Chapter 40- My Exile
Felix's tried to treason to the crown!
For trying to kill the King!

Pete was steaming with anger! At first he thought it was Felix who turned Ortensia into stone! And it was Felix who stabbed Oswald!
But Pete wanted answers thats why he didn't kill Felix on the spot!
Felix was still knocked Unconscious in a holing cell. Fanny used her nursing skills to help both Oswald and Felix.
Now that Oswald was finally awake they could maybe get answers!
It was hard for Oswald to talk about what happened he was still traumatized and grieving Ortensia's passing! Oswald screaming and crying he was having a panic attack.
It took three Card Guards to hold him down.
The only thing that calmed Oswald down, was Pete telling Oswald that he did NOT leave Ortensia's statue on the Mountain that she's in his office.
But Gus helped console Oswald to tell.
Oswald told about the Mad doctors betrayal, how he and Ortensia where going to use themselves as bait to trap the Phantom Blot. How Ortensia sacrifice to save him. How it was the Blot who turned her into stone. Oswald didn't tell them how he tried to kill himself he was not wiling to say that. Oswald tried to his very best not to let anyone know that! Why? Because back then any suicide attempt was looked down upon as a weakness and laughed upon. And Oswald knew they would not let him fight the Mad Doctor if they knew his weakness.
"Then what was Felix doing with you on the Mountain both of you had stab wounds in you chest?!"
" But Felix wasn't there?—-"
Then Oswald paused he remembered Felix trying to stop himself from killing himself! Yet afterward's he didn't remember anything!
But even in Oswald's panic state he wasn't going to reveal his weakness!
So Oswald lied.
Even so that lie was going to cost Oswald.
"...I .I...i..thought he was the enemy...Ortensia was gone... it was me who stabbed him...We fought then... I black out..."
Grabbing his head Pete sighed.
" Oswald you know what you have to do! Your the King! Felix has committed a Treason! Even more worse then the Mad Doctor! "
" But he was just trying to save himself from me! "
"We don't even know where Felix's been till now! "
Oswald put his head in his hands. Oswald knew if he said anything else he would reveal his secret that it was him who stabbed himself. That it was his dagger. That Felix was innocent.
Than a interruption happened that changed everything!
Fanny cottontail ran into the room in fearful look on her face all the color drained from her eyes, " We have a problem Men!"
Pete was tired he didn't want to deal with this broad, " Cant you see Im trying to talk to Oswald! "
" But this is important!" Fanny yelled.
" It can wait! " Pete shout back.
Gus who was there the whole time interrupted, " No lets hear what she has to say!"
In a Terror voice she said " He... he... he.. has a heart!"
Pete looked in disbelieve, "Who has a heart?!"
" Felix he has a heart! But it's not normal...! ... I now because I... tried to touch it... I just help myself...i.. haven't seen a heart in years! But his heart is dangerous like toxic!"
Oswald pulled the bed cover's off. "As your King I must see myself! Take me to that CAT! "
Both Gus and Fanny said at the same time. " Oswald your Injuries!"
" Take me to him! And my wife! " Oswald tried to stand on the ground but fell down. Even if Oswald a Cartoon who healed faster then humans he was still healing.
" Fine I'll take you! Or Ill never hear enough of it! but im getting the wheelchair! "
Oswald nod'd with a grumpy face.
The rest was done mostly in silence. All four Toon's Pete pushing Oswald in the wheelchair and Gus flying above them as Fanny lead them to Felix bed camber.
She told them to be quite because Felix was still knocked out in cold sleep healing.
They saw Felix's heart more broken then a real heart the heart looked very sick hovering above Felix's heart.
Fanny explained she couldn't get Felix's heart back inside him because it hurt to much to touch it.
Pete not thinking tried to touch Felix's heart, it but he couldn't get even close with being sparked with pain.
Oswald like in trance without thinking stood up from the wheel chair. Pete couldn't stop Oswald because his hands still hurt. And Oswald was to fast for Fanny and Gus to stop Oswald.
Oswald pushed the heart back inside Felix chest.
Shocking everyone in the room.
Silently Oswald sat back down and turned his head away form Felix.
" Take me to Ortensia... Let Felix heal we'll feel with later..."
Pete wheeled Oswald to Ortensia.
And Oswald was lost in his thought's...Secretly Oswald's now knew the truth!
That a piece of Felix's heart was in Oswald's chest!
and that's why Oswald had been feeling so heavy since he woke up! A heart is heavy burden! why was Felix's heart was out in the open, well Felix's Heart was trying to find it's missing piece! Oswald in shock knew he could feel Felix's feeling's threw that little piece he had. The piece was full of not just pain for Felix losing his Kids an Kitty Kat, and Ortensia. but Felix's heart piece wanted to save Oswald from hurting himself! Felix's heart wanted to Fight and get revenge against the person who did this!
Threw Felix's heart Oswald could see Felix suspected the Phantom Blot came from the Outside world so someone should of brought this monster into Oswald's kingdom. Felix was going to leave this world to find out who tried to kill them!
This HEART had Power but limited! For This heart piece was sick!
That meant Felix heart was sick dying!
Oswald could of grabbed the rest of Felix's heart.
It was risky to take this heart!
but he knew Felix needed it because he was dying.
Oswald didn't want another to die. No matter how much Oswald was mad at Felix he couldn't let him die!
Also there was no point in taking a broken heart to outside world.
Best to have a strong heart.
Should Oswald give back Felix's heart piece?
Yes Oswald should.
But while the Felix's Heart piece was painful...
maybe Oswald could barrow Felix's heart piece...?
for a while.
No Felix gave him this piece of his heart!
Felix's heart piece he wasn't giving it back just yet!
Felix lied he never told HIM he had a HEART!
Then another thought happened for Oswald what if Felix's heart piece could bring back Ortensia?!
He will try when he was healed and better!
Maybe Oswald should of waited to see her Ortensia's statue because he felt he was going to cry!
Oswald wanted to die with her with his beloved wife, but Felix's heart piece wouldn't let him!
Felix's heart piece wanted Oswald to live to fight another day!
And that's another reason Oswald didn't want to give the Felix's heart piece back, Oswald knew if he gave it back the heart piece, he knew he would give up! And he knew the Mad Doctor needed to Pay for what he did!
So in calm voice Oswald said
" Leave me for a while with Ortensia..."
And they left Oswald alone for a while with her so Oswald could grieve.
Sadly Oswald would only get a few days to grieve and heal before he would have to get up to fight the on going WAR!
All While sone they would lose the castle.
And there forces would be pulled to Mickey Junk Mountain to protect the bottle so the Mad Doctor wouldn't open the bottle to get his master the Phantom Blot alive again.
Before they lost the Castle Oswald would have to do a bad choice he wasn't wiling to make.
Felix woke up but no mater how much Felix asked Oswald would not talk to Felix.
But anything Felix said they all thought Felix told lie's.
Pete interrogated with slaps to the face and Pete threatened Felix.
If only Oswald would been less of a cowered and faced Felix himself.
Except Oswald knew if he saw Felix he would give Felix's heart Piece back!
And Oswald was like Smigel who wanted the ring from lord of the Rings. Only Oswald wanted to keep this heart Piece!
but had to for his subjects who wanted justice for there Queen and there King.
Oswald's subjects wanted Felix dead!
No Oswald could not let that happen he didn't want the cat dead!
So as Oswald sat in King chair. He brought Felix lead by the Card Guards to Oswald.
Felix wouldn't say anything.
No mater how much Oswald tried to talk to Felix.
Oswald try's to grab Felix's heart but this time it felt like thorn's!
the thorn's hurt's Oswald's hand!
Oswald tells Felix to leave since why is he still in wasteland if he still has a heart.
Felix say's it's cause know one remembers who he used to be.
That there are Toons who wont believe they are Toon.
Oswald is mad Felix is still alive when his wife didn't survive! And in fit of Rage! Oswald lashed out.
"It should of been YOU to die! NOT HER!"
Oswald's hands grab's his mouth he knows he should NOT had said that.
Felix face goes into a look of despair!
Felix did everything to make Oswald not die to and to hear that almost broke Felix's heart!
Felix calls Out to Oswald.
Clenching his fist Felix had his last words to say to Rabbit.
"No But I wish I was DEAD! I almost regret saving your life!"
" I didn't ask to saved! Now she's gone my only reason for be alive! "
"... I gave you a piece of my heart! ...You FOOL!
Is it because I can't be her?
That Im not a girl?
I know You wanted me all along to be a girl? "
Oswald won't answer Felix.
" You think your the only one who lost someone! I lost all my children and ex-wife! There all DEAD! But still found time to worry about YOU ungrateful selfish Rabbit! "
Still Oswald would say nothing. He didn't know they where dead to.
But since Felix was still mad he could shut his mouth!
" I know the truth, she deliberately made to look like me! Don't think I didn't notice that you got your creators to draw her to look like me? You replaced me so fast..!"
Oswald eye's widened in shock Felix knew, no, it didn't mater anymore she dead...
" Say something..? "
Oswald doesn't say anything in his shame and regret.
" . . .Who does that?! Who makes people to replace friends? Wait...You make robot's of Donald and Goofy to be your friends.. now I see...That's it...I see it now...Im never going to good enough for you! "
Felix tears up.
" ...Everything I do as your friend...is worthless... because you can always replace me... Im expendable... and so are the other's who really care about you! "
Oswald looks at Felix with anger Felix looks way to much like his wife. And OSwald knows she would say the same thing to him if she knew the truth!
And the Truth hurts, Felix was right, she was made to look like Felix! If Oswald had a heart it would be beating with longing and hate.
Then Felix said something he would alway regret. With tear's in his eye's.
" WHY SHOULD I EVER CARE FOR YOU STUPID BUNNY! "
"Leave and Never come BACK TO WASTELAND! You are Banished! CARD GUARDS!" ,Screeched Oswald.
Enrage Felix yelled back, "You can't command me your NOT MY KING! And you never will BE MY KING!"
Oswald punched his ing chair
"CARD GUARDS COME AND TAKE FELIX! "
The card guard's followed to the king command.
They Grabbed Felix.
"What should we do King Oswald!?"
"Throw him in the cell! tomorrow we will throw outside of Wasteland! Well will block him from coming back!"
Felix struggled.
"Wait I have more to say! Wasteland is NOT the only Place for the Forgotten! You think because your first to be forgotten it give's you the right to be the Forgotten King! But your wrong! There are older Toons then you who where forgotten Before you and ME! The oldest Toon Destroy us all! He hated film Toon's! He wants to Destroy us all! "
Anything else Felix had to say was lost on deaf ear's.
" You're Banished FELIX I never want to see your face again! "
" Ok Oswald king of the Forgotten Wasteland ..."
It was Felix to name Wasteland it's new name no longer Ostown but a Wasteland.
Oswald sobbed in his Royal thrown. Already regretting what he did! Oswald regretted everything he said! Oswald still loved Felix yet he hated everything he did!
Next day Oswald Banishes Felix from Wasteland.
Oswald never said goodbye or get lost.
Felix left without another word. Felix knew he would have to come back years later for his heart piece.
Oswald still had Felix's heart piece and could feel Felix's pain!
No Oswald grabbed the Felix's heart piece out of his chest and threw it in a box.
Only later Oswald would learn later he couldn't stay away form the heart piece for to long.
Because Oswald still needed power and strength to fight the Enemy the Mad Doctor.
And Oswald was now infected like Felix was and being so gone from Felix's heart piece hurt him.
Now when Oswald slept at night he could dream and see the outside world threw Felix's eye's.
Nope these where real Oswald really could see threw Felix's eye's if Oswald closed his eye's.
What Oswald didn't know was Felix could see threw Oswald's eye's to, when Felix closed his eye's.
So when Mickey Mouse came to Wasteland and saved the Kingdom.
Ortensia Came back!
Oswald had forgotten about Felix for a long time.
It was Ortensia who asked Oswald where Felix, Felix's kids, and Kitty Kat was?
Oswald lies to his wife about where Felix is,
"Felix Disappeared durning the Thinner Disaster. And we could never find Felix's kids and Kitty Kat Felix's ex wife."
Oswald never told his wife where Felix was.

Now Dear reader's—
I have to once again remind the viewers reading this fanfic.
Some people would think Mickey Mouse is based off of Oswald the lucky Rabbit silent films!
And that's only partly right!
They forget the Silent films of Felix the cat made 1919 and the older Krazy Kat comics 1913 and Krazy Kat silent films of 1916!
Yes many of Oswald's films are similar to Felix's older films.
So People only compare Oswald's older silent film's to Mickey Mouse's black and white sound film's.
And yes there both very similar.
So basically they only want to compare Walt Disney Cartoon's not other cartoons that influenced them!
But really people should be comparing Felix's silent film's to Oswald's silent film's.
Why?
Because Felix was the silent film star!
While for years Felix and Krazy Kat where competing for the silent film stardom, only for Felix to win the fans hearts!
With year's of fans Felix had backup!
So Oswald's film's would've had to be in competition with Felix's silent film's!
Felix is really Oswald's First Real Rival!
There like Mickey Mouse and Bug's Bunny!
Here's a new fact I found out!
Felix had 169 silent film's made!
And most of these films are gone forever!
Now that is real tragedy!
Oswald had only 27 silent film's films made by Walt Disney!
The film count comparison is staggering!
The other sound Oswald films where made by Winkler, after Disney left. those Oswald Winkler film's are about 25 Black and white sound films of Oswald.

in this film Felix had a wife named Kitty-kat who had hundreds of baby kittens! So Felix had hundred's of Kitten Baby's before Oswald did! Felix's film is older before Oswald was even made before Oswald's Bunny children of the silent film.
"Poor Papa-1927" !
That silent film of Felix is not lost but you can't watch this Felix film on YouTube because they deleted it. In fact YouTube deletes many Felix the cat silent films.
But there is sadder thing Im getting to!
Remember how I mentioned Felix the cat is not the first classic cartoon with the rubber hose style?
While Felix was made year 1919, Julius made year 1922, Oswald and Ortensia made year 1927, and even Mickey year 1928.
I once again must remind you, and I will continue to repeat till it gets in your head!
All of these Toons based on the style on a much older comic!
The comics are called Krazy Kat made 1913 and first film made 1916.
Krazy Kat had silent films to but Wiki counts all the silent films with the sound films.
So from year 1916 to 1940 Krazy Kat was filmed in the number of 231 films!
But many of the films where made by different studios not all together.
This is the sad part I cant find many of silent films of Krazy Kats on Youtube!
And that means many of these Krazy Kat silent films are lost forever!
I used a list of Krazy Kat films to look for the silent films!
So Ive come to conclusion, That might mean most of these silent films of Krazy Kat are gone forever!
I feel like this is great Loss to Cartoon History!
Even a greater loss then Losing Felix and Oswald films!
But many of the sound Krazy Kat films I can find on Youtube.
Sadly I Only want to watch the silent films of Krazy Kat more...
Sorry I have to complain... but I wanted to give you real weight of the tragedy Felix, Krazy Kat, Julius, And Oswald have to deal with!
They all not just Forgotten they all have lost films!
I can only Imagine for a Toon to Lose there own Films Only fills them with sorrow!
Now Dear reader's—
I must confess this fanfic was Originally was how Felix was the oldest star that started the rubber hose style.
And then I found Older cartoons like Krazy Kat and at first I didn't want to put Krazy Kat in the fanfic, but Im so glad I gave Krazy Kat a chance!
So the storyline of This fanfic completely change from how it was going to be!
Now the fanfic it's not just about the History of Felix the cat, but about forgotten cartoons like Krazy Kat played a big part in the history of cartoons alike!
'We should not ignore both Felix and Krazy Kat's big part they played in our cartoon history!
Remember reader's my story of my fanfic is purely fan made!
But the history behind what I research, is very much real!

this chapter was very hard for me to write but Oswald not above making mistakes. in Epic Mickey games Oswald was going to take Mickeys heart and leave Wasteland.
