first of all
sorry everyone for the delay but I was busy with the preparations for my cousin's wedding, it was a few days ago and I was busy with the wedding preparations .
secondly, I would like to tell you that I am currently a MBBS student and we are being posted for covid duties and does not have enough time to upload on a daily or weekly basis but I can assure you that I will try in the future but I can only promise a chapter every one or two weeks and if I have time an extra chapter a week and yes I do want to continue this story it's just that I am not a good writer and need to at least recheck or proofread the chapter several times before posting and thus it takes time. So thank you, everyone, for reading and giving reviews those really motivate me to write .and now let's continue the story
Remus woke up the next morning a little disoriented and with a killer headache. After taking a sobering potion he started making his breakfast when the last day's events started coming back to him. He realised that he still has no idea where his little Harry is, Minerva was his last hope and it was gone now. He has no way of finding harry, lost in his thoughts he prepared his breakfast and started eating while eating something minnie has said last night cought his attention,she has mentioned that harry lives with his family, not some random family but his own and that it is his last family so if he is right that means that harry is living with someone that james and lily either considered family or someone who is blood-related to them, as far as he know james only considered the marauders his family and lily was not that close to anyone ,he know that he is trying to catch straws but he is willing to do anything to find harry so believing that Minnie was trying to give him some form of a clue he started pondering the thought,as far as he know james was the only living potter at the time of his death and he does not have any living relatives and for lilly well her parents died before that horrible night but she does have a sister ,who if he remembers correctly hated magic so much that she broke any contact with her own sister ,but Dumbeldore wont leave Harry in a magic hating household would he ? he has to know that petunia hated lily .right ?

Today is the day Today he is going to rescue Padfoot from that awful place and they are then going to find harry and leave the wizarding Britain to live their life happily or that was what he was hoping . So checking his backpack for anything he might need he headed to start phase 1 of plan - rescue Sirius.
He apparated just outside the grounds of Hogwarts and went directly to the headmaster's office afterall he does need a good alibi.
He entered the headmaster's office barely able to conceal his excitement and as usual, started asking dumbledore about harry's location and requesting a visit and finally when ,as expected dumbledore denied him any news on Harry he acted heartbroken and started cursing Sirius and said things like everything happening is Sirius' s fault and that he betrayed james who was like a brother to him etc etc. Finally after a few hours he left dumbeldore's office looking dejected and heartbroken and mumbling things like i am going to kill Sirius if i ever saw him , all in all he was proud of his acting skill he is now sure that dumbeldore will never doubt him of helping Sirius escape .

Sirius is sitting in his cell ready to escape just waiting for hjs friends signal , They have planned this , Remus will not enter the prison as the guards can then inform the ministry of his arrival and everyone will know that he helped him escape so he is going to signal when he arrived on the island and then. they will leave the island in a boat as they cant apparate on the island without informing the ministry . shortly after midnight he heard a wolf howl on the island somewhere identifying the signal he transformed into padfoot and slipped through the bars and avoiding the aurors he escaped the building and started running towards the sound ,when he reached the east coast of the island he saw a boat floating a few feets away from the shore he jumped into the water and swam to the boat where moony helped him climb on the boat ,he transformed back and hugged his all time crime partner but they have yet to escape this place coz they are still in visual range of the island and anyone can see them .

Sirius woke up to the sun shining above his head and the sound of water hitting oh the surface ,initially he was confused coz he was damn sure that there is no window in his cell large enough for this much sunlight to enter and then there is the absence of the cold feeling which comes with the dementors guarding the prison, slowly last nights events came back to him .and he opened his eyes hoping against hope that he was not dreaming.
When Remus saw that Sirius is waking up a smile lit his face and he said -
"well padfoot i know you must be really comfortable lying there but will you please pick up your lazy ass and start helping me row the boat to the surface we are near enough to the shore now ."
This finally waked up Sirius and he frantically started searching the source of the sound ,when he spotted Remus he was so relieved that tears started coming out of his eyes .
Seeing sirius cry Remus immediately stood up and reached for his friend and hugged him ,Sirius started speaking
" so it wasn't a dream...you... you really rescued me Moony ,you came back ...for ...for me ."
Remus comforted him and after sometime said - "i never knew you can cry padfoot oh how i wish i had a camera i mean look at the great handsome sirius black crying .."
"oh shut up moony i am not crying just something got into my eye that's all ".
"obviously Sirius ,i believe you"
"Its the truth Moony"
"keep saying that Padfoot and you might believe it..."
This continued for the rest of the ride, but once they reached land Sirius transformed back into Padfoot and Remus apparated them to Grimmauld Place.
Once inside the house both collapsed on the couch in the living room ignoring the dust around them, they knew that soon the guards will notice the empty cell and alert the ministry
after a few minutes of silence, Sirius spoke up
"oh...Merlin.I missed you all so much...Remus"
"I know Siri I missed you too and I am really sorry for believing that you betrayed james, i...I should have known."
"its ok Remi we all made mistakes in the past I doubted you and you doubted me so. let us forget the past. Now tell me were you able to find out where Harry is?"
"Sirius, I am not sure but I do have some places in my mind where we can look for harry but first, you need to get healthy. We cant go to find Harry like this first you need to get some of your health back and in the meantime, I won't be able to come to visit you because the ministry is going think that I must have something to do with your escape so they will try to track my every move"
"well, they won't be that far from the truth ..".
"not helping Padfoot
They continued this for some time then According to Phase 2 of rescue Sirius, Remus apparated back to his home it was well past 6 in the morning but he was tired and went back to sleep, After what felt only like minutes someone knocked on his door, he opened the door grumbling about people waking him up at ungodly hours, but once he opened the door,
"Mr Remus Lupin you are requested to come with us to the ministry, your friend the mass murdered Sirius black escaped Azkaban last night."
Remus fully awake now feigning shock said,
"what do you mean Sirius escaped? what the hell were the guards doing ? and never call him my friend, he betrayed us, because of him James and lily died. And I have nothing to do with his escape although if I ever see him again I might commit a cold-blooded murder"
The guards a little hesitant now seeing an angry werewolf, again requested Remus to come with them Remus after locking the house grabbed the Auror's hand who side along apparated him to the entrance to courtroom 2 of the ministry.

As expected Dumbledore provided evidence of Remus visiting him and after that Remus was able to convince everyone that he drank himself to sleep lost in his grief. As he was immune to veritaserum (being a werewolf has its perks), they just have to believe him. As expected everyone believed him because dumbledore provided the evidence and by noon Remus was back home making himself some long-awaited brunch.
Sirius after Remus left him called Kreacher and ordered him to clean the house and he himself went to sleep. When he woke up it was around 9 in the morning, knowing that Remus won't be able to visit him for a few days ordered Kreacher to bring him some breakfast in bed and after that, he again fell asleep.
The next time Sirius woke up it was around dinner time, so he went to get a hot shower before dinner. After the shower and dinner, he went to his study to plan the next course of action.
SIRIUS'S POV
First things first, we need to find Harry but then what? where will we go ? we cant live in Britain, and what about the money we will need money to survive.
The solution came easily to him in the form of Kreacher, every house-elf is allowed to take money from the family's vaults on his or her master's orders so he can easily send Kreacher and withdraw enough money in muggle currency which they can use for the next few years.
ok, so one problem solved a few to go.
After around 2 hours Sirius has a place in mind where he can live with Remus and harry, it is a winery they owned somewhere which has a palace build in the centre of it and as far as he knows no one else knows about it as his mother had brought it just a few days before she died and thus only he and his brother knew about it.
So now 2 major problems solved and the only Major problem left is finding harry he went to go and get some more sleep.
