Chapter 9 Forgetting Neverland
Jake's POV
After I woke up from my nap, I didn't see Izzy on her bed.
"Iz, where are you? You're not in your hospital bed." I asked her.
"I'm in the bathroom." Izzy said to me.
"You're not supposed to walk on your ankle." I said to her.
"Don't worry I didn't walk on my ankle, the nurse came in and help me." Izzy said to me.
"Do you want me to help you back on your bed?" I asked her.
" yes please, I'm already done washing my hands anyway Jakey." Izzy said to me as I carried her back to her bed.
"Is this how your going to treat me once we get married in the future?" Izzy asked me.
"If you're talking about me carrying you out of the alter, then yes." I said to her.
" so, what do you want to do after we get back home?" Izzy asked me as I had no clue what she was talking about.
"Home? what do you mean home?" I asked her.
" You're kidding right? I'm talking about Neverland Jake our home, where we live." Izzy said to me.
"Where is Neverland again?" I asked her.
"Second star to the right, and straight on till morning. doesn't that ring a bell?" Izzy asked me.
"Should it?" I asked her.
"Yes! You, me, and Cubby been living there since 2006. Actually, Cubby was born in 2007 so he didn't come to us until one year later." Izzy said to me.
"Jake, are you forgetting Neverland?" Izzy asked me.
Cubby's POV
As I was still chasing Austin around the AA Music Factory, I started to got dizzy for a second.
"Whoa what's going on?" I asked myself as I sat down.
"Cubby, you okay?" Austin asked me.
"Yeah I'm fine oh, I'm just a little dizzy for some reason." I said to him.
"I'll get you some water. And I'm sorry about earlier." Austin said to me whole apologizing.
"It's okay." I said to him as I immediately called Izzy.
" Hey, Cubby what's up?" Izzy asked me.
"Izzy, something strange is going on with me." I said to her.
" you are now that you mentioned it, Jake is having the same issue as well. I think the two of you are forgetting Neverland." Izzy said to me.
"That's impossible how can we forget that? what's Neverland?" I asked her.
"Is Neverland, a band or something?" Both Jake and I asked her
"Okay, the two of you need help. I'm going to ask the doctor if I can leave earlier." Izzy said to us.
" Izzy you stay put, I'm coming over there, I'm also bringing Austin Ally Trish and Dez. Maybe they can help us." I said to her as I hung up.
"Hear is your water, Cubby!" Austin said to me.
"Thanks! Oh call up Ally Trish and Dez we're going to the hospital." I said to him."
"Why?" Austin asked me.
" something weird going on with me and Jake and I think it's going to affect Izzy as well." I said to him as he immediately called up his three friends and told them to meet us at the hospital.
Ally's POVOnce Dez Trish and I met up with. Cubby and Austin, we went inside Izzy's hospital room.
" Izzy, what's going on?" I asked her.
"Cubby and Jake are forgetting Neverland." Izzy said to me.
"Home Jake and cubby forget Neverland, it's their home." Trish said to her.
" It's my home to you know. What am I invisible?" Izzy asked us
"Yes." Dez said to her.
"DEZ!" We all said to him.
"Wait, what was I talking about?" Izzy asked us.
"You were talking about Neverland." I said to her.
"What's Neverland?" Izzy asked me.
"Uh oh." We all said at the same time minus Cubby Izzy, and Jake.
" guys now, all three of them are forgetting Neverland. What's happening?" I asked them.
"Oh no, their dying." Dez said to us stupidly.
"Hey doofus, they're not dying." Trish said to him.
" maybe I'm guessing since they're here in Miami, it's affecting them. and the longer they stay here, the longer they forget." Austin said to us.
"Wow, how did you get so smart Austin?" I asked him.
"I don't know, but we need to help them. and by helping them, I mean bring them back home." Austin said to us.
A few weeks later...After Izzy was discharged from the hospital, and her ankle was fully healed, the pirate crew still forgot about Neverland. and what's worse is that their Pirate clothes James into well... Miami clothes.
"This is bad." I said to myself.
" I wonder if Cubby, still lokes coconuts." I said to myself as I walked up to him.
"Hey Cubby, do you still like coconuts?" I asked him.
"Uh no... I'm into smoothies now." Cubby said to me.
" but that's a coconut smoothie." I said to him.
"I guess I do like coconut. Oh well." Cubby said to me.
"Guys check this out. I am actually watching their show and everyone they know is disappearing put of existence.
" okay we definitely got to take them home. they're the main characters of the show." Trish said to us.
" guys where did they go?" I asked them as we turned around.
"Gotcha, now you have to chase me." Jake said to us.
"Why is Jake, acting like a five a year old?" Dez asked us.
" because since Jake is me main character of his show he's forgetting about everything. so is Izzy and cubby look." I said them as we saw Izzy running.
" Izzy no running in the AA Music factory. " I said to her ax she stopped and gave me a pouty face.
"A pouty face ain't going to work, Izzy." I Trish said to her.
"Cubby, what are you doing?" I asked him.
"Playing, with food Hehe." Cubby said to me.
"Okay you know what, I think it's story time." I said to them.
"Yay story time!" Jake, Izzy and Cubby cheered.
"Do Jake and Izzy know that their a couple?" Austin asked me.
"Well since they forgot about Neverland, they probably forgot about their relationship." I said to them.
"I want to hear Little Red Riding Hood." Izzy suggested to me.
"No, I want to hear Jack and the Beanstalk." Cubby said to me.
"I want to hear about... Peter Pan." Jake said to me.
"Wait what did you just say Jake?" Austin asked him.
"I want to hear about Peter Pan." Jake said to him repeatedly.
"Ally, can I talk to you for a second?" Austin asked me as we walked far away from the Pirate crew.
"Okay... if you're forgetting Neverland, how come Jake remembers Peter Pan?" Austin asked me.
"Maybe Jake and Peter have some connection." I said to him.
" well, if Jake is remembering Peter Pan so quickly, maybe Izzy and cubby can remember him as well." Austin said to me.
"And how on Earth are we supposed to make that happen? I mean we haven't told Jake and Izzy that they're a coupled with yet." I said to him.
"Well how about we do it now." Austin said to me as he left and went back to the three kids.
Austin's POV"Okay, we're going to play a game called spin the bottle." I said to them.
" isn't spin the bottle for teenagers?" Cubby asked me.
"Yes, but I'm changing the rules. this spin the bottle is only for Jake and Izzy." I said to him.
"I don't know about this, idea of yours Austin." Ally said to me as I ignored her.
"Okay Jake spin the bottle." I said to him as he did.
once the bottle landed on Izzy, I gave Jake a note with a kissy mark.
"So let me get this straight, you want me to kiss Izzy?" Jake asked me.
"Well, yes." I said to him.
"And why do you want me to kiss a girl that I don't have a crush on?" Jake asked me.
" because, the three of you forgot about Neverland, until you Jake remember about Peter Pan Santee Ally that you want her to tell a story about Peter Pan, and will also try to get me back home before you guys forget about Neverland permanently, and also your friends are disappearing." I said to him.
"Nice going, Austin you just broke the fourth wall, and told Jake the truth." Ally said to me.
"I'm sorry, I panicked." I said to her.
"I'm going to go use the restroom." Jake said to us as be left.
"So, how did it go? Did they get their memory back about Neverland?" Both Dez and Trish asked us.
"No." I said to them.
"Well, at least they still have each other." Dez said to us.
Jake's POVAfter I was done using the restroom, memories started to flow in my brain about Izzy Cubby and I on a land far far away from Miami.
"I remember Neverland, and also Izzy and I dating and being a couple I said to myself.
Once I came back downstairs, I saw that Cubby and Izzy were just sitting there.
"Austin, I remember everything. Neverland, Pirate Island, everything." I said to him.
"That's awesome! Now what about those two?" Austin asked me while pointing at Izzy and Cubby.
"Don't worry, I got this." I said to him as I walked up to them as I was now seeing them chasing each other.
"HEY, NO RUNNING!" I said to them as they stopped.
"Come here, now." I said to them as they walked towards me.
"Izzy, me and you are boyfriend and girlfriend." I said to her.
" you and me boyfriend and girlfriend? I don't remember that happening." Izzy said to me.
"I'll prove it to you." I said to her.
"And, how are you going to do that? By kissing me?" Izzy asked me.
"Well if that's what you want, then yes." I said to her as I kissed her passionately as she melted Into my Kiss.
"Jake, I, I, remember everything. I ALSO, REMEMBER You SAYING THAT YOU DON'T HAVE A CRUSH ON ME." Izzy said to me.
"Izzy, I know you are upset about what I said, and I'm sorry I didn't mean to, don't kill him I have a Life to live." I said to her.
"Don't worry Jake, I'm not going to kill you." Izzy said to me.
"Oh my goodness." I said to myself.
" Hey guys, I remember everything as well. Yay we're back to normal." Cubby said while cheering.
"Okay, something doesn't add up though. How could we forget about Neverland in the first place?" I asked them.
"I'm guessing it had to do with staying in Miami." Cubby said to us.
"Okay, we're going home." I said to them.
" Jake, we do not want to go home yet." Both Izzy and Cubby said to me.
" Did not forget what Miami did to us? Miami made us forgot about Neverland, Pirate Island and our friends." I said to them.
"So, we are leaving Miami, and we're never coming back." I said to them.
"Anyway, get your suitcases we are leaving. Izzy, get your pixie dust ready for departure.
"But the good news is Jake, my ankle is healed." Izzy said to me.
