Chapter in Friday hmm~?
So this is pretty last second thing, hehe... The upload schedule will mostly be on Friday-Saturday onwards, but I'm not promising that I'll be doing it every Friday or Saturday due to my schedule. My schedule has been very inconsistent lately and I've been busy with my work that I really need the lazy days on the weekends. The good news is that I'll be starting to write again since I have few chapters in my reserves that are ready. Like I mentioned before in previous chapters, if I'm not able to upload in time, I'm busy with writing new chapters or focused more on other things.

Last time we left off with Fuutarou being able to calm down when Itsuki is around him, making him very happy he's able to deal with the nerves around her easier. Although he is still nervous around the other 4 Itsuki lookalikes. How will Fuutarou deal with it?
With that said, let's start the chapter!

It was Monday morning. Nino Nakano was waking up and started getting ready to cook food for her sisters. While she went over to the kitchen, Nino started thinking about the festival yesterday. Particularly about when she noticed Itsuki and Fuutarou on a nearby bench at the top of the building they had access to.
"Hmph… Itsuki told us that she was only going to check up on him and join us afterwards… I didn't think she would take all her time with Fuu-kun!" Nino thought while finding the ingredients.
(She could remember when she noticed that Itsuki was taking a lot of time alone with him, so she wanted to get her so they could continue setting up the fireworks. What she saw caused her to be jealous. What caught her interest is that Fuutarou was able to feel less nervous around Itsuki, noticing the smile he showed towards Itsuki.
"She did something to make him feel comfortable around her! I was supposed to be the first! Urgh…" Nino thought as she got frustrated that Itsuki was able to get him calm first before her. The next thing she knew was what Fuutarou was going to say next to Itsuki.
"I think when you kissed me on the cheek so suddenly managed to make me feel less nervous around you, Itsuki…" Fuutarou told Itsuki. Upon hearing what he said made Nino even more jealous of Itsuki. She got so jealous that she went back to her other sisters and Raiha, continuing to light up the fireworks while figuring out how to get her love interest to feel less nervous around her.
"Hmph… You might have the advantage now, sis… But I'm not going to give up making him mine while he's our tutor!" Nino thought, forming a confident grin.)
Remembering that, Nino then made a confident fist and then started to make breakfast for her sisters. After she was done making their breakfast, she then began to make a homemade bento for Fuutarou to eat in school.
"I'll show you, Itsuki! I'm not going to let you take him away from me that easily, be prepared!" Nino thought, getting confident while styling up her bento for Fuutarou and packed the bento in the bag.
Meanwhile, Fuutarou headed out and was on his way to school. Feeling happy that he's finally being less nervous around Itsuki, he raised his fist in confidence.
"I think it would be easier now that I'm feeling less nervous around Itsuki… I definitely need her around if I want to get through the next sessions and tutoring the rest of her sisters…" Fuutarou thought about the situation.
During his walk, the witch suddenly appeared near his shoulder and started lying down.
"It seems like you're in a very good mood today, Fuu-chan~ Are you thinking about the kiss yesterday, perhaps~?" Kanna teased him, giving a huge grin.
"K-Kanna! You need to stop appearing so suddenly!" Fuutarou said, startled and blushed when she teased him.
"Oh come on, something special did happen at the festival~" Kanna teased him continuously, much to Fuutarou's frustration.
"Well… You were right. I feel comfortable around Itsuki now…" Fuutarou replied to her, making the witch happy.
"I told you that it would happen sooner or later, Fuu-chan~! It's only just the beginning, wait till all the other quintuplets get to kiss you~" Kanna said happily.
Fuutarou only sighed and looked at the road ahead, continuing to walk to school.
"There's one thing I want to know, if you don't mind me asking," Fuutarou said, trying to get her attention. Kanna tilted her head and got curious.
"Ask away, I'm all ears!" Kanna replied, giving him her full attention.
"There was this one time when I tried to get out of Itsuki's grip… When I tried getting out, it felt like that I couldn't. I don't know if it's the magic doing this or Itsuki is just very strong holding me, and I know Itsuki eats a lot when we got to know each other better so she couldn't be that strong," Fuutarou told her. Kanna floated from his shoulders and moved to face him and smiled.
"It would mean that the spell is really strong. If you couldn't let go when you two were alone, it would mean that your feelings for Itsuki is very strong," Kanna told him.
Hearing that, Fuutarou nodded and accepted it.
"I see, then it would mean that Itsuki has to let go of me when we're alone… I was able to get out of her grip when we were close to meet her sisters for the next tutoring session…" Fuutarou reflected.
Kanna nodded, moving back to his shoulder and started lying down again in a napping pose.
"You're a quick learner aren't you, Fuu-chan~?" Kanna commented while she giggled. Fuutarou smiled a little before giving her a serious expression right after.
"Well, if that's all you wanted to ask, I'm glad you're being more accepting to my curse," Kanna said, feeling proud of him.
"I'm still not thanking you, Kanna… I may be calm around my Itsuki, but I'm still annoyed that you casted this spell!" Fuutarou said to her, annoyed.
Kanna giggled a lot, which made Fuutarou annoyed more.
"What's so funny?"
"Oh, nothing~ It's just you claimed Itsuki as your property, hehe~" Kanna said and giggled more, making Fuutarou's eyes widen.
Upon realizing what she meant, Fuutarou blushed very hard in embarrassment.
"Don't worry, it's part of the spell. Once you're comfortable around the quintuplets, you'll start blurting out even better compliments~. I can recall you calling Itsuki a woman, which means your feelings for her are growing stronger!" Kanna exclaimed.
Fuutarou only nodded, too embarrassed to say anything while he continued to listen to her.
"The same will happen to the other quintuplets once they get to kiss you and you get calm around them too," Kanna elaborated further.
"So keep doing your best, make them graduate and win their hearts Fuu-chan~" Kanna told him with a hint of teasing.
"S-shut up… I'll make sure they pass, that's for sure!" Fuutarou said with confidence, making Kanna happy as she vanished.
Fuutarou looked again at the road, noticing he's getting close to the high school. Upon arrival, one of the Nakano quintuplets was waiting for him. He noticed that she had long hair, meaning it could be Nino or Itsuki, but looking closer he noticed the red uniform she was wearing and the hair length which could mean this must be Itsuki. He wasn't certain until he noticed that his heartbeat wasn't beating as fast as normal, which made him certain that it was the youngest quintuplet.
"Hey Itsuki, did you wait long?" Fuutarou asked her with a small smile.
The girl with star pins shook her head and faced him with a smile of her own.
"No, not too long! I'm glad you got here earlier than last time, Uesugi-kun~!" Itsuki beamed, getting happy once he greeted her.
Fuutarou noticed her happy tone was different than usual. He wondered if the day at the festival might have to do with it. Upon remembering the kiss she gave him on the cheek, Fuutarou blushed but he was able to control it better.
What made him curious is her happy mood.
"I look forward to the study session today~" Itsuki exclaimed while Fuutarou nodded at her and chuckled.
"Hehe, I'll make sure you pass your exams and reach graduation! I'll make sure to do my best for someone beautiful as you!" Fuutarou said with determination and blurted out the latter.
It made him cover his mouth again in embarrassment while Itsuki blushed heavily, but she giggled and was happy earning compliments from her tutor.
"…a-and y-your sisters too w-will d-definitely pass a-as w-well…" Fuutarou stuttered upon mentioning them.
Fuutarou knew that he was only calm around Itsuki, but he's still nervous when he's around her sisters. Itsuki looked at the stuttering boy and smiled.
"Uesugi-kun, you're feeling very calm around me lately~ Is it because of the festival perhaps?" Itsuki asked him with a small hint of teasing, making him blush for a moment before being able to calm down.
"Yeah, but even if I am calm around you, I still feel flustered around you at certain times," Fuutarou said to her calmly.
"So you were nervous around me back then… I thought I did something wrong…" Itsuki replied to him, feeling relieved.
"I'm glad to hear that, Uesugi-kun~"
"A-anyway… We should head to class soon and after that, we'll meet up with your sisters for the next tutoring session," Fuutarou told her.
"You can lead the way, Uesugi-kun!" Itsuki beamed, latching her arm around his, making Fuutarou flustered but he managed to form a smile while looking at the girl.
The two then walked inside the high school, hearing a lot of whispers about them but they were too distracted by each other. Fuutarou stroked her ahoge, making the girl happy while she leaned her head closer to his shoulder while they continued to walk.
"You're pretty close than usual…" Fuutarou commented on their scenario.
"Hm~? Does it bother you?" Itsuki asked him, but she knew the answer.
"Not really, it just caught me by surprise… I didn't think you were that affectionate, Itsuki-chan… Then again, I don't mind a beautiful woman like you showing affection to me…" Fuutarou blurted out, looking down in embarrassment upon realizing that most of the students heard him. Itsuki only blushed harder, but she couldn't care less when she could get closer to Fuutarou.
"I'm glad~"
On their way to their class, Fuutarou definitely noticed Itsuki's sudden behavior towards him and it was clear to him.
Itsuki Nakano was slowly falling for him.
After their classes were over, Fuutarou and Itsuki were on their way to meet their sisters to prepare for the next tutoring session. Fuutarou was very nervous, but Itsuki looked at him with a gentle smile, reassuring him that he can do it. They finally reached the outside, where the other quintuplets were waiting for them near the tree.
"Itsuki! Uesugi-san~" Yotsuba was the first to call out to them once she saw them, waving as if she was in panic mode.
Fuutarou gave Yotsuba a small awkward wave, making Yotsuba happy.
"T-thank y-you g-girls f-for waiting f-for u-us," Fuutarou told them. Nino walked closer to him, giving him a bento which he awkwardly took off from her hands.
"I'm glad to see you again, Fuu-kun! I wanted to give you my bento earlier, but I couldn't find you during lunch time… I have a feeling that Itsuki took all of your time," Nino said with a frown, which was meant to her, but Itsuki only smirked at her.
"Hehe, I noticed that Uesugi-kun was reviewing our last sheets during lunch so I couldn't help but check it out. The next thing we knew that we spent the entire break working on what we needed to improve," Itsuki explained.
"So that's why neither of you showed up…" Miku commented with a gloomy expression.
"Anyway… When did you two get so close?" Nino asked Itsuki, with a small hint of jealousy from her tone. Itsuki noticed the jealousy of Nino's tone and smirked more.
"It was during the festival~ I saw Uesugi-kun sitting alone on the nearby bench when we were at the top of the building," Itsuki replied while getting closer to him, making the quints jaw drop for a moment. Fuutarou cleared his throat to get their attention.
"A-anyway, l-let's g-get to your a-apartment s-so we c-could s-start t-the t-tutoring session soon… Like Itsuki mentioned, I c-checked your sheets d-during lunch break a-and I k-know w-what you g-girls need t-to i-improve…" Fuutarou said, flustered around the girls.
All the girls nodded while Ichika called for their personal driver to drive them to the Pentagon. Meanwhile, Nino was looking at Itsuki and Fuutarou who were awfully close together.
"He was sitting alone… So that's why Fuu-kun wasn't with us when we were setting up the fireworks… Ugh, if I noticed Fuu-kun before Itsuki, I would have had my alone time with him! Itsuki even kissed him on the cheek during their time together!" Nino thought in jealousy.
"Do I even have a chance? They look so happy together… N-no! I'm not going to give him to Itsuki just yet!"
"Shishishi~! I'm sure that whatever we need to improve, I have faith in you, Uesugi-san~!" Yotsuba beamed while getting close to him, trying to grab his other arm.
However, Fuutarou's heartbeat began to rapidly beat faster than normal, causing Fuutarou to hide behind Itsuki, facing her back with his back. Itsuki was surprised, but she gave Fuutarou a small smile and held his hand, calming him down. Yotsuba could only look at them with a sad expression while she got surprised herself.
"U-Uesugi-san?" Yotsuba muttered out his name.
Yotsuba still looked at the flustered man who was behind Itsuki, noticing how close they were. She could tell that he felt even calmer when he was around Itsuki, which made Yotsuba wonder what happened.
"I know he's flustered around us, but… Has he been closer to Itsuki before? He was shy around Itsuki too, wasn't he?"
"It's okay, Uesugi-kun… Just do your best tutoring us and if you feel nervous around my sisters, you can always come to me for comfort~ You're calm around me after all, right~?" Itsuki said, reassuring him that she's there when he needs to calm down.
Fuutarou nodded shyly, happy that he could rely on her.
"T-thank you Itsuki, I'm glad I can count on a gorgeous woman like you…" Fuutarou blurted out, but didn't cover his hands as he was trying to calm down.
Yotsuba witnessed the scene in front of her and it made her feel jealous, as if Itsuki was taking all his time away from her. Before she could get even angrier, she turned around and tried to calm herself down.
Fuutarou realized what he just said to Itsuki and quickly apologized.
"I'm sorry Itsuki, I'm still blurting out compliments and not thinking before I speak, haha…" Fuutarou said awkwardly, which made the youngest quint smile at him.
"It's okay Uesugi-kun~ Let's do our best today!" Itsuki said with enthusiasm, earning a shy nod from Fuutarou again.
A limousine appeared from the left side as it was parked at the front of the schoolyard. The front window was rolling down, revealing the driver.
"Good afternoon Uesugi-sama, girls! I'm sorry for being late, there was traffic during my way here," the driver said.
"Ah, don't worry about it, Ebata-san," Ichika replied to the man called Ebata while chuckling.
"Shall we get to the Pentagon then?" Ebata asked and Ichika nodded to him. They all went to the back of the limo as Ebata drove off to the Pentagon.
While inside the limousine, Itsuki was still latching her arm to Fuutarou's arm, which made the other 4 girls look at them in jealousy.
Ichika made a fake smile, but she was jealous at what she's seeing deep down. Nino frowned deeply, believing that she has to get aggressive and find a way to get him alone with her while figuring out a way to impress him. Miku pouted extremely hard, to the point that she raised two fists near her face in anger. Yotsuba, despite her happy go lucky personality, made a face that was hard to read. Her dark aura began to glow around her as she didn't like how much attention Fuutarou gave to her youngest sister.
Fuutarou looked at the other four quintuplets, who quickly formed smiles on their faces to hide their jealousy, but Fuutarou could feel that they all had a dark aura around them, making him nervous and uneasy.
It made him wonder how the tutoring session would go…
Oh dear, 4 jealous girls are scary to have around if I must be honest.
Will Fuutarou be able to tutor them what they need to improve or will their jealousy towards Itsuki begin to break? Let's hope they don't go too extreme and find out next time.
