Chapter 36: Mohawk and Pyro
[As the attack on Hexside begins, two new members of Meta appear at the entrance with dozens of Watts' monsters begin to enter the building]
Pyro: Remember, don't get distracted.
Mohawk: Are you really giving that order to me of all people?
[Pyro scoffs]
Pyro: knowing you, you're the most likely to lose track of time.
[Pyro activates his Spirit Power]
Pyro: Spirit Power, Jack O lantern! Pyro Jack!
[A man with a flaming pumpkin head, wearing a cloak and holding a lantern appears on top of him]
Pyro: Commencing operation!
[Flames from Pyro's arms and legs launch him into the air, crashing into the walls of the building leaving a giant hole]
[Mohawk begins to imitate Pyro's words, but in a mocking sort of way]
Mohawk: "Don't get distracted", he says, "you're the most likely to lose track of time" he says. Damn psycho, at least I don't crash into buildings.
[Two masked guards from Hexside appear in front of Mohawk with their staffs ready to go]
Mohawk: Oh hello there.
[Mohawk takes her knives out]
Mohawk: I know we got off the wrong foot, but I just wanna say thank you!
[The two guards are confused]
Mohawk: For being the perfect warm-ups!
[The two guards assault her, before striking her, they feel a swift wind passing by them, they turn around and notice that she avoided them with ease. They are confused, until 5 seconds later they feel stab wounds to their stomachs leaving them defenseless, both drop to the ground as they hold onto dear life]
Mohawk: Let's get this over with.
[The students begin to panic, startled by the explosions, West grabs Bump by the shoulder]
Bump: West, what do we do at this time?
West: Right now, we need to protect the students, as for everyone with a Spirit Power, stay here and do not engage with the enemy, Shatter Squad will handle this!
Willow: What?! Pops you can't do this alone!
Gus: She's right, at least let us help!
[West sighs as he kneels down to reassure to the two witchlings of what's going on]
West: I know you guys wanna help, but now isn't the time, right now your job is to protect everyone else, can I trust you with that?
[Willow and Gus turn to each other, and nod back at West]
West: Shatter Squad! We got company, let's roll out!
[Raymond, A.X.E.L., Lilith and Kotoha ready their Spirits and weapons]
Lilith: King, keep an eye on the others and try to contact Edalyn and Luz, we'll need them.
King: Got it!
Kotoha: Lilith, let's go!
[Lilith prepares her sword and follows the others]
[The three adults and the two younger members gear up for battle and exit the room as for the others, they have fearful expressions on their faces]
Willow: Right now we need to contact Luz and Eda.
Gus: Yeah about that.
Willow: What?
[Gus summons his scroll]
Gus: Let's just say that they may have blocked out all forms of communication.
Willow: What?!
King: So what do we do?
[An idea pops into Viney's head]
Viney: Wait, Luz's mindshare! We can contact her from there.
Jerbo: The only downside to that is it only works for her.
Barcus: ¿Qué pasa si intentamos usar Oracle Magic? (What if we try using Oracle Magic?)
[Everyone is confused]
Jerbo: Why Oracle Magic?
Barcus: Con el hechizo correcto, y Spirit Power, deberíamos ser capaces de crear una frecuencia que podría estar lo suficientemente lejos para alcanzarla, es solo una teoría, pero es lo mejor que se me ocurre. [Jerbo nod and repeats what Barcus said to the group]
Willow: That might actually work! The question is which Oracle Student has a Spirit Power strong enough to pull that off.
[A student walks up to them and interrupts their conversation]
Celine: I think I can help with that.
[The gang turns to see the moon shaped girl volunteering to assist them with their task]
Celine: My power is Himiko, it's a communication kind of Spirit.
[Everyone turns to Willow as she begins to form a plan]
Willow: Alright, Celine, Barcus and Jerbo, get everything we'll need to activate the spell. Gus, King, Amelia and Mattholomule keep an eye out for anyone that's going to enter, Viney, you think your healing magic can boost Celine's powers?
Viney: Coco gave me pointers, so yeah I got this.
Willow: So that leaves the rest of us to...
[Willow notices that the Blights and King are gone]
Willow: Hey where are Amity and King?
[Skara notices that they are gone]
Skara: They were just a second ago.
Gus: Don't tell me...
[Willow sighs]
Willow: Yeah they left to fight with the others.
Skara: So what are we supposed to do?
Willow: Skara and I will get them back, the rest of you, do what needs to be done!
Gus: hang on a sec, Pops told us to...
Willow: I know what Pops said but if Amity and the others are out there, we have to make sure that they don't get hurt.
[Gus is worried but he knows how strong Willow is, so he agrees]
Gus: Alright, just be careful.
[Willow and Skara summon their Spirits]
Willow: Let's go, Skara.
Skara: Yes ma'am!
[Both exit the room]
[As the Monsters attack some of the staff and students a lightning bolt zips past them leaving shattered armor in its tracks]
Edric: What didn't see that coming?
[Two different colored fire melt the remaining Armor off]
Edric: Just so you guys know I had that?
[Emira and Amity walk up to him]
Emira: And we told you to stop running off on your own. You know how hard it is to catch up to you these days?
[Edric rolls his eyes]
Edric: Well at least I did something.
[Amity interrupts her older siblings and takes charge]
Amity: *serious* Knock it off both of you. If these things are involved with Meta, then we have to take out the source. And that means we have to stick together.
[A monster pounces from behind her, Amity reacts to late, but rescuing her is King's Tick Tock Croc]
[it snaps onto the Monster and crushes it to the point there is no metal left]
King: YES! POWER! HAHAHAHAHAH!
Amity: King? What are you doing here?
King: Well you guys left so I decided to follow you. Also I know West gave us orders, but knowing the guys we're up against, it looks like he could use the extra help.
[Amity smiles]
Amity: Thanks King, now let's get down to business.
[The group keeps their pace in taking down Meta's army. In the meantime, West punches a Monster hard that it crumbles on impact]
West: What's the status with everyone?
[A.X.E.L. takes down three of them]
A.X.E.L.: Seeing as how easy taking these things down is, I'd say we're doing pretty good.
[Kotoha throws her swords as Raymond fire lasers from his wrist band]
Kotoha: HAHAH! SUCK ON THAT BITCH!
Raymond: Doesn't it seem strange though.
[West takes another one down]
West: How so?
[Lilith cuts two more]
Lilith: I agree with Raymond, these monsters aren't putting up much of a fight. It's almost as if they are just "distracting" us? Even if they were, that means the ones in charge must be after someone in the school.
[a tomboyish voice interrupts the conversation]
Mohawk: Bingo!
[Mohawk aims to cut Lilith's throat, but luckily Lilith dodges it with ease]
Mohawk: Hm? Aren't you an interesting one?
Lilith: I've dealt with speedsters like you, or just a Speedster.
Mohawk: I'd like to meet this guy.
[Mohawk turns to West and A.X.E.L.]
Mohawk: Oh hey guys how's it hanging, hope me being here isn't too surprising.
[Kotoha and Raymond are confused]
Kotoha: West, do you know her?
[West, staring at the woman in front of him, makes his blood boil, tightening the grip on his ax, he begins to charge at her with anger]
West: YOU BASTARD!
[Mohawk evades with ease]
Mohawk: Aw. Did you miss me?
[A.X.E.L. leaps into her with his claws out]
[Mohawk performs a flare and takes down both of them]
Kotoha: HEY!
[Kotoha attacks Mohawk with her two swords, Mohawk parries with a single dagger]
Mohawk: Dual wielder huh?
Kotoha: What?
Mohawk: You remind me so much of your mother.
Kotoha: Huh?
Mohawk: But then again, you're still far from her.
[Mohawk's aura begins to glow waves of red and whispers into Kotoha's ear]
Mohawk: I heard a rumor that West was involved with the incident, doesn't it make you want to turn your rage to him.
[Kotoha eyes go blank.]
Raymond: GET AWAY FROM HER!
[Raymond fires a few lasers, only for Mohawk to appear behind him]
Raymond: Wait what?!
[Mohawk whispers into his ear as well]
Raymond: you know, A.X.E.L. knew your dad in the past, one time he went on a rampage and he ended up in the hospital. The next day he got out, A.X.E.L. injured him again and again. You can take him down right here.
[Raymond eyes go blank]
[Lilith attacks Mohawk]
Lilith: Stay away from the kids.
Mohawk: Oh hey Lilith, you're about to feel like a total jerk in three...two...
[Pyro launches a fireball and sets her on fire]
Lilith: DAMMIT! WHAT DID YOU...
[Lilith sees a young Edalyn]
Lilith: ...do?
Eda: Why did you do it Lily?
[Eda transforms into the Owl Beast]
Eda: How could you do this to me?!
[Lilith looks at her hands and notices she was also young, but was distracted by the claw mark on her chest]
Lilith: NO...EDALYN I DIDN'T KNOW!
Eda: I'LL MAKE YOU PAY!
[Lilith is seen struggling on the floor, living through her nightmare]
West: Lilith!
[Pyro walks up to him]
Pyro: Honestly I expected better of your newest agents, but this...this is disappointing.
A.X.E.L.: You did this! Well you better undo it!
[Mohawk laughs]
Mohawk: We'd love to...but then we'd just be making things more difficult for ourselves, besides I think you two have your own problems to deal with.
A.X.E.L.: What are you even talking ab...
[A.X.E.L. dodges another laser beam from Raymond]
A.X.E.L.: Wait Raymond?! What are you...
[Kotoha lightning blade stabs A.X.E.L. in the stomach]
A.X.E.L.: What the? Kotoha?
[A.X.E.L. falls to the ground]
West: A.X.E.L.?!
[Mohawk laughs]
Mohawk: As great as our reunion went, we have a certain Blight to catch. In the meantime have fun protecting your new family! BYIEE!
[Mohawk and Pyro walk away]
West: Blight?!
[West notices Kotoha and Raymond attacking the adults, West pushes the both of them out of the way and picks up his injured comrades]
West: (This must be the powers of the Tau and Gamma fragments! I'm going to need some help, but I can't hurt my kids)
[Kotoha and Raymond jump to finish off West and the others]
West: Raymond, Kotoha, I never want to hurt you, but if it means saving everyone, then I have no choice!
[As the two begin to strike, a certain sound is played through the air]
Skara: BOOM!
[Kotoha and Raymond are struck with an explosion]
Willow: Plant Arrow! VINE TRAP!
[An arrow lands on their feet and traps them within strong vines]
Willow: Pops, are you alright?!
[West is shocked to see Willow and Skara there with him]
Willow: I know you said we had to stay behind but I won't sit by and watch anyone else get hurt!
[West places his hand on her shoulder]
West: No! I'm glad you're here, right now I'll need your help.
[Skara interrupts]
Skara: What's going on? Why are Raymond and Kotoha attacking you? Are they with Meta?!
West: No, they were hit by the Gamma fragment.
[Willow is confused]
Willow: Gamma?
West: The Alpha's deceit, it has the power to trick anyone into doing your bidding. The only way to undo it is that you have to smack them in the ear.
[Skara notices that they escaped]
Skara: That should be easy.
West: But..it has to be as hard as possible, to the point where they wake up instantly, if hit too hard then they'll possibly go deaf.
Skara: Oh...
Willow: Wait what happened to Lilith?
[West carries Lilith in his arms]
West: Tau, Alpha's fear, creates a fire that can make you see your worst fear, I'll need water to douse it's flames.
[Skara creates another boom effect blowing the two Shatter Squad members away]
Skara: West get them to safety!
Willow: In the meantime we'll take care of these guys!
West: Wait there's one more thing you need to know! The members of Meta that are here, they're after one of the Blight kids. I don't know who but you have to tell them.
[Willow and Skara are confused but snap out of it after Kotoha and Raymond attack them]
Willow: We'll have to find them later, we have bigger things to worry about!
[Willow and Skara attack both of them]
[Meanwhile Luz and Eda are still waiting at Shatter Squads base. Eda continues to try and call Lilith but doesn't get to her]
Eda: Hmm..Strange I can't contact Lily or the others. You think something is wrong?
Luz: Maybe their line got cut? But knowing them I think they're fine.
[Arthur then begins to wake up from his sleep]
Luz: *gasp* Arthur, you're awake!
[Luz hugs him as Arthur opens his eyes]
Arthur: Luz? Eda? What's going on?
[Luz unwraps herself from the hug and begins to explain what happened]
Luz: When you got back from your solo mission, you were covered in wounds, luckily Coco was able to heal you up and now you're here, we should tell the others, I bet they'd be glad to...
[Something calls Luz]
Celine: LUZ!
[Luz shakes and looks around]
Luz: Huh?
Eda: You alright?
Luz: I guess so...I thought I heard someone call my...
Celine: LUZ!
[Luz looks around again]
Luz: Name?
Celine: Luz can you hear me?!
[Luz knows that it's Celine]
Luz: Hang on a sec.
[Luz activates her Mind share and looks around and notices an avatar of Celine lying in Hexside]
Luz: Celine?
[Celine and Luz lock eyes]
Celine: LUZ! Guys I found her!
[Luz is confused]
Luz: What's going on?
Celine: Luz you have to get to Hexside, Meta sent two members, according to Pops their names are Pyro and Mohawk, right now they are after the Blights, we don't know why but we need back up!
[Luz panics explains to Arthur and Eda the situation]
Luz: Celine says that Meta is attacking Hexside!
Eda: WHAT?!
Luz: She said that they are after the Blight Kids.
[Arthur immediately has an idea]
Luz: We have to go!
Arthur: Luz wait! Tell Celine that they're after Amity.
Luz: Wait what?!
Arthur: Just do it! And tell West or Bump to give everyone permission to engage with the enemy.
Eda: Why?
Arthur: I'll explain on the way, just tell them.
[Luz relays Arthur's message to Celine]
Celine: Okay got it!
[Celine turns off her Spirit Power]
Celine: According to Arthur, Meta is after Amity!
[The students are confused]
Amelia: Amity?
Gus: What do they want with her?
Celine: Right now Luz, Eda and Arthur are on their way. We just need West and Bump to give us the order.
Mattholomule: Order to what?
Celine: To fight back.
[all the children turn to Bump]
Bump: I wish I didn't have to do this, but if they are after my student, then I have no choice.
[Bump calls all the students around the school]
Bump: Attention students! As of now we know Meta's plan, to those that are with Amity Blight, make sure that they don't capture her! According to Arthur, Amity is their target, to all students within the walls you are free to engage with the enemy! Be safe out there.
[Mohawk and Pyro hear Bumps voice]
Mohawk: Well I guess they know what we're up to.
Pyro: That doesn't matter, what matters is that we complete the objective.
Mohawk: And speak of the devil.
[By coincidence, Mohawk and Pyro stand before the Blight kids and King]
Mohawk: Ask and he shall appear.
[Edric smiles while Emira, Amity and King get serious for their encounter]
Mohawk: Amity was it, I'm going to need you to come with us.
[Emira covers Amity]
Emira: And what if she doesn't want to go with you?
[Mohawk sighs]
Mohawk: Well if that's the case, you just made your lives a whole lot worse.
[Mohawk's aura appears]
Mohawk: Spirit Power! God of Thieves! Mercury!
[A silver greek man wearing a angel's helmet and Winged shoes appears behind her]
Mohawk: I'll take her, thank you.
[Mohawk zooms to catch Amity, but Edric moves quicker to kick back]
[Mohawk is pushed back into her corner being and is amazed with Edric's speed]
Mohawk: Another speedster, I'm impressed. That's a strong kick ya got there.
Edric: I aim to impress.
[Pyro pushes Mohawk out of the way]
Pyro: *serious* Enough! I said not to get distracted!
[Pyro summons Pyro Jack and launches a ginormous line of fire at the children]
[Emira summons the Phoenix to push back with her own flame]
Amity: Let's do this!
[Emira talks back to Amity]
Emira: NO!
Amity: What?!
Emira: King take Amity and get out of here!
King: Hold on a second! No one bosses me around!
Amity: Yeah you guys are going to get yourselves killed!
Emira: *serious* AMITY!
[Amity is shocked]
Emira: If all four of us lose here, then they'll be able to capture you, we don't want that! So just leave these two to us, and get out of here!
Amity: BUT!
[Emira creates a wall of flames, King pushes her out of the way creating a wall between both pairs.]
Amity: EM! What are you doing?!
[King summons Peter Pan to use his dust on Amity]
Amity: King, what are you doing?!
King: Sorry Amity! I don't like backing down! But Emira's right about something! If they're after you then it'd be best if we get out of here!
[King and Amity float away as fast as they can]
[Pyro shuts off his flames]
Pyro: Risking your life to save your own, as a fellow soldier I respect your decision.
[Emira brings out her Fire Fan]
Emira: Thank you for your remark. But right now I need to take you down! Ready Edric!
[Edric cracks his neck and knuckles]
Edric: Oh yeah! Let's do this!
[Mohawk chuckles]
Mohawk: Just so you guys know, this is probably the dumbest thing I've seen anyone do in their lives. I don't think I've seen anything more stupid.
[Mohawk grabs her knives]
Edric: Well us Blight always aim for the top, so we'll do just that!
[All four jump at each other, Mohawk strikes with her knife, but Edric blocks with his leg, surprised that it wasn't stabbed, things were only getting more fun for the Female Speedster]
[Pyro then summons a fireball, Emira then creates a fist of flames and punches one of them, blacking out to Kotoha punching Willow]
Willow: AGH!
[Willow catches her breath and fires another arrow]
[Kotoha grabs her sword and tries to cut it down]
[But with a wave of a finger, Willow generates a spell circle and transforms it into a monster plant and wraps its vines around the Kunoichi]
[Releasing her hands Kotoha creates the signs for a Fireball technique. Burning the species of Boiling Isles flora down. She lands safely until Willow punches her in head]
[Skara on the other hand struggles with her opponent, due to the fact that none of her attacks barely dent his shield]
Skara: Oh come on! Ray-Ray can't you see I'm trying to help you!
[Skara reaches for her mic and yells]
Skara: BLOW!
[A gust of wind pushes Raymond far but leaves him standing]
Skara: How tough are they supposed to be?
Willow: According to West, they're parents are ex-Roundtable members, so they probably have the same skills they do.
Skara: Great! Least none of us wanna chicken out.
[More of Watts' monsters enter the area and surround the two]
Willow: Oh man! These guys!
Skara: I don't think we can take them all.
[Two students yell out their Spirit Powers]
Mattholomule: Storm God of Strength! Take-Mikazuchi!
Amelia: Tax Stealer! GOEMON!
[Mattholumule smashes the ground forming stone pillars taking out the their foes]
[Amelia on the other hand, cuts some of them]
Amelia: JACKPOT SNATCH!
[A floating device appears beside her stealing the energy from the people she touched leaving them weak, Amelia grabs her boiling Kunai and finished them off]
Skara: Amelia? Mattholomule?! Thank Titan!
Mattholomule: Figured you could use the back up.
[Willow calls out to Skara]
Willow: Skara! FOCUS ON THE FIGHT!
[Kotoha throws another punch to Willow, however she grabs it and shoulder throws her down, attempting to punch her in the face, Kotoha rolls out the way, and gives Willow a low sweep. Throwing the girl off balance, the ninja goes for a spinning back kick]
Skara: SCRATCH!
[Slashing Kotoha back she falls face forward and struggles to get back up.]
[she looks up to see Willow kneeling down, and before she could do anything, Willow slaps her hard in the ear, snapping Kotoha out of her trance]
Kotoha: OWW! What the!
[Kotoha screams in pain]
Kotha: WHAT THE HELL! Why is there a wound on my back?! And why did you slap me?!
[Willow offers her hand and picks Kotoha up]
Willow: You were hit by the Gamma Fragment. And luckily we got you out of it.
[Willow carries her friend on her shoulder]
Kotoha: Well whatever happened, thank I guess.
Skara: And now you can help with...
[Skara is interrupted by Raymond's force field covering all of them]
Kotoha: Raymond?
Skara: Yeah...
[Raymond begins to shrink the field.]
Mattholomule: WAIT IS HE SERIOUS! HE'S GONNA CRUSH US?!
Raymond: While he refuses to do that, I guess he is.
[Amelia begins to panic]
Amelia: WHAT DO WE DO NOW?!
[As the Forcefield gets smaller, Raymond feels a slight tap on his shoulder, he turns around to see who it is but no one is behind him he looks ahead and sees Gus]
Gus: Hey buddy, sorry to do this to you!
[Gus bring a frying pan and smacks in the ear, knocking him out and shutting down the forcefield]
Gus: HAHA! GUS FOR THE WIN!
[Kotoha smacks him in the head]
Gus: OW!
Kotoha: A frying pan? Nice thinking, but I'd prefer the paper fan, it's much funnier.
[Gus smiles]
Gus: Thanks Kotoha.
[Kotoha falls back down but Gus and Mattholomule pick her up]
Amelia: Uh is he going to be okay?
[Amelia points to Raymond]
Raymond: *groans*
[Skara does the same for Raymond]
Skara: Ray-Ray, you good?
[Raymond begins to talk in a weird way]
Raymond: I like to play with firemen!
[Kotoha shrugs her shoulders]
Kotoha: eh I'm pretty sure he'll be fine in ten minutes. How are Lilith and A.X.E.L. doing?
Amelia: They're fine. West managed to douse the Fear Bringer flames and A.X.E.L. should be having a full recovery from your stab wound.
[Kotoha is shocked and is ashamed.]
Willow: Hey don't worry, it's not your fault. Let's just find Amity and get back to the others. I'm pretty sure Luz would be here any minute.
[Luz uses a fire spell on one of Watts' monsters, (again I mentioned that but I forgot what I called them). A monster comes at her from behind, but she counters with a front kick]
Luz: They're blocking the main entrance!
[Arthur and Eda cut down two more]
Arthur: All the other entrances are sealed, we will have to keep fighting our way through!
[Eda uses an ice spell and freezes one of them]
Eda: You still haven't told us what's going on!
[Eda wacks another with Owlbert]
Eda: Why the Blight kid of all people?!
[Luz creates a Light blade to cut another, and summons lighting to shoot more of them down]
Luz: Eda, Arthur isn't the type of person to hide anything! I know him!
Eda: Really! You think you do know him?! Then why is it that ever since he came here, you've been having recurring nightmares! And the fact that you got your power before anyone else did!
[Luz shoots Icicles]
Luz: I don't know! Coincidence I guess!
Eda: Luz, this isn't a coincidence!
[She yells at Arthur]
Eda: If you've been honest from the beginning we wouldn't have been in this mess right now!
Luz: Don't yell at him!
[Arthur yells at her]
Arthur: She's right! I've been keeping secrets from everyone!
[Luz is shocked]
Luz: What?
Arthur: West and I have been keeping things from you, and some of your friends have been able to figure it out.
[Arthur cuts down one more]
Arthur: We were going to tell you eventually...
Luz: Tell me what?!
Arthur: All the answers! Your Nightmares! Your other abilities! How you can perform magic! Eda was right about the fact that humans couldn't do that! How you were immune to Watts' mind control!
[Luz becomes more confused]
Luz: What are you saying?!
[Eda protects the both of them]
Arthur: Luz, that nightmare you've been having! Was it about someone named Merlin?! And her putting you through different scenarios, each involving the people you love?
[Luz is then shocked by the revelation]
Luz: How do you know that?!
[Arthur cuts down ten more]
Arthur: Luz, those aren't nightmares, those were your actual memories! Remember how I said they tortured the Alpha to take its fragments! They did just that!
[Luz begins to remember it all]
Arthur: One day the Alpha removed it's own memories, it was supposed to go to West, but he refused it after seeing what they did to it.
[Luz starts to have migraines each pulse with a recurring memory]
Eda: Luz! You okay?
[Arthur creates a giant sword and cuts all of them down]
Arthur: Luz, those abilities were from Alpha itself. Being able to see Glyphs. Entering other people's minds. Luz, you're not human to begin with.
[he walks up to her]
Arthur: You have abilities beyond any of us. And the reason for that is..well i think you can figure that out yourself.
[Luz calms down and collects her thoughts]
Luz: These powers, the white light, the memories. Are you saying that...
[Luz clenches her chest]
Luz: ...I'm the Alpha?
[Eda is shocked, while Arthur is saddened]
Arthur: Yes. I didn't want to tell you. But I can't keep this secret anymore. I'm sorry.
[Luz collects her thoughts and calms herself down. She then summons her staff and hugs Arthur]
Luz: We can't worry about this right now! We need to help Amity and the others.
[She walks past him and grabs Eda's hand]
Luz: Let's go!
Eda: Luz, are...are you okay?
[Luz faces Eda with a look of fake happiness]
Luz: I'm fine. Don't worry.
[Luz then holds back her emotions, thinking back to her dream]
Luz: (That person in my dreams, Merlin...it can't be...can it?)
[King and Amity hide in a safest place possible]
King: Okay I think we should be safe!
[He turns to Amity with tears in her eyes]
King: Are you okay?
Amity: How can I be fine after leaving my own siblings there to fight those monsters?!
King: They were trying to protect you.
[Amity lashes out at the little Demon]
Amity: Don't they know that I'm not a little girl who needs protecting anymore! I'm trying to be the best witch there is! I can't have them always getting in my way!
King: Amity! Listen to yourself! Your siblings did that for you! They were protecting you and this is how you treat them!
[baffled by his remarks Amity wants to say something but is interrupted]
King: Think about it! Luz told me about how they messed with you your whole life! But ever since she came here! Have things been the same?!
Amity: Where are you going with this?
King: Amity I know your siblings are annoying at times, but they love you! When they saw what you were doing, they worried about you! And if things get worse from here, who knows what's going to happen! But your siblings will always have your back! Just like Luz and Eda have mine.
[Amity breathes deep]
King: So right now we have to stay and hope that they're alright. Believe me knowing them I'm sure they're fine.
[Mohawk bends down and speaks into King's ear]
Mohawk: Do you really think so?
[King is terrified and jumps back]
[Both Amity and King ready their weapons]
Mohawk: Well if you really wanna see how they are doing, you can ask them yourself.
[Pyro throws to bodies on the floor covered in wounds and burn marks]
Amity: *gasp* No!
[Mohawk kicks their bodies]
Mohawk: How did I do it, you ask? Well first the fight was going smoothly in their favor, we were overwhelmed, stuff happened, but then, I had an idea. I used my gamma powers to whisper into Emira's ear, telling how Edric has always been holding her back. Emira fell for my Power and began to attack Edric, Edric got confused, both were hit with a Fear Bringer Flame from my colleague and boom. They both were struck down under short notice.
[Mohawk laughs like it was the funniest thing ever]
Mohawk: you should have seen the look on your brother's face when Emira attacked him, he was crying and started to beg her like a spineless loser, he was like "Emira please stop, why are you doing this?". Man that shit is funny. What's funnier is the fact that Emira is going to wake up to this like nothing happened, Edric on the other hand. He's gonna cry so much. Oh man I wish I recorded it.
[Mohawk continues to mock the both of them]
[Amity grits her teeth in Anger and belts Mohawk in the face, causing her fly into the lockers]
Mohawk: AGH! WHAT THE HECK! ARE YOU CRAZY?!
[Amity aura begins to grow brighter than it's ever been]
Amity: Don't you dare mock them! Don't you dare mock my family!
[The Necro Flare rises, Mohawk tries to evade but is trapped by black abominations]
[Amity creates a Scythe and pierces her right through her chest]
Mohawk: AGH!
[in a demonic voice she yells]
Amity: YOU DIE!
[Mohawk scream in fear...until Amity is knocked out]
Amity: What?
[She is knocked unconscious]
Mohawk: Huh?
[Picking her up is One himself.]
One: You really took your time throwing everyone into confusion. But doing that almost led to your demise. What do you have to say for yourself...Mohawk?
[The Scythe and abominations dissolve, as she is gets up and begins to apologize]
Mohawk: I'm sorry there were just so many I thought I could.
One: Thought you could get distracted and make a mess of things. Why don't you follow in your partners footsteps, he took down a member with just an attack.
[Mohawk sees King living his worst fear because of Pyro]
One: No matter, you two still did what had to be done. Even if it means making ourselves more known to the public. But we managed to get it done in time. For now, we'll proceed with our plans.
[Mohawk smiles]
Mohawk: The God realm correct?
One: Indeed. Let us be on our way.
[He is interrupted by all the Hexside students in Willow's group]
Willow: HEY YOU! Put her down! Or else.
[One sighs]
One: Child I suggest you leave. Or things will get worse.
Willow: I won't even think about leaving my friend.
[One gives Amity to Pyro]
One: Then you leave me no choice!
[One turns around and activates his Conqueror's Eye forcing Willow, Gus, Mattholomule, Amelia and Skara to fall]
One: I think I've made my point. Let's go.
[One has Watts activate a portal taking them back to the base, Luz, Eda and Arthur arrive a little too late]
Luz: AMITY!
[Luz chases them but as soon as she get close, the portal closes]
[Luz falls to the ground knowing she almost had her, she clenches her fists and yells in anger and sorrow about the mistake she made.]
[The healers all gather those who are injured, while many of the ones who aren't assist them.]
[Hexside is in shambles, the team is injured, and now this. Luz can't think of anything anymore.]
Eda: Where did they take boots?!
Arthur: The one place where they truly need her. The God Realm.
