Chapter 22 - Ultimate Battle (Part 2)

In the previous chapter, Jerryson and the other exorcists were finally reached in inside of the castle. Lenalee and the others were facing the armies and the beasts while Mata and the other animals along with Nike and the other deities were facing against the deities who were on the side of Ceres (Hades, Pallas and Juno). On the other hand, Ceres had been forcing Allen Walker to be with her king but however he refused, saying that his heart and love will be only belonged to Corinne. Making her to be enraged with insanity, she tries to sexually assaulted him but then Jerryson attacks her with his Innocence power. Then so, the two were confronted again for the final battle to death. Also, Jerryson activated his new weapon inherited from his past life as Morion.

Will our mouse protagonist can able to defeat her? Will Hera can able to catch up and to fight alongside with them despite of her heartbreak and loneliness that Allen and Corinne are so perfect for each other?

Will the team exorcists will can able to win in this war battle against the dark deities?

The two were confronted with each other, face to face while both Corinne and Allen were watching from the distance.

" You cannot able to fought me by that new weapon of yours, you little rodent. " Ceres said, with an amusement on her face

" Don't ever called me by that nickname, you wicked goddess bastard! " Jerry said, with anger on his face and his eyes changed color

" Fine then, i will gonna crushed you to death once for all. "

" So be it! "

And their fight begins.

Back when, Lenalee and the other exorcists had been continued their battle fight against the beasts and the soldiers. But in a moment of sudden, they seen the full moon turned reddish, covered in black shadows.

" What was that? " Chaozil wondered

" The full moon turned reddish, covered by black shadows. It doesn't make sense.. " Miranda said

" I guess the time has finally came... " the leader of the army uttered, in an evil expression on his face

" time has finally came? What are you talking about? " Kanda asked in a surprise manner

Also, the deities who were on the side of Ceres (Hades, Juno and Pallas) were surprised while Thomas and the other animal exorcists were stunned with curiosity.

Kirei, turned his head, seeing the full moon from the outside of the window, saying " Guys! I guess the full moon turned reddish and it was covered in black shadows. "

" I had never seen just like this from before. " Baldo said

" What was in the world was really going on? Is this is really a bloody war battle to death or some sort of a bad omen?... " Mata wondered

Back when, Allen was suddenly fell kneeled down, collapsed on the floor.

Corinne, rushed to his aid, asked " Are you alright, Allen? What was the matter? "

" I felt much terrible pain... I couldn't stand it... it was felt like... " still kneeled down on the floor, cannot able to move

" What do you mean? "

Their fight has been interrupted when Jerry, was surprised of what he had witnessed with and then his facial expression turned madness with fury, turned his head back to Ceres, who was smiling with an evil laughter.

" At last, the time has finally came... soon.. I'll be the new ruler of both human and deities worlds alongside with him.. "

" How dare you.. how dare you to hurt my master Allen so badly by your evil lustful desires. I will never ever to forgive you!! "

And he pointed his other weapon to her.

" I will gonna destroyed you at all cost! "

" So be it, mouse exorcist rodent. "

The fight continues on. They keep dodging and attacking their own weapons to each other. But in the middle of the battle, Ceres had been knocked Jerry off by her sword blade.

" Jerryson! " Corinne shouted

The evil goddess warrior stepped in while Jerry was trying to stand up.

" You are so very worthless to defeat me, mouse exorcist. Now then, prepare your end. " with an evil chuckle on her face

" Step away from her, Jerry... " Allen said to him, in a weakened state, still cannot able to stand up

" Say goodbye! " as she tries to strikes her weapon at him

But in a moment of sudden, a magic barrier had been protected Jerry from. attacking, in which Ceres was surprised in shocked.

" No, that magic... it couldn't be... "

Corinne, was surprised also as well, thought on her mind " That power ability... it was came from Hera.. I had never expected that she will gonna joined up in the battle. "

Then, Hera appeared before Ceres, in which both Jerry and Allen were surprised when they seen her.

" Hera... but I had thought that.. " Jerry uttered, in a surprise expression on his face

The goddess turned her head, facing to Jerry, asked him " Are you alright, Jerryson? "

" Yes, I'm fine, Hera... really... "

" Sorry for being late a little bit. I had seen the full moon turned reddish than ever. I guess the prophecy was came true. "

" What prophecy are you talking about? " with curiosity on his face

" Heh, I had never been expected that you will gonna came to stop me, Hera. But I'm afraid that you are really too late. " Ceres said, with an evil chuckle on her face

Before Hera continues to fight back, she sees Allen was already fell weakened in a bad state and she was shocked in surprised.

Jerry, turned his head, facing to Hera " Hera, it was Ceres did this to my master. She tries to sexual assault him, and also she forces him to become her new ruler. Just like from the past life... thousand centuries ago.. "

Corinne, holded him, said in a normal voice tone manner " Just hanged in there, Allen. Don't you worry, I'm right here for you. "

And that very moment, Hera was getting frustrated and she turned her back, facing to Ceres and then her facial expression turned mad in rage, burning in flames. This makes Ceres was not impressed of what she had saw.

" Heh, I don't really care if you are just jealous at me like that, Hera. You are such a worthless deity who was on the side of the exorcists. Soon, I will be become the new ruler of the whole universe and also... your precious Allen Walker will be mine for real. " with an evil grin on her face

" You don't have a kind heart to treat a man just like that. You are always think of nothing but evil desires on your mind. You are the true traitor here, not me! "

And she activated her forbidden attack ability, Strike To Death.

" Hera, don't ever used that forbidden ability! If you did, you will gonna perished for good. " Corinne said, with a surprise manner on her face

" Hold on.. what are you saying? Don't telling me that she will gonna be... " Allen uttered

The goddess steps forward in.

But Jerry tries to stopped her, going after to her " Hera, don't do it!! "

" No, Jerryson. No need to stopped me. " provoking him

" Huh? Why not? "

Hera, turned her head, said in a normal tone manner " It is because that I had already made up my mind.. I have to sacrifice myself.. for the sake of both worlds and besides, you are the most strongest exorcist that I had ever seen from before.. just like when you did in the past life.. but somehow, you must continued your responsibilities and also.. to take care of Horpus.. no.. Allen Walker. " and she smiles at him

" What? But we can't allowed you to died that easily... we need you! "

" It was the only way, Jerryson. Just kept those words that I had said to you.. " still smiling on her face

" Hera... "

But Allen stands up, went slowly approached to her despite in his weakened state.

" Allen, wait! " Corinne shouted

" Master, what the hell are you doing? " Jerry said in a loud voice

He went to her side, hugged her in embraced. This makes Ceres was jealous in rage.

" please, don't do it! I cannot let you to died, please.. don't.. " with crying expression on his face

The goddess looked at him in a moment, with pity expression on her face. But she let him move away from her and she steps back a little, said in a normal tone manner " I know that I was been regretted myself for being treated you coldly for all those centuries and now, my last wish had been fulfilled.. to give a second chance and to be with you until the very end. But you have your own responsibility to protect the entire universe from great darkness and destruction. I had owe you everything, my beloved. "

This makes Allen was shocked of what she had said.

She turned her back, facing to him, said " Goodbye... and I love you so much... " and she gave him a tearful goodbye kiss

Jerryson and Corinne were surprised of what they had saw.

After that, she turned her back away from him and she continues walking towards to Ceres.

" No, you can't... "

" Time to end this, Ceres!! " Hera shouted

" So be it! " Ceres said

And they launched their powerful attacks on each other.

" We have to get out of here, Master. They will gonna explode themselves immediately! " Jerry said in a rush

" What do you mean by that, Jerry? " Allen asked

" It means if they used their forbidden attacks on each other, they will gonna explode themselves and disappeared away. " Corinne responded

" It was? " turned his head, looking at Hera once again and he said in a low tone voice manner " I love you too, Hera... and goodbye as well... " with his tears fell from his eyes

" We have to get out of here! " Jerry said in a rush

In the end, Hera had finally defeated Ceres. But however, the top tower was exploded. Due to massive hit, the three were lost consciousness.

(Few Hours Later)

(Black Order Headquarters)

In inside the recovery room, Jerryson had finally regained consciousness. Mata along with the other animal friends including Thomas, were delighted.

" I'm so glad that you are finally awake, pal. " Thomas said in a relief

" How long I was here? " Jerry asked them

" For almost 5 hours. I guess the battle fight was finally over. " Kirei answered in response

" wait... the battle fight was over? but how did you guys defeated the remaining members? " Jerry asked, with a little confusion on his face

" Well, they were all destroyed completely into dusts. " Baldo said in response

Jerryson was a little bit shocked of what he had said.

" they were all destroyed?! " with a surprise expression on his face

" Yes, it was. I guess due to that the evil goddess warrior Ceres was already destroyed. The members who were on her side were been melted down into dusts. " Siren stated

" I see... and how about Nike, Kronos, Vesta and Poseidon? " Jerry asked

" They were in a safe condition, pal. " Thomas answered

" Oh, thanks goodness... but hold on... how was Master Allen and Madame Corinne as well? Are those two were okay? "Jerry responded

" Madame Corinne was in a better condition. She only had an injury on her arm. Lenalee and Miranda were assisted her. But for Monsieur Allen Walker, I guess he was in a bad state. " Mata said to him

Jerryson was shocked of what she had said and he turned his back, looked at the window, seeing the full moon was became dark red, still not faded away although that Ceres had already been destroyed.

After a few moments, he turned his back, facing to them, said in a serious tone manner " I guess the prophecy was going to be came true after all... just how Hera said before she dies.. "

" Hold on.. a new prophecy? What are you talking about, Jerryson? " Kirei asked, with a surprise expression on his face

Meanwhile at the other recovery room, Allen was on the bed, awake as well but he cannot able to move, due to strong terrible pain that he felt on his body. He was been surrounded by Lavi and the other exorcists including General Cross Marian.

A few moments later, Corinne enters in, with a bandage wrapped on her injured arm, followed by Lenalee and Miranda.

" How was he? " she asked the others

" Not so good, Corinne. Even the hospital staffs didn't know of what was really happened to him. " Lavi said in response

" I guess the prophecy came true after all.. just like how Hera says with. " Corinne said, nodded her head a little bit

" a prophecy? What do you mean? " Krory asked, with curiosity on his face

" You mean like a dark one or something, isn't it? " Kanda asked

" Yes, it is. I might be thinking that due to that the evil goddess warrior Ceres had been sexual assaulted on Allen. It means.. a new creature might be.. "

But she didn't finished the last word that she will gonna say when she and the others sees Allen's body aura turned dark reddish.

" What was really happened to him? " Lavi said in a surprise manner

Cross Marian, turned his head, facing to Corinne " Madame D Artagnan, don't telling me that... "

The others were been terrify of what they had seen before their own eyes. Somehow, both Corinne and Jerryson were looking at full moon in which it was covered in dark shadows, in which they feared that a new creature of darkness will gonna arise and the secret connection to Allen.

The war battle between the team exorcists and the evil deities was finally over. But however, a new problem matter that they need to be settled although only Jerryson and Corinne were the only ones to know of the dark prophecy that Hera says before she died.

Will our mouse protagonist can able to solved the situation in order to saved Allen Walker from great darkest demise?
