Ok then ladies and gentlemen and welcome to another exciting chapter of 'The Legend of the Pirate and Monkey King's.' I gotta say that this story is getting some traction and I'm honestly surprised that I got as many followers and favorites compared to my first story. I'm Really liking this! Don't expect these notes and add ons in the beginning of every chapter but just for the beginning portions just so you know what to expect.
As for the question last time on the pairings, I said to speculate on who you thought I would pick. Sorry if I didn't make it clear enough. The names there in the first chapter were like options in the world of One Piece, and there are many more to pick from yet no one picked anyone else. It's a fan story at the end of the day, so choose anyone.

And there are so many more people to choose on who you think I'll pick. But again, that was my fault for not Clarifying on that one. It doesn't matter though because I don't know still, but after looking at some of the characters after the time skip though. Oda has uh… really went out with them. Like really went all out with them, even some of the minor/underage characters like Rebecca and shirahoshi.
Gotta say I understand some of the answers for luffy's pairings. Makes sense to me at least, but oh boy I already have him on lockdown for the captain.
Oh well tangent over, I'll let y'all go now.

Out in the East Blue
In the ocean of East Blue, there is a cruise liner sailing on the flat and peaceful waters, the suns encompassing rays of warmth and delight bestowing to all who are in it, and the crisp winds blowing a refreshing breeze outside the liner.
In the inside of the ship, there was a ballroom dance going about with people of notable statuses of higher grade middle class citizens to nobles in attendance and having a cheery time. One of the people in attendance at this event was an attractive girl of around the age of seventeen, she has dirty neon orange colored hair, coconut brown eyes, and champagne colored skin. She was donning a golden ball gown with a simply designed bodice, wrapped off-the-shoulder sleeves. This girl was Nami, a pirate thief and Excellent navigator in the East Blue.
Nami was looking out through one of the many glass paneled windows in the ballroom. While those looking at her might think she is looking at the oceans beautiful view, she has a different reason.
Nami was viewing out towards a specific direction, and in that direction was a special place to her. However there was this kind of numbness in her eyes, as if she had always had that look, or for what that place represents to her. The look to see everything for what the world really is. To have your innocence taken away and instead a mask is put on display, so that no one finds out. She was later mused out of her thoughts as a hand was brought up in front of her "Excuse me?"
She turns around to see a tall, dark, and handsome man in her field of vision "Would the beautiful lady care to dance?" Nami decides to give him what he wants and let him escort her to the dance floor.
Outside the cruise liner where no fun was happening, a couple of the sailors on board were leaning port side on the railings. One of them, a husky Hispanic man by the name of Derby, was conversing with one of pals on board talking about what came to mind. "Man this sucks, why don't we get to party like them? I don't like that type of stuff, but it's better working out here."
His friend, a tall Caucasian by the name of Ash, responded back with "Because we're being to work on this cruise liner, idiot."
"But there's nothing to do out here. I mean we finished our chores and we can't even party? Man this blows." As boredom was about to take effect for the both of them, their prayers were answered as two wooden barrels hit the hull on the port side. It looks to be like barrels of booze from their perspective on deck. With the fun just getting started, the larger of the two men gets a grapple off the nearby mast and tries to get the barrels.
He slings it over to one of the barrels, hoping to impress his comrades with his accuracy on his first try. Sad st say, it didn't work as it intended to. He tries again by cocking his arm back and slings it to one of the barrels, only for it to miss again. Derby gets aggravated at this point by his unfortunate luck and tries again a third time, he misses again. By this point his buddies were laughing at his misfortune in getting some barrels "Three strikes and you're out pal."
"Oh man I'd be embarrassed, you suck."
"Hey, it's harder than it looks when we're on a moving ship ok. Cut me some slack here."
After all his failed attempts in getting some stupid barrels, he was finally able to latch onto one of them and begins to tug on it. It was heavier than he expected for some booze so Ash helped him pull up the wooden container. Shortly after he Derby did the same with the other barrel and lugged it up on deck with the first one.
The guy on watch duty on top of the mast stops laughing at his friends and looks out to sea, more specifically at a large plateau in the west of them. Behind the plateau was a Pirate ship or some kind. A Large pink ship, with four sails, one higher than the other three. Each sail has a pink heart, and the ship herself has two hearts on each side. The figurehead is a duck and a Jolly Roger flag flies on the mainmast. This was the ship called Miss Love Duck.
"Ship off the starboard bow and their flying a pirate flag! We got a pirate ship in pursuit ? Enemy raid, enemy raid!" Screamed out the look out, both Ash and Derby forget about the barrels and scramble over to where the captain is in a fit disarray.
The ship known as Miss Love Duck shoots out three rounds of cannon balls at their target, just narrowly misses the cruise liner. The shots land around the targeted ship creating giant splashes, making their presence very known to everyone on board the vessel. The ship gets tilted at the starboard side, causing everyone else in the ballroom to fall on the floor or barely holding on from all the rocking it's experiencing. Both Derby and Ash come busting through the doors "Captain we've got pirates!" Screamed Ash
"What?!" Another volley of cannon ball shots were heard hitting the water again around them. "People please calm down, panicking will only get you hurt!" Everyone starts booking it towards the entrance, disregarding the captain's order's and the safety of their fellow man. All except for one certain redhead on the ship, who smiles contently for this surprise and potential cash grab.
On the Pirate ship, a third volley of cannon balls were launched as they approached the cruise, with the intentions to kill and all. At the head of this assault was a tall and very obese woman with long wavy black hair, brown eyes, and freckles on her cheeks.
She wore a white cowgirl hat with a large red plume, a red neckerchief, a pink plaid shirt, and a blue captain's coat over it with the arms in the sleeves unlike many other pirates. She wore rings on her fingers and her long sharp fingernails had red polish. She had a purple sash with a flintlock pistol tucked in it and some jewels. She also wore graying pants and red shoes with gold buckles. This captain is "Iron Mace" Alvida.
With a feminine gruff voice, she yells out a 'member' of her crew "KOBY!" A small, timid, chubby boy with pink hair and round-frame glasses speaks up to her captain's orders "yes ma'am."
"Who is the most beautiful of all on the sea?" She asked violently.
Koby responds timidly and without a second to waste, knowing what happens if he hesitates "Well, uh, that would be the captain of our ship, lady Alvida of course." Satisfied with that answer, she guffaws and says "good answer."
"That means a lot to me."
Another member of her crew speaks up about the situation "it's been awhile, we're finally gonna see a little action."
"That right" hollers Alvida with her mace in the air "so make it count boy's, and hit them with all you got." A round of cheering and wheezing was heard and finished off by another round of cannon ball shots, this time one of them hitting the rear mast of the liner. It causes the mast to fall over where it was shot from and generate even more turbulence onboard.
The targeted ship's passengers are in complete panic and life threatening screams are heard all around the ship. On the deck due to all the turbulence, the two barrels of what presumed to be booze rolls down stairs into the cabin and into one of the many open doors. Both of them land inside the kitchen quarters and plant themselves in the corner.
The Pirate ship parks right next to the damaged vessel and its crew members hooked them together with some grappling rope. With thundering bellow from the captain, Alvida shouts "Here we go, time to show ém the terror of "IronClub" Alvida! Lady pirate of the sea!" The Alvida Pirates start boarding the vessel with all kinds of weapons from sabers, cutlass, and long swords to flails, spears, battle axes and even flintlock pistols. Raiding each room and taking all the passengers into the ballroom. The sailors did their best fending off the Pirates but there numbers were too much to handle, even some of the passengers helped but was instead met a painful death.
Before the captain herself made her move, she noticed that one of her crewmen hadn't moved at all, more like petrified at the idea he's to undertake. His legs quiver out of fear and couldn't move. This isn't what he wanted, he didn't want to become a pirate in the first place. He wanted to be a marine and save people, not take the lives of who he's supposed to protect. He'll surely pay the bitc- "KOBY! What are you doing!"
"I'm not exactly good with this kind of stuff…"
"Heh, you're telling me. Maybe it's because you're too busy back talking to me all the time." Alvida approaches the cabin boy with a burning hatred.
"Oh no! Not the club! Anything but the club please!" To which Alvida kicks him off her boat and on that of the cruise liner "Then get your ass in gear." Koby face plants onto the floor boards with a hard thump, garnering a bloody nose thanks to miss bitch.
All while this was going on, Nami used the stampede of frightened passengers to Avoid the oncoming chaos and dress herself in less elegant attire. Instead she substituted out her dress with a blue mesh shirt, a blue Bandanna, skin tight black pants and high heeled boots. Nami dresses up as a pirate to blend in and not seem suspicious.
Using this opportunity, she sprinted out of the ball room and outside the deck to see the Love Duck boat parked next to the liner. 'Score, another win for Nami! Just hang in there everyone, I will save you. I'm close to our agreement so just hold out a bit longer…' thought Nami to herself 'then, we can go back to normal… right Bell-mere?'
Down in the kitchen quarters, Koby investigates the area for any potential stowaways. Instead of taking their lives, he planned on helping them survive this whole ordeal and let them escape… at least that was the plan? He opens the door and peeks his head inside the actual kitchen "H-hello?" Hearing no response he walks in the abandoned facility "I hope there's no one in here? What a relief." No response was still given, but it still didn't give the cabin boy a reason to calm his nerves either.
It may have actually expanded his already low moral and resolve, the ambiance of it seemed alien to him. The stove is still burning it's blue flames, the butchering knife still embedded in some grounded meat, and an unprepared salad still unfinished. The hairs on Koby sticks up from the foreboding atmosphere. Needing a distraction from it all, he sees two large barrels tumbled over on their side. "Wow, those are some big barrels. Wonder what's inside of them, probably some booze."
Koby begins pushing one of the barrels out on deck so at least the beer would distract the Pirates for the night, a successful raid celebrated with some booze are his more fonder experiences with the Pirates. Three members come into the kitchen scaring Koby, causing him to jump. "Look It's our favorite coward, you trying to hide in here and dunk out of all the action again?"
"N-n-no way, I was j-just trying to haul over this big barrel of b-beer over to you guys!" The prospect of an early celebrity drink got the three going, thinking today is their lucky day "Wow! Really kid? This is great! Perhaps you aren't so useless after all!" Two of the three shift the barrel up while the third tries to open it.
"Wa-wait. You're gonna d-drink it now?! What if A-Alvida finds out?!" Blurted out the terrified cabin boy.
"She won't find out if you keep your trap shut. Right. Boy." Koby understands the implications of him not shutting up so he keeps his mouth shut. "Yeah. Right. I got it…"
"Man. This sucker is heavy. Hold on boy's, I'll open her the old fashion way." As the brutish pirate begins to cock his fist back for a 'successful' opening. He finally lets lose of his fist and darts for the barrel, at the same time the barrel open from the inside, and out came a screaming kid and an extremely powerful fist.
"YEAH! I SLEPT SO GREAT! Mmm, who's that?" The situation went from zero to one hundred in about a second in Kobys mind, and it didn't seem it was getting any better. First a kid was locked up in a barrel, one of his crewmen was knocked out by said kid with that little surprise attack of his, and now the kid himself doesn't realize the situation he's in.
The kid, more like a teenager, was actually looked to be around his late teens, probably around seventeen or eighteen years old. He has black shaggy hair, round black eyes, and a slim muscular build. If you look closely, he also has a scar with two stitches underneath his left eye. He wears short, blue trousers with cuffs, sandals, a sleeveless red vest, and is finished off with a straw hat with a red band. This is Monkey D. Luffy all grown up.
Luffy noticed that a buffalo of a man was knocked unconscious on the floor and two other people were wide eyed at him for some reason. "Who the hell are you guys?"
"Who the hell are you!" Rebuttal backed the shocked pirates
"Your friend will catch a cold sleeping like that." Said the blunt teen as he gets out the broken wooden container that used to be his barrel.
"You're the one who did that to him!" To which the Pirates finally stop loli-gagging and actually become serious about the situation. Drawing their cutlass and one of them bringing the tip to luffy's neck. "Hold up there son. You think you're funny messing with us huh."
Luffy nonchalantly walks away and goes over to the distraught cabin boy. If Koby didn't know any better, he was going to die because of this guy. "Hey I'm starving, You got any food on ya?"
"I'm talking to you kid!" Finally having enough of the teens stupid antics, the two remaining pirates raise their cutlass high "you damn kid!" They both shouted. They both bring down their sabers on the defenseless teenager with every intention of killing him, and luffy notices it. Without a second he got serious and turned towards them.
Koby quickly shuts his eyes so as to not see the blood bath that'll ensue. First there was screaming, then metal hitting something akin to steel almost, and then silence… that wasn't supposed to happen? The pudgy pink haired boy slowly opens his eyes to see the results of the kids slashed corps, but actually it was the opposite. The straw hat teen is fine, instead he sees that the tips of the cutlass were embedded into the ceiling of the deck cover. The two pirates were completely baffled as they didn't know what happened and quickly left the kitchen. Screaming for their captain to save them.
Koby skulks up to the uninjured teen in front of him. Although instead of his usual cowardly approach, it was one of curiosity and confusion. What just happened? The teen didn't look all that strong, he wasn't packing any muscles yet the blades broke on him so what gives?
"H-Hey, who are you sir?"
"Who, me? Well I'm Monkey D. Luffy! And I'm gonna be the King of the Pirates!"

The cabin boy was speechless, mouth agape, and wide eyed at the teen in front of him. That is a ridiculous goal to ever achieve. The adversity, power, and especially the numbers of people he has to fight. He wouldn't even say idiotic or outlandish, just outright suicidal.
Koby looks to see that Luffy had a Chelsea grin on his face, as if he knows that he'll achieve it. While Koby could relate to him about his dreams, he certainly didn't have his confidence. Luffy starts to look around the room curiously within the room. "Hey, do you know if another barrel came here with me?"
Koby was taken aback by that question but if his last experience was to give him a clue then there might be someone in that second barrel. "Yway, just in that corner over there." To which the pink haired teen points to the barrel. Luffy walks over to the barrel and drags it out and in between him and Koby. Luffy cocks his arm back and smashes through the top of the wooden container while yelling "WAKE UP GOKU!"
Koby is once again baffled by Luffy and his antics. 'Is he always like this?'
The straw hat teen brings his fist through and bursts the barrel on contact, sending the wooden fragments everywhere in the room. His fist hits another teen in the face who appeared to be asleep, the response was that teen screamed in the chaos and jolts up from the sudden rush of pain.
"Hey, what the hell was that for Luffy!" As the teen rubs his cheek from the pain.
"Shishishishi sorry about that, but I didn't know how else to wake ya." Explained Luffy with his carefree attitude, he positions his arms behind his head.
"Aww man, and I was dreaming about fighting a strong opponent too." Said the saddened aforementioned Goku with his arms crossed. He looks over to see another person in the room and waves his hand in a saluting manner towards the individual. "Hiah, I'm Son D. Goku! And I'm from Foosha Village!"
The aforementioned Goku was possessing the same spiky jet black hairstyle, dark-colored eyes, and facial features of his youth. He has softer eyes, a kind demeanor, and a lighter-pale skin complexion. He wore an outfit similar to one from his youth; he wears a turquoise gi with a white knot-style obi, dark turquoise pants, and black kung fu shoes with orange stockings. Finally capitalized with his matching orange wristbands (Think of the Goku at the end of Z for reference, that's the outfit)
What's most interesting about the newcomer is his monkey tail waving behind him which was long and prehensile with milk chocolate brown fur. Koby was still silent as he didn't know how to act about the situation. Goku sees that he is just silent so he whispers towards his brother "Hey what's up with this guy?"
"I don't know, I just met him myself."
"Is there any food around ? I haven't eaten since last night and I'm getting hungry."
"You read my mind, ooooh let's check out the storage room!" As the two brothers go towards the wooden door of the room and see a bunch of crates. They opened one of them to feast their hungry eyes on a bunch of apples and start devouring them in seconds.
At this point Kobys mind was completely frazzled. He thought he'd seen it all before, but boy was he wrong. He slowly approached the two teens, whose only concern at that moment was stuffing their faces full of fruit. "Y-you, who are you two? A-and um, what were you doing in those barrels? And how come you" who was looking at luffy "wanna be the pirate king? Y-you do know t-that's impossible right? I mean c'mon! Think of the odds and then on top of that you have-" however Koby did not get to finish as Luffy's fist struck him in the head. "Ow!" Koby said, rubbing his head with both his hands. "What was that for? And why is your fist so heavy?"
Luffy bit off the last piece of an apple before opening his mouth. "Anyone ever told you that you ask too many questions?" Luffy swallowed the food before continuing. "First off, I hit you because I felt like it. And second, my fist is heavier because it's made of rubber. I'm a rubber man! I ate the gum gum devil fruit and now I'm wuber." Luffy said, stretching out the corner of his mouth on that last part.
"Oh... I guess that sums it up then." Koby waited another few minutes or so, just watching Luffy and Goku munch down apples until Koby decided to speak up. "So I take it you're a pirate then?"
Luffy patted his belly, satisfied before standing up. "Yep, you guessed it." Slowly he reached up and took the straw hat off his head and stared down into it. "But I'm not just any pirate, I'm the man who'll be King of the Pirates," he exclaimed, his smile getting a little wider.
Koby really didn't understand this guy, where was the logic at? "B-but, the odds! You have to know them! Its-"
"I don't care about that. I don't care about how hard it is, all I know is i'm either gonna do it, or die trying. I decided that a long time ago. So if I have to die fighting for it, then I die. no matter what happens, i'll be free in the end." Luffy finished grinning one last time before putting his hat back on.
The words hit Koby like a punch in the gut. How? How can he say he's not scared of dying so easily? 'C-could I do that?' Koby broke his thoughts looking back up at the straw hat boy. He could practically see the confidence leaking from the teen. Not to be mistaken for cockyniess, there was a fine line between those two. Who was this guy? And how had he not noticed this before? And what of his brother? What was his dreams and aspirations? "Do you think-" Koby stopped himself and looked down at his feet. 'Cmon! I can do this!'
"Do you think I could become a marine!?" Koby shouted, once the words were out he wished he could take them back, he slouched once again ready for the laughter that was about to plague his ears.
"Well yeah, why not? If that's what you want with all your heart and you're willing to do anything to get it, then who can stop you?" This time Goku injected with a permanent grin still on his face.
Koby couldn't believe his ears. "...Y-you guys didn't laugh" the pinkette whispered, a tear coming to his eye.
Luffy had a confused look on his face. "Well of course not, I don't have control over you. Do what you want silly."
"What you want to be is determined by how much you're willing to give. If it's not a lot then, you won't make it as far. At least, that's what grandpa always said."
Koby dried his tears. Was it really as simple as these guys made it sound? "No one has ever taken my dream seriously before. Everyone always laughs."
"Don't worry about them," Luffy said pointing to the straw hat on his head, getting the attention of the younger boy once again. "A long time ago, the guy who gave me this hat taught me that small stuff like that isn't worth getting mad about. But once someone hurts my friends, that's when we have a problem." Luffy got a serious look in his eyes. "Now, what's your name?"
This time Koby didn't hesitate, Luffy's confidence boosting his own. "My name is Koby and I was captured by the Alvida Pirates and forced to be their cabin boy! I want nothing more in this world than to get out of here and become a marine! So I can serve justice to all the assholes in the sea, especially Alvida!"
Luffy smiled. "Well, it looks like my friend Koby is in trouble and needs my help. Shishishi, sounds like something worth fighting for!" Luffy said, extending his arm out as a fist pump towards his vice captain "what do you say Goku? Wanna help our friend here get out of this dump?"
"Heheh, you don't need to tell me twice! I'm always ready for a fight!" This is reinforced with his tail flailing around the same way a dog is when it wags its tail in excitement.
Koby finally burst into tears and started crying but kept his head held high. He smiled genuinely through them with excitement. And thus a new friendship was born between the three assailants.
'Once you get to know them, they're not bad pirates to be around.'
On the deck of the cruise liner.
"Hurry up boy's, you better pick up the pace or so help me, your face and my club are gonna have an intimate meeting real quick!" Exclaimed Alvida with a resounding yell to notify her crew that she was serious.
"Yes miss Alvida!" Responded her crew and began picking up the pace.
"CAPTAIN!" The Screech was heard down below the cabin and the Love Duck crew look to see two of their crewmen coming up frantically, panting, and scared by what they just encountered.
"Miss Alvida, there's this weird guy stuck in the barrel and knocked one of our guys out!"
"Yeah! And when we tried to cut this guy to ribbons, our swords just broke on him! It's crazy, he's like a mons-"
"SHUT UP!" Screamed Alvida as she used her club and swung the two cowardly pirates from her sight, this resulted in the two going overboard and knocked unconscious themselves. The Pirates were stunned by the action and backed away from their captain so as to not get in her way.
The large captain looks at two of her crewmen and shouts "hey! Go down there and see what those two disgraces we're talking about! Kill whoever it is if you need to!"
"Yes, Miss Alvida/we're on it!" Alvida smiled evilly, satisfied with her orders. She watched as the last of the treasure was securely placed on the deck of her ship. The self proclaimed Pirate Empress smiled, preparing to board her own ship once again. However, before the woman could even reach the railing of the passenger ship, she heard some muffled movement from below the deck. She turned around only to see both of the men she sent to retrieve the stupid pets come flying up from the stairs they went down. The two of them landed with a thud on the floorboards, looking like they'd seen better days. One with an obviously crooked nose and the other with a busted cheek. Alvida growled raising her club to her shoulder just as the man responsible for this made his presence known.
"Those two good for nothings' told me there was one, who the hell is the second one! And what's up with the monkey tail!" Luffy took note on her speech about those 'good for nothings' and thinks she is talking about her crew. This thought got luffy really pissed off as shanks and his crew's morals are completely different compared to the whale in front of him.
Luffy and Goku walked up the stairs putting one foot up on the deck, Koby right behind them. He made eye contact with the plus sized woman before speaking Luffy shouts "So you must be the fat pirate lady that Koby told me about. Get ready because I'm about to kick your ass!"

Every single person on the deck of the Miss Love Duck could be seen with their jaws on the floor and their eyes outside their sockets. Calling Ms. Alvida fa- ehem, large was considered suicide on their ship. 'Koby and that straw hat kid are as good as dead' one of the crew members gulped at the thought.
Even a certain orange haired teen hiding behind the mast of the enemy ship couldn't hide her surprise. In fact it caught her so off guard that she almost dropped the giant bag of treasure hanging over her shoulder. "What a bunch of idiots!" The girl whispered loudly to herself, she could never understand the thought process of some of these pirate brutes. 'Always trying to show off who's stronger,' she thought before smirking. "On the bright side, their execution will make a perfect distraction for my getaway." At that, the woman silently tip-toed her way over to the lifeboats without anyone being the wiser. Once there she lowered one into the water.
"Yes! With today's haul I should be at about 88,000,000! I'm almost there guys, please hold on! I won't let him kill any more of you." the young lady said hopefully before pushing off and setting sail for land.
Back on the deck of the passenger ship, one would be able to see a very large woman in a heap of rage. She lifted the club off of her shoulders and gripped it with both hands, a blood vessel on her forehead ready to burst. "So… is that true Koby?" She asked through gritted teeth.
Koby froze, his weak nature telling him to back out and apologize. He gritted his teeth and looked at the ground. 'Who am I kidding, I can't stand up to her! She'll kill me!' Koby finished his thought before being instantly reminded of another one. If I have to die fighting for that, then I die. Remembering the heartfelt quote he clenched his fists and looked up. Luffy and Goku were already staring at him with an understanding smile on the brothers faces. 'This is the last time I ever doubt myself!' Koby thought angrily as he ran up in front of The duo "Iron Club Alvida! You are without a doubt the fattest and ugliest woman in all the seas! And I swear on my life that when I become a marine, I will capture you!"
If the entire crew wasn't baffled before, they were now. A couple of the men even fainted out of sheer disbelief. The only sound that could be heard was the bellowing laugh from the teen wearing the straw hat. Luffy seemed to be quite amused with the pink haired boy's outburst. Alvida however, was not. She squeezed the club in her hands until she was violently shaking. "YOU DAMN BRAT!" She shrieked at the top of her lungs, raising her weapon above her head.
Koby stood tall and continued to stare death in the face. 'This is my decision, and I intend to go through with it. If I die, I die.'
However, today fate was on his side. Before he knew it, Goku was right in front of him. Koby watched on in horror as the spiked club's full force was thrown down upon his new friend. However the club that hit Goku broke on impact, sending it's broken shards and fragments everywhere. Slowly lifting his head and looking up at his opponent, The monkey man smiled. "Shishishi, that won't work," Goku said childishly.
"W-what?! What the hell are you?!" Alvida yelled, Lifting her broken club from his head and showing some very uncharacteristic fear.
Goku answered her by simply banging his chest, resulting in reverberating like iron. "I trained in Rokushiki growing up, by my grandpa, Gohan! That was my tekkai ability!"
The plus sized woman simply growled at his silly remark. "I see. Trained in Rokushiki Huh? How the hell did you get that kind of training to begin with? Only the marines have that knowledge? Tell me who wa-!"
Trying to answer her question, Luffy interjected and reached his right arm back, stretching it as far as he could and making a fist. "Gum gum!" He yelled before unleashing his attack on the woman. "Pistol!" The fist flew at Alvida with tremendous speed, nailing her right in the stomach. An undeniable look of pain adjourned her face as she was sent flying back through the railing of the ship and into the sea. Luffy held his shoulder as his arm soon retracted back to its normal length. A serious look now in his eyes, he drew his attention to Alvida's crew. "Anybody wanna laugh at Koby now?"

Luffy took the silence as his answer, his demeanor quickly changing. "Great!" He exclaimed cheerily, as if the tension weren't overwhelming. "In that case we're gonna need a boat, Koby and I are out of here!"
The whole crew quickly nodded. Words simply could not describe how surprised they were right now. And scared, don't forget scared. Not a single one of them had the nerve to upset the teen by laughing at the pinkette.
And speaking of said pinkette, he was both astonished and elated. He couldn't help but stare at the rubber man in front of him in awe. "Luffy, Goku, you're both incredible! You just beat a pirate with a bounty! And luffy, you did it In one punch!"
Luffy grinned at the boy. "Forget about it Koby, that's not important. What matters is your freedom. You can have it back now."
Koby's eyes widened, that fact at last starting to sink in. "I-its finally over. I can finally leave!" He yelled happily, jumping for joy and pumping his fists into the air.
Goku chuckled at the sight of the boy. Not only was today the start of his freedom, but the beginning of a brand new dream.
Ok then guys, I bet you were expectingsomethingelse but I have to say, it'llmostly follow cannon for a bit beforeI can add my own plot lines. I still need to add the crewmembers but I'llfor sure divulge into Goku'sbackstory in the Goa-Kingdom and his abilities in the East Blue saga.
Now I also bet where was I, well I was busy with school and work, registering to vote and all that information, and my personal life. I'll try to update as fast as possible but next update will be on my other story so look forward to that if you only follow that.
