Klaus Mikaelson had made a lot of enemies over the centuries. Because of this, his daughter, Hope, had to move from place to place. Now, she moved to Mystic Falls and started attending Mystic Falls High, where she meets Landon Kirby who was assigned to be her tour guide. She had sworn to herself not to make connections, but that seems to be easier said than done.

When it came down to it, emotions were really just chemical. And Hope was the all powerful tribrid. It wasn't difficult to keep the unwanted emotions off and turn back on the ones she wanted. Satisfaction, pleasure, etc. It was more fun that way. And now that Lizzie was bonded to her fun was definitely on the table. After all, it wasn't like Lizzie had never made a bad decision.

When you care for someone, you will always fight for them. No matter if that is physically or emotionally. You will always be there. Hope and Josie will always fight for each other.

They lay facing each other, clasping hands in a way that let Lizzie press her fingers against Hope's left wrist so that she could feel the evidence of her heartbeat, while Hope's other hand rested against Lizzie's neck, thumb running back and forth over the pulse point there. /or/ Post s4 but Hope and Lizzie are happily together.

Monsters. Angry mudpits. Flammable exes. With all of those distractions finally dealt with, Lizzie and Hope could focus on something new. This story is a divergence for Season 3 Episode 8 where instead of Gollum Landon, a Landon who has spent 150 years in the prison world battling the creatures inside the prison world is freed. A spark of unwanted worry tried to surface past Lizzie's wall of anger. /or/ On an evening about a month after the events of 'Long Time, No See' Lizzie goes to talk with Hope.

"God, you're more annoying than Lizzie." "Lizzie? And who's that?" /or/ Hope has a slip of the tongue and the dinner scene with the Mikaelsons gets extended in the interest of a small interrogation. (4x15 episode tag)

By this point, Lizzie should just stop being surprised to find herself stuck in a strange alternate universe. /or/ Lizzie is Cinderella and this is the worst thing ever. Drabble.

On the road with Lizzie, maybe Hope picked up a few habits, and the biggest, worst, ugliest one of all was codependency.
