Chapter 11: Sid's House
A while later, Sid was skateboarding back to his house, humming to his music. Buzz peaked out of the bag and saw Andy's house. "Sherriff, I can see your dwelling from here. You're almost home." Buzz whispered. "Nirvana is coming. The mystic portal awaits." The LGM said. "Will you be quiet?! "You guys don't get it, do you? Once we go into Sid's house, we won't be coming out!" Woody whispered. "He's right. It's always a one-way trip for toys in this place." Harry whispered.
Sid walked up to the house and opened the door, getting a huge surprise from a barking Scud. "Whoa! Scud! Hey boy!" Sid said. "Sit." Scud sat as ordered. "Good boy. Hey, I got something for you, boy." "Freeze!" Woody whispered. Everyone froze as Sid reached in his bag, pulled out the LGM and placed him on Scud's snout. "Ready. Set. NOW!" Scud snatched the poor LGM in his mouth and stated chewing him. Woody, Buzz and the heroes looked on in horror.
"Hannah! HEY, HANNAH!" Sid shouted. "What?" A little girl asked. Hannah Phillips, Sid's little sister. "Did I get my package in the mail?" Sid asked. "I don't know." Hannah answered as she fixed her doll's hair. "What do you mean you don't know?" Sid asked in annoyance. "I. Don't. Know." Hannah answered straightly. "Oh no, Hannah!" Sid said suddenly. "What?" Hannah asked. "Look Janie!" Sid said, snatching Hannah's doll. "Hey!" "She's sick!" "No, she's not!" "I'll have to perform one of my…operations!" Sid raced upstairs. "No. Not Sid's room. Not there." Woody said with worry. "Sid, give her back!" Hannah cried as Sid entered his room. "Sid! SID!" Sid slammed his door, locking it.
He tossed his bag onto his bed and walked over to his work desk as Hannah pounded on the door. "Oh no. We have a sick patient here, Nurse! Prepare the O.R., stat!" He said, turning on the light. "Patient is prepped." He placed the doll's head in a vice. "No one's ever attempted a double bypass brain transplant before." He put on a mask and pulled a pterodactyl toy out from a crate. "Now for the tricky part. Plyers!" Woody, Buzz and the heroes watched in horror from the bag. "I don't believe that man's ever been to medical school." Buzz whispered. Sid struggled a bit and then stopped. "Doctor, you've done it!" He walked over to the door. "Hannah." He opened it to reveal a worried Hannah. "Janie's all better now." He held out the doll, which now had the pterodactyl head. Hannah screamed at the sight of what Sid did and ran off. "MOM! MOM!" She cried. "She's lying! Whatever she says, it's not true!" Sid called, tossing the doll aside and running after Hannah, shutting the door.
When he was gone, Woody, Buzz and the heroes looked around the room. Discarded toy parts from the doll and pterodactyl, heavy rock posters, power tools. It was Hell. Toy Hell. "We are gonna die. I'm outta here!" Woody said, leaving the bag. "I'm with you!" Harry said, following. "Hey, wait for us!" Ginny called, following with the others. Woody ran from the bed, across a loose shelf and leapt at the doorknob. "Locked!" He said, dropping to the floor and joining the others. "There's gotta be another way outta here." "Like what?" Kaz asked. "Like a vent or something." Hermione said. Suddenly, a yo-yo rolled out from behind some boxes and landed on its side. Everyone looked spooked. "Arm yourselves." Harry said. The heroes pulled out their weapons. Woody picked up a pencil. They started to slowly move around the room when suddenly, a shadow whooshed past them. "Uh, Buzz? W-Was that you?" Woody asked. No answer. Woody dropped the pencil and picked up a flashlight, shaking like a leaf. Just then, a noise came from under the bed. "Light it up." Hermione whispered. Woody turned on the flashlight a pointed it under the bed. There, he found a baby doll head. "Oh, it's only a baby doll." Sarah said. "Hey. Hi there, little fella." Woody said. "Come out here. Do you know a way out of here?" The baby head walked out from under the bed, revealing to have claws and spider legs made from an erector set. "Oh my god!" Hermione quietly squeaked. The baby turned its head to Woody and the heroes, revealing to have only one eye. Everyone gasped, shaking in fear as the mutant toy extended its legs. Everyone turned around at the sound of a noise. A fishing pole with Barbie legs walked towards the fallen yo-yo. Another noise caused Woody to turn the flashlight. A jack-in-the-box was playing Pop goes the Weasel. But out of the box, popped a rubber monster hand on a spring. More mutant toys came out from under the bed. A combat soldier taped to a skateboard, a wind-up frog with mismatched wheels, and a push chime with a Combat Carl head and a Mickey Mouse arm, who turned off Woody's flashlight.
Woody and the heroes scattered in fear back up to the bed. "B-B-B-Bu- Buzz!" Woody cried, climbing onto Buzz. Everyone watched as the mutant toys grabbed the doll's body and the pterodactyl's head. They then turned to the table, where the fishing pole, along with a bug-head, soldier bodied, Rock torso walking mutant and a little yellow car with baby arms pulled the doll's head out of the vice while a Pez dispenser duck with a baby doll's body and a plunger base picked up the pterodactyl's body. "W-W-What are they?" Kaz asked. "They're cannibals!" Buzz said. Everyone quickly ducked back into Sid's bag. "I haven't been this scared since Van Bloot hit me with that Decomposition Mugic." Maxxor said. Buzz pressed the button on his chest. "Mayday, mayday! Come in Star Command! Send reinforcements! Star Command, do you copy?" Buzz said. Still no answer. Buzz then adjusted his laser and aimed outside the bag. "I set my laser from stun to kill." He said. "Oh, great. Great! Yeah, and if anyone attacks us, we can blink 'em to death." Woody said with sarcasm.
Meanwhile, at Andy's house, Rex and Slinky were still looking for Buzz. Rex was shining a flashlight across the driveway. Suddenly, a bush shook. "Hey, you guys, I think I found him!" Rex said, shining the light back on the bush. "BUZZ?! IS THAT YOU?!" He called. A cat gave a loud annoyed meow. "WHISKERS! Will you get out of here?! You're interfering with a search and rescue!" Rex shouted. Just then, a car was heard. Rex quickly turned off the flashlight just as Andy's mom pulled in. "Look! They're home!" He whispered. Hamm, Potato Head and Bo joined them as Andy got out. "Mom, have you seen Woody?" Andy asked. "Where was the last place you left him?" Andy's mom asked. "Right here in the van." Andy said, looking in the van. The toys looked on. "I'm sure he's there. You're just not looking hard enough." Andy's mom said as she came around to get Molly. "He's not here, Mom. Woody's gone!" Andy said. "Woody's gone?" Bo gasped. "Oh boy. The weasel ran away." Hamm said. "Huh, huh? I told you he was guilty." Potato Head said. "Who would've thought he was capable of such atrocities?" Rex asked as he Hamm and Potato Head walked away from the window. Bo and Slinky looked at each other sadly. "Oh Slink. I hope he's okay." Bo said. "And Harry and the others too." Slinky said.
