Note: One thing that I dint know is that Gon and Killua use the café computer when they were York New already. Last chapter I already put that they know that the price in the auction 8 billion. The problem was because I was taking the manga as a source and not the anime. In the anime both version he left Whale Island and goes to the café, in the manga just cuts from him in his room to him and killua on the café. So lets just say they went to a café in Whale Island and learn this earlier. Ok, I wanted to say this. At least nobody will get confused with this mess if you are that much into continuity. Also, I already got plans for when they first meet the spiders, its going to be awesome. Now enjoy this chapter.
The group soon went to Gon house, where they would start doing the research on the Greed Island game.
''nice house.'' Said Luffy.
''Thanks.'' Said Gon.
''Really cool.'' Said Chopper.
''Yes, this is the type of place that I used to live before joining the crew.'' Said Usopp.
The crew soon went to Gon´s room to talk more about this Greed Island game and what information they can find. Gon soon show them all the information that him and Killua found in his computer and soon they all decided to chat.
''So this game is so rare that there are only 100 copies made?" Asked Usopp.
''Yes, talk about rare.'' Said Killua.
''Oh, have you tried to contact the factory? Maybe they have something?" Asked Chopper.
''We contacted, and they don't have anything.'' Said Killua.
''The game is so rare that not even the own factory knows where they sold.'' Said Gon.
''that's bad.'' Said Luffy.
''Yes.'' Said Gon.
''So, what about this ´´computer´´ thing?" Asked Zoro.
''Can't we use it to buy the game?" Asked Sanji.
''We can't ask in this computer.'' Said Killua.
''Why not?" Asked Nami.
''Think of all the cheaters that are out there. Gon putted that he wanted to buy the game and over a million people appear on a chat wanting to seel the game.'' Said Killua explaining the situation.
''Wait? A million people? But they weren't only 100 copies?!'' Asked Luffy confused.
''Killua is right, I don't know much about this internet thing, but if I wanted to rob someone I would use a move like that.'' Said Nami.
The group soon started to chat around, drink some coffee and think of the next move.
''So what is your next move?' Asked Luffy.
''My plan is once we leave this island, we can use a public computer and go to a Hunter website.'' Said Gon.
''Maybe they have something that they can help us.'' Said Killua.
''Well by the looks of this a lot of money is going to be spent.'' Said Usopp.
''Do you guys have any money to help us?" Asked Gon.
''We have some….'' Said Luffy ready to say gold but Nami stopped him.
''Stop! We have our own money; we all have to share with each other.'' Scream Nami.
''Oh ok.'' Said Gon.
''Why all this? Why all this trouble just for a stupid game?" Asked Nami.
''Ok I might need to explain a little more.'' Said Killua.
''Yes, tell us.'' Said Sanji.
Killua then told the straw Hats more about what they have found about Greed Island. It was a game mostly for hunters, nen users (whatever that means) and kinds sucks the players into the game. Since its release it was never finished and where abouts of the games creators are a mystery to this day.
A few hours later.
The group just spent hours and hours talking and talking about this game and what could it be that they decided to stop for a second.
''no wonder so many people want to play this thing. Its sound awesome.'' Said Luffy.
''I still think we might try call those people that made us an offer.'' Said Chopper.
''No, I told you is a trick. None of them have the real game.' Said Killua.
''Killlua is right. This game must be so rare that anyone can try to pass a scandal.'' Said Robin.
''See the creepy woman aggers.'' Said Killua.
''Creepy Woman?'' Thought Robin with a sweat drop.
''ok, so for this crap what do we need?" Asked Zoro.
''We need money, but most important we need to register somewhere to get the game.'' Said Gon.
''So where is this game at?'' Asked Usopp.
''There is one that is going to be sell in an auction.'' Said Killua.
''Where is this auction?" Asked Nami.
''In a city called York New. Their auction is very famous worldwide, all kind people go there to buy stuff. I heard that billionaires, heads of crime families and all kinds of important people just go there to buy the rare stuff that they sell. So, it makes sense why the game is there.'' Said Gon.
Upon hearing about that auction in York New the Straw Hats all got excited, imagining all the things that they might see in this place.
''Wow! That's sound awesome.'' Said Luffy.
''Imagine all the stuff that they must have.'' Said Nami dreaming.
''yes, like a perfect sword.'' Said Zoro.
''I don't wanna see some old stuff, I wanna get some beautiful jewels.'' Said Nami with sparkling eyes.
''How about an armor for a great warrior like me?" Asked Usopp.
''Or some rare medicine.'' Said Chopper.
''How about the best cooking equipment in the world?'' Asked Sanji.
''Or books?'' Said Robin.
''Do you think they have ancient meat?'' Asked Luffy.
''What in the world are these idiots talking about?!'' Scream Killua.
''Anyway, in order to get a spot in this action we need the money.'' Said Gon.
''So how much are you thinking?' Asked Luffy.
''We need the double of how much we told you guys. If we want to get this game, we need more than the original price if we want to win from the people also binding.'' Said Gon.
The crew soon look in shock. So, the game would cost more than 8 billion? That was horrifying.
''Wow this is a lot of money.'' Said Luffy.
''Yes, we know.'' Said Gon.
''Your father is a shitty one for make spent all this money in his game.'' Said Sanji.
''I know.'' Said Gon.
Luffy saw Gon look of determination even if he was a little sad, he wanted to find his father. He saw a face like this before, it was in moments like when he was so determined to help someone or go against the odds to go and find the One Piece. The young pirate surely took a like of that kid.
''So, you are really going to do this? Try to raise all this money?" Asked Luffy.
''I guess so.'' Said Gon.
''When you plan leaving your place?'' Asked Zoro.
''In a few weeks. I want to spend some time here before I go in this journey, after that I don't know when I will return.'' Said Gon.
''Ok, then this is settle. Guys, we are staying in Whale Island for a while until Gon decided to go.'' Said Luffy to his crew.
''Huh?" Asked the entire group confused.
''Are you sure about this? Can you even handle try to raise all this money?" Asked Gon.
''Yes, we can. We are pirates, we can do anything.
''YEAH!'' Scream most of the crew.
''Nami you are good with money, so she can help us.' Said Luffy.
''Well, I can try to gather a good amount. But if you want me to reach that much, I will need a fee, and just you two know I am for hour.'' Said Nami.
''So, what do you two say?" Asked Luffy.
Gon was with a huge smile on his faces. His new friends were going to help him raise all that money, it was a dream come true. Killua on the other hand wasn't not much fan of all this.
''What is happening? Why are you all jumping towards us to help?" Asked Killua.
''Well, your friend and our captain are in good terms, so we need to just follow along.'' Said Sanji.
''I guess this has happen before?" Asked Killua.
'Yes!'' Scream the crew.
Soon the crew continued to talk a little bit until they decided to know how they were going to get all that money.
''So, what is your plan?" Asked Luffy.
''I guess we are going to find some treasures and then sell them.'' Said Gon.
''Good that you are with us, as pirates we are masters on treasures.'' Said Usopp.
''Ok everyone, if you all are going to enter the bargain movement you are going to need to learn all the best moves and ideas. Tomorrow we will start training that on the local market.'' Said Nami.
''perfect.'' Said Gon.
''So, I guess we are learning something new from a greedy witch.'' Thought Killua.
''I will try to get information on things that rich people pay a lot.'' Said Usopp.
''I will prepare a medical fee.'' Said Chopper.
''I need make a menu that people will pay a huge amount of money just to eat my food.'' Said Sanji.
''I will beat some idiots and steal their wallets.'' Said Zoro.
''I will do some stealth and steal some treasures.'' Said Robin.
''Meanwhile Killua and I will try to learn as much as we can on selling things and make offers. This won't be easy.'' Said Gon.
''Ok, then let's start working!'' Scream Luffy.
The group soon started to work on their plans to gather money for York New. Nami was teaching the boys how to make offers, Usopp was trying to find old things that rich folks love to buy, Chopper was charging (not much) for his medical servers, Sanji was trying out recipes so he could sell them in York New and gain money, Zoro and Luffy were doing some work in order to gain money and Robin was getting the money from robbers and overall bad people in Whale Island.
As the time goes, the group only earns more and more money.
A few weeks later.
Gon said that he wanted to go right now for York New in order to prepare for the auction. The crew had gathered half a million in all this time. They still have a few months before the auction started according to Gon and Killua, but at this rate they won't reach the double of 8 Billion. They need to go somewhere with more money and maybe a fault to steal it. So, as they were loading their ship Gon and KIllua were saying goodbye to Mito and his grandmother.
''be careful out there.'' Said Mito.
''don't worry, mister Luffy told me that I am in good hands.'' Said Gon.
''Yes, we promised to take good care of your nephew.'' Said Nami to the older woman.
''We sure you all can.'' Said the grandmother.
''Just don't go looking for trouble. Alright Gon?" Asked Mito.
''don't worry, me and the others will be fine.''' Said Gon.
Mito soon hugs Gon and ask him something.
''You will return? Right?" Asked her.
''yes, I promise. I will return some day.'' Said him.
Mito soon smiles at him and sends Gon away to go adventures for the second time.
''Ok, go on you two.'' Said her.
Gon soon enters on the Going Merry for the first time, he was excited to explore the ship, but first he need it to say to Luffy that they could go.
''Alright, I already say my goodbye.'' Said Gon.
'Make this old thing move.'' Said Killua.
''On it! Full speed ahead.'' Scream Luffy.
Soon the ships set sail, leaving Whale Island and Gon once again waves goodbye to everyone.
At front of the Merry Luffy was all excited and soon shouted out like he always do.
''Let's set sail…to York New!'' Scream Lufy all excited to go on a new adventure.
