Agrabah
The Fall of the Sultan
People from all over Agrabah were piling down the streets to the execution center. The harem girls all went out to prepare for the plan. They wore very concealing veils to blend in the crowds as they made their way through the streets.
Dalia remained home with her husband to watch Zafirah. She made some food and brought it to her room where the young girl and Jiminy rested. She creaked open the door walking in. "Zafirah I have something for_" she stopped mid-sentence noticing the room was empty. Jiminy was also gone with the young girl. Dalia's eyes drifted towards the drapes blowing from the window.
Zafirah made her way down to the street with Jiminy hiding in her pocket. "Do you think we should have told them we left?" asked Jiminy peeking his head out of her pocket. The young girl wore orange clothes covering most of her body.
She nodded speaking through the orange fabric, "Yes, I know they want to keep me safe. But we harem girls need to stick together even when the odds are against us."
Jiminy nodded lowering himself back into the pocket. "Anyways thank you for taking me there," he said. The young girl nodded her head walking off disappearing into the crowd.
The Palace soldiers directed people to the scaffolding. Several stood on the sides of road directing the traffic. The streets lead to a circler area where everyone poured in. The execution platform was built against the prison walls fitted with a door built atop the prison leading on top of the scaffolding. The whole block was full of people as they all looked up waiting for the prisoners to show up. Heartless monitored the area. Soldiers, Bandits, and Shadows circled around the masses. Flying heartless floated over the people monitoring the crowds. The Immortals also surveyed the entire event. Dust jumped across the buildings surrounding the square looking down at the audience. Zisa remained atop the Palace walls getting a bird's eye view of everything. Kurt stood before the scaffolding looking on at the people closest to the wooden structure.
The rest of the audience poured in awaiting the event to unfold. The whole crowd remained silent looking around at each other. Aladdin and Donald also made their way into the square blending in the crowd. Abu sat on Aladdin's shoulder getting a better view. The door built atop the scaffolding soon opened gaining mass attention. Everyone attending the event looked towards the prison with a million curious eyes.
A man in fine purple and gold dress came out before the people holding a scroll in his hand. Donald struggled to see lifting his feet up trying to peer over the people shoulders. But his short stature made it impossible. Zafirah was a bit away from them behind several older men. She also struggled but her view was better than Jiminy's who was the shortest of them all. The audience listened carefully as the old man with the twisted mustache opened the scroll reading aloud the fine print.
"Ladies and gentlemen, you are all gathered here today to witness the final moments of the criminals responsible for the kidnapping of Princess Jasmine. They come before you today with woeful eyes as their lives will be handed over to pay for their crimes. In hopes that those who now hold Princess Jasmine captive will release her to escape this fate. May these people provide an example of what happens when you defy the Sultan. And when the deed is done. Go forth and tell all you know. And remind them of who we serve." The man concluded rolling up the scroll before moving to the side. The door opened again with a man in white pants and a black mask walking out with a sharp sword in his hand. Another man came out holding a chain over his shoulder. He dragged the sentenced behind him with the chain wrapped around their necks. Another walked behind the line with a sword in hand.
Raoul, Jameelah, Abia, Oma, Nada, and Nura were dragged out on the scaffolding. They all wore the same clothes as when they were captured but a bit ruffled up. Raoul and Jameelah remained stern almost accepting their fate. Abia remained silent looking at the ground hiding her face. Oma was thrusting her body around trying to free herself like a trapped animal. Her face read as angry and frustrated but determine to survive. Nura and Nada were both crying while looking out at the people.
The masked man stepped forward next to a stool where their final moment will occur. Upon decapitation, their heads will roll off the podium falling to the streets below. Giving everyone a glance at the victim's final face they made before death.
A breeze of sand brushed onto the podium some getting into the executioner's eyes. He brushed it off with his free hand while the other brought out the sword. The purple dressed man walked towards Jameelah. He pointed to her signaling to the guard to release her from her chains. The guard did as he was told while the skinny one watched the others. He unlocked Jameelah's chains freeing the old woman leading her to the stool.
The guard was skinnier then the others but kept more covered. Jameelah came up to the stool slowly. She looked at it dreading every moment. The skinny man grabbed her by the head forcing her down till her neck was in just the right place. A half circle was carved in the block of wood to fit a human neck in it. The purple dressed man came to her looking down. "Any last words?" he spoke in a rusty voice.
"I have nothing to say to you or the people of this once great city. But I have something to say to that coward Jafar." She gave a deep breath and shouted out to the masses. "Jafar is no Sultan. And will never be one. He is a tyrant and a rat. And in time he will be removed from the throne that he stole and fall down into the depth of the darkness. This is his fate. And there is nothing he can do to stop it!" She shouted into the crowd.
The skinny guard became abnormally irritated about this. He grasped the knife as if he'd kill her himself. But he gave off a calm sigh and let go of it. "Is that all? Very well," the curly mustached man motioned to the executioner giving him a signal. He lifted his sword over Jameelah's neck. Nada and Nura cried even more with Abia joining them in their sorrow. The audience looked on as the executioner was about to make his first kill. The guards also watched losing focus of their surroundings. One was backed against a wall to preoccupied to notice a veiled girl walking towards him. When he wasn't looking, the woman punched him so hard that he was thrown back falling over onto another guard.
The woman revealed herself to be Karima. She smiled yelling out what she just did. Heartless then appeared in retaliation. They tried to swarm her, but she used her fighting skills to hold them off. Melek revealed herself in public next using her magic to create a whirlwind throwing people for a loop. She created a small tornado to scare the crowd as well as get everyone's attention. The executioner stopped what he was doing as everyone saw what was happening.
"What's going on?" was a common question going through everyone's mind. Kurt went into overdrive leaving his position going after the girls. Sadira appeared with Melek using ice magic to hold off the incoming heartless. More dark foes appeared to fight the girls with winged heartless swooping down on them like crows.
Kurt ran down to the first girl he saw and charged at her. Karima had her back turned as the Immortal closed in. When Karima finally noticed Kurt was just little ways away. Another veiled woman appeared nearby revealing herself to be Baraka. She brought out her shield sounding, "Barrier." A magic shield then appeared around Karima for a few seconds just long enough to deflect Kurt's attack. The swordsman looked to see the older girl casting the spell recognizing her. He turned his attention to the older woman ready to slice her to pieces till he heard someone call him.
"Hey, you big dummy you want the Princess come get her," he turned to the left to see what he thought was Jasmine running through the crowd. The people who came to witness the spectacle began to panic. Many of them tried to leave while some stayed around trying figure out what was going on. Kurt seeing Jasmine caused him to abandon the two girls to pursue the Princess. Zisa also caught onto this. He floated down from above witnessing Princess Jasmine run through the crowd as well. Zisa pursued the girl unknown to him Kurt was also chasing after Jasmine, but they were not the same target. The two were heading in different directions following what appeared to be the same girl.
Dust remained on top of the building trying to find out what's going on. Dust watched carefully at the two people her allies where chasing. She looked at them like a hawk till she was able to identify their faces. She concluded that neither were Jasmine realizing they've been duped. "Idiots," she said looking up at the scaffolding. Dust understood the plan, she looked around waiting for someone to make a move.
Dust faced the scaffolding remarking, "I can't go up there or I'll blow his cover. But I can't just stay here." She looked around as the other harem girls were fighting off heartless as the entire area became more desolate. Dust decided to have some fun kneeling down a bit. She jumped off the building tops towards the ground. The people under her moved aside as she landed on her feet facing the harem girls. Her veins glowed again as she lifted her leg. With a little twist she began to spin like a top. She headed straight for the four girls like a runaway train. She rode right up to Karima slamming into her. The fighter was thrown off balance landing on her back. Dust launched towards Baraka who tried to use her barrier magic. But Dust was to quick plowing through her shield slamming into Baraka's face. She hit Melek and Sadira as well knocking them all down. She stopped abruptly standing tall over them with her clothes ripped and torn. Dust looked down on them. "You girls ready for the big leagues. Then you better be a hella good."
Back on top of the scaffolding the executioners all questioned what to do. The chained prisoners all looked around trying to figure out what's going on. The skinny one then shouted to the executioner, "Kill her now, they want to stall for time."
The executioner did what he was told holding up the sword again hovering it over Jameelah's neck. With that a slash of sand shaped like a sharp spear morphed from the ground scaring the guard on his arm. He yelled in pain dropping the sword over his back falling down. Another blade of sand did the same taking out the other two guards. But the skinny one managed to maneuver out of the way. The other guard fell like the previous one. A burst of sand swirled into a tornado hiding in the wood of the scaffolding. More blades appeared trying to cut the chains. The veiled woman Dust appeared revealing her body reforming from the sands. She turned her hands to knifes aiming them for the chains. She cut the chains off the bond prisoners on top of the scaffolding. "Thank you," replied Nura holding her hands together. Jameelah also got up smiling at her friend.
The storm still raged till a staff hit the ground. Dust caught whim of the glowing eyes of a snake. With one strike to the ground wind magic burst up high clearing the sand from the scaffolding. Dust shivered seeing the cobra staff in the hands of the skinny guard. His mask was removed when the guards blue veil blew off in the wind revealing himself as Jafar! Dust returned to sand moving out of Jafar's range. The staff's eyes glowed more as a beam of energy was shot from it hitting a building damaging it. "You!" Jameelah spoke.
Jafar stood before them smiling. "You aren't planning on running off again are you?"
Jafar looked at them glaring into their souls. Raoul finally got up as his sword appeared in his hand. "Dust we can take him. There's more of us then him. He's alone," he said to her. Dust reformed near him breathing nervously.
"Am I," he said viscously. He took his staff as darkness flickered around him. He struck the ground twice with his staff as dark entities shaped like shadows separated from his body. The shadows then morphed into identical figures of the sorcerer. With an all-black covering and glowing eyes. One had red eyes the other had blue. "Like my little trick I can only manifest two." He sent the red eyed shadow clone at Raoul. The old man used his sword to slice right through it. But the shadow remained unphased as if Raoul was actually fighting a shadow. It raised its staff at Raoul's chest. Using lightning magic, the figure shot magic right at him shocking him. He fell to his knees as smoke burned off his body.
The other went for Jameelah using Ice magic. Oma jumped in front of Jameelah with her hands up. She blocked the magic, but her palms froze over. She knelt down sighing in pain pressing her hand on her scar. "Oma don't fight your still hurt," Jameelah spoke. The old woman also tried to fight the shadow clone summoning her sword. Similar to Raoul it was fruitless.
Nura and Nada knelt down to Dust. "Ma'am are you alright?" said Nura a bit trembled. Dust showed fear in her eyes while Jafar made his way above her.
He took his staff and rubbed the end of it. The dull end morphed like clay to make a sharp end like a spear. "This was meant to be your fate all those years ago." He lifted it over head preparing to jam it into her skull.
"NO!" Nada and Nura shouted. They summoned their knifes and thrust the weapons at him. But with one swipe of his fiery staff he blew them away. The girls fell down with slight burn marks on their hands. He senses from behind someone was coming for him. The sisters from the harem were hiding in the small spaces between the buildings waiting for the right time to strike.
They jumped on the prison wall running across it lunging at Jafar with their unique weapons. The sorcerer did not budge though. He waited till they got closer and when they were right over his head. He slammed the staff into the ground sounding, "Thunderaga." A burst of lighting shot down from the sky striking the podium where everyone stood. Everyone in the vicinity of the square stopped what they were doing and looked up at them including the Immortals. The lighting faded with Jafar the only one on the scaffolding still standing. He sent away his clones as his enemies lay beneath him.
Dust was still conscious lifting her body up with her hands. She used her powers to revert to sand brushing off into the wind. Jafar noticed this and lifted his staff at her sounding, "Fire." A burst of flames shot at her bursting upon contacting her sand form. She reverted back to human form in midair off the scaffolding. She fell from her height falling towards the ground as flames burned her body.
More people showed back up watching as the battle unfolded. Aladdin, Abu and Donald who never left watched the fight making their way to the front of the crowd. The people stayed back from the execution area watching the fight like a performance. "Who's that?" Donald asked.
"She's the previous Immortal Dust," Aladdin replied.
"Should we do something?" asked Donald.
"If things get messy, we have to wait for Sora. That is what we agreed," Aladdin said staring up.
More prison guards came in through the door leading to the scaffolding enchaining everyone up on the scaffolding once more. Around the square the harem girls have all been taken out. Kurt and Zisa caught Talihah and Jemima in their Princess disguises. Kurt held his swords down over Talihah's neck. Zisa grasped Jemime's by the face pinning her to the ground. Dust single handily defeated Karima, Baraka, Melek, and Sadira. They were beaten on the ground covered in bruises. Zafirah looked in fear through the crowds watching her friends be captured. Jiminy also watched helplessly.
Jafar walked off the scaffolding levitating down till he was right above the original Dust. The veiled woman sand powers broke her fall, but she still struggled to get up.
"You are a worthless coward. Just like nine years ago. No, you have been a coward your whole life. I know who you are. I know where you came from. You were part of that ignorant tribe who abandoned Agrabah all those years ago. They say your people disappeared forever. But you've been hiding among the sands of the world for years. But you were the first one in recorded history to reveal yourself to someone. The previous Sultan. You saved his life years ago after he was lost during an expedition to the west. You abandoned and betrayed your own tribe to save him. But instead of facing your tribal leaders after words. You instead ran away so you wouldn't receive the punishment," Jafar spoke down to the woman.
She got up and turned her fingers to knifes throwing them at Jafar. He used his staff raising barrier magic parting the sands. "You helped him because you were in love in him. That's the law you broke not coming into contact with him. But instead of returning your love the Sultan made you an Immortal. Giving his love to someone else." Dust seemed even more adjugated as her hands turned to blades. Jafar sounded, "Thunder" shooting lighting from his staff shocking her.
"Nine years ago when you met me and my new Immortals. To prove I was the better Sultan. I pinned mine against his in a battle to the death. Both his Kurt and Zisa fell by my subject's hands dying an honorable death. Protecting their Sultan till the end. But not you. You were scared and you ran away when you lost to my Dust. The mark of a dishonorable coward if I have ever seen one." The new Dust smiled at her predecessor's fate from a distance.
Dust reverted back to sand form circling around Jafar. He sounded "Aero" causing magic winds to spin around him blowing the sandstorm away. Dust turned back to normal falling on the ground. Jafar shocked her again. "Such a pitiful and ironic existence sacrifice everything for love and then have it gouged back out at you. Love is a waste of time. Human's don't need it. All they need is pleasure and power. That's all we really desire. And darkness provides us with both these things."
Black shades appeared around him as he smiled at her. His staff's eyes glowed aiming them at the injured woman. The other conscious girls all looked in shock. Everyone watched in fear as Jafar was prepared to end the Immortal's life. Jameelah who was chained up managed to look down at her friend. She shouted, "No!" as Jafar charged his attack. Among the crowd Aladdin grabbed his lamp. Zafirah began to cry as people waited for what happens next. This time Dust did not move.
She looked up closing her eyes. She whispered. "You are correct. I have failed my duties. Please put an end to me."
"YOU'VE DONE ENOUGH!" a voice chanted through the crowds. Jafar's staff dimmed as he tilted his eyes towards the direction of the voice. A veiled woman stepped out in front of everyone into the open path. She removed her cloak revealing herself to everyone. Jasmine stood openly in front of the crowds. This was the first time anyone has seen the Princess in public. Jafar let his staff down smiling at her. "Jafar let her and everyone else go. And you can have me."
"Jasmine no!" said Aladdin tempting to rub the lamp.
"What's happening?" remarked Donald. Rustling could be heard behind them as Goofy appeared tripping over Donald. Goofy tumbled on the ground with Donald but still managed to speak. "Aladdin I'm sorry she got away from me. She said that she had to go to the bathroom."
"Goofy!" they both moaned with Donald grunting on the ground. Tarzan was jumping across rooftops surveying everything.
"Ah Princess you have returned to me at last," he grinned.
"Jafar remember what you said. If I'm returned you wouldn't hurt anyone," she said firmly.
"Princess please," shouted the other girls beaten on the ground. Jasmine did not even look at them. She kept her eyes on Jafar.
Dust looked down at Jasmine with regretful eyes. The veiled woman got up and crawled to Jasmine bowing before her. "Please Princess don't do this. This is my fate. I deserve to die like my brothers. Let them take me. I have failed your Father. Let them act righteous judgement on me for my failures," she sobbed and begged.
Jasmine knelt before her Father's friend and wrapped her arms around her head. She whispered in her ear, "You've done good. Now be free." Dust sobbed even more as the Princess passed her by. Her tears fell on her hands. She said to herself, "Is this water? There's still life in me?"
Jasmine walked towards Jafar who descended to the ground. She gave Jafar her hand which he grabbed softly. He waved his other hand speaking out, "Let them all go. The Princess has been returned."
"Princess," shouted Jameelah from up above. The guards and the Immortals all looked in disbelief. The crowd began to cheer as the conflict finally ended. The people on the scaffolding were released from their chains by the same guards who bound them. Nura couldn't believe what was happening. They all got up as they witnessed the Princess handing herself back to him. The Immortals backed off from the harem girls freeing them at last. Zafirah still cried for the Princess. Jiminy looked around from her pocket. Jafar began to pull Jasmine away with him as several heartless guards appeared to escort them. Jasmine remained silent and stale faced as she walked with them. Aladdin's heart pounded as Jafar took Jasmine away from him.
He then began to rub the lamp whispering, "Genie I wish_"
But he was stopped by Donald and Goofy. They shook their heads. "Look," they both said pointing upward.
Aladdin looked up seeing something coming from above. It was small at first, but it seemed to be getting closer. As it got closer Aladdin recognized who it was. It was Sora riding on the Magic Carpet like a surf board. His faced was determined as he rode faster and faster. Sora looked down aiming for something. He saw the Princess and had the Carpet fly towards her. He was moving so fast he was like a blur in people's eyes. He shouted out flying right towards Jafar. The sorcerer caught wind of this turning towards the boy. He thought that his mind was playing tricks on him as he seen the boy before. But it was what he was riding that truly caused him to express disbelief. Everyone else noticed Sora coming. Everyone watched as the Carpet flew right at Jafar. Sora raised his hand with a fist. Getting close enough. He leaped off the Carpet jumping on the ground while running at incredible speeds. He threw his arm back and lunged at Jafar. The boy thrusted his fist towards Jafar at blinding speeds. His knuckles slammed right into the old man's cheek cracking his jaw and rupturing his nose. The entire thing was like in slow motion. Jafar let go of Jasmine who was just as surprised as everyone else. Sora did what he said and punched Jafar right in the face. The sorcerer lost a tooth as his face ruptured causing him to tip over. Jafar fell down to the left slamming the ground.
Everyone was in disbelief. Aladdin, Abu, the Immortals, Jasmine, the guards and servants, Raoul, Jameelah, the original Dust, the purple dressed man, Jiminy, all the harem girls, Goofy, Tarzan, Donald, and everybody with two pairs of eyes and a mouth that witnessed this feat. All screamed out, "WHAT THE HELL!"
Sora shouted in the air standing over Jafar bringing his keyblade out. "YOU CANNOT HAVE THE PRINCESS OR THIS WORLD!"
