Set towards the end of 13.01 'Troublemakers'. Julia had spent most of the episode being criticised by various different characters, and seemed pretty upset after Doctor Talbot's confession. This story takes place during Julia's and William's long carriage ride back to Toronto, during which they discuss some of the things she's had to endure.
