Snotlout's lawyer exclaims "Snotlout says that with Hiccup's military training and can respond with Deadly force and shouldn't be allowed around Astrid Hofferson!"

Mala sternly says "I would believe that Hiccup Haddock is a danger to miss Astrid Hofferson if it wasn't for one important detail."

Snotlout scowls "and what detail is that?!"

Male smirks "Hiccup has been in love with Astrid Hofferson since kindergarten when he met her and requested to be put in grade class to be her guardian angel without her knowing it.

And for him to have Throk changed his classes to be in Astrid's classes to keep you from coming after her. And farther more I saw them at their pretend wedding, so in love with each other, that Hiccup would never hurt Astrid."

Snotlout whispers to his lawyer again.

His lawyer exclaims "we are filing for new hearing because your involvement with the defendant!"

Throk stood up and raised his hand to interrupt Mala and says "you can try with a different judge, but they would have to go through the ABI. And while you file an appeal, I'll be charging Snotlout with all the evidence we have on him and I'll be charging Spitelout with bribing a judge to remove the restraining order that the Hoffersons place against your client to protect their daughter.

So your clients can submit and pay the eleven thousand dollars and I'm adding another thousand dollars for removing that restraining order and I'm authorizing Hiccup clearance to beat the shit out of your young client if he decides to come after Hiccup or Astrid.

And if you want to go to trial, I'll add two accounts of aggravated assault, breaking and entering, drugging a minor with a date rape drug, sexual assault of a minor at a classmate's party. So with all those charges, your client is looking at twenty-five years in prison."

The lawyer sighs "we'll take the deal and pay twelve thousand dollars."

Spitelout scowls "this is outrageous!"

Throk smiles "your lucky I'm not pressing charges against you right now for bribing a federal judge to remove a restraining order against your son by my client's parents, which then Hiccup would have to run the company as the CEO of Haddock Industries until he can find a replacement for himself because he's only fourteen."

Astrid gaped "what do you mean by 'Hiccup would be the new CEO of Haddock Industries'?"

Throk looks at Astrid and turns to Hiccup and says "Hiccup, why didn't you tell your girlfriend about your father's will?"

Hiccup nervous answers "didn't want to let the students know that I would have a company to run after college."

Throk smiles "well, Astrid, when Hiccup started fourth grade, his father stopped racing and built his own company called Haddock Industries. After his plane disappear after Hiccup passed sixth grade.

His Will stated that Hiccup and his mother would inherit the billion dollar fortune company, but first, he would have to graduate college."

Astrid turns to Hiccup and says "babe, I wouldn't mind you having a billion dollar company to run. But if you inherit a billion dollar company, why does your bank account only show twenty-eight million dollars plus?"

Hiccup smiles "that's from me racing since I was twelve years old. The company fortune is in my mom's name, but she doesn't know how to run a company, so she appointed Spitelout Jorgenson as the CEO of Haddock Industries."

Mala sternly says "mister Snotlout Jorgenson, if you continue to pursue miss Hofferson, then I will have no choice but to send you to psychiatric hospital for medical testing. This court is adjourn!"

Hiccup and Astrid left the court house happy.

Alistair and Ingrid Hofferson gaped at Agent Throk winning them eleven thousand dollars.

Before Hiccup left, he ask "Snotlout, how did you unlock the door to the Hofferson's house?"

Snotlout scowls "I'm not telling you anything!"

Hiccup smiles "you don't have to because I'm adding key pad to their door to make sure you can't pick the lock."

Snotlout gaped "how do you know I picked the lock?"

Hiccup smiles "the only ones who have a key to the Hofferson's house is Astrid, her parents and me. The girls don't have one because of Tuffnut being your friend."

Snotlout scowls "you can't keep me from having her!"

Hiccup sighs "you need help."

After leaving in his Challenger.

He drives to the racetrack to release some stress.

He started up his Dodge Charger R/T Super GT.

He pulls it out to the track and drives it down the track a few times.

Afterwards, he puts it back in his garage and sighs "what am I going to do with Snotlout?"

He drives home from the racetrack.

On the road, he gets stopped by a police car.

He sends a text to Throk.

The officer ask "can you get out of the car, sir?"

Hiccup curious ask "what's the problem?"

The officer says "you were reported doing suspicious activity."

Hiccup gaped "I have no idea what your talking about?"

The officer pulls him out of the Challenger and cuffs him and placed him by his squad car.

The officer search his Challenger.

The officer comes back holding a sandwich baggie of cocaine and says "I found this under your driver seat. Your under arrest for possession of illegal drugs."

The officer called a tow truck to tow the Challenger down to the police impound.

Hiccup was fingerprinted and booked for illegal drugs possession.

Hiccup sat on a bench by the wall in holding cell.

Tuesday morning, officer Hank walked inside the station and noticed Hiccup Haddock in a holding cell ask "what are you doing in a holding cell for?"

Hiccup sighs "I'm being framed for possession of illegal drugs."

Hank gaped "I'm confused. I'll have to look at the report."

He looks up the file report and reads "officer Blane stopped a suspect, Hiccup Horrendous Haddock the third at seven twenty last night and found a sandwich baggie containing cocaine under the driver seat."

He walks over to Hiccup and ask "where did you get cocaine from?"

Hiccup sighs "that's not mine, I was at Berk Racetrack after I left Berk City Hall driving my racecar on the track, you can go to the racetrack and pull up the video. I was on my way home when that officer pulled me over."

Hank ask "how long were you standing by his squad car before he returned with the drugs?"

Hiccup sighs "two minutes most because I text agent Throk of the ABI about me getting pulled over for something."

Hank ask "has your mom been phoned last night?"

Hiccup sighs "I don't know, because the officer fingerprinted me, took my mugshot and left me in here since then."

Afternoon came, before Hank came back and says "the camera shows you driving a nineteen seventies Dodge Charger R/T on the track four times before leaving in your Challenger."

Hiccup sighs "so what happens to me?"

Hank sighs "we can't release you until your proven innocent, I did call your mother, she said that the officer who found those drugs better be prepared to lose their badge and house when agent Throk gets done with them."

Hiccup sits down on the bench and laughs.

Hank curious looks up officer Blane's sector and says "why would he be at Berk racetrack at six o'clock for. Then after Hiccup left in his Challenger, Blane leaves afterwards."

Throk walked in the police station looking very crossed.

Hank smiles "you must be Agent Throk of the ABI."

Throk sighs "what did you find out?"

Hank sighs "officer Blane followed Hiccup to the racetrack and stalked him until he left Berk racetrack."

Throk sternly ask "where is officer Blane?"

Hank leads him over to officer Blane.

Throk sternly asks "officer Blane, you want to confess that you framed my client for drug possession or let him kick the shit out of you?"

Blane gaped "what do you mean, he was at Berk racetrack with four guys buying drugs!"

Throk sternly says "I reviewed the security cameras and they showed Hiccup driving his dad's racecar on the track and left the racetrack at seven o'clock before you left the racetrack and there was no one at that racetrack. So I'll ask you again did you frame my client for drug possession?"

Blane sternly says "I have footage of him buying drugs from four guys."

Throk sternly asks "where's the video footage, because it wasn't in evidence log with the cocaine evidence?"

Blane sighs "I haven't reviewed the footage myself yet."

Throk sternly says "play the damn footage."

Blane plays a video footage of Hiccup buying something from four guys at the racetrack.

Throk looks at the time stamp and says "this was filmed on Saturday October third at nine in the morning."

Hank walks over to the holding cell and asks "Hiccup, who were those four guys that you saw on Saturday October third at nine o'clock in the morning?"

Hiccup thinks back to Saturday morning at nine o'clock and says "that was Astrid escorting Heather Beserk, Cami Borges and Ruffnut Thorsten to my garage in the pit."

Hank leaves and calls the parents house of students.

After verifying that the parents drop their daughters off at Berk racetrack by the pit entrance for racecars to see Astrid and Hiccup, he walks over to Throk and Blane and says "agent Throk, that video footage is created by a computer. I just verfy that those four guys were actually three girls that were escorted by Astrid Hofferson to see Hiccup at the racetrack on Saturday October third. And Hiccup named them personally."

Throk turns to Blame and says "officer Blane, you are here by fired from Berk Police Department and arrested for framing Hiccup Horrendous Haddock the third and all your assets are repossess for investigating and you owe Hiccup an apology!"

Blane gaped "now listen here mister-"

Throk punch Blane in the face and knees him in the stomach and cuffs him. Officer Hank put him in the holding cell and tell Hiccup that he can beat the shit out of him for five minutes."

Blane pants "you can't do that to me!"

Throk sternly says "Valka Haddock has been frantic wondering where her son is since she woke up this morning to find her son missing after checking with the Hoffersons!"

After five minutes, Blane was laying on the floor with two black eyes, broken nose, blood coming out of his mouth and his stomach looking purple.

Hiccup was released from custody and his mugshot removed from file records and drug charges erased from records.

Throk had Hiccup's Challenger released from impound.

Hiccup drove from the police station home.

When he walked inside his house after entering the key code to unlock the door.

His mom hugged him crying softly "where did you go?!"

Hiccup sighs "I was arrested and framed by officer Blane of Berk Police Department."

Valka sighs "I phoned agent Throk after calling Ingrid Hofferson."

Hiccup sighs "I beat the crap out of him for it. Throk made it clear to every police officer in the Berk Police Department that if they frame me for any crime, they lose everything."

Valka sighs "that's good news."

Hiccup smiles "the captain of Berk Police Department wrote an apology to us and he wrote a forty thousand dollar check to you for scaring you."

Hiccup left the house and drove to Berk High school and sign into the attendance office and walked into Chemistry classroom to see the shock faces of class.

Mrs. Katherine ask "Hiccup Haddock, where have you been, you been missing since six o'clock this morning!"

Hiccup sighs "I was sitting in Berk Police Department and-" his cellphone rings "wait, your kidding, that much money, for what?! Okay I'll take care of him personally" and ends the call and ask "Astrid, did Snotlout try to touch you while I been in police custody?"

Astrid nervously says "yes, but Heather and Cami stopped him before he could and Dagur told him that if you already got clearance to beat the crap out of him and the school can't step in to protect Snotlout or give you dispensary actions."

Hiccup sighs "well now, Throk just told me that if Snotlout puts his hands on us, I can get away with beating him to an inch of his life and the police Department can't arrest me for it"

Katherine ask "how can you get away with beating Snotlout to an inch of his life?"

Hiccup sighs "the captain of Berk Police Department had to pay forty thousand dollars to my mother for ex-officer Blane framing me for drug possession by order of Snotlout Jorgenson.

So basically the Police department is on notice that if they arrest me for any planted evidence they lose all their possessions."

Then the bell rings ending class.

Astrid walked to her locker to put her chemistry book in her locker.

Heather, Cami and Ruffnut met at Astrid's locker.

Snotlout and his buddies walked up to them and says "now, Astrid, you are going to agree to be my girlfriend however I want you and your going to give me your body for sex whenever I want it!

Got it because your boyfriend is going to prison for ten years for possession of illegal drugs!"

"And if you don't leave my girlfriend alone, I can get away with murdering you."

Snotlout, Dogsbreath, Gustav and Sven along with students by them gaped at Hiccup standing there and gave Snotlout Jorgenson a death threat and get away with it.

Astrid smiles "you know, Snotlout, Hiccup has federal agent Throk to back him and you just got the entire police Department on notice that they can't charge Hiccup for any crime against you or your buddies. And the school can't take any action against Hiccup for you putting your hands on either of us.

And I love my new clothes and bed sheets and covers after spending five hundred dollars shopping for new clothes after you violated my clothes. And thank you for paying for my college intuition."

Snotlout gaped "what?"

Hiccup grabs him by the throat and squeeze it a little "if you ever come near my wife again and threaten her with raping her, I will fucking put your ass in the intensive care unit.

You got that? Now leave before I beat the shit out of you for framing me with drug possession, you piece of shit."

Snotlout, Dogsbreath, Gustav and Sven ran to their lockers to avoid getting the wrath of Hiccup Haddock."

Heather, Cami and Ruffnut gaped at Hiccup calling Astrid his wife instead of girlfriend and gave Snotlout a death threat.

Students carried on.

Astrid blushes "Hiccup, I'm your- um...um...you know screw it, you are my husband" and wraps her arms around his neck and kissing him passionately sticking her tongue in his mouth and moaning in pleasure.

Hiccup breaks the kiss and says "I can see us having a happy marriage and a happy family."
