Today is the Schuyler sisters! I can't really think of much to say today so we'll just do a quick review reply and then the time skip summary.
Guest: Hadn't seen that MAP before! Looking at my notes, my version will probably be different, but at the same time that might be a better idea than what I have right now, so I guess we'll have to wait and see...
Time skip summary thingy: "Fireheart and Graystripe are sent to bring back WindClan and succeed, earning their apprentices Cinderpaw and Brackenpaw respectively. Sandstorm and Dustpelt battle and are given their warrior names, earlier than in the books but artistic license. Sandstorm ends up taking Cinderpaw out hunting one day, with Spottedleaf watching the two she-cats from StarClan. All of them like Fireheart."

Okay I may not have really had much to say above today but there is just some notes/kinda analysis/insight sorta stuff I want to share, just because I work hard on these and I want to make sure people catch some of the inflections/nuances that exist in these.
First off, not really a nuance or anything, but just an explanation. Even though Spottedleaf is definitely more of Eliza's temperament and Sandstorm more of an Angelica, I have them flipped for the name singing because Spottedleaf's name is three syllables, Sandstorm's two, and Angelica and Eliza's four and three respectively. Spottedleaf might substitute fine for Eliza but Sandstorm just sounds awkward in place of Angelica's name since it's missing two syllables, so they're switched. That way each name is only one syllable off than two and none.
Another thing. "Fire, heart" is kind of like a chant I guess. Sandstorm's a perfectly capable warrior, she's not going to watch others work, I mean she's basically ThunderClan's best hunter, so I couldn't use "work, work". Instead, we got the object of their affections - "Fire, heart" - and a related word: "burn". Burn relates to Fire, as in Fireheart, but also, often times with a crush the blood rushes to your cheeks and you feel all hot - you burn. I mean I've never had a crush before so I don't know but that's what everyone says.
Now, this segment: [CINDERPAW] He made me promise not to fall or drown [SPOTTEDLEAF, looking down on the duo from above] She should know she's free to though Cinderpaw's so wild, she's constantly running into trouble. Also I needed a rhyme. But then Spottedleaf well okay I kinda needed a rhyme again has a little bit of a dark moment there - if Cinderpaw is dead, then that's less competition for Spottedleaf. Naturally ignoring the fact that she herself is dead and still chasing after Fireheart.
[SPOTTEDLEAF] StarClan's ranks grow more and more Okay, nothing fancy with this next line, I just like that that part comes from a cat who is actually part of StarClan.
[CINDERPAW] It's bad enough that with violence I can't explore Once again, Cinderpaw is just a wild ball of energy. There's a war and that means potential death, but also cats won't let her go charging around the territory.
Okay okay but Sandstorm's Common Sense rap though. [SANDSTORM] I've been heeding Common Sense from inside my brain / So you might think I'm intense or I'm insane Sandstorm is basically saying that Dustpelt doesn't understand common sense, calling him dumb.
Once again, she's calling him dumb: [SANDSTORM] I'll have you know you are nothing close to cerebral But the part that comes right after that, the single syllable "work" chant... is [WOMEN] Burn! And I love how that serves a double meaning right there. It's part of the song's natural background noise stuff, but Dustpelt also just got burned.
This line here, once again it's coming from Spottedleaf who is dead. She's not alive like Fireheart, she wishes she was though. [SPOTTEDLEAF] Look around, look around at how / Lucky you are to be alive right now!

To the three "burning warriors", Fireheart is the greatest/bravest warrior in the world and they're standing his side alone - but whenever the company/men join in, they talk about being with all the ThunderClan warriors, basically because all the ThunderClan toms are a little jealous.
Uhhh anyways I hope that was interesting, I just wanted to share some of the things that I found interesting/fun with my parody.
