Outside of the Loser's Hotel, Dana and Aaron could be seen leaning against an odd type of airship, one that looked like it would've come out of some kind of futuristic fiction. It looked like your typical pirate ship at first, though the sails were replaced for a much more balloon-like object. It was like a blimp in more ways than one. Not far from the first, there was a second ship, one that looked entirely the same, but a closer inspection revealed that there were team logos on each balloon, signifying that each team would be using one of the ships.

"Last time on Total Drama: Scrap Island," Dana spoke up in her confident hosting voice, suddenly startling Aaron and causing him to fall to the ground, "Both me and Aaron had to deal with business meetings, and as such, we couldn't lead the challenge. We had a stand-in, that being a former competitor: Phoebe Lawrence...but yikes, she does not pay attention to what is happening around her at all. Anyways...a whole buttload of drama ensued on that last episode! Celeste's overprotectiveness of Mitchell ended up being the downfall of their relationship when she shoved Max just because she found the girl talking to him. And then...well, story kinda tells itself, but it got reeeeeally awkward around there. The Squirrels didn't have any better luck getting along when Buck started to swing his fists at Teddy, who was accused of burying his face in Yves's...er...you know, the bouncy things. Well, after the break-up and the fight happened, each team found themselves subject to a challenge where they had to fight the forces of nature, and a massive robotic tiger. From their arrival in the nature zone, chaos ensued. Teddy, CJ, and Buck were all exhausted from the fight, Valerie and Ronnie got lost, Mitzy went insane, Caleb turned into Tarzan, Alice got a beehive stuck on her head, Vernon ate a bug, and Mitchell yelled at Celeste...again. Val and Ron eventually found the tiger after a heartwarming moment together, and man, did it scare the crap out of them. They managed to run away from it, but it cornered poor CJ, who then saw something monstrous that nobody else saw destroy the tiger. The victory was awarded to the Squirrels, since everyone thought CJ took the beast down, and the Dingos gave the boot to Mitchell due to his yelling at Celeste. Now, we're taking to the skies in this wacky episode, but who's gonna be able to win when they can't touch the ground? Find out, right here, on Total Drama: Scrap Island!"

The camera suddenly flew into the sky, being struck by a massive chunk of debris and knocking it back to the ground, only to be picked up by a cute, blue and silver striped robot with one wheel that it used to move.

"Dear mom and dad, I'm doing fine," the robot pointed the camera at Theodore at a cafeteria table, pounding down energy drinks like a champ, his eyes twitching from the caffeine while Larida looked concerned for his health.

"You guys are on my mind," at a nearby table, Ronnie was arm wrestling Mitchell, winning easily and slamming him straight through the table, causing Celeste to run over and start screaming at the powerhouse.

"You asked me what I wanted to be and I think the answer's plain to see," the robot wheeled its way out of the cafeteria, showing a junkyard with Vernon scribbling something down in silence and Ivy looking over his shoulder to peek at it, until Blaster popped out of one of the garbage piles, scaring him and making his papers fly off into the sky.

"I wanna be famous!" Vernon ran after his papers, leaving Ivy behind in confusion, eventually passing by Margaret and Daniel as they were making out while surrounded by four intense looking mafia thugs, one who spotted the camera and chased after it.

"I wanna live close to the sun," the robot wheeled away from the mafia goon, passing by Zane and Bunny, the latter who was bugging the boy by holding a mic up to his face, which he tried to shove away.

"So pack your bags, cause I've already won," Fridge carried Caleb on his shoulders across from Aaron, who had Dana on his own shoulders, the two up top slapping at each other as the robot passed by.

"Everything to prove, nothing in my way, I'll get there one day," as the robot continued to roll around, it finally made its way out of the junkyard and to the remnants of Cali-Tokyo, where Buck was attempting to profess his love to Yves, who was all flustered by the gesture.

"I wanna be famous!" nearby, atop a pile of rubble, Brittany was making fun of Valerie, who let out a sigh and pushed her off the pile and onto the ground.

"Na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na," near the pile, there was some barrels of toxic waste, which inspired Mitzy, who scribbled something down on a blank sheet while Alice was absolutely appalled by the sight.

"I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous!" CJ was being chased by a massive and terrifying robot with six legs and two clawed arms, which then noticed the robot with the camera and chased after it, causing it to drop the camera.

"I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous!" the camera feed cut to the aftermath stage, showing an Calvin trying to kiss Max, who, out of embarrassment, belched right in his face.

The two were soon shoved aside by Capone, who rolled his eyes at them, while Sunny, next to him, waved happily to the camera with a huge smile on her face. Maggie popped up between the two of them, an acoustic guitar around her back, hugging them both tightly and snickering while the camera panned out to show the whole cast sitting in the risers, with the little robot sitting next to Caleb, and Franchesco standing off to the side with a glare fixed on Maggie.

Margaret had been waiting for something to happen outside the back exit of the hotel for quite some time now, almost an hour. She was growing incredibly impatient with how long it was taking for the "bozos" to show up. She crossed her arms, leaning her back against the wall of the hotel as a small boat approached the island, one with four shady characters in tow. As it stopped right at the island's edge, Margaret walked on over to it, bearing a look of annoyance as she glanced down at the four members of her family.

"You guys are late," she hissed, a glare burning into their skin from her, "I ask you to do one simple thing, and this is how you repay me?"

"We're sorry, boss!" the familiar voice of Lucky called up to her, "Bugsy here wasn't helping Capone paddle, like he was s'posed to."

"Oh, don't you pin this on me," Bugsy spoke up, sounding offended, "This was all Ma's fault! She was reading some dumb girl magazine the whole way over here!"

"I'll have you know that 'Persons' magazine is not dumb," the woman retaliated, slapping Bugsy on the back of the head, "Besides, Capone should be able to handle himself with paddling a boat like this, right, big guy?"

"Whatever you say," Capone scoffed, "Just let the record show that I was the only one doing my job."

"You're all a bunch of idiots!" Margaret shouted over their bickering, her face red with anger, "Now, just give me what I told you to bring and get the hell out of here, capeesh?"

"Ah, yes boss!" Bugsy fumbled around in the boat, eventually pulling up, what seemed to be, a phone of sorts, which he tossed up to Margaret. "This was really hard to get, you know. Ma had to seduce that other Capone guy, and he kept calling her a MILF. Whatever the hell that means?"

"I think it means mother I'd like to-" Lucky was cut off by Margaret.

"I don't want to know what he called her! And don't make her seduce people, she's not some sort of sex object!"

"See?" Ma slapped both of the shorter boys upside the head, "I told you it would make her upset."

"Not to mention how mad I was," Capone grumbled, "Seeing some meathead with the same name as me try to hit on my gal? I was about damn ready to rip his head off."

"Aw, that's sweet, dear."

Ma reached around Capone's waist with her arms, hugging him while Bugsy and Lucky rubbed the back of their heads awkwardly. Margaret simply rolled her eyes before turning the "phone" on, showing a live feed on the screen of a strange talk show setting. Off to the side, she noticed Daniel was playing his guitar, and a smile grew on her face, the angry expression soon fleeing from her.

"Man, boss," Lucky finally stopped rubbing his head, "You really like this guy, eh?"

"Of course I do," Margaret glared at him, "You know how long I've been waiting for someone who isn't terrified of me to roll along? Most men who're interested in me are a bunch of submissive little shits who know nothing about what I want."

"It's so nice to see our little girl in love," Ma let out a slight chuckle.

"Oh, shut up. I'm not your little girl, you all work under me. Don't let yourselves forget that."

"But we have kinda been around for...all of your life," Bugsy pointed out, "You are kinda like a daughter to us."

"I'm the head of the family. If anything, I am the mother of all of you."

"But you're like...half our age," Capone mumbled, "Probably even less than half our age."

"We're done talking about this," Margaret tucked the phone away in her pocket, "Shove off, goons. And don't stick around this island. If you bozos get me in trouble again, I'm going to feed you to the wolves. Got it?"

"Yes, boss!" the four choraled in unison before starting to paddle away from the island.

"Good."

Margaret shook her head as they left her sight, and soon enough, she headed back into the hotel.

Confessional

"Those bozos are the last thing I need around here," Margaret grumbled as she spun a butterfly knife around in her hand, "They got me eliminated last season, and I definitely would've won that challenge if it wasn't for them being a bunch of idiots. It's fine, it's fine...I already had them pay for that mistake. Let me tell you, my estate has never been cleaner than the day I brought Daniel over to see it."

Confessional End

Meanwhile, in the shabby cafeteria inside the hotel, there was a miserable Celeste, one who could only fiddle with her spoon as it sat in a bowl of lukewarm soup. She let out a sigh as she stared down at it, seeing her tired eyes in the dull reflection. Sitting at another table, there was Max and Calvin, both of which felt sorry for the girl as she sat there, all alone.

"I think I need to go talk to her," Max said to the agent, who simply nodded his head.

"Someone has to," he replied, sounding upset in his voice, "Seeing Agent Sallow like this...it just isn't right."

"Yeah...welp, nothing a good ol' talk with Maximus can't help!"

The tomboy rose from her seat, though Calvin was quick to grab her arm before she could fully walk away. She glanced back at him, a hint of confusion in her eyes as they looked at each other.

"Just...take things nice and slow. You can be a little overenergetic at times, she needs some calm conversation right now."

"Don't worry 'bout it! I know how to cheer people up, I promise!"

Calvin slowly released his grip on the girl's arm, though she bent over to him and gave him a quick hug, startling him and causing his face to flush red. When she let go, she let out a slight chuckle, followed by an iconic belch that somewhat ruined the moment. Without another word, she made her way over to the table that Celeste was sitting at, plopping right down in the seat next to her and putting her arm around her shoulder, soon pulling her in and giving her a noogie.

"A-ah!" Celeste squeaked, trying to break free from the hold, "What are you doing!?"

"Don't worry, Celeste, I'm just goofing on ya."

Max let her grip loosen on the girl, allowing her to adjust her hat and ruffled hair before looking back down at the soup in utter sadness. The tomboy's smile lost its luster and it soon turned into a concerned frown.

"Look, I know it's rough and all, but it'll get better!"

"No it won't...I was humiliated in front of everyone, my boyfriend dumped me, and now I just look like a crazy lady for no reason."

"Well...there's really no need to try and be the person that someone else wants. Be the person that you want to be! I used to be skinny and wimpy, but now I'm larger than life! And I love who I am now, way more than I did back then. Besides, there are plenty of people that you could meet and hit it off with, relationships come and go!"

"Are you saying that...you wanna date me?" Celeste gained a look of confusion, though it had a slight hint of interest.

"Ah, er...no, Max doesn't swing that way...but there's other people who would kill for a chance to go out with a pretty girl like you!"

"Really?"

"Of course! You just gotta hit it off with some people and see where things go from there, ya dig?"

"I guess so...what about Calvin? He seems really sw-"

"No!" Max abruptly stopped Celeste, the shout causing her to back up slightly, "I-...I mean...uh, no. Calvin is...uh...not Calvin, okay?"

"Oh...okay..."

"It doesn't have to be someone on this show, either. It can be anyone you meet! I'm just trying to say that Mitchell isn't the only person you'll ever fall in love with or date, you've got options."

Celeste tapped her finger against her chin in thought before turning back to Max and raising her hand. Out of curiosity, the tomboy cocked an eyebrow at her teammate, unsure what the hand-raising was for.

"So...you're Calvin's girlfriend?"

"Ack! No!"

"But you like him, though."

"What are you-"

"You wouldn't tell me no unless he was already dating someone or if you had a crush on him. Or if he was an asshole, but I know Calvin, he's not an asshole. And he definitely isn't dating anyone...yet."

"Look, this isn't about-"

"You like Calvin!" a smile stretched onto Celeste's face while a look of embarrassment crawled onto Max's, "That's so cute! You guys would be a super cute couple!"

"I don't...I mean...this talk is supposed to get you to cheer up! Why are we talking about my love life, this isn't about me!"

"You should ask him out! He'd say yes, a hundred percent! We could call you...Maxvin! That's such a cute ship name!"

"I...man, Celeste. You really are bonkers, you know that?"

"You think I'm crazy too?" the smile suddenly faded, and that tired look of despair returned. "That figures...everyone does..."

Max immediately facepalmed, realizing that she was going to have to go along with Celeste's weirdness to keep her happy.

Confessional

"Ayayay!" Max groaned, "Celeste isn't crazy like people say, but man, she is really weird! I've never seen someone so interested in my love life before...I was just trying to make her feel better!"

"Max and Calvin sitting in a tree," Celeste sang a familiar melody, "K-I-S-S-I-N-G!"

Confessional End

Buck sat in his room, looking up at the ceiling from his bed and thinking about the events of the previous season that had traumatized him. Barely getting any sleep at all, always on edge, and unwilling to believe that his girlfriend could be the root of any problem, he was a changed man. He heard a knock on his door, and immediately shifted his eyes to glance over at it in curiosity. With a mind full of wonder, he rose from the bed, slowly walking over to the door to open, expecting Yves or perhaps CJ. However, when he twisted the handle and opened it, he was met with an entirely different person, one who caused him to stop in his tracks and shudder.

"You're Buck, right?" Ivy asked, standing there with a letter in her hand.

"I-" the boy struggled to force any words to come out of his mouth, and he stood there, trying to utter something, though just looking deranged.

"Uh...I'm just going to say you are, if you're not gonna answer me. I got a letter for you, not sure who it's from, though."

"I-"

"...Right. Look, dude, I don't even know my dad, and I know that he's the reason you're terrified of me. I'm sorry for whatever he did to you, but I don't know him at all. The last time he saw me, my name was Ivan, so he doesn't know me either."

"I-"

"You're really good for conversation, you know that? Whatever, don't say I didn't try to talk to you. Here's your dumb letter."

The now irritated Ivy took the letter in her hand and placed it atop Buck's head, though he was unable to move, so it simply sat up there with no issues. With only a slight wave and that annoyed look on her face, she walked away from the boy, starting towards the stairs to go back to the office. Buck shook his head as soon as she left his sight, causing the letter to fall to the ground. He picked it up soon after, hesitantly opening it and pulling out a single, folded slip of paper. Unfolding it and looking at the contents, his eyes went wide. There was a picture of his own room, with him in it, and two simple words, "I'm Alive." After looking it over, he immediately fell to the ground on his rear, feeling as cold as could possibly be. Others heard the thud from their own rooms, but before they could come out to see what had happened, he shut his door, tucking the letter under his mattress.

"W-what the hell!?" he held his hands over his even more stressed out face, "What the actual hell!? That...that bitch is on this, damnit!"

The boy kicked his bed frame, immediately regretting doing that as a shockwave went through his foot and up the rest of his body, as if he had hit his funny bone. He stumbled back to the wall, propping himself up against his desk.

"She knew what was in this letter, and she still...what the hell, man..."

Another knock came to the door, this one followed by a familiar voice.

"Buck?" Yves called his name as she stood outside of his room, "Is everything okay in there?"

"Ah! Yeah, just a minute!"

In a rush, Buck tried to get himself looking normal again, losing that concerned look on his face as he meandered on over to the door once again. He opened it with a smile on his face, noticing the worried Yves standing there. Her worry seemed to fade a little as she noticed how he was smiling so warmly.

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah, yeah, just stubbed my damn toe, is all."

"You sure? I heard a lot of noise in here...and yelling."

"Yeah, I kinda started cussing out my bed frame right after, heheh."

"Oh...alright..."

Yves sighed in relief, looking down at the floor before Buck wrapped his arms around her in a tight hug. She was a little taken off guard, but she accepted it nonetheless, burying her head into his shoulder. While she enjoyed the embrace, the boy couldn't help but think about the note that Ivy had given him.

"I need to get her out of here," he thought to himself, "Even if it means I lose this competition, I need to make sure her and her dad won't hurt anybody anymore."

"Attention, attention," Dana's voice called from the loud speakers, causing the couple to look over at them, "Will both teams please make their way outside for the next challenge? Oh, and a little debriefing about something you might be intrigued to know!"

The host's voice cut out, and the two at the doorway finally stopped their hug.

"Well...that's our cue, ain't it?" Buck asked, kissing Yves on the forehead and causing her to blush, "Let's win this challenge, yeah?"

"Y-yeah."

Buck seemed to be invigorated out of nowhere, causing some confusion in his usually concerned girlfriend. He grabbed her by the hand, pulling her along as he headed towards the stairs.

Confessional

"Buck's acting like his old self now," Yves mumbled, looking up at the ceiling in thought, "I wonder what happened to cause that..."

"Ivy needs to get taken down," Buck said as he slammed his fist into his open palm, "She's working with J-J...yeah, him. I ain't gonna let her cause any trouble round here!"

Confessional End

The two teams made their way outside, each missing at least one member now. Before them, they saw the massive ships from before, and awed at the sight of them. Dana and Aaron each stood in front of them, the boy trying to appear confident, but, as usual, seeming to shrink down in nervousness. Somewhat behind them, leaning up against one of the ships, there was Ivy. Buck shot a glare at her, though she completely ignored him as she looked over at an aloof Vernon, smiling brightly at him. Noticing this, Buck looked over at the boy, immediately fearing the worst.

"She's going after him first!" Buck thought, his inner voice sounding angry, "I need to warn him before it's too late! Ivy, ye're gonna get yers before ya can even lay a hand on any of us!"

"Welcome, everyone, to the scene of your next challenge!" Dana exclaimed, an excited look on her face, "We'll get into the specifics of the challenge in just a second here, but first thing is first: Aaron has to let you know about all of...well...our little trinkets that we'll be putting into play."

Aaron stepped forward, clearing his throat as he looked between the group of nineteen people in front of him. In his hands, there were three objects, each of them small and different looking. One seemed to be shaped like a spider, black in color with a white web pattern on its abdomen. The second was shaped like a mushroom, with a white base and a green hat bearing a question mark on top of it. Finally, the third one, which was a simple number two, being red in color.

"J-ja," Aaron gulped as he held the items up for all to see, "Chris is vell known for doing immunity idols in his own season, so ve figured it may be fun to have sabotage idols in our own season. Ze first is ze spider idol...it's probably the most fun. You put it on, under, or attached to something and, ven someone tries to move zat something, it vill explode into a spider veb, getting your poor victim stuck in place. Next, our mushroom idol...zis one is filled vith a liquid. You twist ze top off of it and pour it out...drinking it vill cause hallucinations for about...er...two hours. Zen, the simplest of all, is our double idol. Zis idol vill double ze vote count against any one survivor of your choice in an elimination ceremony. Ve'll be hiding zem around vile Ivy oversees zis challenge today...so be on the lookout. Zat is all."

The co-host tucked the three objects into his pocket, shrinking back down behind Dana, who patted him on the back in approval.

"Now, as far as your challenge today goes...you'll be taking to the skies in these massive airships! Each ship is loaded with a whole bunch of weaponry that you can use to attack the enemy ship! You and your team will have to work together to sink the other team out of the sky! The last team still flying around will win the challenge, and avoid elimination, of course. Our...assistant will be flying along the sidelines with a small ship of her own, and attacking her will cause your team to be disqualified, so definitely don't do that."

"Unless you wanna kill me and go to jail, I guess," Ivy jested.

"Haha, we would never want that!" Buck said loudly, cackling like a maniac soon after and confusing Yves and CJ, who were standing next to him.

"Right," Dana continued, adjusting her goggles, "The controls are really self-explanatory, as they're based on the controls from the mechs from the last season. I suggest you let a veteran take control of them while you soar through the sky. With that out of the way, everyone board your team's ship and prepare for war!"

Confessional

"A challenge in the sky, eh?" Alice smirked, "I could use some of the fresh air up there, it would do my sinuses good after being stuck in this craphole for so long."

"Ivy's gonna be watching us during the challenge," Vernon mumbled, blushing as he looked off to the side, "That's kind cool that they're starting to trust her a little more with bigger responsibilities. Plus, having her here during a stressful challenge like this is...cool."

"Do you have any idea how hard it was to convince Dana to let me do this?" Ivy groaned, rubbing her forehead in annoyance, "I'm just glad it worked. I wanna be right here for the action of one of these challenges...plus, a trip in the sky sounds pretty neat to me."

Confessional End

The teams started climbing up into their ships one by one, while Vernon stopped to chat with Ivy before climbing onto his team's.

"Hey," the boy greeted her awkwardly, just as he usually did.

"What's up, goofball?" she smiled kindly as he stood near her. "You're not trying to woo me into giving your team a hand in the challenge, are you?"

"Wha- no! I would never, ever, ever, ever-"

"Relax, dude. I'm just teasing you."

"Ohhhhhhh. I see, I see."

"What did you want though? I gotta figure out how to get that weird ship in the sky. Well...she said it's a ship, but its more like an air bike, I guess."

"I just...er...thought maybe we could hang out or something later tonight?"

"Hang out? Heh, and do what?"

"Uh...play a board game?"

"Psh, okay weirdo. We can do that if you really want."

"Really!?" Vernon seemed to get all excited out of nowhere, a smile stretching onto his usually awkward face. "That's awesome!"

"Chill, guy, it's just a board game."

"Yeah, but I don't really hang out ever! This is gonna be so cool!"

"You're a real nutcase, you know that?"

"Oh, well-"

"Ah, crap, I gotta get to that bike now. We'll continue this chat later, 'kay?"

"...'Kay."

Ivy patted the boy on the head before running off to the side, where her air bike was lying in wait. Vernon let out a sigh as he climbed onto his team's ship, only for Caleb to kick him in the balls as soon as he got up there, causing him to stumble to the ground in pain.

"What the fu** do you think you're doing!?" the short-tempered boy shouted at his teammate, "Are you trying to dance with the devil!?"

"Lay off, man," Vernon now struggled to let his words ouch as he rolled around on the floor, "She's cool."

"You must also think an early grave is cool," Margaret hissed, "Stop talking to her unless you want to end up dead at twenty-two."

The boy slowly rose from the ground, still holding his hands over his privates and wincing as he did so, though he managed to force an angry expression onto his pained face.

"I'm getting really tired of you guys going after her because of her dad. She's clearly a nice person, you just won't give her the time of day."

"Whatever you say, dumbass," Caleb snickered as he walked away from him with his arms crossed. "Fridge, lock him in the brig. We don't need him throwing the challenge to try to help the Harett."

"Oh, okay, Friendleb!" Fridge nodded, scooping Vernon off of the ground and tossing him into a large wooden cage before slamming the door shut and locking it, "Sorry, Bernie, you gotta stay in here today."

"What the hell!?" Vernon tried to shake open the gate, but it wouldn't budge, "Caleb, I'm gonna get you for this!"

"Yeah, yeah, whatever," the boy snickered, "Hey, Captain Cal! Go fly the ship!"

"Whatever you say, Agent Davidson," Calvin rolled his eyes before taking to the wheel of the ship, which had a simple control panel on it.

It took a few seconds to familiarize himself with them, but soon enough, Calvin was able to take to the skies with the ship, causing everyone to stumble slightly from the initial takeoff. Meanwhile, on the Squirrels' ship, Ronnie was insistent that Blaster took control of the ship, her being the winner that she is and all. Theodore attempted to take the controls, but he was quickly tossed aside by the far more athletic competitor. Blaster was just happy to have a chance to be a driving force for her team, so she gladly took to the skies, again, causing her entire team to stumble.

Confessional

"This is gonna be such a throwback!" Blaster squealed excitedly, "I honestly kind of missed being able to use those mechs, so it's gonna be cool to do this! I'm gonna lead my team to victory, I swear!"

"I've been put in charge of the ship in this challenge," Calvin noted, a skeptical look on his face, "Nothing wrong with that, but I'll have to keep an eye out on Agent Davidson. Any slip up, and he'll have all eyes on me."

Confessional End

As the two ships started flying through the skies, there was already chaos ensuing between the groups. Of course, Brittany wanted to be in charge of everything, but there was a lack of contestants that were actually willing to listen to her gripe at them.

"Ronnie, load the cannons!" Brittany ordered the boy around, though he didn't budge from his spot next to Blaster.

"I ain't doing what you tell me to," he snapped at her, causing her to immediately grow a glare on her face, "What do I look like, some sort of losers who takes orders from the pretty girls?"

"Well, kinda."

"Girl, I oughtta put you in your place for saying that crap. Take a tip from me: why don't you start applying yourself to these challenges rather than try to lead them all the time. Maybe, just maybe, less people will want your ass gone if you help out once in a while."

"I can't believe this, how dare you talk to me like that!? I'm rich, I could buy every last piece of equipment in your exercise room and dump it in the trash for fun! You can't talk to me like-"

"Shut up, would ya?" Teddy groaned as he hoisted a cannonball into one of the cannons, "Some of us are trying to get ready to attack the other team and all we can hear is you yap, yap, yapping."

"Remind me, Theodore, who lost first last season?"

"Well, I did, but-"

"People who lose first get no say at the big kids table, okay pumpkin?"

"Psh, like you lasted so much longer than I did."

"Hey, you two," Zane placed his hand over both of their mouths, shaking his head in disappointment as they glared at him, "Wanna stop arguing and get back to helping us so we don't go to our third elimination ceremony tonight? That'd be great."

"Yeah, what Zane said," Valerie mumbled, standing behind the boy and trying to be threatening, "W-we...uh...we'll vote you off or something if we lose..."

"You gotta work on your threat game, Val."

Zane walked away from the two, with Valerie following behind him as they stuck their tongues out at each other.

Confessional

"I'm not sure how I'm supposed to sound threatening," Valerie uttered in her typical sad voice, "I mean...I'm basically just a useless sack of potatoes that nobody loves...I'm not good at anything at all."

"Theodore just eggs me on because he wants a piece of this," Brittany gestured to her body, smirking at the camera, "But a slob like him has got no shot with me! I'm gonna be the reason he gets out of this game at the very least."

"Brittany sucks butt," Teddy chuckled to himself, "Haha, take that, rich girl!"

Confessional End

On the Dingos' side of things, things definitely were not any better. Vernon sat by himself, trapped in the cage, unable to get a way out...at least until someone wandered on over to it and unlocked it. The boy looked up from the ground to see Alice standing there, holding her hand out to him. He took hold of it, allowing her to pull him from the cage and to his feet.

"You let me out of there...why?" Vernon asked, cocking his head at her in question.

"You don't deserve to be in there," Alice shrugged, "No human should be caged, it's just horrible. I don't even know why they put you in there to begin with."

"For the dumbest reason...because I'm trying to be friends with that assistant, Ivy."

"The one they all say is related to that crazy dude?"

"Yeah...but she's not crazy, she's really cool, actually. Caleb and Margaret are the most adamant about me not being able to talk to her, but some of the others are worried about it, too."

"Well, it's none of their damn business, is it? The way I see it, you should be able to talk to whoever you want."

"Thank you! I've been thinking that this whole time, but I...er...I have a hard time voicing my own opinion and standing up for myself."

"Huh...interesting. I-...nah, that's a story for another day."

"Wha-"

"Nevermind, let's just starting firing these cannons at the other ship and win this challenge, yeah?"

"Yeah!"

The two high fived, each of them now bearing a smile on their face, before heading towards two different cannons on the ship and loading them up. Unbeknownst to them, Caleb had seen the entire scene play out from the sidelines, and he was unamused. He walked over to Margaret, cursing and scuffing the ground with his shoes before tapping her on her butt, trying to get her attention. Of course, she turned around and smacked him across the face, knocking him to the ground and glaring at him.

"Don't fu**ing touch me, brat," she attempted to intimidate the boy, but he seemed null to it, even ignoring the slap he had just received as he stood from the ground.

"Relax," he said as he rubbed his cheek, "I'm just here to discuss something with you."

"Discuss something? I don't need to discuss anything with a twerp like you."

"Ah, but our interests are going to align on this one, I assure you of that. I suggest you and I form an alliance, what do you say?"

Margaret immediately started laughing in the boy's face, causing him to smirk and shake his head at her.

"You're next line is, 'Like I'd want to be in an alliance with a little shit like you.'"

"Like I'd want to be in an alliance with a little shit like you- huh!?"

"Allow me to explain myself. It's quite simple, really. You and I are both the most...realistic when it comes to how we feel about the whole Ivy situation. We both don't want her here, and for good reason. Our issue? Vernon. He's got a crush on her, and he doesn't see anything wrong with that. I fear that this will bring her closer to our team, and in turn, to us. Who knows what she could do if she got close enough to the team?"

"I see what you're saying, but I don't take orders from anyone. I do things my way."

"Then perhaps we don't need a permanent alliance...but maybe we could work out an agreement to put our differences aside so we can get rid of our issues."

"Issues? Vernon is locked away right now, how is he gonna be an issue for this challenge?"

"You see...about that. That bitch, Alice, let him out. She says there's nothing wrong with him and Ivy getting along with each other, or some dumb shit like that."

"She did!? We had him in there for a reason!"

"I'm aware of that...but I have a simple solution to our issue here."

"What would that be, twerp?"

"Self-sabotage."

"Eh?"

"You know, we cause our team to lose the challenge, and we pin it all on those two."

"How are we supposed to get away with that? Everyone's gonna know it was us."

"Oh, no they won't. I've got just the idea to make sure this works out in our favor."

A grin formed on Caleb's face as he looked up at the mobster, who leaned back against the cannon she was near. As he explained his plan to her, a grin of her own formed, and she was soon cackling maniacally at the thought of what they were both about to do. Then, suddenly, a cannon sounded off, and a loud, manly scream rang throughout the air ship. The two turned to see Mitzy, who had fallen to the ground and was looking up at Fridge, who had a cannonball stuck to his face, smoke still fuming off of it.

"O-oh my god!" Mitzy started panicking, "Fridge, I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to."

"...This thing burns," Fridge groaned, pulling the cannonball from his face to reveal that his entire face was now covered in soot.

Without a second thought, the massive boy launched the cannonball behind his back, causing it to crash into the side of the other ship knocking part of it off. Mitzy was still startled by the boy's strength, and then, suddenly, a bright flash shined in both of their eyes. The source of the flash was revealed to be none other than Bunny, who was taking pictures about damn near everything that was happening around her.

"I got it!" Bunny chirped happily as she helped her friend off of the ground, "This shot is gonna be great for my blog!"

"W-what?" Mitzy was a little taking off guard by Bunny's statement, "Why are you putting this on your blog?"

"Oh! Uh...I'm doing a fun bunch of pictures and articles about how fun life is here on this island, yeah! Cannonballs to the face definitely set this place apart from other islands, so I'll get a bunch of clicks with a picture like this!"

"I don't know if that's a great-"

"Don't worry about it, Mitzy! I won't say you hit him, I'll just say it flew in his face, yeah!"

"That doesn't really-"

"I got you, buddy! Don't you worry your sweet little head about it!"

Mitzy sighed as Bunny skipped off happily, rushing over to a harpoon gun and firing it into the woodwork of the enemy ship.

Confessional

"I really didn't mean to hurt Fridge...I feel even worse, now," Mitzy said sadly, "Why do I keep hurting people!?"

"Heheh," Bunny giggled as she looked over the picture, "'Comic Artist Attacks Football Star!' What? Mitzy threw me at a tree last challenge, I'd say this is fair payback."

Confessional End

It had been some time since the war started, and cannons were firing all around, with blasts from each ship tearing holes into the woodwork in every which way while Ivy peddled along the skies in her bike, watching the action closely. She was growing bored at the distance she was at, but with no choice but to stay there or get struck by a stray cannonball, she chose the boring option. The Squirrels were taking way more hits to their ship than the Dingos, and as such, were all panicking, especially CJ, who was screaming at the top of his lungs.

"We're all gonna die, bro!" he yelled as he ran along the ships floor, "We're going down, going down!"

As he ran, Yves suddenly grabbed him by the shoulder, turning him around to face her before slapping him across the face and causing him to stop panicking and take some deep breaths.

"I'm good...I'm good..."

"Good," she mumbled as she shoved him off before dusting her hands off.

"He may be good," Zane said, startling Yves as he approached her from behind, "But something else isn't, wouldn't you say?"

"I have no idea what you're talking about," Yves turned to face the boy, crossing her arms and scowling at him, like she typically did.

"Oh, well that's good to hear. I just found it strange that we've fired severely less cannonballs than the other team, and yet, we are down to our final five already. There is still a consistent stream of fire from the enemies, so why are we down on ammo now?"

"Maybe someone dropped some. Or maybe we didn't get as much."

"That doesn't seem very fair to me...I don't think the hosts would do something like that, do you?"

"...No, probably not. But anything could happen."

"Yes, yes...I suppose you're right about that. But what's concerning, above all, is that there are several empty ammo boxes next to the cannon that Valerie was using. That strikes me as off, doesn't it?"

"Maybe she dumped it off the side. She probably thinks she deserves to be out of the game, so why would she try to help?"

"Oh, on the contrary...she definitely did not dump the cannonballs. You and I both know very well that Valerie adores violence. Now, pray tell, why did you dump our ammo off the side of the boat and pin it on her?"

Yves took a step back, her eyes widening as she realized just how smart Zane was. She had mostly dealt with people that didn't know their feet from their hands, but Zane was entirely different. He seemed to know everything about everyone, and the lack of expression on his face, aside from seriousness, told Yves that she was backed into a corner that she couldn't get out of.

"I...I uh..."

"Just kidding, of course," Zane put on a faint smile as he walked past the girl, patting her on the shoulder, "Though it was funny to see your face like that. Call me a sadist, I suppose, haha. Let's try to find some other way to beast the Dingos, yeah?"

"...Y-yeah..."

The boy continued along on his way, soon tucking his hands away into his pockets and whistling while Yves watched him walk away. No one had heard the exchange between the two of them, but still, knowing someone knew that much concerned her greatly.

Confessional

"Zane is onto me," Yves held her hand over her chest, seeming to be hyperventilating in between words. "I need to get him off of my case...but how? What do I do...what do I...! The sabotage idols!"

"Yves has been entirely found out at this point," Zane mentioned, still having that serious look on his face, "There's nothing she can do to shift the blame onto anyone else at this point...her reign of sloppy self-sabotage is going to come to an end soon enough."

Confessional End

Back on the Dingos' ship, the team had noticed that their enemies had ceased their fire. Celeste and Max continued to launch cannonballs at rapid rates, breaking more and more holes into the wood of the other ship while their own ship took no more damage. With the noise from the cannons seeming to overpower everything else, Margaret and Caleb glanced over at each other, both smirking before shifting their attention to Alice, who was handing cannonballs over to Max. Caleb starting to sneakily crawl up to the girl while Margaret pulled out a slip of paper from her vest, folding it up into a paper airplane and sending it flying towards the cannon that Celeste was currently manning. Once Caleb got close enough to Alice, he leaned up to her ear, whispering into it.

"Hey, is that a bird on Celeste's cannon?" he asked, "Oh, the cannon's about to fire!"

Alice quickly glanced behind her, but Caleb had ducked behind a box, keeping him out of sight. Upon looking over at the cannon that Celeste was currently in charge of, the nature lover noticed the paper airplane floating right in front of it, though, from the distance she was at, it appeared to be a living, breathing creature. She gasped before rushing on over to the cannon that Celeste had just ignited, pulling it back so it aimed up, rather than at the paper airplane.

"Alice!?" Celeste was taken aback, "What are you doing!?"

"You were going to kill that bird!" Alice shouted.

"What bir-"

The cannon rang off suddenly, causing the cannonball in tow to launch up and through the main sail of the ship, which, in turn, caused the ship to shake greatly. Like the boy mastermind had just done to Alice, he now ran on over to Vernon, not whispering, but full on shouting at him, loud enough for others to hear the words he spoke.

"Hey, Max's cannon is aimed at Ivy!"

"Ivy!?" Vernon gasped, immediately rushing over to the cannon and shoving Max out of the way, soon blowing out the fuse with all his might and keeping it from firing.

Oddly, when he glanced around the skies, he was unable to see Ivy at all, and he turned around to find an angry Max glaring at him.

"What gives, dude!?" she yelled at him, grabbing him by the shoulders and shaking him like he was crazy, "That shot was totally gonna sink their ship! Why would you stop it!?"

"B...but...Caleb said it was going to hit Ivy..."

"What are you talking about?" Caleb asked, twiddling his thumbs and putting on a sad face, "I didn't say anything like that..."

"You...you little..."

"Uh, agents?" Calvin shouted over everyone, gathering all of their attention.

They saw his astonished expression, immediately knowing just what he was going to tell them.

"We're going down!"

The ship started to descend to the ground at crazy speeds, causing each of the members of the group to start screaming at the top of their lungs. Ivy noticed the ship going down and started peddling her bike incredibly fast, holding a small capsule in her hand. Launching the capsule directly at the ground, it suddenly expanded into a massive raft, and the falling ship bounced on it, preventing it from crashing and injuring everyone. It wasn't long before the Squirrels made their way down to the ground to meet her and the other team. She got off of the bike once she was back on ground level, and the survivors started pouring out of both shifts, the Dingos appearing a lot more dazed and confused than their Squirrel counterparts.

"Well, I'm not sure exactly what happened," Ivy started, scratching her chin in thought, "But the Dingos fired on themselves and took out their main sail...so...the Squirrels win the challenge and are safe from elimination!"

"Hell yeah we are, ya bitch!" Buck shouted, not realizing the word that had just left his mouth until the group around him gasped, "Oh...uh...ah, crap."

"B-dog, bro," CJ patted him on the back, "I know you got your problems with her, bud. But come on...that was a little harsh."

"I didn't mean it, I swear!" the boy glanced over at Ivy, who looked incredibly upset by the comment, "Sorry, I guess..."

"T-that's alright...I'm gonna head back to the office now, but...Squirrels, you're free to return to your rooms. And Dingos...well...you know where you're headed."

As Ivy and the Squirrels started to walk away from the scene of the battle, Alice and Vernon found all eyes on them, each set matched with a frown that showed just how pissed they made everyone. Although, Margaret and Caleb were each wearing those cheesy grins as they high fived each other behind their backs. Vernon was quick to notice the looks on their faces, and he formed an angry look of his own, realizing right then that the whole incident had been orchestrated by the two of them.

"Target me?" he thought, "Fine. But going after Alice for no damn reason? You've crossed the line now, you little brat."

"I need to go inside and clear my head," Vernon grumbled to himself before shoving through the others and heading into the hotel, "I'll be at the pool if anyone needs me."

Confessional

"That's checkmate," Caleb proudly said, smiling brightly, "One of them will lose tonight, and one of them will never be trusted by the team ever again. I told him to lay off on Ivy, but he couldn't listen...and now, poor Alice has been dragged into this! What a dumb fu**ing idiot, am I right?"

Confessional End

Finding themselves at the elimination colosseum for the second time in a row, the Dingos' felt a sadness that they didn't know they could have felt before. Margaret and Caleb focused their angry gazes on Alice and Vernon, both of which knew they didn't do anything wrong, but being targeted by the little mastermind was something the really didn't want to have to deal with. Mitzy twiddled her thumbs in her seat, avoiding eye contact with Fridge, who still had a cannonball bruise on his face. Max and Calvin sat with Celeste between them, each putting a hand on her shoulder to keep her feeling loved. Then, there was Bunny, who had taken so many pictures during the challenge, and had no idea which one would make for the best headline. Dana and Aaron stood with Brobot, who was holding nine bags of rations in his robo-arms.

"Well, Dingos...you done messed up tonight," Dana said, shaking her head at them in disappointment. "You guys need to be able to trust your teammates and work together if you're ever going to accomplish anything."

"How am I supposed to trust someone who wants to fu** a criminal!?" Caleb shouted angrily, "No offense, Margaret."

"None taken," Margaret mumbled, her twitching brow clearly showing that she did, in fact, take offense.

"Whatever, whatever," Dana hushed the boy up, "You're aware of the rules, right? We're gonna call names and hand out rations to those of you who are safe from elimination. When your name doesn't end up getting called, you'll be forced to walk on over to the Trampoline of Losers to bounce on out of the Colosseum of Shame to never return to Scrap island...ever! Our first safe contestant is...Fridge."

"I taste blood," Fridge mumbled as a bag of rations hit him in his cannonball-stained face.

"Bunny...Celeste..."

"Eh?" Bunny looked up from her photos for a brief second to dodge the bag flying at her, "These are just too good! Mitzy, did you see how great these shots are?"

"Oh...I'm still in?" Celeste shrugged as she caught her bag, "Cool, I guess."

"Max...Calvin..."

"Ah, sweet!" Max choraled as she snatched the bag from the sky, "I'm starving!"

"Thank you, Agent Brobot," Calvin saluted the robot, allowing the bag to hit him in the face before falling into his lap.

"Margaret...and Mitzy."

Margaret smirked as she caught her own bag, soon turning to flash her cocky expression at Vernon and Alice, who tried their best to ignore them.

"Oh...oh, thank goodness," Mitzy sighed in relief before catching hers, "S-sorry, Fridge..."

Caleb crossed his arms once more while Alice and Vernon both sighed, looking down at the ground in sadness.

"Now...the three of you all racked up a decent amount of votes for yourselves in this elimination ceremony. I kinda figured, you know what would be fun? If we showed you who everybody voted for via the confessionals that you took earlier!"

"Eh!?" the group was astonished as Aaron held up a small television screen, one which had a feed from the confessional on it.

Confessional

"I could vote Vernon or Alice, heheh," Caleb snickered to himself, blushing from the excitement. "I think I'll keep toying with Vernon, it's just too much fun! Bye bye, Alice!"

"Friendleb said to vote for Alice," the injured Fridge grumbled, "I would...but I kinda wanna vote Mitzy...so...yeah. Sorry, Mitzy."

"Eh?" Bunny hardly glanced at the camera, "Uh...I dunno, Vernon or something."

"Vernon needs to get hauled out of here as soon as possible," Margaret dusted her knuckles as she spoke, "Either he leaves by vote, or I kick his ass for trying to get in bed with that crazy bitch."

"Caleb, of course!" Alice shouted, "That little asshole thinks he can just manipulate this whole game, doesn't he!? He's going down!"

"Caleb is an asshat," Vernon glared at the camera, "I'm obviously voting him out. Margaret came to mind to, but at least she's actually kind of helpful to the team."

"I can understand being in love, even if it is with a crazy person," Celeste ran her fingers through her hair awkwardly, "But...crashing the ship to save a bird that wasn't even there? This is an obvious vote for Alice."

"Caleb is a jerk," Max noted, "But at the end of the day, we really only lost this challenge because Alice crashed the ship. Calvin was doing a fine job steering. So I'm voting on Alice."

"I wish I could vote myself," Mitzy sighed, "But I can comeback from this slump! For now, I'll vote for Alice!"

"I was doing fine today, then Agent Flores botched the challenge," Calvin sighed, "Sorry, agent..."

Confessional End

Caleb smirked as the final confessional played, turning his attention to Alice, whose jaw had dropped to the floor. Vernon gritted his teeth as he looked over at Caleb's overconfident expression.

"So," Dana continued, "In a vote of five to two to two to one...our next eliminated Dingo is none other than...Alice! ...Much to all of our dismay."

The final two bags of rations were tossed to Vernon and Caleb, while Alice stood from her seat in utter defeat. Caleb continued to snicker at her until Vernon ran over to him and shoved him off of his seat, only for Margaret to grab him by the collar immediately after, holding her fist to his face.

"Watch the temple, asshole," Caleb scoffed as he rose from the ground and dusted himself off. "Margaret, kick his ass."

"Just because we agreed once doesn't mean you're my boss, runt," Margaret spat her words at the boy, who glared back at her.

"I can't believe you guys actually voted for Alice," Vernon shook himself free from Margaret and ran over to the others, "Caleb clearly sabotaged her!"

"You keep saying that, but with all the cannonfire going on, none of us heard him say anything," Bunny pointed out, "You're just trying to save her because she let you out of the cage."

"I can't believe it," Alice mumbled as she slowly walked over to the trampoline, everyone watching her, "I actually got outdone by that little bastard."

She stepped onto the trampoline sadly, beginning to bounce up and down on it slowly.

"I never thought I would let myself fall for some dirty trick like that..."

After a few bounces, the trampoline finally descended into the ground, causing the next bounce to send the nature lover cascading through the sky, though she didn't scream. She simply left the island with a feeling that she had let everyone down."

Confessional

"There's a good person gone because of Caleb being an asshole," Vernon grumbled before reaching into his pocket, "But I'm not gonna let it happen again..."

After fumbling around in his pocket for a moment, Vernon pulled the Spider Idol from before out, giving off an ominous vibe as he held it in his hand.

"I found it in the pool at the hotel after the challenge...and I swear, that jerk is gonna get his just desserts soon enough."

Confessional End

Author Notes:

*Now, a newbie has finally taken their leave from Scrap Island. I know, the first three eliminations were all veterans, but I did want to have a chance to let the newbies shine before kicking any of them out. I really like Alice, but with a character like her, she was bound to make enemies with pretty much every single villainous character on the show. It sucks to see her go, but she was fun to have along for the time she was still on the island.

*Also, I must unfortunately let you all know that there will be no more weekly updates from me. I would try to keep them going, but it is very difficult with work and everything in life to dedicate as much time as want to writing. This bums me out, but I will try to continue updating frequently.

*Votes: Alice - Celeste, Max, Calvin, Caleb, Mitzy; Vernon - Margaret, Bunny; Caleb - Alice, Vernon; Mitzy - Fridge

*Placements: No Placement - Chris; 22nd - Daniel; 21st - Larida; 20th - Mitchell; 19th - Alice
