he is lying there on the floor crying curled up like a ball having a panic attack I really scared him, what have I done.

HARRY ...KID...ARE YOU OK..?

I bent down and pulled him in my lap .he is shuddering with fear I hugged him and heard him muttering something -"sorry uncle Vernon please don't hit me please I pro..promise I won't break anything ever again please uncle sorry

what was that? that whale of a man that bastard used to hit harry as punishment no it can't be, no one can hit a child then why is harry saying that and then there was his examination report. i am going to kill Vernon he won't even know what hit him,

Harry slowly opened his eyes after some time and then got scared that I will get angry for breaking the bowl I told him that it was my fault I scared him and it's ok .finally after 10 minutes harry calmed down .i decided that it was enough cooking for a day and ordered breakfast for us and then we went to the living room to wait for our food to arrive

I have no idea what to do now what does a child of 4 like to do, guess I have to read something on child care I wish Pepper was here she will be able to do the right thing as always. So finally decided that watching tv would be the best course of action now, I told Jarvis to put on some cartoons for harry.

pepper arrived sometime after we had our breakfast I told harry that I have to talk to pepper and he can continue watching cartoons I went to the kitchen area and informed pepper about harry's panic attack, she explained that we can't do anything about them and we have to help harry whenever he needs us. Finally, we went back to the living room Pepper started talking to harry but harry only replied either with a nod or with the least amount of words he can answer the questions.

Pepper also told me that she has completed the paperwork and now harry is officially HARRY POTTER -STARK and his relatives are in jail for child abuse.
