Dean's grip on the steering wheel tightened as he cranked leftwards, fighting Bubba's supernatural control of the Impala. It didn't matter; Baby missed the curve and cut through the shoulder, plowing straight towards a birch tree.
Sam grabbed the emergency Morton's from the glove compartment and sprayed salt everywhere he could reach from the passenger seat.
The steering resistance vanished and Dean slammed on the brakes, right hand outflung in soccer mom fashion, keeping Sam from hitting the dash as they screeched to a halt. "Knee-jerk reaction," Dean said, fending off Sam's overprotective-big-brother rant.
"Y'got the jerk part right."
"Bitch."
