"Dance is the joy of movement and the heart of life."
Unicron and Scientia remained peacefully as they laid together in bliss. She laid on top of him with a smile on her face and Unicron's arms around her, running his digits through her hair.
"Can we do it again?" Scientia asked.
"Again?" Unicron asked. "We've done it yesterday already."
"I know, but… I don't know how to explain it. You make me feel different. With you, I truly feel wanted. It's the greatest thing I've ever felt." Scientia explained.
He chuckled and shook his head. What kind of monster had he created? Scientia pressed a kiss to his chest, smiling as he sat up instead.
"Why did you choose me?" she asked.
"What?" Unicron asked.
"Why me? What did you see in me?" Scientia asked again.
Unicron looked at her almost in disbelief. After what they had just done, now Scientia decided to question everything? She looked at him in total bliss. She didn't see anything wrong with the question. Scientia wanted to know how he came to care for her after such a bad beginning. Unicron pulled himself out of the ground and stretched his limbs
"Unicron?" Scientia asked, wondering what was wrong.
"Do you think so little of me?" Unicron asked.
"What are you talking about?" she asked.
"Do you think that I would go back on our vows? I love you. You thought I would take another femme behind your back?" Unicron asked.
She looked at him speechless. She didn't mean to make him mad. Scientia just wanted to know why he chose to keep her when they met each other at first.
"I'm sorry. I just..." Scientia tried to explain, but Unicron stopped her.
"It's alright. I understand you were conflicted with my actions yesterday," Unicron said.
"Thank you," Scientia said.
"Take my servo. I wanted to show you something," Unicron offered his servo for her to take. Scientia took it and the inside of the cavern began to change. The ceiling grew Dark Energon crystals to form a chandelier. The walls grew tiny crystals as well to make the cavern more lively.
'How did this happen?' Scientia thought with a surprised expression.
Unicron looked down at her and smiled at her expression.
"Surprised?" Unicron asked.
"I... How...? Unicron, this is..." Scientia doesn't have any words. She is very speechless. It felt like she is in another place. The cavern was turned into a ballroom.
"I don't know how you did it, but...this is amazing!" Scientia said. Unicron chuckled.
"I knew you'd like it," Unicron said.
"I love it!" Scientia exclaimed.
"Unless I'm dreaming," Scientia remarked innocently.
She then felt a pinch on her upper arm, making her wince.
"Hey, what was that for?" Scientia asked.
"To prove to you this isn't a dream," Unicron said, pulling his servo away.
Scientia blushed at her own innocent remark. She paid the price for saying it.
"Now that we are here..." Unicron said as he snapped his digits. Music started to play in the ballroom. Sounds like a piano and a violin. But they are nowhere to be found. Belle won't even ask. She looked up at Unicron who bowed to her. Scientia, in turn, curtsied. Scientia felt weird as gravity turned against her. She was floating up to meet Unicron optic to optic. Unicron took her servo as the other is around her waist. Scientia places her other hand on his broad torso, bringing her body close. They begin to waltz around the ballroom, following the music. What's shocking to Unicron was that she stayed up and danced very well. He hadn't seen her dance before. But, that doesn't matter. The two looked up at other's optics as they dance, smiling at each other. Unicron swirled his lover around him, have her spin, and her hair flies around her neck.
When her back meets his front, his arms wrapped around her back and took her hand. He brought the hand to his mouthplate and kissed it. Belle felt butterflies in her stomach when Unicron kissed her hand. Her cheeks were burning up.
"Are...you alright?" Unicron asked, turning to him. Scientia blinked and turned away.
"Yeah. I'm fine," she replied. "Sorry."
"It's okay. When did you learn to dance like this? This is my first I ever dance like this," Unicron wondered. "I'm guessing you watch Cybertronians do this as always."
"You can say that," Scientia said with a smile.
"And you dance wonderfully." Unicron complimented.
Scientia brushed her hair back with a slight blush.
"Would you...like to dance some more?" Scientia asked.
"I would, but I was thinking we should be outside the cavern," Unicron said.
"It's a clear night and nothing is around," Scientia said.
Unicron nodded at her. He flew up with Scientia to get outside of the mountain with his Dark Energon membranes manifesting from his wings. The hole opened up and they flew out. As they reached 38,000 feet in the air, they saw the view of the trees ahead and above there are stars and a full moon. Scientia awed at the beautiful sight of the night sky.
"Wow. It's...so beautiful," she said. Scientia would go out of Hookclaw's house to look up at the night sky on Cybertron with his permission. She had never floated on the sky before with Unicron.
"Yes, it is," Unicron said. He would often go outside when Scientia was sleeping to look at the stars, remembering his exploration of the universe with Primus. He missed that time with his twin brother.
"There's another thing for you," Unicron said. The same music played around them softly. Scientia watched Unicron with wonder, but by her surprise, he began to sing to her. And it felt like he wrote it for her.
[Verse 1]
I don't want to know
Who we are without each other
It's just too hard
I don't want to leave here without you
I don't want to lose part of me
Will I recover that broken piece?
Let go and unleash all the feelings, ooh
Scientia smiled at him as he sang a song to her. She's actually impressed by this. He took her by the hand, guiding her towards him.
[Pre-Chorus]
Did we ever see it coming?
Will we ever let it go?
[Chorus]
We are buried in broken dreams
We are knee-deep without a plea
I don't want to know what it's like
To live without you
Don't want to know the other side
Of a world without you
They both look up at the sparkling sky. Unicron continued to sing.
[Verse 2]
Is it fair, or is it fate?
No one knows
The stars choose their lovers
Save my soul
It hurts just the same, ooh
And I can't tear myself away
He faced her, lightly cupping her faceplate. His left servo started to stroke her hair. Scientia felt relaxed and nuzzled into it. He brought her frame close to a light hug, singing softly.
[Pre-Chorus]
Did we ever see it coming?
Will we ever let it go?
[Chorus]
We are buried in broken dreams
We are knee-deep without a plea
I don't want to know what it's like
To live without you
Don't want to know the other side
Of a world without you
Scientia's eyes grew wide when Unicron summoned a piece of Dark Energon and it turns into a purple rose. Then, the petals fall and turned into butterflies. Unicron and Scientia watch them fly up to the moon, fluttering their wings. Scientia placed a servo over her chestplate, taking everything in that has happened in front of her optics. Unicron held her free servo, finishing up the song.
[Bridge]
I don't want to know
I don't want to know
I don't want to know
I don't want to know
I don't want to know
I don't want to know
I don't want to know
I don't want to know
[Chorus]
We are buried in broken dreams
We are knee-deep without a plea
I don't want to know what it's like
To live without you
Don't want to know the other side
Of a world without you
[Outro]
Can't live without you
"That was...wonderful," Scientia said.
"Thank you." Unicron thanked. He knew he could sing. He just chose not to when someone is nearby. Now, he would sing for only his one true love.
Unicron stared at her with his glowing deep purple optics. Scientia looked into his optics with her blood-red optics as well. Her spark is beating as he gave her a smile unlike the usual stern look from the beginning.
"You look beautiful in the moonlight," he said.
"Thank you," Scientia said. "And thank you for tonight. It was...lovely."
"It sure was," Unicron replied. He reached for her cheek and felt it burn
"Your faceplate is hot," Unicron said.
Scientia turned away.
"It was my first time doing this," she said. Unicron tilted his head at her. Scientia faced him again.
"Sorry. It's just that...this is new to me and...I don't know what to do next after..." she trailed off.
"It's okay. No one is judging you. You're with me," Unicron told her. He started to stroke her hair. Scientia relaxed a little.
"How about we have...one more dance out here?" Unicron asked. Scientia nodded. He took around the back and they slow dance this time. Scientia rested her head on his chest, listening to his spark beating. Unicron couldn't help but smile at her resting on him. The two slow dance outside floating on the clouds under the full moon a while longer, enjoying the soft music around them.
