A/N: Here you go, my lovely readers! See, it didn't take another six years! HAHAHA

Although I should warn you guys, I have a major exam coming up in early March so the next chapters might be a little late, but I promise I am going to do my best and once the exam's over I might just update everyday so, pray for me!

Anyways, read on my buddies!

It was a beautiful night; the sky was littered with shimmering stars complimenting the full moon, the air was light and breezy with the smell of the evening rain wafting, the street leading to the restaurant was empty and bathed in the light of red lanterns and amber coloured street lights.

It was just the two of them in what seemed to be a set right out of a storybook.

He couldn't have picked a better night; the ambience was perfect, except for one thing…

The crippling silence.

The two of them walked side by side, their steps mechanical. They both fidgeted anxiously, wringing their hands and darting their eyes around, desperately avoiding each other's gaze.

They were both equally restless, but for very different reasons.

Under normal circumstances, Sasuke would very much appreciate the quiet. In fact, one of his most cherished past times was taking long, silent walks with his wife; he found peace in her company. She used to be such a calming presence – she still is in a sense, but things have changed so much since, well you know…

He was finally acknowledging her as a woman and not just his source of consolation or the person he calls home.

Now she's someone he not only needs but also craves. Merely being around her wasn't enough anymore.

He wants to touch her, kiss her, hold her – the thought of it alone was enough to excite him.

But unfortunately, all this newly found passion comes with the burden of expectation; not only his but hers as well.

Will his efforts bear reward? Will he finally experience the passion he's been pining for all this while? Will she reciprocate at all? Will he be able to satisfy her?

These thoughts weighed heavy on his shoulders, so much so that he struggled to even perform basic human function at the moment; he was extremely aware of his breathing, his heartbeat, he felt like he had to consciously modulate everything.

Including his anal tone.

It was pure torture.

Hinata on the other hand, was simply confused. Her husband was acting completely out of character lately.

The abrupt physical displays of affection, the flowers, even this date!

She wondered, could it be that something good has happened? Maybe someone he despised has passed away recently? Did he win the lottery? Did he come by some super-secret ancient scroll that details a technique that could revive his entire clan?

Or could it be… that he was possessed by some romantic demon?

Or even worse, has he been replaced?! Is the man walking beside her right now, an imposter?

What a terrifying thought!

"Ano – "

"A-Ano – "

They began in perfect unison.

The two blinked at each other, locking eyes for the first time since they left the house.

"Ah, what is it?"

"No, no please, go ahead." Hinata shook her head, gesturing for him to continue.

"No really, tell me." Sasuke insisted, mainly because he spoke without any specific intention in mind.

"W-Well," Hinata looked down at her sandalled feet poking against the ground.

"You've been very… nice lately."

"Hm?"

"I-I mean, not that you weren't nice before!" Hinata frantically waved her hands in front of her face, flustered.

"It's just… I can't remember the last time we went out for dinner."

"It can't be that long ago." Sasuke thought out loud, rubbing his chin.

"Actually, the last time we went out for dinner was about a year ago, before we got married."

"What?" He seemed genuinely taken aback. "Not even once since then?"

Hinata shook her head. "It's not your fault, you were busy." She smiled at him as though she were trying to tell him that it was alright with her.

It made him feel worse.

"But anyway, what was it that you wanted to say earlier?"

"Oh, uh," Sasuke stiffened, the left hand in his pocket hastily shuffling through his trusty flashcards, picking one out at random. He carefully slid it out of his pocket, making sure it was hidden from her field of vision and took a quick glance at it before stuffing it back in place.

"Just that you're going to hell."

"What?!" Hinata gaped at him, her eyes wide as saucers.

"No, no wait – "He choked. "I meant, because… it must be a sin to look as good as you do."

Her expression slowly relaxed, though she was still very much in a state of shock.

"… Do you get it? I am saying that you look really good."

He didn't know how to feel when she burst out laughing.

"Yes, I get it." She managed to force out a few words in between a rather intense bout of giggles. "This is what I mean! You don't usually say things like that! It's strange!"

"I'm sorry." He sighed, burying his red face in his hand.

"Don't be! I like it!" She exclaimed; her voice still high-pitched from all the laughter. She inched closer to him, taking his hand in hers in an attempt to reassure him and alleviate some of his embarrassment.

"Just so you know, you'd probably end up in the deepest pit of hell."

Sasuke peeked down at her through the gaps of his fingers that splayed across face, his brows knotted in confusion.

"…Because of all the people I've murdered?"

"No, silly! Because you look really, really, good!"

"Ah..." He sighed, letting his hand slip away from his face as a small, shy smile graced his lips.

Their nerves were finally beginning to settle once they opened up a little.

She could tell that he was trying, and that alone made her incredibly happy.

He on the other hand, took great pride in what he believes to be an excellent flirtation attempt. He felt that the ice-breaking was coming along swimmingly in spite of the tiny hiccups along the way and his initial trepidation.

He was pretty suave, if he may say so himself.

Looks like all his hard work practising lines and researching for his trusty flashcards was worth the effort.

Brimming with newfound confidence, Sasuke was more than eager to cross the threshold of physical intimacy. He had a strong gut feeling that everything was going to fall into place tonight.

By the end of the date, Hinata would be begging for dessert and then some.

Just so everyone's clear, the dessert is his penis.

Tips on feeding your woman to awaken her sexual appetite;

For my financially debilitated readers, I recommend the basics; chocolate, watermelon, soy, bananas – though try and avoid the variety that will overshadow your own length, I recommend lady fingers.

For my more comfortable readers, I suggest the holy grail of aphrodisiac foods – the oyster.

"You pre-ordered our meal?"

"Hn." Sasuke grunted, guiltily averting his gaze. "I hope that's okay with you."

"I'm glad!" Her face lit up. "I always don't know what to order. You've saved me the trouble of mulling over the menu."

Hinata rested her cheek on her hand, gazing dreamily at her husband in admiration.

"You've really thought of everything haven't you?" She blushed, batting her long curled lashes at him.

Indeed, I have.

Sasuke's lips twitched vigorously as he fought the extremely strong urge to cackle maniacally as he internally basked in his exceptional victory.

Her body language alone was telling, he had her in the palm of his hand.

He can't believe how far he has come! He truly underestimated his romantic prowess; his display of skills tonight was almost God-like! He wouldn't be surprised if she were to end up pouncing on him right then and there!

Overcome with all this excitement, he was grateful to have learned to tuck his member in the waistband of his pants, masking his raging, inconveniently timed erections.

Of course, he would much rather hide it inside of her, but baby steps.

"Oh, none for me, thank you."

He broke out of his reverie as he watched her sheepishly decline a glass of red wine – yet another famously effective aphrodisiac.

"Don't hold back, Hinata. It's a special night."

Get drunk out of your wits and take me!

"Um… I'd rather not." Hinata coughed, shamefully looking down at her lap as her face turned beet red.

"Don't worry about it, I won't let you get drunk."

I most definitely will get you drunk.

"I am sorry, I-I can't." She shook her head, pouting.

He sighed in defeat, weakly nodding in acceptance, unable to persist when faced against her powerful pouting technique.

No matter, he had made sure each serving of their three course meal was packed to the brim with stimulants.

For appetizers, canapes topped with creamed smoked oysters.

For the main course, baked oysters.

For dessert, a molten chocolate cake. Unfortunately, the restaurant refused to accept his request of serving chocolate covered oysters instead.

"Ano," Hinata carefully lifted and backed her chair as she stood up. "I need to use the restroom for a bit, I'll be right back."

"Ah, alright." Sasuke raised a quizzical brow, watching her shuffle away in a panic.

Calm down, calm down, calm down!

Hinata repeatedly slapped her red hot cheeks with her wet hands, trying to get a hold of herself. She stared at her reflection in the mirror, disappointment painted on her face. She felt so ashamed for letting her mind wander at the table, entertaining some very… unholy thoughts.

She frantically shook her head as those thoughts re-emerged, warmth pooling in between her legs.

He was being so wonderful today… and he looked so handsome! How could she resist!

Thankfully, that glass of red wine served as a harsh awakening. She was brought back to that dreadful morning, the picture of him looking so devastated in the wake of her drunken assault burned deep into her conscience.

She had to stop being such a lecherous creep and have some restraint!

Control your urges Hinata! He's not that kind of man!

Sex…

Sasuke groaned, burying his hand in the thick of his hair and impatient tapping his foot against the floor.

I want to sex her up… really bad…

He narrowed his eyes at the platter of canapes that had been served.

You'd better work.

He quickly straightened himself up as Hinata emerged from the restroom, a shaky smile curved on her lips.

"Oh, so fancy!" She chuckled weakly as she took her seat. "You really didn't have to bring me to such a lavish place."

"You deserve as much." He smirked, inconspicuously sliding the appetizers closer to her.

Hinata bit her bottom lip, screaming internally to calm her perversions, completely unaware of the much more depraved musings of the man she desperately wished to protect from her libido.

He chuckled darkly under his breath as he watched her absent-mindedly pick up one of the canapes and bite into it.

Very soon, she'd be writhing in heat.

He watched her intently, anticipating her transition from adorable wife to deranged succubus.

He can't wait!

"S-Sasuke…" She gasped as though she could hear his thoughts loud and clear. Her face began to flush, her lips started to swell and her eyelids drooped halfway close. Her body began to quake as she brought her hands to her heaving chest.

That was quick!

"A-are t-t-there… o-o-oysters in t-t-these?" She rasped, sounding breathless.

Sasuke gulped audibly. Did she catch on to his devious plan?

"Hn." He hesitantly nodded.

She got up on to her wobbly feet as she reached out to him with a look of desperation in her glazed eyes.

Oh, he knows that familiar look – she's horny out of her mind! Any time now she's going to leap on to his lap and beg for it!

"I-I-I'm a-a-aller – gic –" She wheezed before gracelessly plopping onto the ground, startling the crowd of the customers and staff.

Wait. What…?

Mayhem ensued, and for a few moments Sasuke was too baffled to react.

He sat there, pale as a sheet, watching strangers rush to his wife's aid – his vision capturing everything in slow motion.

Did he just… kill his wife?

Well done, Sasuke. You have graduated from being a negligent husband to one who almost murdered his wife.

Sasuke groaned, planting his face in his palms, overcome with regret.

The horrors of last kept replaying in his head – helplessly watching his wife fall unconscious, sprinting to the hospital with her draped over his shoulder, getting every medical equipment in existence – sharps included – thrown at him when he explained what had transpired to Sakura.

He hasn't left the hospital since; he was there as they stabilised her in the emergency department and has stayed by her side the minute she got transferred to the wards.

He was plastered to a chair positioned by her bedside, clad in the same clothes he had on during their horrendous date night, nervously waiting for her to wake up.

How on earth did he fail so miserably?

It was all because of that accursed book – planting all these ideas and expectations into him! He was so enraged and grief stricken that he had half a mind to slam that rotten book in Kakashi's face and set them both on fire.

"Sasuke…?" His head shot up to the sound of Hinata's voice, instantly he could feel every muscle in his body laxing in relief as he watched her stir on the bed.

"You're awake," He sighed, leaning back on his seat.

"Mm." She turned on her side and reached her hand out to him. He quickly took her hand in his, pressing it against his dry lips.

"Hi." She flashed a sleepy smile.

"Hello." He gazed at her longingly, his brows curved upwards expressing his overwhelming guilt. She was donned in a hospital gown with cannulas jabbed in both her hands and yet, she looked just as bright and healthy as always. He wondered if she was putting up an act just to make him feel better.

After all, she was always going out of her way for him.

"Hinata," He wrapped his fingers around her wrist, pressing against her pulse as though to reaffirm that she was real and alive.

"I want to hold you."

Hinata stared at him wide eyed, her breath hitched in her throat, evidently startled.

"…Can I?"

"Yes!" She sprung forward, barely able to contain her glee. "I-I mean, y-y-yes… please." She looked away and bit her lip, patting the empty space next to her on the bed, inviting him.

She slowly lowered herself back into bed, her eyes following his every move as he stood from his seat and walked over to the other edge of the bed. He carefully avoided the lines attached to her and slid into his welcomed space. His front was pressed up against her back, his arms cautiously sliding around her waist, as though seeking permission. She stayed completely still, relishing his warmth.

"You're all better now, right?" He murmured, snuggling his face into the crook of her neck.

"Y-Yes." She shivered as his breath tickle her skin.

"I am sorry, Hinata." He fisted his hands in the thin fabric of her gown and tightened his hold of her. "I wanted to take out for a nice time, and instead I… I poisoned you."

"Oh, Sasuke!" She giggled, shifting over onto her other side whilst still securely positioned in his arms. Her hands were on her his chest and their noses touched as she looked straight into his sorrowful eyes.

"It wasn't your fault. You didn't know. Besides, I had a great time!"

"You're just saying that." He frowned.

"I am being honest, I had so much fun! I loved that you were trying so hard for me."

"Is that so…" He softened upon hearing the sound of genuine mirth in her voice.

Maybe he shouldn't burn that book just yet.

"Then I shall try harder from now on, without oysters."

"I'd like that."

They stared at each other for a few quiet moments, both wondering what the other was thinking, if they shared the same impulse. Sasuke was the first to lean forward and clearly express his intentions, wetting his lips before closing the distance between them, planting a soft kiss on her plump lips. Hinata gladly reciprocated, inching closer to deepen their contact. His hand slithered down her back and her thigh, grabbing the back of her knee and pulling it across his body so she was practically pinned on to him.

"S-Sasuke…" She gasped as she felt his hips gyrate against hers and he wasted no time in taking the opportunity to sneak his tongue in between her lips.

His rationale and patience were wearing dangerously thin as their tongues meshed and mingled, her body squirming in his arms, tempting him. At this rate, he was going to –

"Ahem,"

They froze in place as a dry cough broke through their heavy breathing and wanton moans amidst their throes of passion.

"Excuse me, but what the fuck are you two horn dogs doing?"

"N-Nothing!" Hinata squealed, violently thrusting her hands against Sasuke's chest, shoving him right off the bed without warning.

The mortified Hyuuga frantically composed herself, running her fingers through her dishevelled hair and tugging on the hem of her gown that was now hiked up above her waist, revealing her white lacy panties, much to her chagrin.

"A-Ano," She bashfully lifted her gaze and to her absolute horror she was met with a disdainful glare shot from a pair of eyes that resembled her own.

"H-Ha-Haaa-Hanabi-chan!" She let out a pained cry, before shamefully wrapping herself in the crumpled blanket.

"W-W-What are y-you doing here?!"

"I heard you were sick." Hanabi raised a brow and gave her older sister a judgemental once over.

"But I must have heard wrong. You look fine to me. Fine enough to make a baby at least."

"Y-Y-You've got i-it all wrong!"

"What? Was he feeding you or something? Was he resuscitating you with his wiener? Don't even try, nee-san."

Hinata whimpered and curled up into a ball, on the brink of spontaneously combusting out of sheer embarrassment.

"I can't believe you actually have the guts to boink right now. You're in a public hospital for crying out loud! Not to mention you're literally jabbed with needles and shit."

"It's not her fault." Sasuke groaned, picking himself off the ground and rubbing the sore spot on his head that knocked against the vinyl flooring when he tumbled off the bed.

"I… started it." He timidly admitted, attempting to save his wife from the humiliation.

"Ew." Hanabi scowled at him, sparing no effort to hide her disgust.

"P-P-Please, just forget this ever h-h-happened." Hinata let out of a few muffled sobs and sniffles through her shielding blanket.

"Believe me I am trying." Hanabi sighed, pinching the bridge of her nose. "Here, I brought you something else to suck on." The younger Hyuuga plonked a bag of popsicles onto the foot of her bed.

"T-Thank you." Hinata muttered under her breath, mustering up the courage to pop her head out from under the covers and rummage through the treats her sister brought for her.

"By the way, the old man misses you. He wanted to tag along but it's a good thing he didn't, eh?"

"H-How long are you g-going to hold this against me?" Hinata barked, pouting pitifully.

"For as long as you keep reacting like that." Hanabi smirked.

"Anyway, you should come by the compound once you're out of here." She turned to Sasuke who was quietly fidgeting in discomfort.

"You can come too if you can manage to keep your willy in your pants for long enough – "

"Hanabi-chan!"

Sasuke didn't respond, distracted by his all consuming compulsion to heave his cockblocking sister-in-law out of the window and pick up from where they were so rudely interrupted.

Once again, the universe has crushed his aspirations, sending this evil chalk eyed spectre to thwart his endeavours; leaving him high and dry.

When, oh, when will this cycle of misery end?

To those of you who were looking forward to a lemon, I sincerely apologize HAHAHA I AM EVIL

See you guys in the next chapter!
