Will & Alicia, set mid Season 5: If you'd ask Will what the hotel room looks like, he wouldn't be able to tell you. He's too consumed by Alicia to take it in, distracted by how she feels and tastes. Like the past and the future combined, like Chicago, like evenings in his dorm at Georgetown, like wine and whiskey and nostalgia.

Set after 5x14, and of course 5x15 didn't happen here.

She couldn't breathe. Will was alive? It wasn't possible. He'd died eight years ago. She'd been at the funeral. But the evidence that he was still living, lay right in front of her. Now she had to decide what to do with the information. Try to contact him, or let it go. Follows the shows timeline through mid-season 6.

Set mid season 5, straight after 'The Decision Tree'. Unexpectedly and partly unwillingly, Alicia and Will meet at Georgetown during a reunion: She's crying on the grounds of Georgetown, her tears falling on the earth of their story and it's gut-wrenching to watch. The past and present are crashing into each other. The confrontation is too much, even for Will.

Set in the present day it follows The Good Wife canon, although there are elements of AU as I introduce new characters from Will's and Diane's past. Alongside the here and now the story will be told through recollections and flashbacks. Diane thinks Alicia needs a friend and wants her to meet an old confidant of Will's, offering a side to the lawyer that she didn't know existed...

A post 5x15 story where Will (of course) survives the shooting. This story explores the aftermath of that, where Alicia quickly realises what is most important for her, but Will struggles with the difficult road to recovery: If all the horrible events of the past year brought him anything, it's that she's all of it, and will always be, and that's life too short for second chances.

What if Zach had died instead of Will and how would that have affected Alicia's life? Would all the events that we know happened still have happened? Set post 5x15 and through the seasons.

The shooting never happens so Will and Alicia go on fighting in court. Set in an alternative season 5B.

force ma·jeure noun 1: superior or irresistible force. 2: an event or effect that cannot be reasonably anticipated or controlled: Months after Alicia has left L/G, she gets attacked by the husband of her client, Will happens to find her. The event forcibly brings them closer together and brings up conflicting feelings in both Will and Alicia, who were still on bad terms.
