Chapter 20
Nightclub Madness Part 2
"It's my turn, I draw", said Zuzu. "I play the spell Polymerisation".
"So, she's a fusion summoner" said Josh.
"Let's hope she can use that mechanic to it's full potential" added Ace.
"Pfft, doubt it", said Kat. "When it comes to a battle of fusions, Verosika rarely loses her cool".
"I Fuse Canon and Solo", said Zuzu performing the summon. "When two singers harmonise with stellar voices, an amazing song shall appear. I fusion summon! Schuberta the Melodious Maestra!". Her new monster was a woman with teal skin and blue eyes with unkept wavy hair. She wore a gold masquerade mask and wore a dress that was orange, brown and red. In her hand was a conductor's wand.
Schuberta the Melodious Maestra

"That's all?" Asked Verosika. "I'm not impressed".
"How's this for impressive?", asked Zuzu. "I activate my monster's ability. Now, I can banish up to three cards from your graveyard. So, you're going to lose Tiger, Baby Tiger and Amazoness Fusion. GO! CHORUS BREAK!".
"Huh, well fuck" said Verosika.
"And that's not all", said Zuzu. "Schuberta gains 200 attack points for every card that was removed. So that's an extra 600".
Schuberta the Melodious Maestra
ATK: 2400 + 600 = 3000
"Oh boy, not good" said Verosika.
"Now attack Amazoness Pet Liger!", shouted Zuzu. "Sonic Song!". Schuberta then sang and a stream of music came towards Amazoness Pet Liger and destroyed her.
Verosika: 4000 - 500 = 3500
"With that, I'll end my turn" said Zuzu.
"Then it's my turn, I draw", said Yuya drawing the top card of his deck. "Now, it's time for us to make some duelling magic. Do you know what time it is?!". The crowd began to chant 'Pendulum' over and over again.
"That's right, because I'm using scale 2 Performapal Pendulum Sorcerer and Scale 8 Performapal Card Gardna to set the pendulum scale", said Yuya. "I'm taking control of this duel, starting now!". His two monsters then appeared in pillars of blue light with their respective numbers. One was sorcerer and the other was a playing card with hands, feet and a cartoonish face.
"Thanks to these two, I'm allowed to summon monsters who's levels range from 3 to 7 all at the same time" said Yuya.
"Whoa, looks like we're in for a treat", said Fizzarolli. "For those of you here, you sure are luck to witness the famous pendulum summon of Yuya Sakaki first hand".
"Swing far Pendulum! Carve the arch of victory!", shouted Yuya. "My monsters are ready, TO SWING INTO ACTION!". Three beams of light then came down.
"Get ready to wow the crowd Performal Cheermole!".
"Charge on ahead Performapal Odd-Eyes Minotaur!".
"Have your best jokers ready Performapal Skullcrobat Joker!".
"And there you have it folks", said Fizzarolli. "Yuya summoned three monsters at once. Talk about triple threat. Now, let's see if that's enough to land him the win".
"That's not all", said Yuya. "Uni! Corn! I think you to deserve a break, so, I tribute both of you". Yuya's two monsters then bowed before disappearing.
"Make way for the main star of the show!", shouted Yuya. "Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon!". His monster then appeared in the field.
"So, there's your famous Odd-Eyes", said Asmodeus. "But, you'll need a lot more power to defeat me".
"We'll get to that later", said Yuya. "But for now, Joker! Attack Amazoness Swords Woman!". Joker then took off his hat and a glittery blast fired out of it and destroyed Swords Woman.
Yuya: 4000 - 300 = 3700
"Huh, how I lost life points?" Asked Yuya.
"Because of my Swords Woman's special ability", answered Verosika. "Any battle damage I would've taken from her destruction, YOU take instead".
"Walked right into that one" said Yuya.
"Well, soon, you won't be walking anywhere, I play my facedown Amazoness Onslaught", said Verosika. "Now, I get to special summon an 'Amazoness' from my hand and have it gain an extra 500 attack points. So, welcome the Amazoness Princess". Her new monster was a young girl with tan-bronze skin with white hair tied into a ponytail. She wore tribal clothes that were primarily red and sand yellow. Her head was adorned with a battle helmet with horns on the side, she wore guards on her forearms and forelegs and carried a staff with a blade on top.

"When this card is special summoned", said Verosika. I can take any 'Amazoness' spell or trap from my deck to my hand". A card then popped out of Verosika's deck.
"Oh man", said Yuya. "I end my turn".
"Then it's my turn", said Asmodeus drawing the top card of his deck. "I now play, Machine Angel Ritual".
"Again?" Asked Zuzu.
"That's right", said Asmodeus. "Now, it's time for the next act to start. Benten, take a rest backstage". The spotlight that shone on Benten went out.
"Let's bring in a girl that will surely wow the crowd", said Asmodeus. "So, come out Cyber Angel Idaten". A figure then dropped down from the scaffolding as the spotlights turned on. Revealing a woman with pink skin wearing a black jumpsuit and maroon gloves. Her hair was the same colour as her gloves and had thrusters at the end.

"Now, since Benten was used to tribute summon, I can add 1 light fairy monster from my deck to my hand", said Asmodeus. "I can also add a Ritual spell from my graveyard to my hand thanks to Idaten's effect". A card then popped out of Asmodeus' deck.
"Now, I play the spell card, Pot of Costly Greed", said Asmodeus. "Thanks to this, I can discard two cards from my hand to draw two cards from my deck". He then drew the top two cards of his deck.
"Next, I activate Pot of Avarice", said Asmodeus. "Now, I simply return five monsters in my graveyard to my deck, reshuffle and draw two cards". After his deck was shuffled, he drew the top two cards of his deck.
"Now, I play Machine Angel Ritual once again", said Asmodeus. "Now, here comes the main star of the show".
"The main star?" Zuzu asked worryingly.
"That can't be good" added Yuya. The two then ran for action cards.
"I offer up my Idaten on the field with the Cyber Petite Angel in my hand", said Asmodeus as his two monsters disappeared. "Now, let this stage be graced by her beauty and her weapons slice into your skin. I Ritual summon! Cyber! Angel! Izana!". His new monster was a human with gun-metal skin and silver hair. Her arms and legs were covered with blue cloth and her body was decorated with gold armour she also wore a gold helmet with two different horns. On her back was a pair of metallic butterfly wings. She had four arms and carried two weapons. One was a trident, the other was an axe.
Cyber Angel Izana

"That can NOT be good" said Yuya.
"Now, it is not", said Asmodeus. "Now attack Cheermole!". Izana then charged forward and sliced Cheermole with her trident.
"Fortunately for you your rat was in defence mode", said Asmodeus. "So you don't loose life points".
Yuya then sighed with relief.
"But you're still not safe" said Asmodeus. That made Yuya scared.
"My monster can make another attack this turn", said Asmodeus. "And I think I'll attack that Minotaur of yours". Izana then slashed at Minotaur and destroyed him.
Yuya: 3700 - 1300 = 2400
"Well, I'll end my turn with this facedown" said Asmodeus.
"Now it's my turn", said Verosika drawing the top card of her deck. "I play the spell, return of the exiled magic. Now, I can send one card from my hand to the grave, to add any banished spell back to my hand".
"ANY spell?" Asked Yuya.
"Any spell", answered Verosika. "So, I'll discard my Amazoness Queen".
"Huh, why would she discard queen?", asked Josh. "It's one of the cards she needs".
"You seem to forget that Amazoness Princess counts as a certain monster when on the field or in the grave" added Kat.
"Okay, smartass", said Josh. "What 'certain monster' does she count as?".
"In the royalty title", answered Kat. "What's higher than princess?".
"That's simple idiot", answered Josh. "Queen is the ne…..oh, now I get it".
"The kid's boned" added Kiki.
"Now, Amazoness Fusion comes back to my hand" said Verosika.
"We gotta find action cards, fast" said Zuzu. The two then started to look for Action Cards.
"Get ready,'cause I'm activating Amazoness Fusion right now", said Verosika. "Now, I fuse Princess on my field with the Sage in my hand".
"Oh boy, here it comes" said Josh excitedly.
"All of you with a muscle girl fetish", said Fizzarolli. "You're about to get your wet dream".
"Let's really bring some savagery to the battle field", said Verosika performing the summon. "Behold! The bronze skin queen of all those women who fight for their freedom and to prove their strength! Let her sword spell certain doom for any who challenge her! I fusion summon! Amazoness Empress!". Her new monster was a woman with tan-bronze skin and very visible muscles. She had a head of long, white hair that was curled up near the top and wore an animal skull like a helmet. She wore a green breast plate with sand coloured fur around the edges and keeping it together was a small animal skull. Around her neck was a necklace that had a skull at the centre with small rib bones surrounding it. She wore long, sand coloured cloth around her waist with an added waist charm. On her forelegs and forearms were gold and silver armour pieces, upon her shoulders were two ram skulls that acted as shoulder pads. She also wore a tattered red cape and carried a sword that was as long as she was tall.
Amazoness Empress

DEF: 2400
"And here she is folks", said Fizzarolli. "The queen of all the muscle monster babes".
In the living world.
"Oh man", said Skip. "Two strong monsters".
"These monsters give me gooshpickles, but the bad kind" said Fredrick.
"Yuya better have a good idea on how to beat that bronze beauty", said Sora. "Or he's bondage bait". Yoko, Gong and Skip then slapped him on the back of the head.
"Not in front of the kids!" The screamed.
In Hell.
"Now, why don't we give her a sword fit for a queen?", asked Verosika. "I play Spirit Sword of Legendary Warrior. Thanks to this, a warrior monster I control gains 200 attack for every warrior in my grave. And in case you forgot, I got 4. So, that's 800". The sword in Empress' hands changed into a sword with a bronze and gold hilt with a chrome steel blade that appeared to have rubies in the metal near the hilt.
Amazoness Empress
ATK: 2800 + 800 = 3600
"Not good" said Yuya. He found an action card and then ran to it.
"Next, I play Amazoness Call", said Verosika. "Thanks to this spell, I can add one card with 'Amazoness' in it's name from my deck to my hand". She then took a card that popped out of her deck.
"But now comes the real fun", said Verosika. "If I banish Amazoness Call from my grave, one Amazoness Monster I control can attack all your monsters once. So attack Skullcrobat Joker and Schuberta the Melodious Maestra with Dominating Sword Slash!". Empress then charged forward and slashed both Joker and Schuberta with her sword, a massive explosion then followed.
"Whoa, looks like Amazoness Empress cleared the stage", said Fizzarolli. "Now Yuya and-huh? Do my eyes deceive me? Those monsters survived!".
"Huh, but how?" Asked Verosika.
"Thanks to some thing we both picked up" said Yuya.
"The action spell miracle" finished Zuzu.
"Miracle huh?", asked Fizzarolli. "Well, if I remember, it negates your monster's destruction and halves the damage you take".
Yuya: 2400 - 1000 = 1400
Zuzu: 2900 - 400 = 2500
"With that, I shall end my turn with these two face downs" said Verosika.
"The tensions are high folks", said Fizzarolli. "Yuya and Zuzu have one chance to turn this around. Can they do it? Or will they fuck it up?".
In the living world.
"C'mon Zuzu you can do this" cheered Skip.
"You can do it Yuya" cheered Allie, Fredrick and Tate.
"Gong believes in you buddy" said Gong.
In Hell
"Here goes, IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII DRAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWW!" Shouted Zuzu drawing the top card of her deck. She looked at it and smiled.
"I play the spell, Melodious Fusion" said Zuzu.
"That's a new one" said Yuya.
"Just got", added Zuzu. "Thanks to this card, I can fusion summon using monsters from my hand, field or graveyard. So long as those monsters are 'Melodious' monsters".
"Looks like Zuzu has made her comeback", said Fizzarolli. "Let's see of she can follow through with it".
"I fuse the Schuberta on my field, with the Mozarta, Aria and Sonata in my hand with the Solo, Canon and Opera in my grave", said Zuzu performing the summon. "May the vocal songs of these lovely ladies harmonise to create a beautiful song that will be carried across the night! I fusion summon! Bloom Prima! The Melodious Choir!". Her new monster was a young girl with dark-blue hair done in various styles. She wore a yellow dress with green music notes decorating the front and there were two-tone blue fabrics under her dress. She also had two flowers on her shoulders.

"Now for one of her special abilities", said Zuzu. "She gains 300 attack points for every monster that was used as fusion material and I count 7".
"Wow, I ain't no math genius", said Fizzarolli. "But that brings that singing doll's attack to 4000".
Bloom Prima the Melodious Choir
ATK: 1900 + 2100 = 4000
"Oh boy" said Verosika.
"Now! Attack with Symphonic Storm!" Shouted Zuzu. Prima began to sing and soon a tempest of music and sound went towards Izana.
"I play my facedown Protecting Pirouette", said Asmodeus. "Thanks to this trap, my monster is now safe".
"But your life points aren't" said Zuzu. The music then struck Asmodeus.
Asmodeus: 4000 - 1500 = 2500
"Now another of her special abilities activate", said Zuzu. "She can make another attack, so give that Empress the royal treatment".
"You fell for my trap", said Verosika. "Go! Amazoness Archers!". Six female archers then fired arrows at Bloom Prima.
"Thanks to this trap", said Verosika. "When you attack my Amazoness, I can activate this, lower your monsters attack by 500 and force your monsters to attack".
Bloom Prima the Melodious Choir
ATK: 4000 - 500 = 3500
"Well, I play the spell, Mystical Space Typhoon", said Zuzu. "Thanks to this, I can destroy one spell or trap on the field. So, later Spirit Sword of the Legendary Warrior". Empress' new sword was destroyed.
Amazoness Empress
ATK: 3600 - 800 = 2800
The two monsters then clashed and both were destroyed.
Verosika: 3500 - 700 = 2800
"What happened?" Asked Zuzu.
"Another part of Amazoness Onslaught", said Verosika. "I can banish any monster an Amazoness monster battles with. Also, Empress has an effect that activates upon it's destruction. I can summon Amazoness Queen from my graveyard". Her new monster was another tanned woman. This one had blue hair and an eyepatch over her right eye. She wore tribal garments like the rest of the Amazoness monsters. She also wore a red cape and carried a large sword.

"Well that got me nowhere", said Zuzu. "I end my turn".
"This is it folks", said Fizzarolli. "Can Yuya draw the one card that can save him?".
'Looks like we're about to find out', thought Yuya. "I DRAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWW!". He drew the top card of his deck and looked at it.
'This card?' Thought Yuya.
A while a go.
Yuya was at Rosie's emporium and they had just finished his last synchro summoning lesson.
"Thanks for teaching me how to synchro summon, Rosie" thanked Yuya.
"Oh, it was nothing", said Rosie. "Teaching you was both an honour and a privilege". Yuya then took a card out of his deck.
"So, I guess you'll be wanting this back" said Yuya handing Rosie the card. Rosie simply held her hand up and pushed the card back.
"No my dear Yuya", said Rosie. "I have merely shown you what to do. But now the rest, is up to you".
Now.
"Okay, let's try something new, as scale 2 Pendulum Sorcerer and scale 8 Card Gardna are already in their places", said Yuya. "Thanks to them, I can summon monsters who's levels range from 3 to 7 all at the same time. Swing far Pendulum! Carve the Arch of Victory! My monsters are ready, TO SWIMG INTO ACTION!". Three beams of light then came down.
"Pump those pom-poms Performapal Cheermole".
"Hope you're ready to dazzle our audience with your magic Performapal Odd-Eyes Unicorn".
"And last but not least, give a round of applause for the debut of our newest performer. Say hello to the Tuner Monster, Tuning Magician". Yuya's new monster was a little girl with short pink hair wearing white, teal and lime robes and carried a staff with a shield at the centre, a tuning fork at one end and a clapper at the other.

This made everyone gasp at this.
"Whoa, hold the fuckin' phone", said Fizzarolli. "Did he just say TUNER monster?".
"Yuya summoned a tuner" said Ace in disbelief.
"And you all know what comes next" said Kat.
In the living world.
"He played a Tuner monster?" Asked Allie.
"Where'd he get that?" Asked Gong.
"Who cares", said Tate. "But you know what comes next".
"Synchro summoning" said Skip.
"Now, I tune my level 1 Tuning Magician with my level 1 Odd-Eyes Unicorn, my level 2 Cheermole and my level 4 Skullcrobat Joker", said Yuya performing the summon. "My the magic of the enchanted warrior enlighten those that are shrouded in darkness, now gaze upon him in hope! I SYNCHRO SUMMON! ENLIGHTENMENT PALADIN!". Yuya's new monster was a human man with spiky, brown hair wearing white robes as well as white and black armour highlighted in gold. He also wore a mask over his face and carried two swords that had half chrono circles on the hilts.
Enlightenment Paladin

"Whoahohoho, look at THAT!", said Fizzarolli impressed. "Yuya's got a brand new monster and has showcased the ability to synchro summon. But, can he use it".
"Oh, this night is full of surprises" said Verosika.
"Where'd you learn to Synchro summon?" Asked Zuzu.
"From Rosie of course", answered Yuya. "She taught me how to synchro summon".
"Now, I play the spell card, Pendulum Power", said Yuya. "Thanks to this, I add the scales of every monster on the field and multiply it by 100. Then that gets added to the attack points of one monster I control. So, with Odd-Eyes at 4, Sorcerer at 3 and Card Gardna at 8, Enlightenment Paladin gains 1500 attack points".
Enlightenment Paladin
ATK: 2500 + 1500 = 4000
"Now, Enlightenment Paladin, attack Amazoness Queen!", shouted Yuya. "Blinding Light Blade!". Both of Paladin's blades glowed a blinding sun-yellow, he then charged forward and slashed at Amazoness Queen and destroyed her.
Verosika: 2800 - 1600 = 1200
"Now for my Paladin's ability", said Yuya. "You take damage equal to the attack points of the monster he just destroyed. Go! Illuminating Back Slash!". Paladin's two swords began to glow again. He then held then in an 'X' shape before slashing out and 'X' shaped light. The light then struck Verosika, knocking her to the ground.
Verosika: 1200 - 2400 = 0
"Now for my facedown, extra knockout", said Zuzu. "Thanks to this trap, if a monster summoned from the extra deck successfully destroyed a monster this turn, then that monster can attack again. Finish this Yuya".
"You got it", said Yuya. "Enlightenment Paladin! Attack Cyber Angel Izana! Blinding Light Blade!". Paladin then unleashed it's attack and destroyed Izana.
Asmodeus: 2500 - 1500 = 1000
"And now for his ability", said Yuya. "Go! Illuminating Back Slash!". The slash then struck Asmodeus and knocked him to the ground.
Asmodeus: 1000 - 2500 = 0
Winner: Yuya and Zuzu
Reality then returned to normal and the monsters disappeared.
"Whoa boy, THAT was an adrenaline shot and a half", said Fizzarolli. "And the winner of this Action Tag Duel is the team of Yuya Sakaki and Zuzu Boyal!". All the patrons and workers clapped and cheered at this. Even the cage dancers.
"That duel was simply dazzling", said Asmodeus. "I'm still feeling the adrenaline from it. As a way of showing my thanks for giving the crowd such a wonderful display, help yourselves to our V.I.P section and order anything you want, on the house".
"Well, I think we'll kindly take up on that offer" said Yuya. Asmodeus then clapped his hands twice and two winged imps then carried them to their seats. Music then started to blare as the dancers on the poles and in the cages started to dance.
A few moments later, after ordering, their food arrived as well as their drinks.
"Enjoy your meals you two" said Lavita before flying away.
"Thanks Lavita" said Yuya.
"Hm, this is good" said Zuzu taking a bite out of her food.
"According to Asmodeus", said Yuya. "This food was sourced from the wrath ring. Because that's where all the farms are".
"This is not how I pictured my evening", said Zuzu. "Suddenly getting teleported to a ring of hell, help you in a tag duel against a succubus and the literal embodiment of lust himself and then eat fancy food in a strip club".
"Yeah, but, when did we do anything normal?", asked Yuya. "Asmodeus said he'll send you back after we've had dinner. And I'll stay there to make sure you get there".
"Thanks Yuya" said Zuzu. But, unaware to them, Verosika was watching them.
"Ah, young love" she said.
