You see, Frank wanted to propose to Hazel, but he wasn't sure Nico would approve. Percy answered the question for him.
''that girl looks your type, Frank.'' Percy said one day. Nico, who was also in the room, growled. ''DEATH! DON'T YOU DARE BREAK UP FRANK AND HAZEL!'' ''I can marry her" frank thought giddily before running after Hazel to save Percy's life.
Frank always told this story to everyone, and was always on team Percy, and so where his children, because without Percy, Frazel wouldn't be a thing.
