Location: Shujin Academy Roof, Aoyama-Itchome

And here is the other that I really wish that I could forget.

The day started out like any other school, wake up, get dressed, say good morning to James and have breakfast, leave to catch the train to Shujin, kept my head down as I tried to keep the other students from finding out that we were the Phantom Thieves and then go home. Simple as that.

I had left Zwei at home as with nothing really planned and with the thought that I hadn't danced in some time, I headed to the roof after I got my dance shoes from my locker when school had finished.

As soon as I made it to the roof, I dropped my backpack onto one the tables and set about switching footwear. When that was done, I searched for my earphones in my pack before plugging them in and put them on as I moved over to the clearing that I made the first time and hit play.

I started with several simple songs first, just something slow to loosen up my joints but after about twenty minutes or so had passed, I selected a faster-paced song started to play, I closed my eyes and let the music take over. I was about halfway through the fourth track when I brought my left leg up as I started to spin on the toe of my shoes and as I started to slow my spin, I felt a hand on my raised leg and another against my rib, right next to my breast.

My eyes flew open when I stopped moving only to see one of the Albain brothers, the one who had the tail was the one who had a hold of me and his fox eared brother was just to his left. With my hand free, I pulled my earphones out.

"What the fuck do you think you're doing? Let go of me now!" I shout as I watch the brother with the ears reach past his brother and yank my earphones and phone away from me before throwing it towards my backpack. I heard it crack against the floor. "What the fuck?"

"We," The one holding me leant forward towards my ear. "we are going to continue what Taurus-sama started."

I couldn't help be shiver at remembering what happened with Taurus and how close that bastard was. It's then that I feel a tongue run against my ear. With my hands still free, I place them on his shoulders and try and push the sick bastard away.

"Get away from me you pervert!" I pushed again and I managed to get him away from my ear but his grip was too tight to let go of me.

His brows furrowed as he looked back to his brother. "Fennec, restrain her."

Fennec nodded his head as he moved out of my line of vision before he grabbed my arms and forced them behind me. He much have made some sort of indication that he had hold of me as his brother lets go of my leg and chest.

"Let me go before I-" Before I could finish, Foxtail leant forward again but goes straight in for a kiss, shortly after, I felt his tongue start to roam my mouth.

I guessed that with my arms behind my back and being raised off the ground a couple of inches, they thought that they trapped me… well he should have kept one hand on my leg. It was a shame that I wasn't wearing my combat boots, but my dance shoes did just find seeing as when I kicked him, he stopped kissing me to grab at his shin.

"WHY you…!" I heard Fennec say behind me as his grip got tighter.

"That's… what… you… get." I said looking over my shoulder as best as I could. When I felt a hand grab my chin and forced me to look forward again, I knew that I just poked an already pissed off bear.

'Please help me.'

"Relax, Fennec…" His grip tightens. "This broken toy just needs to put in her place."

"Bokern tyo?" I felt all of my fight leave me. 'I'm… I'm not… broken, am I?'

I saw him laugh but I didn't hear him. The grip on my mouth loosens just enough for him ram his tongue back into me.

'Please stop…'

As he continued to assault my mouth, his grip on my face disappears but I soon felt both of his hands tug on the button to my blazer. It was clear that it was pissing him off as the time it was taking to undo my blazer made his assault on my mouth got more ferocious. When I felt his fingers grab my shirt, I scrunch my eyes close as I felt tears break the surface.

'…anything but this…'

I couldn't help but shiver as soon as I felt a breeze blow-by. I thought I heard him laugh after he pulls his tongue out and that meant that he saw the scars that I had gained.

'…Help… please…'

The grip on my arms loosened and as my feet touched the ground did I feel a grip around my wrists as I felt a hand run up the back of my leg. It's then that I felt Fox tail press up against my front with one hand cupping my breast and the other resting on my hip under my shirk.

'Dad… Help!'

Ruby had a bit of a panic attack so I've put Zwei in charge of looking after her and I've got Blake and Sun showing up soon… huh, I can see why, I can understand why she doesn't like talking about what happened… why the hell she wanted this in beyond me… I'll have to talk to her tonight about this.

Hmm… If I remember correctly…

Date: 5/6 – Friday

Location: Student Council Room, Shujin Academy, Aoyama-Itchome

Friday was probably one of the best for me, even if the Albain brothers had shown up after their short, unknown absence. We held a meeting during lunch and talked a little bit about what we did over the last few days and then set about talking about what we need to plan for.

So, by the time the day had ended, I choose to stay in the Council Room so that I could get some studying done. I was content to sit there for a couple more hours, but what was a good day for me, was about to turn.

It had probably only been about thirty minutes since school had finished when I heard a knock on the Council Room door and before I could even permit them to enter, the door opens with Sun walking in.

"Hey, Prez? Have you seen your girlfriend anywhere?" He said with his phone in one hand. The fact that he came here looking for Ruby, put a bad feeling in my stomach.

"We're got going out Wukong-san, but no, I haven't seen Ruby."

I watch him scratch his head in frustration before looking at his phone. "Where the hell are you Ruby?"

The bad feeling in me grew as I stood and looked at the clock in the room. "It's not like her not to reply like this."

'It's only been thirty minutes since school let out and if she's not replying then it either means she's using her phone and doesn't realize that she has massages or she can't get to her phone for some reason.'

"I know, she's been fine all day."

'Where could you be, Ruby? Hmm, if you were studying, then you would probably have come to me… you're not replying so you'll probably could be listening something… music perhaps?.' I place both of my hands on either side of my head and close my eyes. 'If so then you could be dancing again or you could be just listening to music… that would mean that you would be on the roof so that you don't get… Shit!'

Opening my eyes and removing my hands from my head and walk past Sun and open the door. The bad feeling sat like a rock in me. "She's on the roof, Sun,"I couldn't hide the nerves in my speech. "go get Toyoguchi-sensei, I'll get Ruby."

It took him a second to understand what I had just said before a glowering looking appeared. "What the hell is going on, Schnee?"

He followed me out the Council Room and towards the stairs. "I'm not sure, Sun, but something is telling me she needs help."

"Then let me come with, she's my friend." I could hear his camaraderie in his voice, but we would still need a teacher.

Placing one boot on the steps leading up to the roof, I look back at Sun. "We are probably going to need a teacher, Sun… so, please, get Toyoguchi-sensei."

I hoped that I was able to convey that this could end badly if for him if I was right. When his features soften, I let a breath out. "Fine," He turns and takes a couple of steps towards the stairs down. "if she in trouble, then make sure you kick the shit out of them."

"I will, Sun." I turned to climb the rest of the stairs.

When I got to the roof door, I took a brief look through the crossed hatched window and saw the Albain bothers sandwiching Ruby, I felt my blood start to boil.

'What the fuck are they doing with my Ruby!?'

Without thinking, I opened the door whilst making enough noise to get their attention. "Get your hands off my Ruby!" I shouted loud enough for them to hear if they didn't hear me before, then they sure did as I watch Fennecs' eyes widen when he looks at me.

"Piss off, Schnee." I heard Corsac say and when he turns to face me, it's then that I could see Ruby in her entirety.

Her eyes where scrunched closed but tears were still falling down her face, her red shirt was forced open given the few tear marks near the buttonholes. I knew why her shirt was open but I still couldn't help but look at the large scar that sat between her breasts and was just visible under her black bra and the other two perfect looking circular indents that sat just above the hem of her skirt.

"How about you be a good little robot and do as you're told!" Fennec said which made me focus my ire at him.

"I'm not leaving here without her and I don't care if I have to beat the crap out of you if I have to!" I watched as Fennec lets go of Ruby and move to stand next to Corsac. And with nothing supporting Ruby, she drops to the floor before crawling over to the tables, when she gets there she huddles under one.

'Don't worry, Ruby, let me protect you.'

"You honestly think that you can take on us?" Corsac said as I moved into a defensive stance. "Once we're done with you, then the fun can finally begin."

I notice Corsac look slightly at Fennec before motioning with his head to attack. I watch as Fennec starts to run towards me with his right fist pulled high and back, ready to strike, when he got within range, he sent his punch straight towards my head. It was funny to see the look of his face as I sidestep him and slap his fist aside.

"What the…?" He said as he came to a stop and turned around.

When he does, I lunch myself towards him and when I got within a few inches of him, I bring my left hand up and brought my palm in contact with his jaw, shutting him up. When a few trickles of blood run down his chin, I realized that he must have caught his tongue. I step aside when he collapses to the floor.

"You bitch!" I turned just in time to see Corsac leap at me with his arm back.

Clenching my right hand, I duck the punch he threw as I brought my fist up to punch his stomach. After a few seconds, I nearly fall over as Corsac goes limp onto me but with a push, I drop him on top of his unconscious brother. It's then that I notice that I some of Fennecs' blood on my hand.

I take in several breaths before rushing over to Ruby. It broke my heart to see her like this and it made it worse when I stopped and crouched down, only to see her turn away from me.

"It's okay, Ruby, they can't hurt you anymore." I said softly as I reached out for her, but stopped just before touching her and as I moved so that I could sit close to her, I could hear her cry and whimper.

"Toyoguchi-sensei and Sun will be here soon, Ruby… can I… can I help you get decent enough?" I said turning my head enough to look at her and waited for her answer.

When she nods her head, I smile as I moved so that I was kneeling and waited till she opened up enough so that I could button up what buttons were left, when that was done, I do her blazer up before taking in her appearance again. She looked hobble.

"Do you have anything in your backpack to wipe your face with?" She nods and as I stand and go to take a step towards her bag, I felt a tug on my boots.

"Please don't leave me here." I heard her in the weakest tone I've heard from her.

Bending down, I pat her on the head. "I'm not going anywhere, Ruby."

When I straighten, I heard the roof door open and Sun speaking. "Hey, Prez? I've got… Holy crap!"

The fact that I left the Albain brothers in a pile near the door with blood coming out the mouth of one and the other on top of the first, must have looked like they were dead, but I didn't care, my main concern was Ruby.

"Oh my god… what happened here Schnee-chan?" I heard Toyoguchi-sensei say as found a pack of tissues in Rubys' bag and knelt near her.

"They were forcing themselves on Ruby and after refusing to stop, I had to defend myself against them." I took Rubys' glasses off before I started to wipe her tears away.

I heard her mutter something before she stood. "All right, Wukong-san, keep an eye on these two for me, I'll get the nurse."

"Yes ma'am." Sun said as he came to a stop a couple of feet away from me and Ruby. When the door closes, I heard him sigh. "Is she alright?"

With Ruby cleaned up as best as I could, I sit down next to her. "As far as I can tell, she's just shaken up by this… anything else, I wouldn't know."

A couple of hours seemed to fly, Toyoguchi-sensei returned with the school nurse and checked the Albain brothers, they were alive and I was right about puncturing his tongue. And with what happened with Taurus, the police were called and after taking mine, Rubys' and the brothers' statements, they took the brothers away. With everything that had happened, Ruby fell asleep at some point and I was glad that Ironwood-san was called to pick her to take her home.

Of course, my luck didn't run long as Sis showed up just as Sun and I were helping a sleeping Ruby into Ironwood-sans car. She was angry at me for getting involved but I was shocked when she praised me for following my sense of justice.

Date: 5/7 – Saturday

Location: Classroom 2-D, Shujin Academy, Aoyama-Itchome

After getting a dozen texts from Sun about what happened last night and I knew that people were going to talk about it the next day… and they did.

It was all anyone wanted to talk about and from what Sun said, Toyoguchi-sensei told Ruby not to show up, so when one of the doors opens and in walks the girl herself, the whole room fell silent. As she walked to her chair it was easy to tell that she didn't sleep well.

When she places her bag on the ground and sits down, she places her head in her hand and stares out the window.

"Are you okay, Ruby?" I asked and when she looks at me, I could see the pain in her eyes.

"I'm fine thank you, Blake." She said in a forced cheerful tone and before I could reply, the bell rang as Toyoguchi-sensei walked in.

When she gets to her desk, she looks over towards me and then at Ruby, before shaking her head.

Date: 5/7 – Saturday

Location: Student Council Room, Shujin Academy, Aoyama-Itchome

As I sat there at the table with few notes in front of me, I couldn't help but think about Ruby… and how small she looked afterwards. Looking up at the clock in the room, I notice that there were about ten minutes left of lunch and that she must be talking her time getting here.

I jump slightly when I heard a knock on the Council Room door. Standing, I walked quickly over to the door and opened it.

"You wanted to see me?" Ruby said in a tone that sounded more forced than anything else.

I nod and move out the way so that she could come in, when she does, she stands facing the window.

As I closed the door, I took a step towards her. "Yes, I… I wanted to ask you if you are alright with being here today, Toyoguchi-sensei did clear it with Principal so that you could have a couple of days off."

I watched her turn around with tears in her eyes. "I'm… I'm… I'm not okay." Her tears broke the surface and ran freely down her face.

Closing the gap between us, brought her into a tight hug with her head resting on my shoulder. "Shh, it's okay Ruby."

My guard was nocked slightly when her legs gave out and I tried my best to keep us up but I ultimately had to lower us to the floor. I know the chairs were nearby, but in that instance, I didn't think about them. I don't really know how this happened, but when her crying came to a stop, it came to light that she fell asleep.

I was able to move us just enough so that I was able to lean up against a nearby counter and Ruby was able to use my lap as a pillow of sorts… I have to say, having Ruby lying there made me blush harder than I think she has made me.

Taking a look at the clock again, I realised that only a couple of minutes were left before lessons started up again and I was grateful that I made Sun swap contact info before he left with Ironwood-san and Ruby the other night.

Snow White: Hello, Sun.

Is it possible for you to bring Rubys' bag, please?

Snow White: She and I are in the Student Council Room and

after she had a lengthy cry, she has fallen asleep

It didn't take long for Sun to show up and to my surprise, Blake as well. I watch as Sun placed her bag down on the floor near the tables before unhooking the main flap and as soon as he does that, Zwei made himself known by sticking his head out.

"Hello again, Zwei." I said as I raised a hand up and out towards him so that I could pat the cutest corgi ever.

"Wait? She knows about him?" I heard Blake say as the corgi in question walks over to me so that I pet him.

"Yeah, she caught him in the courtyard the day after that shit went down with Gwen." Sun said pulling a chair out and sitting down.

"Aren't you going to be late for your class, Sun, Blake?" I asked I as I ran my fingers over Zweis head.

"Toyoguchi-sensei said it's fine for me to be here." She said crouching down near Ruby and me and moving some of Rubys' hair out of the way. "I don't know about you though, Sun?"

"As much as I hate it, you're probably right, Teach, doesn't know I'm here so…" He stands and hands towards the door, but stops when he grips the door handle. "Let me know if anything happens… please."

"I will, Sun." I said as I watch Zwei lie down next to Ruby. He nods before leaving the four of us.

I couldn't help but feel the tension in the air as I sat on the air floor with Rubys' head resting on my lap and Blake sitting at the table reading a book… and I could only guess that it had something to do with the rumours/truths that had surrounded Taurus.

As I tried to come up with a way to apology to Blake, I shifted my focus to Ruby and when I noticed her eyes scrunch up, I reached for her hand and squeezed it gently, just to let her dream self know that I was there. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Blake doing the same, but with a smirk gracing her lips.

"Is everything all right, Blake?" I asked in a soft tone and looked at her.

"Yes, it's strange to see the Robotic Student Council President show some sort of empathy." She said in a somewhat cold tone.

"It's true that I've haven't shown many emotions before she showed up," I looked at Ruby. "but I'm hoping to change that now."

I hear Blake chuckle. "You really like her don't you?"

I snap my gaze to Blake faster than I thought I could but I couldn't hold her gaze for long. "I… I do… she's the only person so far who hasn't treated me with such disdain." I slip my hand from hers when she rolls over and faces me. I bring it to her cheek and run my thumb gently over.

"She likes you as well, you know. She told me that much I know." Blake said as I heard the book she had, close.

I look at Blake only to see a face that is telling the truth. "So… she likes me as well."

'I can't believe it. She loves as well… …Damn it, I didn't think what to do next… I should probably ask her out to start… maybe I could do the same for her birthday, wait!? When is her birthday? Crap, I should have asked for it after my birthday date. I wonder if it's in her file?'

The tension from before had lesson somewhat but it still felt thick like butter. "I'm… sorry about Ilia, Blake, I heard the rumours like everyone else and I even had the Student Council look into it, even though Principal Lionheart told me not to and I'm sorry that we couldn't do anything before what happened."

"As much as I hated that everyone knew what was happening but refused to do anything… hell, even I thought I was doing the right thing for the longest time… but if it wasn't for Ruby and Sun to talk some… sense into me then I would probably have done the same thing…"

"Blake…" I said in a soft tone and watched as her mood flipped a complete one-eighty.

"Oh!" She smiles and waves her right hand. "I'm fine now, even better since Ilia regained consciousness."

"That's excellent news, Blake. I was about to ask you how she was doing." I said with joy knowing that Ilia was doing fine.

"She's fine, she's rest most of the time, but it's great to be able to talk to her again." She looks away and brought the same hand up to her face. "You know, I've always thought of you as goodie two shoes who always followed orders. But after what you did yesterday and how much you care for Ruby; I can see that you're not who I thought you were."

"The same could be said about you, Blake. I've always thought of you as some stuck-up Faunus, like most of them I've met, but now I see a kind-hearted girl who's probably more down to earth than I will ever be." I run my thumb over Rubys' cheek again.

"So, it looks like we both came up with a persona for each other." Blake said before looking at her book.

"It would look like it."

So yeah… this is the hardest chapter to write and I pray that the rest of them go smoother and I do hope that some of you did follow my advice.

I was planning on adding the rest of the day as well to this chapter, but it didn't feel right to do so. Also, an undisclosed number of points to whoever gets the moves that Weiss uses.
