Sam silently yanked the girl away from Dean with his left hand, then efficiently lopped her head off with his machete. He stepped over the fallen vamp, hands anxiously reaching for Dean's neck. "Y'all right?"
"I'm fine," Dean batted his hands away, scowling. "We wanted her alive, so we can find her nest. That was the plan, remember?"
"I want you alive, too, jerk!" Sam yelled.
"New plan, Sammy," Dean patted Sam's shoulder. "We'll continue staking out the bar, see who comes looking for her."
Dad had taught them that vampires were loyal to their nest. "Sounds good to me."
