Chapter 4
Their battle
Bakugo was sitting at his desk with the other students in class waiting for the teacher to begin all though they had a big scare with their teacher threatening to throw one of them out on the first day everyone was able to make it with the teachers Aizawa telling them to it was a lie to make them give it there all. bakugo wasn't paying much attention to his surroundings when he noticed that out of the corner of his eye another student with red and white was staring him down but before he could get up to confront him about why he was starring then everyone was attention grabbed by loud triumph voice coming from the doorway
"I AM HERE" proclaimed the voice loudly getting the classes attention
Everyone turn there head to the doorway to almost in complete unison and excitement they yelled "it's ALL MIGHT"
"Now then student it's time for your class with me to started, get ready meet me at training ground B also your hero suit have come in so feel to wear them," said all might
At the training ground
All the students are now dressed in there suits ready for their training
"YOU ALL LOOK SO COOL ALRIGHT TIME TO BEGIN", yelled All might
"Sir I have a question", ask IIda
"yes young iida", said All Might
"What exactly will today's training be", asked iida
"sample today's you doing combat battles between teams of two one team will act as the hero and one will act as villains questions anyone", said All might
One of the Female students raise there hand with a confused look on there face
"Yes young Asui", asked All might
"You said teams of two but there is an odd number of students does the mean one team will have and extra member", asked tsu
" yes but that fine because heroes often face more than one villain or there give incorrect information or even more than one hero faces a single villain, so it's fine its just part of the job now that's out of the way," said All might
"Oh ok that make since Ribbit," said tsu
"now that's settled to time choose the first two teams they will be bakugo and Kirishima vs iida and todoroki also before we get started I wanna say that you should treat this as if it were a real situation I want you to consider what consequences there are from your actions and that goings both team", said All might
"So todoroki what our plan", asked iida
"Mmm well if we were on the attack I'd just freeze our opponents and the building simultaneously but since it's our job to defend the building that probably won't and could affect the weapon we're supposed to protect", said todoroki
"Mhmm ok then so what should we do", asked iida
"It will probably be best if you confront bakugo and Kirishima, your quirk would be better in these confined spaces while I still here and guard the weapon", said todoroki
" right you can count on me todoroki", said
iida
Outside bakugo and Kirishima were preparing to enter the building so
" man it's good we get to memorize the floor plan of the building", said Kirishima
"Yeah but it's a little unrealistic if you ask me ", said bakugo
"Why", asked Kirishima
"Because in the heat of the moment when you chase down a villain you don't get to time to prepare beforehand ", said bakugo
" uh I guess that's true but also there is there are time's when you do get prepare, like for example when working with the police on a big mission and give us the information we need I wouldn't say it unrealistic ya known", said Kirishima with a big smile now his face
"Fair point so how do you wanna do this", asked bakugo
"Does matter to me man", said Kirishima
"Then let's get this over with", said bakugo, as he crumpled up the paper in his hand, has head heads inside through the door with Kirishima following behind progressing up to the second without any issues
"So where do u think iida and todoroki are hiding", asked Kirishima
"there somewhere on the upper floors but keep your eyes peeled I'm sure they'll try something soon", said bakugo as he rounds the quickly being struck in the face by a surprise attack from iida, but Kirishima quickly retaliates trying to punch then using his quirk iida to move the side to avoid being hit and counter-attacked with a roundhouse kick to Kirishima stomach, thanks to his quirk this did little damage to Kirishima before he could regain his bearings bakugo used his quirk to propel himself forward to Iida's side to fire a blast at him,iida react to the attack by leaping back to end of the hallway, "nice try but there is no way you can keep with me", iida yells as he runs around the corner quickly make way behind bakugo and Kirishima.
Meanwhile the rest of the class one 1A watch's
"Man iida sure does like sneak attack's", said Mina
"Yeah and bakugo and Kirishima are a disadvantage", said kaminari
"Yeah and iida look right at home in this kind of fight," said asui
" yes he does seem to be doing well they'll have to adapt quickly if they want to win", said Tokoyami
"Excellent observation students and your right with the type of quirk iida has hit and run tactics probably come easy but it takes more than that to take victory watch and you'll see what I mean", said All Might as he thought to himself and maybe this helps my makeup my mind as well.
"Sir I have another question, how are bakugo and Kirishima gonna capture todoroki and iida are they just suppose to knock them out", ask asui
"Simple with this a roll of capture tape all you need do is wrap your opponent with this and there out I also gave them an earpiece so they can stay connected with one another ", said Allmight
Kirishima and bakugo stood back to back preparing for iida next
"Hey bakugo listen I think the smart thing to do would be to split up", said Kirishima
"It's not a bad idea so on three we split ready one, two, three",bakugo yelled as he and Kirishima start to run iida rounds the corner
"Oh no you don't your not getting away from me", yells iida as he charges at bakugo raising his leg for a kick to strike bakugo, but just as Iida was about to hit bakugo Kirishima leaped in between bakugo and iida hardening his body to the impacted grabbing Iida's leg holding it against his body and slamming him into the wall
"Kirishima what are doing", yelled bakugo
"Don't worry about I'll handle iida you go and get the weapon", said Kirishima
"But, are you sure you can handle it ", asked bakugo
"Yeah don't worry about it besides your quirk is a better match against todoroki's quirk anyway", said Kirishima with a smile to reassure bakugo
"Ok I'll after we take care of this", said bakugo as he heads off to find the todoroki and the weapon
Bakugo ran you to the last room on the top floor he carefully made his way to the door of the room along the wall peering his head around the frame of the door to get a look in the room inside he saw that the room was large multiple pillars and the weapon at the back of the room but didn't see todoroki
"Mmm this probably a trap but I'm not gonna get anywhere standing here",bakugo said to himself as he ran towards the weapon but before he could a wall of thick ice appeared between him and the weapon blocking his path.
"Sorry but did you think it would be that easy, I hate to break it to you but you won't be winning this fight", said todoroki as he stepped out from behind a pillar as released another blast of ice,bakugo dodged to the left charging forward and quickly striking at todoroki who steps to the side to avoid bakugo's blast unleashing another ice at bakugo only to have him fire a blast from his hands to create a smokescreen to as he ducks for cover behind a pillar.
"Shit his attack range is huge how do I get close enough to hit him", bakugo whispered to himself.
Iida and Kirishima Continue there to battle on the lower floor exchanging blow between each
"Damn you are manly iida this is a hard fight", said Kirishima as he swings his arms trying to strike iida
"Thank you but this in this scenario we're enemies not the best time to be complimenting me on my skill", said iida as dodged out of the way and kicking Kirishima only for him to tank the hit using his quirk
"Besides do you think you'll be able to win like this ", said iida as he strikes Kirishima with a high kick to the face knocking him back and leaping into the air landing on top of Kirishima trying to restrain him but Kirishima knocked iida off and rolled him into his front side and hold his arm behind his back.
"No I don't think I can win like this but I don't need to I just need to keep you busy so bakugo go get the weapon", said Kirishima as he holds down iida
"You seem to have a lot of trust in someone you barely know how can you be sure he'll win", asked iida
"I'm not sure he'll win but hero have trust each so I put my trust in him", said Kirishima
Todoroki stands in the center of the room waiting for bakugo, to make a move when lunges behind the pillar launching himself towards todoroki raising his arm to fire a blast but todoroki unleashes his ice towards bakugo reacts but firing two explosions one pushing him to the left and one propel him over todoroki allowing him to land behind todoroki and make a dash to the weapon but todoroki swipes upwards with his arm making an ice wall curve to the right to block his path not even getting halfway. He then quickly propel himself forward by riding on top of a wall of ice moving to the right of bakugo,
"Your so annoying", said todoroki as he almost instantly reaching bakugo
Bakugo turned his head to see todoroki beside him as he released a massive chunk of ice freeze a large area of the room what bakugo just barely dodging the attack once again ducking for cover behind some barrels
"Shit this guy is damn good I gotta figure something out to get by him", bakugo thought to himself self looking at his arm which was covered in slight frostbite since it got caught in the crossfire of that attack
"Bakugo", yelled todoroki to get his attention, "listen up you are skilled and very talented and against anyone else, there probably problem for to win, but your against me and I can't lose here you got lucky reaching the top spot in Aizawa's test before but I want but I wanna make this clear I'll be the one at the top of the class",
"What the hell is this guy talking about ", bakugo through confused
"Because I'm gonna be the one number one hero ", said todoroki
"Like hell, you will", yelled bakugo as he burst out from behind the barrels and leap towards todoroki swing his arm to try and strike him with an explosion todoroki sidesteps and leaps backward raising an arm swing backward making an ice wall that reaches to the roof and sides of the room to block bakugo's path to the weapon
"Let's get this over with", said todoroki
"That's funny I was thinking the same thing", said bakugo
"Then here I go", they both said in unison
Todoroki prepares to attack with but before he can bakugo swing's his arm upwards to the left launching his explosion along the ground todoroki leaps to the left avoiding the blast todoroki fires another wall of ice than jump into the air dodging the attack use his quirk to propel himself leaping and bounding around the room using his quirk while firing his explosion along the ground damaging the floor like before each one just barely missing todoroki as he dodged the blasts being overwhelmed be the bombardment Todoroki turns and released a blast of ice only to miss due to bakugo's constant movement.
"Did you think this is enough to win oh and don't think didn't notice that you were using the explosions to chip away at the ice wall, I was trying to treat this like a real scenario so damaging the build I'm trying to defend would be foolish that's why I did do this from the beginning but I think this will be alright just this once", said todoroki
Todoroki releases a massive ice ridge that pierces through the roof causing the building to shake so hard that Allmight and the other students felt the shaking as they watched on the monitor shocked at what they just saw and as the other students muttered in shock Allmight thought to himself "that boy is truly amazing",
"There now all I need do is help iida and this is over", todoroki said to bakugo who is frozen half-frozen in a wave of ice
"What do you think it'll be that easy no way", said bakugo with rage in his vice
"Quit bluffing there is no way you win like that in all honesty what I wasn't opponent I'm sure could have won but you were unlucky enough to have to face off with me and can't lose here because I'm gonna be the number one so I have to pass", said todoroki as he walked up closer to bakugo to speak with him
"Who says I can't win like you know me, oh and another thing I hate to break it to but you are not gonna be number one I'm so deal with it", yelled bakugo as he shattered the ice holding him with an explosion lunging towards todoroki who was only a foot away now had a second to reacted as he looked at bakugo face which wears a victorious smile, it was as if time slowed down and in his mind, the only thing he saw was his father face and the only thing he could think was for some reason he reminds me of him and for some reason I feel like I have to win", todoroki though as he raised his left hand ignited his and he watched the smile on bakugos face disappear but he stopped Bakugo watched the fire vanish and quickly took advantage and swung down with his arm releasing a huge explosion causing himself to be rocketed upward while todoroki was knocked back several feet
"what do u hope to accomplish with this", yelled todoroki in frustration
"You're about to find out Kirishima get down ", yells bakugo through the earpiece he was given
"What Kirishima what is he talking about", said todoroki he then realized what was happening he saw the floor begin to crack and falls out from under him
"You bastard", said todoroki as he fell to the floor below,bakugo than rocket forward to the ice blasting through it so and quickly reaching the weapon
"That was so cool he used the explosion from before to make todoroki think that he was firing at him to chip away at the wall of ice, when he was really using it to weaken the integrity of the floor ", said All might watching the mock battle
"So when he hit the floor with a strong enough explosion the ground around it crumbled away", said tsu
"A clever plan for one that you had to come up with in the heat of the moment", said tokoyami
"Yes but also risky because there was a lot that could have gone wrong", momo added
"Damn that's so badass", said kaminari
"Um sir shouldn't say something", Mina said to all might who still stare in aw at what he has seen
"Oh right that's it the match is over the heroes win", said All might speak to the students through there earpiece
Later than after the others have had their battles all the students meet up before changing and going back to the classroom as allmight has run to somewhere else
"My times up crap I can barely teach a class I'm pathetic well at least there's one good about today I've made up my mind", said all might as he stood there in his weakened form
And in the classroom, almost everyone was sitting talking with bakugo try to congratulate him on his win after returning from the nurse's office
"Yo Hey bakugo that was awesome how you did that", said kaminari
"Yeah it was really cool how u pulled that off", said Mina
"Seriously it was really incredible", said uraraka
"Thanks", said bakugo looked to the corner of the room and saw todoroki pack his bag
"Hey todoroki what was that", asked bakugo aggressively
" what are you talking about", said todoroki packing his bag preparing to leave Then bakugo slams his hand into the desk making a small explosion
"You know damn well what I'm talking about your quirk it, not just ice you can use fire to", yelled bakugo
"And so what about it", asked todoroki as he hung his bag on his shoulder
"Why didn't you use I in our fight you would've been able to win if you had I had no idea you could do that it would have gotten me totally by surprise so why didn't use it" argued bakugo
"That none of your business bakugo but next we face off, I'm gonna win and I'll do it my way with but my ice you understand me", todoroki said loudly
"Good it would it would get bore if I won all the time", said bakugo with a cocky smile on his face.
Hey guy fanficmaker here I wanted to apologize for this chapter taking so I have just been super busy and I'm the type of writer who writes when they have the passion for it and I don't wanna be one of those writers who never finish a fanfic they've started because I hate that and I'm sure u all do ,so again I apologize and I hopefully will get the next chapter out to u much sooner leave me a comment and later know what you think also hopefully u guys are still enjoying this because chapter thing are gonna get good
