Tom had a little teddy bear since he was born. Eddy was its name. he sang this every day:
There was a little boy, Tom was his name
E-I-E -i-o
He had a teddy bear, Eddy was his name,
E-I-E-I-O
He was only little; this was the best he could do for a rhyme. It was like Crystal with her crystals, or Emily with Dinah.
Thirteen years later, Tom doesn't want to admit it, but he still has Eddy. Emily had Dinah, and Crystal has her Crystals, so he has Eddy. That bear is special. He is Tom's one and only.
