Goh made his way onto the deck where everyone else was.
"Goh?" Chloe questioned once she saw her friendl walking over.
Goh and Chloe were looking at Ash who was standing at the front of the carrier, looking out to the ocean. He walked over to him.
"Hey," Goh greeted as he and Chloe stopped beside Ash. "Nice evening sky, isn't it?"
The three stood together, watching the horizon until they heard heavy footsteps coming up behind them.
"Thank you, Ash," Optimus stepped up beside him. "For saving my life."
"You're welcome," Ash looked up at him for a moment. "And thank you for believing in me."
"Thank you, Goh and Chloe." Optimus looked down at them.
"You're welcome, Optimus." he smiled, giving him a wave of his hand.
The three looked outwards together, taking in the salty smell of the ocean and basked in the peace that had gained, if it does only last for a little while.
(Optimus' POV)
Our races united by a history long forgotten and a future we shall face together. I am Optimus Prime, and I send this message so that our pasts will always be remembered, for in those memories, we live on.
