I usually plan to have this on the 27 or 28 of every month, but it's hard man... School and work and other bs that life throws at me. So frustrating! Chapter 19- Kevin, Luna, and Leo Vs Chaos Part 2
"Once light and darkness worked together in harmony. That's what caught my attention and that's how these situations were born."

"I am White. The first being to be born across time, space, and worlds."
White: Welcome to Chaos' home of destruction.
Luna: What is he saying?
Chaos: Stupid boy. Are you challenging me to a duel?
Leo: Green asked me to come and help you guys against Chaos.
Chaos: Has White told you why I want you, Kevin? My dear boy, you were destined for greatness! I can tell you everything you need to know, where you came from and who you are, if you simply give up.
Luna: Don't trust him.
Kevin: No princess cards at all…
Chaos: I activate the ritual spell card, "The Sword of Chaos". When the light is devoured by the shadows, the darkness prevails and gives birth to chaos! Rise and bow down, "Khaos Knight"! Do you feel it? Do you feel the despair as you can't do anything to save your friends…
Kevin: When hope is shattered, a new warrior will rise to fight back, I synchro summon! Prince Oblivoid!
Chaos: Ha, despair fuels its power. Darkness takes over this pathetic world and feasts on these mortals. I ritual summon, Khaos X Demon! The time has come. Give in heroes and meet your fate.
Luna: What are we going to do now…
Kevin's POV
It's hopeless, isn't it? As I lay on the floor in pain, I wonder if, after everything, it's time to give up. I can't… Princess Eclipse was there. How can I give up now after seeing her in that new role of Queen? One day, she has to step up to a new starting line, so I gotta get up and show her that her dad is strong. But then, I remember drawing our fellow companion. Blade Knight. Why was his card blank? Doesn't he want to help us in this battle? It's like everyone doesn't want to help us…
My mark hurts. I groan and then hear her. "Kevin… Kevin, please get up." I feel her shake my body lightly and I try not to fall unconscious. A few seconds later, I hear her call out. "Leo, please get up. No… Kevin. Leo isn't answering. His life points are still high, but he is not answering. Please." At that point, she begins to cry.
She's crying… Luna is crying… It's like that day when my dad and I found her at the New Domino City Airport. She was huddled in a corner with her little hands over her small knees.
"Hey, hum… Hi," I remember calling her. I thought she wouldn't have listened because I was such a shy boy when I was a little bean. My voice was barely a whisper, but when she looked up at me, I saw the tears and it broke my heart.
"I lost my daddy," she whispered back. "Can you help me find him please?"
I nodded and turned to my dad. "She said she lost her dad." I turned back to her. "Don't worry. My dad and I will help you find him."
I also remember thinking, She's pretty. That made me feel hot, so in order to distract myself from those thoughts, I asked her, "Do you like dueling?"
She smiled and nodded. "Yes. I like those small cute monsters." I then offered her my hand and what surprised me the most at that time, was how she took it without hesitation.
My dad was something. He knew I was a good boy with a big heart because after that, he said, "Then how about I take you two to the 'Kid's Pizza and Duel Shop'. They have a lot of cool things and I'm sure your dad will find you there soon enough."
And he was right, I saw a man talking to my dad a few minutes later after we got seated to open up some new rare card packs. But instead of taking her right away, he spent a bit talking to my dad and they watched us duel for a few rounds.
"Luna, can we be friends?" I asked in one of the rounds. She seemed surprised at first by the question asked, but then she gave me a really heartwarming smile.
"Yes."
I don't know why, but with that response, I gave her a promise that I didn't think would mean much then. I will protect you.
My scene vanishes and I open my eyes. I'm back at Chaos' temple and I feel the pain in my body but I ignore it and I begin to get up.
Kevin? I can hear you.
I get back on my feet and see Luna on the floor. She's sitting on the floor beside Leo. She gets back up and begins to make her way to me. In a second, she's in my arms, hugging me tightly. Somehow, I feel the doubt. I don't want to let her down. I don't want to let her down.
You won't and you haven't. With that, I let loose and hug her back tightly.
I then feel it. The power between us. It's there but for some reason, it hurts. I'm scared to fail. I'm scared to fail Luna. I pull away and look at my arm. It's half blue and black.
"You are still resisting," Chaos says to me. He grins and I look at my field. Prince Oblivoid is on his knees with a black aura over his body. I look at Leo's dragon which is looking down with that black aura also over its body.
Keep your Prince on the field, Kevin. Trust me. Luna says in my mind. I nod.
"When Khaos X Demon is ritual summoned, I can destroy all synchro monsters on the field and you take damage equal to half your synchro's attack points," Chaos says and laughs.
"Nope, since Prince Oblivoid is on my field, due to Prince Khaos effect in my graveyard, I can treat it as a level 2 monster, and with Prince Oblivoid's effect, I can remove Khaos from play to stop its destruction." I grab my monster from my graveyard and put it in one of the pockets on my belt. The spirit of Prince Khaos appears and it stands in front of Prince Oblivoid." Chaos frowns and huffs. I then feel Luna's worry as Chaos' demon turns to Leo and prepares to strike.
I take a look at his life points. They are now at 940. If Chaos' attack goes through, it's over for him. "Take Leo out and feast on his soul!"
Suddenly, a white light flashes from above. Luna and I cover our eyes and Chaos groans.
"Heroes…" That's White's voice. I decide to look to the sky and see a translucent version of her. She opens up her arms and says, "You have shown me great faith. Dedication and you two…" She looks at me and Luna. "You two remind me so much of myself and Black in our early days, so I will give you heroes the means to fight back. Take the remainder of power and get my husband back." She begins to turn into different auras of light. Strands of different colors begin to make their way to us.
They surround us and in a bit of fear, I grab Luna's hand and she only smiles back and squeezes my hand. Suddenly, those strands of light lift us from the ground and circle our bodies. Some strands circle our arms, but those lights make me strong. Another set of colors goes to Leo and they raise his body up. His body floats in mid-air for a bit and suddenly, Leo opens his eyes. His life points stop at 930 and don't go any further down. "Woah, what is going on?"
"Leo!" Luna yells to him and I then see her tears of joy. "Woah!" She laughs and smiles. This feels amazing.
Yes, I agree with my girlfriend. I look at her and I raise my eyebrows.
She sees me looking at her and suddenly, she blushes. Kevin, I-
"Luna," Leo interrupts. "You're glowing."
She actually is. The lights then place her on the ground and shortly after, they softly place me back on the ground too.
"What is this, White?" Chaos questions in annoyance. "Why do you tend to get in our way?!"
Leo also lands on the ground and he then swings his arms. In doing so, a green strand of light follows his hand movements. "Woah." A second or two later, it disappears. He raises his arms up in a stretch and he raises his eyebrows. "Woah! Did you guys see that?" He spins and the lights appear again following his every move.
It's like every move he makes, a light follows him, Luna says.
I nod. It makes him glow. I look at my hands and I move them up and down. A blue strand of light follows my hand's movements.
You have a blue light. Luna tells me. I look at her and see her spin. Her light is also blue. Yours is lighter. I move my wrists in circles and see my light a dark blue. Mine is darker.
"This is soooo cool!" Leo says and he then points at Chaos. His green light follows his pointing gesture. "Prepare to lose. I use my dragon's special effect; by sending 'Horn of the Unicorn' to the graveyard, I can prevent my dragon's destruction."
Chaos smirks. "No matter. Whatever White did won't help you heroes. My darkness will consume you three after my demon attacks. Go attack Kevin's Oblivoid with Wind of Darkness."
His strange-looking black creature raises his long arms and it swings out towards me. I prepare for the blow, but Luna gets in front of me.
"Luna?" I question, but she turns and gives me a smile. "I activate Queen Eclipse's effect. By sending a 'Princess' card from my deck to my graveyard, I can negate your monster's attack." She grabs the card from her deck and I see her light follow her every move and gesture.
"What! But how, if her powers are supposed to be sealed!?" Chaos questions in annoyance.
"By giving up half of my life points, I can strengthen the bond between me and The Queen of Spiritus," Luna explains.
"But that means…" I look at Luna and she turns back to me to give me a heartwarming smile. "It's okay. My turn to protect you." A black aura surrounds her body.

You have my Princess cards? I then ask. I suddenly feel the annoying pinch in my arm again.
Yes. They appeared in my deck, but they're blank. She tells me.
Chaos must hold them captive. I'm sorry. It's because of me that they are suffering. I look down but then, a few seconds later, Luna has my hand in hers. We will get your cards back. They are still here in our hearts and they will help us. Queen Eclipse told me they are still here with us. I look at Queen Eclipse and she gives me a nod.
"I send Princess Star to the Graveyard," Luna says. She squeezes my hand and the spirit of Princess Star appears in front of us. She turns to face me and she gives me a smile before the attack hits her and she disappears. Princess Star...
"Even so, my demon can attack again if there is another synchro monster on the field," Chaos explains with a grin. He turns to Leo's dragon. "Go attack Leo's dragon."
"Not a chance," Luna says and she goes to Leo's side. She sends another Princess card to the graveyard and She holds out her arms.

This time, Princess Tamer appears and protects them from Chaos' attack. Princess Tamer. She turns to give me a soft smile and she disappears.
"Persistent like White," Chaos complains. "I attack with my Khaos Darkness Dragon!" Luna sends Princess Faith to the graveyard to stop his dragon's attack.
[Luna's LP: 500]
Another spirit appears and Princess Faith gives me a nod. Princess Faith. "I end my turn with my demon's effect. If you control a synchro monster you must send it to the graveyard or pay life points equal to its attack points."
"Oh, no," Leo says.
"It's okay," Luna tells him. She gives him a nod. "Do it."
He sees his sister's determination and he nods. "I send my Power Tool Dragon to the graveyard." His dragon disappears in black light. Chaos laughs.
"What will it be Kevin? Protect your monster and give up your life points or leave yourself wide open? Pretty straightforward what you must do in this situation." He laughs again and I look at Luna. She smiles and nods at me.
"I will keep my Prince Oblivoid," I tell him.
"What?!" Chaos raises his eyebrows.
"You're going to lose!" Leo exclaims.
"Nope," Luna disagrees. "I play the trap card, 'Princess Savior' which half the damage Kevin will take and that's not all, I can special summon one 'Princess' card to the field!" Luna grabs another card from her deck and she goes to me. She gives me the card and I see it. Princess Eclipse… It's blank though and I frown.
Daddy? Daddy…
I hear Princess Eclipse and I look at the card. It begins to glow and suddenly, it begins to materialize into my daughter before my very eyes. I'm always here no matter what.
The card I hold now in my hand is "The spirit of Princess Eclipse." I nod and play it. A spirit version of my girl appears with 0 attack and defense points. Chaos' demon attacks and I get in front of Luna to defend her. Though, the Spirit of Princess Eclipse absorbs all the physical damage from that attack.
[Kevin's LP: 1200]
"Thank you," Luna and I say to her. The spirit nods.
Chaos huffs again. "Even locked up, she is still a nuisance." The Spirit of Princess Eclipse crosses her arms and sticks out her tongue to Chaos. "Once your heroes lose, I will add you to my collection." Chaos laughs and the surrounding lands shake.
"Not on our watch. It's my turn," Leo says and puts his hand on his deck. He looks at Luna and she smiles at him and then looks at me. I give him a nod of comfort. "I draw!" His green light follows him as he draws his card. He smiles and raises his card up. "I summon Morphtronic Boomboxen!" A black and red radio appears and transforms into another robot with white handles on the sides of its shoulders. It has 1200 attack points and 400 defense points.
Hmm. In attack mode? I question in my head.
Luna nods. He must have a way to switch his monster to defense mode. That will save him from an attack from Chaos.
"With that, I end my turn."
Luna puts her hand on top of her deck. She draws, her light blue light following, and she smiles. "I summon Snyffus in attack mode." A brown wild-like dog with spiky fur appears with 100 attack and defense points. "That's not all because now I play the spell card, Princess Eyes of Time!" Her duel disk begins to glow. "By releasing Snyffus, I can synchro summon- Miracles are created when the moon shines bright in a cloudy dark night. From a legend, white hope shatters the darkness; go, Junk Blue Moon Dragon." A mechanized blue and white dragon with a galaxy pair of eyes appears. It has 2300 attack points and 2700 defense points.
Chaos' expression darkens.
Nice Luna.
She smiles at me. "I also activate Leo's facedown card." His card reveals, which is Megamorph. "And equip it to my dragon." It roars and its attack points increase to 4600.
"Awesome! That's more than enough to wipe him out," Leo exclaims. "Alright!" He pumps a fist up into the air.
"Junk Blue Moon Dragon, attack his Khaos Darkness Dragon with Miracle light stream of Galaxies!" Her dragon roars again and prepares to attack. A blue light appears in its mouth and it takes a deep breath. This is it.
Is it finally over?
"Ha, you think this will end like this?" Chaos laughs. "Preposterous! I send my rules of The Ancient to the Graveyard to allow me to switch your monster target to my Khaos X Demon."
No… But that means-
A pair of dark long arms appear from Chaos' trap card and force Luna's dragon to attack Khaos X Demon. Her dragon's blue beam of light hits Chaos' ace and the explosion shakes the place.
[Chaos' LP: 400]
When the smoke clears, my expression hardens. "What?! His monster is still standing but how?" Leo questions.
Chaos laughs and he discards a card from his hand. "I can send a ritual monster from my deck to my Graveyard to protect my demon from destruction."
At that moment, Luna's dragon attack points decrease to 1150 due to the effect of Megamorph. This is bad…
"I'm sorry. I tried… I end my turn."
"It's okay, Luna."
I look at the card in my hand and wonder. Blade Knight…
"Just give in Kevin," Chaos says. "You know you want to. If you do, I will tell you everything you need to know."
"Everything?"
"Yes, like where you came from and why you are here. Your parents and why that mark was bestowed to you." He points at my arm. I look at it and see my mark glowing. It's still half blue and half black.
Answers to everything…
Please, don't do it, Kevin.
But answers to everything. I want answers, Luna. We came here to get answers. I finally feel the tears on my cheek.
"Oh, Kevin." She goes to my side and gives me another heartwarming hug. I know you want them but we can't know for sure if he can be trusted. What if he is only saying that to get into your head. To make you surrender so he can devour this kingdom.I look around and see the castle of Spiritus off in the distance. I know you want answers and I wish I could give them to you. I would give up anything to help you get those answers but please don't give in to Chaos' wishes.
What else can I do? Blade Knight is missing. My Princess cards are gone. Do I have the means to beat Chaos and save this Kingdom?
Luna pulls away and gives me that smile I have come to love so much.
Believe in your deck and save our friends. Save our daughter.
I look at Luna's monsters. Princess Eclipse. They all give me a nod and a heartwarming smile.
"Just surrender, Kevin," Chaos suggests.
I look at my deck and put my hand on top of it. I draw and see the spell card Tanner gave me... My mind then wanders to a conversation I had with Tanner after the duel with Leo. Everyone went back inside, but Tanner and I stayed back for a bit.
"Hey Kevin, can I talk to you for a minute?"
To be honest, I didn't really know what he wanted to talk to me about.
"I know we just met a few days ago and we don't really know much about each other, but what I have seen you are a great duelist with a big heart. You have a lot going on in your life and never forget who your friends are. He then offered me a card. Take this and always remember you have us no matter what. Take down that Chaos dude.
Thanks, Tanner.
"I set one card face down and I end my turn," I say with confidence.
Chaos laughs and he draws from his deck. "Prepare to lose!" He grins. "Leo, do you still treat me like the bad guy even though I offered every single one of you a chance?"
"What chance? If it wasn't for White's power, I would be on the floor unconscious," Leo says. He points to Chaos. "You have been trying to hurt my sister and for that, you are a bad guy."
"I will show you why I had to push you three to the limits." Just then a black dice appears in front of him. "I use Rolling the game to roll!" He throws it and it bounces on the floor.
He only has one card. Why would he risk his life points?
I don't know but he's probably hoping to draw a card.
After a few bounces more, the dice land on a 6. "Yes, you don't have enough so you lose this duel!" Leo exclaims.
Chaos laughs and he plays a card from his hand. "I use 'Agent of Chaos'. This monster lets me discard it when I use a dice roll. I can pick a number less from the roll. I choose 5." His card glows and then it shatters and explodes in a black fog. "Due to the effect of Rolling the game, I can destroy it and play directly from my deck, 'Flipping the game'." He grabs another card from his deck and plays it. The card appears on his field and reveals. A black dice with red lines around the die appears above him. "This handy trap card lets us roll another dice at the end of our turns. Whatever it lands on, we can draw the same amount of cards but by the beginning of our next draw phase, we must remove all cards from our hand. Think of this as a gift." He smirks. "Now, let's see what you heroes can do against my demon's effect. By sending my Khaos Darkness Dragon to the graveyard, I can inflict one of you damage equal to its attack points." He points at Leo.
Oh no. Luna? She nods. "No chance, With The Spirit of Princess Eclipse's effect, by tributing it, I can negate your monster's damage effect." Princess Eclipse nods and goes to Leo. She stands in front of him and holds out her hands. Chaos' demon swings out both of his long hands and causes a powerful whirlwind. Luckily, she takes it all.
"Thank you," Leo says to her. She turns back to him and gives him a smile before disappearing away.
"No matter. About time, The Princess vanished. Now, time to take you out, Kevin. If you won't join me then perish!" His demon swings out towards my warrior. Let it pass. I got a plan. Luna nods and just as Chaos' demon strikes, I play my face-down card.
"I use 'Shrink'. With this card, I can cut your monster's attack in half and that's not all, by using my Oblivoid's effect, if you have a monster with different attack points than it should, your demon's attack is reduced to 0. This-" I point at Chaos. "Is game."
Chaos smirks. "Not a chance. By removing from play my Khaos Servant, I can negate your synchro's effect."
"What?!"
"And that's not all. You see, if I have a Khaos monster on my field, I can increase its attack by 500." His demon's attack points decrease to 2000 by the effect of my Shrink card but it increases by 500 by his monster's effect. Oh no, Luna says. That will be enough to destroy your Prince.
"I activate Junk Blue Moon Dragon's effect. I can return The Spirit of Princess Eclipse to my hand to negate your monster's effect." My duel disk begins to glow. I look at my graveyard slot and it reveals my daughter. I raise the card up and it glows brightly. From it, Princess Eclipse's spirit appears once again.
"No!"
She smiles and sticks out her tongue at Chaos again.
"It's over, Chaos!" I point at him as Luna's dragon roars. "Go, Prince Oblivoid. Attack his demon with colorful slash and end this!" A blue sword appears in front of my monster. He grabs it and makes its way towards Chaos' demon. He raises his sword up high and the demon prepares to block but it's no use. My warrior slices right through it and the monster explodes.
"HAA!" Chaos exclaims.
"Yassss!" Leo celebrates.
We did it!
[Chaos' LP: 0]
The explosion shakes the palace and the columns from the building begin to come down. "We should probably get out of here," Leo suggests. The smoke clears and I see Chaos on his knees.
"We need answers," I tell my girlfriend and Leo. I make my way to Chaos and Luna shouts out to me.
"Wait, Kevin!"
I stand in front of Chaos and ask, "We won."
Chaos begins to laugh. "Yes. And you want answers now don't you?"
I nod and get closer to him, but Luna pulls me back. "Wait, we can't trust him."
I pull away and decide to ask, "Where do I come from?"
Chaos is silent and a few seconds pass as the palace around begins to crumble. "Guys, we should really go," Leo says a few feet away from us. He's frantically watching around. "Like now."
"The Queen of Spiritus and The King? What did you do to them?" I question him.
Chaos looks up at me and he grins. Suddenly, he's up and something weird happens. He tries to grab me, but some kind of White force field blocks his path. He laughs and tries to fight it.
"Kevin!?"
Around me, the force field begins to break. Suddenly, my scene changes, and I find myself in some kind of street intersection. There's a green van flipped over and I see White. But she's not alone. There's a blue being and he has a young boy in his arms. This boy… He looks like… me? There are sirens around, but there's no one else but these colorful beings. I remember I was in an accident, but my family never talked about it. Wait, my family. I remember this lady. Young and a brunette. She was behind the wheel of the flipped-over-van. I remember that I couldn't get out on my own so I used my powers to rip the door open. Is that my mom? Where was I when this happened? This place didn't feel like New Domino. Was it Crashtown? For some reason, it didn't even feel like that either.
Suddenly, I then find myself back in the present and my blue mark glows. It repels Chaos and he laughs again.
"Almost there," he says. I look around me and see the force field begin to crack.
"What's going on?" Luna questions.
"Woah," Leo adds and he suddenly disappears.
"Leo?!"
"What have you done?" I ask Chaos.
"I have shown you 'The Split'. Be grateful for that one, Kevin. White will bust a fuse when she knows about that one."
"A split?" I question. "Chaos! Stop playing games. I want answers!" I start to feel the frustration in myself. "Where's Leo?!"
Luna is by my side and I feel her fingers intertwined with mine. It's okay. I relax and Chaos begins to glow.
"You have won this battle, Kevin, but we will fight once more when the time is right. You shouldn't trust everything people tell you." He glows and disappears in a black light.
"Daddy!"
I turn around and see Princess Eclipse. Suddenly, both Luna and I disappear.
No one's POV
Kevin and Luna appear in front of the castle's main entrance. "What-"
"We are back at the Castle," Kevin says.
"Daddy!" He turns towards the voice and sees a green-haired girl with green ponytails and red bows on them. She is on top of the staircase. She makes her way down towards both Kevin and Luna and once she gets to them, she gives them both the biggest hug of her life.
"Princess Eclipse?" Luna asks softly. "Is that you?"
After pulling away does Kevin finally ask, "Why do you look a lot like Princess Tamer?" Princess Eclipse giggles."You managed to beat Chaos, but the war is not over. He managed to trap me, but in his defeat, I was able to get my small body back." Kevin and Luna look at Princess Eclipse with raised eyebrows. "So, that is you as a little girl?" She smiles and gives a little nod. "I know. It's a bit confusing, but I'll explain later."
"Awwww, you're soooo cute!" Luna goes over to her and gives her another bear hug.
"Did you teleport us here?" Kevin asks her.
She nods. "Yup. I do have some of my powers back, but huhhh, it's soooo annoying walking around with these small legs."
Luna laughs. She then asks, "Is Leo going to be okay?"
"Hmmmm. I think so." She then touches her tummy. "Can we go get something to eat? I'm starving."
A few minutes later, Luna, Kevin, and Princess Eclipse find themselves in Princess Eclipse's main bedroom. She has sandwiches in a tray and is gobbling them down like a glass of water on her bed. Kevin and Luna are sitting on a love chair by the corner.
"You were really hungry," Luna points out. Princess Eclipse nods and munches on another sandwich.
"Hum… so where is everyone?" Kevin then asks her.
"They're okay. It takes a bit for the spirit of everyone to return back here."
"You make it sound like this isn't the first time this has happened…" he then says to her.
She shrugs. "Yeah, it's not the first time nor the last. Wait…" She gets off of her bed and raises her red eyebrows. She suddenly goes to a bookshelf in the other corner and she grabs a book. She goes back to her bed and opens the book up. "Yes!" She exclaims and takes another bite of her sandwich. "It has finally changed! I knew you two were so special!"
"What do you mean? What has changed?" Kevin questions. He and Luna get off of their seats and they take a seat on Princess Eclipse's bed. She shows them a page from the book.
The page reads:
These heroes will have defeated Chaos. Once that happens, Princess Eclipse will be in her child form and her parents' arrival will mark the start of a new era.
"Your parents?" Kevin asks.
"Us." Luna answers. Princess Eclipse nods. She puts her sandwich down and she gives Kevin and Luna another hug. "I know mom and dad aren't here, here, but I'm happy you two are here. I was told they were reincarnated as two humans and they would bring peace to this Kingdom. You; Luna, my mom, and you; Kevin, my dad. Those two marks are symbols that my parents are always around."
Kevin and Luna show their marks which are now back to their blue states. Princess Eclipse touches each mark with a hand and suddenly, two marks appear on each of her arms. Each one likes Luna's and Kevin's marks. Princess Eclipse smiles. "Yay! Time for a sleeping party. I will get the pop corn!" She runs out of the room and Kevin and Luna just look at each other surprised.
"I'm soooo confused," she tells her boyfriend.
He nods and shrugs. "Beats fighting an evil dude and being angry about it." Luna laughs and she crosses her fingers once again with Kevin's. "You love holding my hand."
She smiles. "Yup."
Kevin frowns and looks down. "I'm sorry." Luna gets her hand and raises his chin up to meet his brown eyes. "It's okay. That's over and now, let's relax a bit with our daughter."
Just then, Princess Eclipse returns with a big bowl of corn.
"Hummmm… Corn?" Luna asks.
"Yup. Daddy is going to tell the story and me and you, mommy, are going to pop these corn in our mouth."
Kevin and Luna burst out laughing. "so popcorn."
"Yup!" She says ecstatically. "What?"
"Nothing. Just, in our world. We have a very different meaning of what popcorn is."
"Oh. What is it?"
And just like that, this unlikely family begins a new chapter together in happiness and acceptance.
Sometime later, Kevin feels a bright light which causes him to wake up from his slumber. He opens his eyes to a very worried Luna holding out her arm. Her mark is glowing and it's glowing very bright. "Luna, what's wrong?" His arm is also glowing.
"It's Yusei," she whimpers. "He's in trouble..." He moves in closer to her and wraps his arm over her shoulder. He nods.
"I can feel it too. He's in pain."
She looks at her arm closely and whispers, "Yusei..."

So, what's next? Well, school finals are coming up and I got a few other things I got to deal with in my "adult" life... So, I think I am going to try out "making short chapters" to have something soon for you guys "plan". What does that mean exactly? I'm not sure lol. I see two issues with that and one is well, either way, I got to start the next chapter, and to be honest, it's not started at all. Yes, I know slacking lol. My bad, but hear me out. The next couple of chapters are going to be big. In the sense, that it's Yusei's mini-arc that should have happened in the original Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's story, but that idea was scrapped. I don't want to spoil too much because it's a surprise, but the friendship levels are going to be tested so much in these next couple of chapters; especially for Yusei. The Dark Signers arc officially kinda begins next chapter. There won't be any dueling, I think. Maybe... I got a scene or two that I need to do with The Color Beings so maybe I will do that for a simple release on the 15th of May.
2nd issue is, either way, life is gonna get in the way too so big f (fail) on that one. Well to determine what happens, but hope you guys enjoyed this chapter. I kind of want to do big things for that so if you haven't joined, you probably should so you are kept to date on what is going on in TheLife Channel and what my next plans are moving forward.
