Monday morning, Hiccup woke up next to Astrid and brush her hair "time to wake up for school, my beautiful wife."

Astrid groans "you always have a way with talking romantic to me."

Hiccup smiles "I try my best, milady."

Astrid sighs "you know that moment we had sex in that hotel, I feel like we actually got married even though it was pretend, it felt real to me."

Hiccup smiles "Astrid, since it was for pretend, I wanted it all to feel real to you to show that I really love you and make your wedding be best pretend wedding for you."

Astrid smiles "your the best boyfriend ever."

Hiccup kisses her lips "I love you, Astrid Giggles Haddock."

Astrid blushes at being called Haddock and replies "I love you too, Hiccup Horrendous Haddock The Third."

Valka opens her son's door and says "I'm surprised to see you here, Astrid. You know for some reason, Toothless hasn't been feeling his usual self since he's been here."

Hiccup looks at Astrid and asks "you thinking what I'm thinking?"

Astrid smiles "that our dogs fell in love with each other and now we have a problem with that?"

Hiccup smiles "yep and I think I might have a solution to that."

Astrid smiles "and what is your solution?"

Hiccup smiles "we take turns with keeping both dogs together."

Toothless walks in the room and whines.

Hiccup ask "Toothless, did you fall in love with Stormfly?"

Toothless barks and gets excited wagging his tail.

Astrid looks at Hiccup and says "well I think we better start looking for a house to live in together and keep our dogs together."

Hiccup sighs "yeah, about that, government don't allow minors to buy a house."

Valka smiles "maybe we can discuss this topic after school?"

Astrid sighs "I'm too scared to return home after last night."

Hiccup smiles "well I can have Mr. Thork do an entire room sweep of your bedroom to see what Snotlout did in your room but the camera in your room stays rolling until the security system is deactivated."

Astrid grabs her phone and pulls up the camera in her bedroom and watches the video:

When they get inside school students glanced at them.

They reached their lockers to see Dagur, Thuggory, Fishlegs, Ruffnut, Tuffnut, Heather and Cami standing there and ask "what's going on?"

Heather shows them the video on their Berkbook page of the pretend wedding with a text 'pretend wedding or did they really get married as minors by their parents?'

Hiccup smiles "that's pretty good wedding we had."

Astrid blushes "yes and the one day honeymoon experience was amazing! Going to The Edge Theme Park: Non-stop Thrill."

Cami gaped "oh my God! You took her to The Edge Theme Park?!"

Heather curious ask "did you two have sex while you were there?!"

Hiccup smiles "yes I took her there" and whispers "yes we had sex on our pretend wedding night and Dagur, I need your cellphone for Mala's number."

Dagur gives him Mala's number.

Hiccup calls it.

"This is Judge Mala speaking, what can I help you with?"

Hiccup smiles "Judge Mala, this is Hiccup Haddock the third, your boyfriend's bestfriend/brother and last night, I brought my girlfriend home and Snotlout Jorgenson broke into her house while her parents were gone and was planning on raping her last night.

I recorded our conversation and this morning, me and Astrid watched the camera of him destroying her pictures of me and her, him touching her clothes and fantasizing about having sex with her."

Judge Mala gaped "I need you both to come to the Berk City Hall right now before Snotlout's hearing takes place at two p.m. today."

Hiccup smiles "we're be right over soon."

He ends the call and says "guys me and Astrid have to leave school and go file a report on Snotlout."

Heather gaped "SNOTLOUT BROKE INTO YOUR HOUSE LAST NIGHT, ASTRID?!"

Everyone looked at them in surprise.

Astrid sighs "yes."

Hiccup and Astrid leave the school and drive down to Berk City Hall.

Astrid showed Mala the video footage of Snotlout destroying her stuff and violating her clothes and him revealing of touching every part of her body. The picture of her and Hiccup, their wedding picture they drew in art class.

After the video, Judge Mala ask "how much are you asking for this destruction of property?"

Hiccup smiles "ten thousand."

Astrid smiles "I just want enough to pay for new clothes and bed covers and Blankets and him pay for my college tuition."

Judge Mala curious ask "who would be paying that money?"

Hiccup smiles "my dear uncle Spitelout Jorgenson or we take him to trial and here is the number to my friend agent Throk of the ABI, who has investigated Spitelout for bribing a judge to remove the restraining order against Snotlout Jorgenson as well."

Judge Mala gaped "Alistair and Ingrid Hofferson requested that restraining order against Snotlout Jorgenson."

Hiccup sighs "which is why I changed my classes to be in Astrid's classes throughout the day so Snotlout and his buddies couldn't bother her but the only time they catch us is when we separate to go to the bathroom."

Mala smiles "I will need Alistair and Ingrid Hofferson to come to the court hearing today at two p.m. and I want to say that I loved your pretend wedding on Saturday."

Astrid smiles "thank you, Judge Mala."

Mala smiles "just call me Mala and Hiccup? Please tell Dagur that I'm still waiting for him to move our relationship to the next step or I'm going to be showing up on his doorstep in a wedding gown."

Hiccup smiles "sure, Mala, I'll tell him that you love him and to get move on with your relationship."

They leave Berk City Hall and head to Hofferson house to inform them of the court hearing at two p.m.

After informing Astrid's parents, they head back to school.

Thirty minutes later, they arrive at Berk High school.

Hiccup and Astrid sign into the attendance office.

They head to fourth period, AP US History class.

After a couple of minutes, the bell rings ending class.

So they head to the lunchroom.

Heather, Cami, Ruffnut, Fishlegs, Thuggory and Dagur join them for lunch.

Hiccup smiles "Dagur, Mala said you better move on to the next step in your relationship with her or she was going to show up at your front door in a wedding gown."

Dagur laughs "actually I was planning on proposing to her on Christmas eve or New Year's eve."

Hiccup smiles "why not on Thanksgiving day?"

Dagur smiles "well if she threaten me with that then I guess I'll move up the timeline on proposing to her."

Soon two police officers walk into the lunchroom, scanning the lunchroom until they spotted who they were looking for and walked over to a group and says "Hiccup Horrendous Haddock The Third, your under arrest for assault and battery and a danger to others with military training."

"WHAT THE HEL DO YOU MEAN HICCUP IS UNDER ARREST?!"

Officer Blane replies "we got reports of you assault four students in the bathroom twice for no reason except from them complimenting how your girlfriend looks."

Dagur sighs "don't worry, Hiccup I'll take care of Astrid."

Hiccup hands his cellphone to Astrid and says "call agent Throk for me and Dagur, call Mala and tell her I'm being arrested for lies."

Hiccup left in hand cuffs.

Outside, Hiccup smiles "just so you know, who ever filled false charges, I'll have their asses in cuffs and bankrupt them."

Officer James smirks "big talk for a little boy, but you have Military training and can respond with deadly force, so the Judge will not show leniency for you. Haha"

They put Hiccup in a holding cell.

An hour later, agent Throk walks into the police station filing out paperwork to release Hiccup for court.

Hiccup walked out of the police station to see agent Throk and says "I'm so going to demand twelve thousand dollars from that ass hat."

Throk ask "from who?"

Hiccup scowls "Spitelout Jorgenson."

Throk smiles "well there's good news, Judge Mala is waiting for us to arrive at the Berk City Hall."

Hiccup sighs "after court, could you give me a ride to school to pick up my Challenger?"

Throk smiles "I had it towed to the Berk City Hall."

Hiccup and Throk walked in the building and up to the third floor and into the court room.

Judge Mala smiles "Hiccup Horrendous Haddock the third, I been wondering why you would be arrested for, but Astrid told me the charges and Throk took the reports from the school and that on your personality is that you can't lie because your eye twitches."

Hiccup walks up to the front and ask "could you excuse what I'm about to do?"

Mala smiles "if it's violence, wait until your not in the presence of law enforcement officers. Now we're here to review last night's case."

Bailiff brought Snotlout in cuffs and glares at Hiccup and Astrid.

Alistair and Ingrid Hofferson glared at Snotlout Jorgenson.

Snotlout's lawyer exclaims "your honor, my client was invited to his girlfriend's house."

Mala gaped "council, your client lied to you."

Council ask "what do you mean by my client lied to me?!"

Judge Mala scowls "Snotlout Jorgenson and Astrid Hofferson aren't in a relationship because he drugged her with a Date rape drug on their first date. And Hiccup and Astrid started dating on August twenty second a little over a month ago.

Hiccup and Astrid returned from their one day honeymoon experience. After Astrid's parents were attacked, Hiccup setup a security system at the Hoffersons house with the Hoffersons approval.

Astrid received a text message from the camera in her bedroom which is set to her cell phone and recorded the entire scene of your client destroying her stuff that her and Hiccup did together. And I also have audio of the conversation between Hiccup Haddock and Snotlout Jorgenson."

Snotlout gaped.

Mala smiles "Astrid Hofferson and her parents requested you pay them ten thousand dollars for destroying her stuff and violating her clothes!"

Hiccup raised his hand up.

Mala ask "would you like to add something, Hiccup?"

Hiccup smiles "yes I would, Spitelout Jorgenson can pay me a thousand dollars for having me arrested for his lying piece of shit son!"

Spitelout exclaims "he isn't supposed to be released from custody for beating up my son and three of his friends in the bathroom twice with military training!"

Hiccup smiles "why thank you for confessing to bogost charges!"

Spitelout gaped "what do you mean by confess?"

Hiccup smiles "the only ones that know my military training is Mr. Mulch of Berk High school, agent Throk of the ABI, my girlfriend, Astrid, her friends, Heather, Cami and Ruffnut, Thuggory and Dagur and about all the students because I recorded the first fight in the bathroom in audio saying I have military training from my dad's army friend because Snotlout would bully me from kindergarten up to middle school before I started kicking his ass in self defense!"

Mala looks at Snotlout who was looking at Hiccup with pure rage before whispering in his lawyer's ear.

Astrid smiles "when this is over, your taking me to the Halloween Dance next Friday"
