Friday, January twenty second, Hiccup and Astrid went on a date to the Cove while Stoick and Valka watched Melody for two and a half hours before returning to Hiccup's house to sleep for the night.

Melody woke up at ten o'clock at night wanting to be changed and feed.

After getting Melody back to sleep, Astrid smiles a little "me, married at fourteen and a mom, still in high school."

Hiccup nods his head "yeah that would be shocking to the whole school. Us teen parents in freshman year."

Astrid grins "since our daughter is back to sleep, why not make love again?"

Hiccup sighs "you know I think we should slow down on the sex? We don't want to have you knocked up with our baby while in ninth grade."

Astrid shakes her head "it's fine, Hiccup."

Hiccup widened his eyes and goes to his closet to check Astrid's fertile chart.

Astrid walks over to him to see him looking at her fertile chart and says "Hiccup, if I end up pregnant by you because both protections fail, I'm not worried about it."

Hiccup nods his head "okay and head to bed.

Next morning Hiccup's cellphone rings waking him up.

Hiccup answers it to hear "hi, Hiccup."

Hiccup ask "who is this?"

"It's Olivia, Hiccup."

Hiccup widened his eyes "I don't think I remember giving you my cellphone number."

Olivia laughs "you didn't give me your number. I got it from swiping your phone at the gymnasium while you were talking to the students. I wanted to tell you the date went well last night."

Hiccup nods his head "that's good to know."

Olivia comments "he did try to kiss me on the lips before I said he could kiss me on my cheek."

Hiccup comments "tell him I said he better stop following Snotlout's advice or he won't keep you long."

Olivia smiles "say hi to Astrid for me."

Hiccup ends the call and ask "how did she grab my phone to get my number?"

Astrid ask "who was that?"

Hiccup answers "Olivia. She wanted to tell me that her date with Gustav went well besides him trying to kiss her on her lips after the date."

Astrid ask "you gave her your number?"

Hiccup shakes his head "she took it while I was telling everyone about the kiss between me and her."

Hiccup and Astrid get up and take care of Melody and head downstairs to eat breakfast.

Astrid comments "it would be funny if I did become pregnant with our first baby."

Hiccup ask "and why would that be funny?"

Astrid grins "because we're married now."

Stoick and Valka came down the stairs to eat breakfast.

Valka curious ask "did you take your birth control pill?"

Astrid sighs "no, we didn't make love last night."

While they ate breakfast together, their was a knock on their door.

Hiccup checked front door camera to see two police officers and goes open the door to see officers Hank and lane and ask "what's wrong?"

Hank ask "Hiccup, do you know Olivia Hazel Treacher?"

Hiccup replies "yes, what's wrong?"

Hank sighs "she was attacked and says you gave the order."

Hiccup gape and says "can you wait a second?"

He grabs his phone and calls the number from earlier to hear "this number is not a real number."

Hiccup goes to his computer to trace the number to a pre-paid cell phone that was cloned.

Hank and lane ask "what are you doing?"

Hiccup look up Alvin Treacher on Berkbook and message him 'what happened because your daughter just called me about an hour and half ago on a pre-paid cellphone'.

About five minutes later, Alvin message back 'she was attacked in the middle of the night by three boys after her date with Gustav and been in the hospital, she said that you planned it to have revenge'.

Hiccup sighs "this doesn't make sense. Who would attacked Olivia in the middle of the night and tell her that I planned it when I been here?"

Hank ask "can Astrid verify that you were here the whole night?"

Astrid smiles "yes, helping me care for our pretend daughter."

lane looks at the baby doll and says "that's an Infant simulator."

Hiccup thinks for a minute before widened his eyes and looks up Berk police department and has Hank enter his login, then look up Gustav's cellphone.

Hiccup calls the number "what the heck did you do to Olivia last night?!"

Gustav ask "what happened to Olivia last night?"

Hiccup scowls "she was attacked after your date with her last night!"

Gustav sighs "I left with my dad after dropping her off at her house, but I think I seen Spitelout's car following us after our date."

Hiccup ends the call and looks up traffic cameras of street lights looking for Spitelout's car after tracking the route they would have taken to Alvin Treacher's house until he found it to see two boys in ski mask and runs it through FRS to reveal Snotlout, Dogsbreath in the vehicle.

Hank comments "this is interesting."

Hiccup widened his eyes and says "this would be perfect frame to have me arrested for attacking Olivia last night after her date with Gustav."

Valka curious ask "why do you say that?"

Hiccup sighs "Snotlout and his buddies knew that Gustav liked Olivia, so they follow Gustav's dad back to Alvin's house.

After they leave, Snotlout, Dogsbreath, and I think Sven attacked her.

After they're done, they tell her that I ordered it for revenge and for the motive of the attack was she kiss me on Monday after school and threaten my marriage with Astrid when we talked about it and Astrid understood the reason for Olivia kissing me and let it go on a deal that I take her out on another date to the Cove."

Hank sighs "if you could prove it?"

Astrid grins "my husband can make him confess to framing, but why would Olivia call you on a phone that isn't hers?"

Hiccup thinks for a second before messaging Olivia through Berkbook page.

Olivia responds: did you tell Snotlout, Dogsbreath and Sven to break in my house and beat me up as revenge for Astrid wanting to file for divorce because of me kissing you?

Hiccup sighs and message back: are you still in hospital?

Olivia responds: yes.

Hiccup looks at Lane and says "I need you to go to Berk County Hospital while me and Hank go beat up an asshole and collect some evidence."

Astrid widened her eyes "oh I seen that look before, someone crossed a line."

Stoick ask "uh what just happened?"

Hiccup looks at his dad and says "Gustav is going to be so angry at Snotlout and his buddies for attacking his girlfriend."

Astrid gasped "Snotlout and his buddies attacked Olivia?!"

Valka gaped "Snotlout assaulted Olivia?"

Hiccup sighs "they beat her up and if their stupid, they didn't wear gloves, so their fingerprints would be on her arms."

Lane drives to Berk County Hospital to collect evidence.

Hiccup and Hank drive over to Spitelout's house.

Hiccup looks at Hank and says "wait until I get audio recording because it's inadmissible in ABI court and my friend agent Throk will be intrigued at hearing about this case."

Hiccup knocks on the door.

Spitelout opens the door to see Hiccup and ask "what do you want?"

Hiccup curious ask "is Snotlout home because he called me to come over to help with his homework?"

Spitelout grumbles "he should be in his room still dealing with a hangover from going to a party last night."

Hiccup widened his eyes a little bit and walks into his ex-cousin's bedroom to see Snotlout sleeping and wakes him.

Snotlout grumbles "why are you waking me up for dad?!"

Hiccup turns on his audio recording and says "Snotlout, wake up, some girl was on the news this morning saying you attacked her!"

Snotlout stirs "Hiccup? What do you mean a girl says I attacked her?!"

Hiccup sighs "she's claiming you beat her up because she told you no!"

Snotlout scowls "last night, me, Dogsbreath and Sven only beat up Olivia last night because she refused let us have sex with her.

Best part, we told her it was because you told us to do since Astrid was divorcing you, I can date her now and she will let me have sex with her!"

Hiccup comments "I guess you dunked dialed me this morning and I'll leave because your dealing with a heavy hangover."

He leaves after saying bye to his uncle Spitelout and walks down six houses and climbs into his truck to see Hank.

Hank ask "you get a confession?"

Hiccup grins "he was dealing with a hangover and I didn't have to beat the confession out of him."

They listen to the conversation about Snotlout talking about the assault while dealing with hangover.

Hank and Hiccup head to Berk County Hospital to visit Olivia in the hospital.

Throk came down to the hospital to collect evidence and a copy of the confession.

Gustav came down to the hospital to see Olivia.

Olivia told Gustav about Snotlout, Dogsbreath and Sven breaking into her house and beat her up.

Gustav backs away from her and walks out of the room and sits down in the hallway.

Hiccup walks out to the hallway and sits next to him.

Gustav sighs "how can I look at her after Snotlout, the person I thought was a good role model even though he came after your wife and she was playing hard to get, attacks my girlfriend?"

Hiccup sighs "in court after Snotlout tried drugging Astrid into sex on the first date, I told Snotlout that if he succeeded in drugging Astrid into sex and wake up with no memory of asking him for sex, I was going to literally kill him for drugging Astrid into sex. I wasn't going to care if I didn't become her first."

Gustav ask "how should I react to them attacking my girlfriend?"

Hiccup smiles "by holding her and showing her you care about her and that you love her."

Gustav looks at Hiccup and says "you seem like a better role model than Snotlout was."

Hiccup smiles "Snotlout doesn't know it yet, but Throk is sending out a warrant for his arrest right this moment."

An hour later.

(At Spitelout Jorgenson's house)

Spitelout was talking with his wife about their son when there was a knock on their front door.

Spitelout opens the door to see two men standing there in suits and ask "can I help you two with something?"

One of the men speaks up "I'm agent Jack and this is my partner, agent Jim of the ABI" and hand him a paper "we have a warrant to arrest your son, Snotlout Jorgenson for beating up a girl after breaking into her house."

They arrest Snotlout along with Dogsbreath and Sven.

Sunday morning, January, twenty-four.

Hiccup and Astrid left to go to court to support Olivia Treacher.

Judge Mala took the case as soon as Snotlout's name came up.

Gustav sat by her side.

Mala waved her hand to bring in Snotlout, Dogsbreath and Sven.

Mala scowls "Snotlout Jorgenson!"

Snotlout scowls "why am I here?!"

Mala scowls "you three are here because you assault a classmate of your school last night while drunk!"

Dogsbreath gaped "we didn't do anything and you can't prove we did anything!"

Mala grins "actually we can prove you three raped Olivia Hazel Treacher, the daughter of your Principal at your school."

Hiccup's lawyer, Horak plays the audio recording tape for news cameras to record the conversation between drunk Snotlout and Hiccup about Snotlout admitting that he, Dogsbreath and Sven beat up Olivia and told her that Hiccup told them to attack her because of their kiss on Tuesday.

Mala curious ask "Hiccup Haddock, could you come sit in the witness box and explain where you were Friday night of the attack?"

Hiccup nods his head "yes, me and my wife, Astrid went to the Cove restaurant as a date and have the manager record that date for our project information and return home to take care of our pretend daughter, an Infant simulator doll and Olivia went on a date with Gustav because I told him where to take her and threaten that if he tried anything with Olivia because he thought Snotlout was a good role model, he wouldn't be attending school Monday."

Mala asks "what happened after you both got back?"

Hiccup smiles "me and Astrid talked about imagining if we had a child between us and attending high school as teen parents after saying good night to my parents.

Next morning Olivia called me on a pre-paid phone to tell me about the date, but didn't tell me about the attack last night.

Officer Hank and lane showed up at my house in the morning saying I plan her to be beaten up last night."

Mala asks "what happen?"

Hiccup sighs "I pulled up Berk police station and had officer Hank login to his account and looked up Spitelout's car on traffic cams to see two people wearing ski mask follow Gustav's dad's car to Alvin's house.

Afterwards, Gustav was on traffic cams going home. I message Olivia through Berkbook to find out that Snotlout, Dogsbreath and Sven beat her up and told her that order them to do it."

Judge Mala ask "did you order it because of what happened between you and Astrid?"

Hiccup answers "me and Astrid are soulmates and we had an understanding of why Olivia kissed me. Me and Olivia are friends now because she has Gustav as her boyfriend."

Afterwards, the jury left to discuss the evidence.

Dogsbreath scowls "I can't believe you confess to useless that we attacked Olivia!"

The jury returned to give their result.

The head jury says "we find the defendants not guilty because the tape was obtained by tricking the defendant while he was dealing with a hangover."

Olivia yells "NO!"

Gustav looks at Hiccup and scowls "you lost us the case!"

Hiccup grins "you lost the case due to jury following the law. You didn't lose entirely yet" and points to his friend Throk.

Throk says "congrats on winning a civil case. You three will be going to juvenile detention center for beating up Olivia, and kidnapping for a month which during that time you will be taking your classes online."

Snotlout gaped "what do you mean by I'm arrested for beating up Olivia and kidnapping?!"

Throk smiles "just because the jury threw the audio tape out, I won't be throwing it out just so you can go torment another girl."
