Beginning her days as Unicron's prisoner, Scientia continued her daily routine. She awoke from her recharge, stretched her sore mechanical limbs on the cold floor of her ship, and had her breakfast to refuel herself. After energizing herself, she began her perusing on her datapad. During her routine, Unicron materialized himself from the wall of her prison to check on her. Despite his godly physiology granting him unforeseeable knowledge, he couldn't help but indulge in witnessing Scientia reading from her datapad like a typical scholar. While he stood judging her quietly, Scientia tensed up in anxiety when she noticed his presence, It had been a cycle since they've met, and it nearly placed Scientia on edge.

Before yesterday's encounter with Unicron, Scientia was always the quiet one back on Cybertron many years ago. Some mechs who were indecent or desperate would tease her or try to court her in their hands, but Scientia never answered them. Yet here she was, Unicron being courteous with her, even if he was imprisoning her for trespassing on the planet he calls his prison.

For Unicron, he viewed her as an insignificant mortal whose purpose was to act as bait potential champions. Despite his low opinion of her, he couldn't help but feel curious about her. Throughout his years exploring the universe with Primus, he pondered how it worked and how all life on other planets lived. Yet this femme began to pique his interest, her aura reeking of mystery.

Wanting to learn about Scientia, he permitted her to continue her research outside the mountain. Despite his moniker as the Cybertronian God of Chaos, he still kept his promise in letting Scientia come outside to research only. Thankful for his permission to be out of the mountain, Scientia grabbed her equipment for the exploration.

However, before Scientia could continue, she nearly thought of using her ship, but she chose not to as a way of preventing the loss of her home. Understanding her choice, Unicron offered to carry her and fly her to the site, for no mortal Cybertronian has the honor of flying with a God. Knowing Unicron kept his promise, she accepted his offer.

After Unicron held Scientia in his large arms, the Cybertronian God took flight with his skeletal wings. Wishing no harm on his bait, he seamlessly opened the mountain and flew out of it. He was now in the air with Scientia on his back wrapped around him.

Miles of forest and river stretched out before Scientia. The flaps of the Chaos God's wings and his extraordinarily stable flight made up for an incredible experience. While her blood-red optics took in the view with awe, Scientia made sure to give Unicron her thanks. Flying with Unicron took her back to the good days in her past. Still maintaining his course, Unicron couldn't help but feel a sense of acknowledgment, other than the fear he sensed from the inhabitants of Primus's world. He was glad that she was the only Cybertronian who never showed disrespect and instead offered him gratitude. He banked a little and dropped into a slow decline, not wanting to scare Scientia on her first flight.

Unicron hit the ground lightly and took a few steps to balance his momentum. After landing, he made sure to allow Scientia to step down gently. Sighing a breath of relief, she checked to see that her equipment carrier was intact.

Knowing Scientia wanted to take some notes and collect some samples, Unicron beckoned her to follow him. Walking across the biofilm-covered ground, Scientia followed Unicron out of nervousness, never straying from the path. Scientia's previous incident with the mountain was unsettling to her, as it felt as if bad luck was coming for her like an assassin. She would rather face Unicron's wrath than encounter an unlikely event. Despite her submissive stance at his authoritative aura, she couldn't help but watch as Unicron walked in silence. His robust build would make the mechs on her planet feel inadequate. Had he existed on Cybertron, his tarnished golden armor would stand out from the crowd. Lastly, his skeletal wings signified that he was merely an unnatural force of nature bound within a vessel created to interact with the physical plane.

When Unicron stopped at the river, Scientia did the same as well. Stating that she had twenty clicks to jot down some notes and collect the samples needed for her research, he stood and watched as she began acquiring them. He knew Scientia wouldn't run away, but he made sure to watch over her vigilantly. He wanted to make sure Scientia was his brother's creation spy made to find his weakness. Much to his relief, he didn't sense any of Primus' energy in Scientia at all. She was a regular Cybertronian, yet she was very peculiar in his optics. Scientia began to pique his interest, even if she was simply an insignificant mortal.

Twenty clicks later, Scientia finished collecting her samples and finished writing her notes down in her datapad. Wanting to keep her close, he offered to send her sample kit back to the mountain with his dark magic while Scientia held her datapad. As Unicron held the mortal Cybertronian in his arms again, she made sure to thank the Chaos Bringer out of gratefulness and for his company. The gesture has Unicron taken aback. All he could do was nod.

Knowing Scientia enjoyed the flight, Unicron decided to repeat the same action, allowing her to feel the rush of adventure coursing through her frame. Once they headed back towards the mountain, Unicron made sure to reseal the hole at the top. After landing gently, he lowered Scientia down carefully. When Scientia reached her ship, she noticed that her kit was in one piece, delivered to her on the ramp by Unicron's magic.

Sighing to herself, Scientia sat down in the confines of her mobile home, thinking about the previous cycle's events. She was amazed to feel alive, quite lucky to have found such a great company, even though that company kept her in a mountain as a prisoner. Despite the issue, Scientia was quite happy to have help from him when she needed something to discover by herself.

Unicron looked at Scientia for a moment while she was distracted from relaxing. He didn't know this feeling he had when he encountered Scientia. All he ever knew throughout eons was destroying the universe because of his newfound purpose. His act of causing destruction was the only thing that brought him into conflict with his twin brother, Primus, along with his wretched followers, the Thirteen Primes.

When he encountered Scientia, he considered her an insignificant prisoner, a bait to attract a future champion. However, from the moment she thanked him for his company, he began to feel a bit curious about the mortal Cybertronian. Her doe-like nature reminded him of someone he knew back then. It felt like she was using that presence to lure him towards her. He shook his head in defiance to clear those thoughts away. Unicron knew his one goal he must do: find a champion worthy enough to fight for him against the Thirteen Primes to destroy Primus' last line of defense.

Before Unicron dematerialized into the wall, Scientia began to perform experiments inside her ship with caution from him. Luckily for her, her ship was constructed from a special alloy made from durabyllium, duratanium, and thermotanium. Its hull was strong enough to withstand an asteroid hit without damage. She made sure to pass the time by reading notes in her datapad about each sample she took from the mountain, including the ones at the bottom when Unicron allowed her to be outside.

Thirteen joors later and Scientia began to feel tired. She had her 2nd meal with her rations when she took a break. After that, she had a 3rd meal after taking notes and experimenting with the samples. She felt drowsy and slept on the floor of her ship to recharge. During her slumber, Unicron made sure to materialize out of the wall quietly and approached her in her mobile home. He looked inside to see Scientia resting peacefully, her presence assuring him she was not a threat to his goals. He went back into the wall quietly without disturbing her, hoping she didn't wake up. What he hoped for was a new day to learn something about her.
