The summary; "Spottedleaf sings about falling in love with Fireheart and we recount his and Sandstorm's first connection. Sandstorm sings a little about loving him while Cloudkit is being accepted into the Clan. Spottedleaf and Cinderpaw sing to Sandstorm about how, while they love Fireheart, he is hers and hers alone."

Alright, analysis time!
I mean just throughout this thing you have to pay attention to who is speaking when, it switches around from different perspectives, but it is mostly Spottedleaf's.
A part that I like is Spottedleaf and Cinderpaw's dual deliverance of this verse/

Spottedleaf's dead; Cinderpaw can't be a warrior. Spottedleaf simply isn't alive or as young as Sandstorm; Cinderpaw simply doesn't have a decent leg or a witty tongue like Sandstorm. The lines fit over each other very well, which makes me pretty happy as the songwriter.
Then we go on to the things the two of them both share;

Both of them are medicine cats now, and they'll follow the medicine cat code and keep their honor. Not to mention "a brand new tolerance for pain" refers both to Spottedleaf's death and Cinderpaw being hit on the thunderpath but the both of them learning to live with the fact that they can't pursue Fireheart.
I also like how in these past two verses they're finally talking to Sandstorm, not Fireheart. I don't know, it just seems like a little bit of growth. You can also look at how Spottedleaf starts out singing about Fireheart (and in The Burning Warriors/The Schuyler Sisters too I believe, speaking of which I think there is something from that song I wanted to look at) and finally grows to side with Cinderpaw, whereas Cinderpaw, as in the books, knows to accept her dilemma from the very beginning.
To pull back to The Burning Warriors;

She should know she's free to though
Spottedleaf is somewhat vindictive, she wants to be with Fireheart and hasn't yet accepted that she can't. This is kind of what I'm hinting to with Spottedleaf's arc; here in this song she finally completely accepts and supports Sandstorm as Fireheart's true love.
