I look back at camp. This place was never for me, and It never will be.

I start to take a step out of the boundaries of camp half-blood, ready to take my first real steps into the world. Thinking about it, I need to get more skills if I want to kill godly beings.

What is the first skill to get? Well, that's easy! Magic, what I need is magic and not the kind they "taught" us at the camp. I need the magic that can make my training infinitely faster. I need gravity magic!

Now, I know what you're going to ask. "Aren't you too weak for that?" The answer is, I honestly don't know. I know my body is definitely too weak right now. I need to make it stronger. I can't have my bones breaking every five seconds, now, can I?

I pull up mystatuspanel.

It's been so long since I have seen my status that I almost forgot what everything meant! I click the "?" button on the top lefthand side of the screen.

[Vig: How much heath you have

End: Your stamina.

VIT: How well your body can handle things like poison/resistents to bad status conditions.

STR: How powerful you are

DEX: How flexible/fast you are.

INT: Your intellect. How well you can recall something. How fast you can learn.

Faith: how much you believe. Will boost your alignment with all deities.

LUK: how much the universe loves you. Useful for things that you cant control.]

The obvious answer to my predicament is my vitality. If I have enough, theoretically, I can completely remove my body's in-capabilities.

Obviously, I'm not going to neglect my magical training, but if I have any chance at beating what is to come, I'll need the best body possible. How will kill Gia and Kronos with bones that will break if I get a scratch?

With those thoughts complete, I take a step out of camp, or I would if a bright light didn't blind me! What the heck is going on?

"Luke, why are you leaving camp?" I heard a voice ask.

Uggh! Right when I was about to get away too! I know it was just hopeless thinking, but I was hoping to get away without getting caught.

"Luke!" Chiron demanded.

"I don't like it here. It's not for me."

"You'll die out there in a matter of seconds! You aren't strong enough."

"Just because my physical body is not up to standards doesn't mean I'm fragile."

"That's not what I mean. You just aren't ready."

"Chiron, hurry it up! If the kid doesn't want to stay, don't make him." Mr.D Chimed in.

Chiron ignored the god. "I won't let you leave."

"Well, I'm not staying."

"Why don't you just have him battle someone?" Mr. D once again chimed in.

Chiron was about to say something along the lines of, "that's inhumane", but I beat him to the punch. "I'm down to fight for my freedom."

Mr. D looked a little disappointed. As if3r he didn't want me to take the deal.

The thing about that is, I don't care.

It had been two days, and the fight was, finally, set up. I was ready to body the other Luke.

Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against him. In fact, I think Rick did him wrong, but it doesn't mean I'm going to sit down and let him destroy me.

Now, if you're thinking, "he can't win; he's too weak," then, you are as wrong as you can be.

While I might not be as strong as the prodigies, I have planned out what I can do. I stayed up late for two days so I could win. If I don't? I won't let it be easy.

As I walk into the arena, I glare at Mr. D and Chiron. If they had just let me leave, I wouldn't have to show them how weak they are.

They are insignificant ants that I will crush under my boots.

I'm not naive enough to think that I can go against the gods without hard work. But, someday, with hard work, I will crush them all. I will show them how weak they are.

"Luke, if I were you, I would give up and return to camp!" The OG Luke shouted.

I smirked. "That's the problem, Castellan; you aren't."

With that, I charge at him. I may not be as fast or strong, but I have a plan.

Chiron gasped. "I haven't said start!"

"You have now, horse-man." I quip, just loud enough for him to hear. As a sword tries to sweep my legs, I can't see his response.

I turn back to the fight and through sand I Castellan's eyes. Who said I would play fair?

In my past life, I was bullied for being a Golly Green Giant, so my father taught me how to fight. Although I hated it at first, I learned and evolved. Later on, I was glad I learned. It saved my butt on multiple occasions.

f this was the old me, I would have never done this, but my first life has shown me the cruelty it can produce. I will never show weakness.

Kindness is not reworded and evil is. Right now, it's a dog-eat-dog world. I plan to change that.

Luckily, while in camp, I found a scythe. My prime weapon.

I position my scythe where it lands directly behind his head. It would have been a game-finisher, but Castellan is more resourceful than I first thought.

Castellan, instead of being completely on the offensive, was playing defense. He knocks my scythe out of the way. From that attack, I could feel a finger break.

I'm glad that I got used to the pain years ago. If not, who knows how this fight would have ended?

I decided it's time to become serious and push Castellan even further. With the metal part of my scythe, I jab him in the ribs.

The great thing about the ribs is if you hit it in a certain spot it could puncture a lung.

I didn't hit the young demi-god hard enough to cause any long-term harm, but I did make him fall on his back, gasping for air.

With that, I point the tip of my scythe at his head. I had won.

To be honest, I was expecting Castellan to put up a better fight. I guess I was expecting too much.

I looked back at Chiron with a menacing smile and walk straight out of camp. With that, I was free.
