"This is Throk, Hiccup. What can I do for you?"

Hiccup curious ask "how fast can you get a restraining order against Snotlout Jorgenson and that a judge can't remove it without serving ten years in federal prison?"

Throk thinks for a second and looks at his time and says "I would need an hour and where do you want me to send the letter to?"

Hiccup smiles "to Judge Mala and ask her to inform the judges that work in Berk City Hall."

Throk smiles "okay, how is your girlfriend doing?"

Hiccup smiles "actually we are married."

Throk gaped "how did that happen?"

Hiccup smiles "I believe my crazy godfather, Gobber took our homework papers that we filled out for marriage license, Social Security Insurance, Driver's License to Berk City Hall to get processed and for the kicker, we had our parents signed approval for us to get married as minors."

Throk laughs "well if your married to her, then congratulations."

Hiccup ends the call and says "can we begin class now?"

Mr. Kevin curious ask "uh...Hiccup, did you say that your godfather took yours and Astrid's homework papers that you fill out, to show how one applies for marriage license, Social Security Insurance and Driver's License after getting married and had your parents sign them to Berk City Hall to be processed?"

Hiccup nervous answers "yes."

Mr. Kevin rubs his chin "well the process to apply for marriage license takes a month to enter the system, but your godfather would have to be a Minister of the City."

Hiccup nervous answers "he is a Minister of Berk and he wasn't supposed to take the papers. I did plan on marrying Astrid after graduating high school."

Astrid rubs her cheek against his chest and sighs feeling safe and protected.

Mr. Kevin sigh "well then, I'm sure you can take her notes for her and I'm writing a referral for her to take child development class next semester and you can find time to take that course as well."

Hiccup smiles "yes, Mr. Kevin."

Hiccup wrote down notes over a story called To Kill A Mockingbird.

Soon class was almost over and Hiccup lwhispers "Astrid, baby? It's time to wake up. Class is ending in a few minutes."

Astrid lays still.

Hiccup smiles "baby you have to wake up or we would be late for chemistry class."

Astrid slowly opens her eyes a little bit to see everyone staring at them and ask "how long did I sleep for?"

Hiccup smiles "the whole period, but don't worry I took notes for both of us and since we're married. Did your headache go away?"

Astrid smiles a little bit "yes the headache did go away some. Thank you for letting me sleep on you."

Hiccup tells her "Mr. Kevin told me that he was going to write a referral for you to take child development class next semester and I would have to find time to take the course with you."

Astrid nervous ask "why didn't I hang out with you in elementary school and middle school because I would have fell in love with you before high school?"

Hiccup smiles "I think it was because everytime I try to talk to you, Snotlout would give me this look that says 'stay away from my property' and I figured you wouldn't want to deal with the boy who lost his father and wasn't good in sports."

Astrid blushes "I wish you would have came to my house to talk to me. I don't think I could give up a sweet, caring boy that I love so much. I'm happy that we're married."

The bell rings and they leave the classroom heading to their lockers.

Cami, Ruffnut and Heather exclaims "you'll never gonna believe this, but some girls went to the bathroom and found Snotlout Jorgenson on the floor unconscious bleeding! They think a girl did it because he was peeping on her."

Cami sighs "that would be the case if it wasn't for the fact that when he woke up he was mumbling 'Astrid's protector' over and then he tried to stand and he collapse.

He sreamed in pain shooting through his left leg and the nurse said that it was a clean break and she believes that his head was bash in with a bathroom door and his leg."

Heather sternly says "Hiccup, why did you break Snotlout's leg and bash his head with a door?"

Hiccup sighs and lowers his head "he tried to rape Astrid in the girl's bathroom and I broke his leg for touching her."

Ruffnut gaped "are you okay, Astrid?"

Astrid smiles "yes."

Fishlegs sighs "guys, Snotlout left the school in an ambulance!"

Astrid smiles "good then."

Two police officers walked through the hall and stop in front of them.

Hiccup and Fishlegs looked at each other and looked back at the two officers.

Hiccup curious ask "can I help you?"

The officer ask "are you Hiccup Haddock?"

Hiccup replies "yes."

The officer slaps an envelope to his chest "you've been served."

Hiccup opens the envelope and pulls out a paper and reads it before yelling "that fucking asshole!"

Astrid ask "what is it?"

Hiccup sighs "Spitelout filed a restraining order against me to stay away from his son and his girlfriend, Astrid Hofferson."

He pulls out his cellphone and dials Throk "Throk, Spitelout filed a restraining order against me to stay away from Snotlout and Astrid, my wife but the restraining order list Astrid Hofferson as his girlfriend and was filed this morning."

Throk replies "that's impossible because Judge Mala would have told her judge friends about your marriage."

Hiccup sighs "I broke his leg in two in fifth period for trying to rape Astrid in the girl's bathroom."

Throk sighs " I think it was Snotlout who forged his father's name because I told him that if he didn't stop helping his son get your wife, I was going to throw him in prison."

Hiccup nods his head "yes" "okay."

Astrid curious ask "what?"

Hiccup smiles "it seems that Snotlout tried using a restraining order to separate us so that he could rape you and since we got married thirteen days ago, this restraining order is voided.

Throk said "he will try to get a rush on our marriage licenses process, and when we get them Snotlout will have to quit or be arrested for aggravated assault, and now he phoned Mala, so now Snotlout will be serving two weeks in community service."

Dogsbreath, Gustav and Sven walked by and separated Astrid from Hiccup and says "your suppose to be thirty feet away from Astrid Hofferson who is our friend's girlfriend."

Hiccup smiles "do you want to experience what I did to Snotlout using a door?"

Dogsbreath, Gustav and Sven gaped "you bashed his head in with a door?!"

Hiccup smiles "and I'll gladly do it to you three idiots if you put your hands on my damn wife!"

Dogsbreath, Gustav and Sven ran down the hallway scared.

Gustav sighs "I quit trying to come between Hiccup and Astrid since their married supposedly."

Dogsbreath panics "Hiccup sure does have a protective rage over Astrid."

Sven sighs "he broke Snotlout's leg which means that any boy who tries to make a move on his wife now has to face injury."

Heather, Cami, Ruffnut smirks "uh...Hiccup, you are a badass, how can you be so fearsome when defending Astrid and be sweet, lovable and kind to Astrid and us?"

Astrid blushes "that's what I love about him, he can be sweet, loving, kind, caring and understanding and never get angry at me and protective of me.

Hiccup walks with Astrid to chemistry class.

Mrs. Katherine curious ask "is there a reason you two are five minutes late?"

Hiccup sighs "yes, I got served with a restraining order to make me stay thirty feet away from Astrid and Snotlout, but there's a snag in that restraining order."

Katherine sighs "well then I would have to separate you both."

Astrid sighs "Katherine, we're married to each other for real."

Katherine blinks her eyes and says "that's a good one, Astrid."

Hiccup sighs "Katherine, we aren't kidding, my godfather took our marriage license papers and turned them into Berk City Hall to be processed and he married us on October tenth of this year."

Katherine blinks "as in your husband and wife?"

Hiccup smiles "yes! Astrid is my wife and I'm her husband. I had my mother sign the permission slip and Astrid's parents sign for permission for her to marry me. So we are legally married to each other."

Katherine curious ask "who would ask for a restraining order between you two if it's voided because it was filed after the marriage date?"

Astrid scowls "that would be stupid Snotlout, but hopefully after Hiccup made a nice clear message to every boy in this school, that the only one who can get a little intimate with me is him."

Katherine blinks "wait, that was you who sent him to the hospital mumbling Astrid's protector?"

Hiccup blushes "yep."

They take their desk seat next to each other.

After class, Hiccup curious ask "Astrid, why didn't you kick him in the groin?"

Astrid whimpers "I did, he shove me into the bathroom and punched me in the stomach then dragged me into a stall and tried undoing my pants but the belt wouldn't come unbuckled."

Hiccup smiles "well then, do you like my protection belt?"

Astrid gaped "protection belt, but it comes unbuckle when I touch it."

Hiccup smiles "I had AbI creat a belt for you that only you can unbuckle with your finger prints meaning you have to have all ten and they require heat to unbuckled, if it detects other fingerprints, then it won't come unbuckled, keeps you from getting rape vaginal or anally. It was a wedding gift that was mailed to your doorstep."

Astrid blushes "I thought it was a plain belt until it read 'Astrid's protection belt'."

Astrid drove Hiccup home in his Challenger.

Hiccup smiles "now to break the news to our parents that we're married."

They pull into her driveway since his mom wasn't home.

Astrid and Hiccup get out of the Challenger and walk upto the door and enter her passcode and scan her eye to unlock the vault door and enter the house.

Ingrid smiles "hi daughter and Hiccup. I wasn't expecting you to come over."

Astrid smiles "mom, you remember the marriage license, Social Security Insurance and Driver license papers that we filled out and had dad and Valka sign for permission for me and Hiccup to marry each other?"

Ingrid curious answer "yes, why?"

Hiccup nervous answers "my godfather took those papers to be processed at Berk City Hall on Sunday after he married us on October tenth of this year."

Ingrid curious ask "weren't they your homework papers for school?"

Astrid sighs "yes and since their being processed, me and Hiccup are married to each other."

Hiccup sighs "and I think it's a good thing because of this" and hands her the paper.

Ingrid reads the paper:

"By order of Judge Thortin, Hiccup Horrendous Haddock the third must stay thirty feet away from Snotlout Jorgenson and his girlfriend Astrid Hofferson because he has been harassing Astrid Hofferson to break up with Snotlout and date him because he's jealous of Snotlout Jorgenson. If he comes within thirty feet of her or him then he will be arrested for violating the restraining order."

Ingrid curious ask "when did you get this?"

Hiccup sighs "between sixth and seventh period. Throk says that the restraining order is voided, because we got married before the restraining order was made, but if we filed for divorce.

He can file for another restraining order and I would have to stay away from Astrid and Snotlout and he would have advantage of raping her and I wouldn't be able to save her without going to jail."

Ingrid sternly asks "Hiccup? There's something else that happened today that you know I'll get angry at."

Hiccup nervous answers "I broke Snotlout's leg and sent him to Berk County Hospital with a concussion."

Astrid smiles "he is so creative to protect me from danger."

Ingrid sternly ask "what did Snotlout try to do to you, Astrid?"

Astrid sighs "he tried to rape me in the girl's bathroom after dragging me in there, but couldn't unbuckle my belt because it responds only to my fingerprints."

Ingrid gaped and looks to Hiccup and ask "where did you get a belt to fit her waist?"

Hiccup nervous answers "I asked her for permission to measure her waist for a protection project."

Ingrid ask "so that little shit tried to rape my daughter again and lied to the Judge to get a restraining order placed in order to get advantage on raping my daughter and abuse her.

If you two stay married, then you can keep her safe from other boys and if you get a divorce, then Snotlout can file another restraining order against you to keep you from protecting my daughter?"

Astrid ask "so can we stay married as minors?"

Ingrid sighs "I'll talk to your father when he gets home from work.

Hiccup and Astrid got their viking mascot outfits on and Hiccup decided to make a second viking outfit for Astrid that doesn't snap off.
