This story is in the same AU as Under and Over. Kate is now a prosecutor, Rick is an award-winning author of books exposing the criminal history of well-known figures including Bracken. The story starts with DA Gidon Shapiro and ADA Kate Beckett prosecuting a rich and powerful politician for rape.

During a homicide kidnapping, the FBI comes in on the kidnapping in the form of a blonde blue eye Agent. There is an instant connection between her and Castle. Castle has broken up with Gina and Kate is with Josh. Still Kate feels jealousy for this new team member, despite being with Josh. What does it mean for Rick and for Kate and Josh. Will Caskett prevail?

Takes place after early S8 breakup and goes AU from there. Rick separates from Kate, and she is enticed to join Jackson's world. The duo is brought back together years later due to a professional encounter between Kate and a very different Alexis. There is a Casket ending though not with the passion most would like. Castle and Beckett travel with their family to the Aloha State for spring break and explore from Mauna Kea to Hilo to see everything the Big Island has to offer. A surprise request then leads to an extension of their vacation and reuniting with good friends on the West Coast. Forty-first in the Beware Of Darkness series. Caskett pairing.

This story begins just before the kiss in Knockdown. Only in this version, Rick admits his feelings for Kate and she is forced to respond.

It's Castle's birthday, and one of his gifts is that his little girl is moving back home…without Pi in her life. He didn't think he could be happier. (Very AU after the May 3 episode and finale. LOL One of those stories that was intended to stop around chapter 3 or 4 but wandered off on its own.) Involves family, some excitement, and so much fluff I should be ashamed.
