Chapter Five

The girls gathered in the living room, sitting down on the couches and getting ready to shop. Liz started setting up her computers to project onto the wall, so the girls would all be able to see the options.

"Okay girls, as we know, we're going to Blackthorne. We also know that uniforms are optional. So do we want to order uniforms and just revamp them with some extra clothes, or do we want to order all new clothes? If you want uniforms, vote raise your hand," Cammie said, and counted more than half the room voting for uniforms. "Good choice guys, I think it will make our packing and dressing up way easier to accomplish. We definitely can order some extra clothes on the side incase we go into town while we're there, and I have a sneaking suspicion some formal wear will be in order," she finished.

With that information in mind, Macey started going onto different websites and broadcasted them onto the screen.

"Girls, I was looking into uniforms earlier, and I found a good website. What are we planning on doing with our uniforms so that I can order the right size?" Macey asked. She went around the room and wrote down the girls' sizes, then returned to the front to discuss other clothing items. "We know we might need some formal wear so we can order that separately and have it shipped in different packaging so that our dresses remain intact. For town and weekend wear, we can just take turns going up to the computer today and putting them in the cart. I'm also going to order us some suitcases because, well, we clearly didn't pack for a semester. Do you guys want to monogram our suitcases and get tags and stuff?" she asked, all in a rapid fashion. Everyone shook their head yes, which Macey took as a good sign because she powered through to her next mini speech. "Also guys, if there's anything else you see that you want to get, just put it in the cart. Our dear Mr. Soloman is covering the tab," she said, with a wink.

After Macey's speech, we headed to the kitchen, bringing the laptop with us so that we could make our orders while also making food. Tina started looking around in the cabinets, and Anna looked in the fridge, somehow knocking over a glass and shattering it. She immediately grabbed the broom and started sweeping the mess up. After scrounging around the kitchen, the girls were able to find enough frozen pizzas and drinks for dinner. As they sat eating around the table, they discussed how they would enter Blackthorne.

"So we know that the four of you will be dressing up as guys, but what should the rest of us do?" Anna asked.

"While you guys were heating up dinner, I visited another website and bought not only our guys clothes, but black catsuits and heels with face masks for you girls," Macey calmly replied, while Anna's face showed just how shocked she was.

"C-catsuit? Me? What makes you think that that is a good combo?" she asked, biting her fingernails.

"Relax Anna, you're going to do great," Cammie said, looking at her. "We know you can do it," she finished reassuringly. Anna still looked shocked, but nodded her head. "And, it'll be a good look incase you meet a boy," Cammie giggled, nudging her with her elbow. Anna laughed in response.

"So if you all could just pick a type of heel to have, I'll order all the catsuits right now so we'll get them around the same time as the rest of our clothes," Macey said, gathering the computers in her arms and moving back into the living room.

The rest of the girls sat around the kitchen table discussing various topics such as the curriculum at Blackthorne, what types of teacher they might encounter, and of course, the boys. All fifteen girls accidentally stayed up until nearly two in the morning just going over various ways to be asked out. When they finally went to bed however, everything in the shopping cart was filled up with an assortment of uniforms, skirts, shirts, shorts, suitcases, beauty products, and jewelry. The second shopping cart however, was filled with bugs, and not the insect kind. They were the top rated listening and picture devices in the CIA. Designed by Liz of course. There were also Napotine patches, voice-analyzer rings, duct tape, GPS trackers, and medical supplies. All of the items were due to arrive at the Gallagher cabin in four days, with the exception of the suitcases and specific items, which were a special surprise from Macey. The girls headed to sleep in their rooms, awaiting the week-long stay at the cabin.

The Next Morning

Cammie woke up first, heading down to the kitchen to find some breakfast. Soloman was kind enough to put cereal and milk for them in the fridge, so that's what she ate. Of course, it wouldn't be as good as Chef's crepes, or his Belgian waffles, but she would be back to his five-star food soon. The other girls trickled in as time went on. Without Gallagher's classes and schedule, the girls slept in and ate later than usual.

"Hey Macey?" Cammie asked, looking across the table at her friend.

"Yes Cammie?" Macey replied, looking more tired then she was after studying for her organic chemistry exam.

"When did you schedule for the suitcases to come? And what was the surprise?" Cammie asked. "I want to start packing some of my things already."

"Well, the suitcases should be arriving today, so we have to wait for those. The tags are coming as well, so the only thing to do today is sort through the suitcases and put tags on, and then everyone can open the surprise I got us," Macey said, thinking about the suitcase situation.

"Is there any chance you'd tell your bestest friend in the world what the surprise is?" Cammie said, with her certified puppy-dog eyes. She watched Macey seem to crack under the gaze, but she suddenly hardened up.

"Nice try Cam, but those won't work on me. I think you've forgotten how much time I've spent around you. You. Won't. Crack. Me," Macey said, with a fierce look in her eye. She crossed her arms, and raised an eyebrow.

"Ughhh, fine. I will find out though. Even if I have to unbox them myself," Cammie said stubbornly.

"You do that," Macey said, with a small chuckle.

A couple hours later, Soloman arrived to the cabin. He unlocked the door and had two workers drop in the dozens of boxes containing the suitcases, tags, and surprises.

"Here you go ladies," he said, and promptly walked out.

"Well that was a lovely visit," Bex laughed.

"Definitely," all the other girls replied.
